These people are nothing but liars they tell you they can do somthing and don't do it I was there two days in a row standing around to get an suv and never got it after they told me I could get it and the deal was done and consumers need to check the car faxes a few have been wrecked and fixed THEY NEED TO MAN UP AND TELL PEOPLE THE TRUTH AND STOP MISS LEADING PEOPLE INTO THINKING THERE GONNA GET WHAT THEY WANT

I went pass this dealership with my mom because I saw a single car that caught my eye one day riding pass. Well one car turned into a strong 4! I knew the style of car I wanted and Robert was very informative and patient with me as I'm a young female so I had plenty of questions! I can't recall how long exactly my visit was at the dealership but it was very welcoming and fun to say the least. I was able to find a perfect car to match my personality, style and budget! I test drove the car and again, fell more in love with my purchase as this is a commitment for a few years and wanted to make sure I was comfortable and confident in my decision. Robert answered every single question that popped up in general conversation and I was truly impressed with his knowledge of not only the vehicle but the process and likelihood of my approval to be financed. The office was closed so I had to wait the next day to hear back from the bank but each time Robert spoke to me about the car, he ALWAYS referred to the car as "MY CAR" and I really enjoyed the sound of that! Once we got the OK that I was approved, he was very happy to place my keys in my hand! I have been in contact with the great gentlemen from Premier Auto since my purchase because my mom wants a new car too and of course we're not shopping anywhere else!!!!! Robert helped me a lot in deciding which car to purchase. My only problem was not having prices on the cars which was an inconvenience on their part because it made my search longer.

Well, after having difficulty finding the right car and car loan, Premier Auto Imports was a God-send. When I arrived at the dealership I was met by a gentleman named Brian Hines. Brian was probably the nicest and helpful car salesperson I've ever met and i've had alot of cars in my life. Brian answered every question I had and then when it was time for financing I then met Leon.. Leon was very confident that he could get the right loan for me...and HE WAS RIGHT!!! at the end of the day...I walked away with a 2012 Mercedes C250 coupe with 26,000 miles on it. Thanks Mr. Brian Hines for excellent service and thank you Leon for making it happen when other dealerships said it wouldn't happen. I definitely recommend Premier Auto Imports and ask for Brian.. He's the Best!!

Robert was very helpful, and had a lot of knowledge and experience, also he helped me get the car i wanted, and was straight to the point. He tended to my needs the whole time and didnt try to force me to do or get something i didnt want to. i will definitely recommend this dealership and this dealer.

My experience at Premier Auto import was really generous and helpful to me and my family. I am a student with not credit, however they were able to work with me to get a car. ROBERT was especially helpful and patient in the process. And helped me get a great deal for my car. I would definitely recommend it to a lot of people in my situation.

Bryan Hines of the Waldorf division was very truthful and helpful and providing me my first automobile. He explain all the options and did not push me to make quick decision. He walked me through all the paper work, making sure I understood what I was signing. I would recommend this dealership to my family and friends.

I went in thinking I would hear everything I've heard from previous dealerships. I was waiting to hear "this is all we can do." That wasn't the case, they worked it out for me, not having to put my arm and leg down as a down payment. Payments a little higher than I expected, but overall it was a great experience.

My experience at Premier Auto was to better then i could have ever expected. I heard about Premier through a friend and it was my first choice and only choice. I walked in, Mr. Robert Smith greeted me and I was sold. My mother wanted me to look at other spots but Robert Smith was so helpful that I wasn't comfortable going anywhere else. the whole Premier Auto family treated me as one of there own and looked out for me.

Visited Premier Auto despite some reviews I had read. The customer service that Robert Smith Provided to me was exceptional. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Robert did not treat us as customers he treated us as if we where part of the Premier Auto Family. He never pressured us to buy a car. He did not question us about how much can we put down or what do you want your monthly payments to be instead he very words where you tell me what type of vehicle are you looking for so I can assist you in getting it. I went to premier auto to buy a car. It was my first time financing a car. I worked with Robert Smith. Robert provided great customer service and put forth his best effort to put me into the car I wanted. Needless to say I left this dealership very satisfied.

When I first read the reviews I was a little iffe. But after sitting there and talking to Richard I was ok about buying a car from there. I didn't have the cash on me so he drove me all the way to my house the to three different place to get it cashed. He was able to get me a 2016 car. He's amazing I don't trust car salesman they all shady but he is the truth so trust me you can trust him. I went to five places before this one and I'm glad I choose them.

