The day after I purchased my car new off the lot I received a call letting me know the guy that sold me the car left to work for another car lot. I received a call from another sales man informing me of the staffing change. Than he began to ask me what type of car I was interested in. I informed him that I just bought one and I was told I am supposed to bring it back to get it detailed and get the free oil changes schedule as I bought it just before closing. The second he realized he wasn’t going to get a sale from me he was brushing me off as I’m sure he was trying to get to the next person on his former colleagues list that might be in the market still. I called back 3 times and was brushed off. Fast forward my now wife bought a used car just before she meet me. Not only was she over charged, but had to junk the car within a year due to being sold a car with a rusted out subframe. A quick google search showed that it was all to common with this make/model. Took it to 2 other dealerships both said they couldn’t sell it to anyone and it had to be scrapped as it was unsafe. “There is no way that just happened, if they Looked under the car even for a minute they knew it was a major issue.” I still to this day all these year later make it a point to share my experience with everyone I hear talking about buying a vehicle. I thought my google review/ phone calls would have prompted a phone in return. But I guess things haven’t changed there yet... maybe someday!

Stop in and see Brian Bentoske if you are in need of a new/used car. He's super friendly, honest, and very knowledgeable. I went in nervous as can be and he took the time to break everything down for me making the experience a million times better. Now I'm in my new to me car and couldn't be happier! Nate and his team were AMAZING making this process very easy and tolerable. I usually hate situations like these due to salespeople being pushy. I never felt forced into a decision, and they took their time with me. They never seemed like they were using their customer service voices. They were down to earth and very personable which is what I always like seeing. Even during the paperwork process, Shannon heard my insurance company give me the price of my new policy, and she instantly gave me resources for cheaper insurances to look into. We actually had a good time filled with many laughs during a not-so-fun period. I highly recommend this dealership and their amazing team. Keep up the great work!

Overall, I had a great experience. All the staff were very polite and helpful and never had any issues with the purchase of my vehicle. Communication was key and everyone was willing to listen and make me feel validated and heated in my preferences. John Evans is very good at listening to what the customer is looking for and relating that information.

Dave was the absolute best! He helped us every step of the way ordering our 2021 Jeep Wrangler and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. He was super helpful with the entire process and did everything in his power to make sure we were happy. Best sales person at Preferred!
