Chris was extremely helpful. This was my first dealership purchase and I was very nervous. Chris helped me feel calm, confident and sure of my purchase. He answered all 30 of my questions! Preferred has earned a lifetime customer. Derek, in finance was also very kind and patient.

Salesman Jeff was pleasant and helpful. I left my car and picked it up later all ready to go.I was able to get in with in 24 hours or less. Professional service.Great deal on my oil change.

This was my first experience with Preferred and it exceeded expectations. The online scheduling of service was quick and easy as I could set my date and time based on my schedule. Dropped off my vehicle and before I got into work I had an email stating the service that they were doing...this was unexpected but nice! Received a call about the services I needed and everything was explained in detail! Picking up my vehicle was quick and easy as well. Everyone their were friendly and the place looked great!

Roy Van Liere is the man! Our Hyundai Santa Fe is in great condition for being a 2008, and Roy really worked with us to get the car into our possession. These guys know their shtick, and if you want/need a car, they will provide. I will definitely be dealing with them in the future. Thank you guys so much!

I have bought multiple vehicles from Campbell Stephenson and I have the utmost trust in him. So much so, I had an opportunity to buy one from someone else at a good price and I passed on it, not because of that person, but because it was not through Campbell. I know when I buy something through Campbell he will back it up because he looks at it as his name is on it.

I worked with Buck to purchase my new car at this location. Buck knew the car inside out. He gave me good details about the car. Now the deal part: Buck was great while negotiating the deal. He never pushed us hard to make us uncomfortable. It was very nice to work with him. I traded in my old car and got a good deal on that too.About car: Car was well kept and clean at the dealership. All parts were working fine. Seems like they have checked the car thoroughly. I will definitely recommend this place.