When my salesman Richard called and asked if was I still interested in buying a car, I informed him I was, but didn't have a ride. He not only picked me up from my home in Oxon Hill, Maryland. On our ride to their branch in Waldorf he said I will be driving home in my new car. When we pulled up to dealership I saw my favorite color car parked right in front of the door. I turned to Richard and said that's my favorite color car and less than hours later I was driving off the lot in that car.

We became cynical and frustrated after numerous dealerships assured us that we would "leave with a vehicle" just to be rudely and abruptly turned away...thought that an old outdated buy here pay here car was the only option until we visited Premier Auto in Waldorf,MD what a dream come to true! The entire staff was courteous and professional however, we were personally assisted by Brian and Leon. They attentively listened as we explained our credit issues, needs and budget with no judgement or disrespect like the other dealerships...felt as though we were talking with long lost buddies. Brian and Leon guaranteed that they could and would help us "leave with a vehicle"...they did not fall short. The process was smooth and stress-free and we left that day driving a beautiful fully loaded 2012 Ford with low mileage and additional bells and whistles we were not expecting...best of all, the payments shockingly fit well within our budget thanks to additional help from Ladin. Brian and Leon got it right...they made it happen...they kept their word. I strongly recommend giving Premier Auto a try if you are looking to purchase a vehicle and want a straight forward experience without any haggling or bait and switch tactics.

I was surprised at the inventory available at my price-point. The sales staff were wonderful! They took the time to explain everything to me. Robert Smith, the salesman that sold me my car was outstanding in his knowledge of the inventory, and the sales process. He made me feel as if I were the only customer and made sure I was pleased with the vehicle I chose. I would highly recommend Premiere Auto Imports of Waldorf to my family and friends.

I was browsing online for an Acura TL. I found several, but there were 3 dealerships in the dc metro area that had everything I was looking for. The first place I went to in Manassas had the car I was looking for, however the people were shady and to be honest looked dishonest. The next place I went to was Premier in Temple Hills as it was closer and Google maps navigated me to it. Didn't know they had two locations. When I went there they didn't have the car at this location, however someone drove it within 25 minutes from their other location. While I was waiting, my husband and I conversed with the individuals working there. We even met the owner, who works weekends he said. They were a much more pleasant and professional crowd than the first place. Anyhow, the car was in great condition. Took it for test drive and within an hour and a half we were out the door with a new car.

I purchased my 2 brother's vehicles from here. My sister purchased her Equinox from here. My cousin purchased her Malibu from here. Two of girlfriends purchased Ford Focuses from here. I purchased my Malibu from here just over 2 years. All of us have been really happy with our vehicles and service. Wouldn't recommend any other dealership. We will always return! Almost forgot, another friend just purchased a Malibu from here. Total of 7 vehicles purchased & all happy customers!

We bought a Honda Odyssey LEMON from these people in December. It had brake problems, chips in the windsheild (that they agreed to fix and never did), the AC system did NOT work at all, dents and scratches (that they agreed to fix and never did), they told us they were installing a lojack tracking device only to find out that it was a tracking device for THEM in case we were late on payments that beeped loudly for a full minute everytime you started the car when your payment date got close (!), plus an endless supply of other headaches. I must also mention that they refinanced our other vehicle's payments and added it into 1 payment with the van, OR SO THEY SAID. After a month, we found out that THEY DIDN'T DO IT! We still had 2 car payments! They completely lied! To make matters worse, our van was LITERALLY in the shop from February to July trying to fix the AC and brakes. We finally signed papers to have the dealership buy it back from us in July. They agreed to pay us $1900 for our lost monthly payments between Februaury and July. It is now OCTOBER and they STILL HAVE NOT PAID!! Everytime we call, Joey (the man who is in charge of refunding us), is coincidentally "NOT there", or "just left", or "we just missed him". DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. THE EXPERIENCE IS A NIGHTMARE AND YOU ARE SETTING YOURSELF UP FOR FINANCIAL TROUBLE AND STRESS.

The dealership's website does not post the prices of the vehicles thereby allowing the dealership to state any price for a vehicle. When I questioned the dealership about this their response was that if they posted prices on the vehicles and on the website then the customer would be shocked about the $3000 to $4000 in additional fees (registration, title, and so on).The argument regarding this became a heated subject.
