I would definitely recommend this dealership as they work with you good or bad credit we went in for a used car and came out with a brand new Ford Explorer 2o16 fully loaded the staff is efficient and works diligently with u until ur satisfied. Me and my friend are extremely satisfied and so will any other customers all u have to do is just walked in.I'm also saving on my monthly payment as well

Aslan was phenomenal, I was absolutely pleased with how he walked me through the process of my purchased our car. But more important he greeted me at the door not caring about how I looked or how I was dressed. Aslan is definitely a perfect example of what sales is about.

I just leased a 2016 Lincoln MKZ helped extensively to get the best deal for my budget. I feel the entire team is commendable. Rated this way because I was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed in what can be one of the most stressful situations in our female adult lives. Kudos to Aslam and the effort he puts forth and his overall persona !!!

Arslan was very professional, knowledgeable and was able to get me a great deal on my 2016 Ford Transit. I was very appreciative for his help and he did an excellent job. There are times when you are shopping for a vehicle and feel pressured by the employees to make a purchase. Arslan did not make me feel this way at all and he was very patient. I would recommend Arslan if you are planning to purchase a vehicle from this particular dealership.

This was my first time buying a car and I felt so comfortable and relaxed during he process. I had my young son along during the entire process and everyone was so nice and accommodating of him. Arslan listened to my needs and steered me in the best direction. The only thing I didn't like was the four hour wait to finish the financial portion of it, but once that was over Arslan went above and beyond to drive me home. I've already referred a few people here and I'll be back when I'm ready to upgrade.

If you're in the market for a new Ford or Lincoln, Premier Ford Lincoln is a good place to go. The staff there are very helpful and not pushy like some places. They take their time with their guests and will answer any questions you may have. If you intend to purchase a vehicle, see David. He helped to get me a great low rate on a lease for a brand new Ford Edge and even helped me get the lowest rate possible for my insurance. He took his time, was patient, and knew exactly what he was talking about. And he wasn't pushy!!! Overall, my experience was very positive.

Frank and his supervisor Gabe set up a transaction with me to purchase a Ford Escape with specific terms. After a credit check, getting my insurance information, and a down payment of $500 , they provided me with a sales receipt describing the terms with specific VIN and sticker for the car agreed upon. When I went to pickup the car, the manager would not honor the deal despite Frank representing to his supervisor that the terms on the sales receipt were exactly as we agreed and were signed off on by his. They are liars, using bogus come ons to get you in the showroom. Beyond that, they are unprofessional and rude to the extreme. Stay away for your own good, if you don't want to let them play games with you.

I have 2012 Ford Escape 79000 mile.The problem is jerks while accelerating. I went there and told the problem to a lady. she checked my vin number and she said you still have engine & transmission warranty up to 100000 mile for five year you just have pay $100. That day they about to close she told me to came next day they will take care of me. Next day I went there I didn't see that lady. I told the problem to this guy . He said your warranty is over. To find out the problem you have pay $199. to fix it you have to pay separately. Then I went to another service center they said same as the lady I have pay $100 to pix it.

Not only did they loose my wheel lock key after servicing my car but they also fasten my rim caps so tight they cracked and fell off in the street while i was driving. I have called and visited directly multiple times to explain what happened but they wont do anything to rectify the issue.

Two guys made our (me and my wife) experience with Ford pleasant and easy. It is finance manger Teodor Epelbaum who did his work in fast and useful manner. I was first met by Sales Representative, Reggie Bennett who truly listened to my needs and what I wanted in a car. He was patient, respectful, and possessed an excellent knowledge base of cars. Reggie introduced me to the dealership Manager, Charlie Monti, who is truly a professional, caring individual. My experience at Lincoln was pretty ok. Arslan was a great sales person. He answered your questions to where u can understand. Not car dealer lingo. The general public does not know car dealer lingo and so they often get into things that they don't understand. With Arslan, I didn't have that problem. He works with you on pricing. You tell him what you want and he delivers on his part. Finance manage, Teodor was good too. Pleasant person. He also explain things to where you understand what you were getting into. The only thing I didn't like is the waiting of the car itself. Maybe I was impatient. I would recommend Arslan to anyone. He does his job very well.

My husband and I have been with Premier Ford for quite sometime we purchased our '05 Expedition and '13 Explorer with going in with a bad taste we decided to give it another shot based on what we had experienced with the Explorer. They advised us to give them another try to make things right and so we did. We just took delivery of our third vehicle (lease) from this dealer. This time around we were treated extremely well and find that we were extremely very happy with the dealer, but also with the new vehicle we wanted. Lugi & Regina (god bless luigi's heart to put up with me after being skeptical) teamed up, and with great results. I tortured Luigi threw my TOL (Lol) but he remained calm, professional thru out the whole process helping me with the existing and putting me into the new Lincoln Mkx. We have all we wanted in this car for a great price. I highly recommend Luigi and Regina at Premier Lincoln go in and see for yourself and tell them Hello Kitty sent you. "Its cheaper to keep an existing customer than it is to acquire a new one."

i just took delivery of my second vehicle (lease) from this dealer. My first experience was very poor, so i walked or raether drove away, unhappy. Two years later, they asked me to return to give them another chance to do things right. This time around i was treated extremely well and find that I'm not only very happy with the dealer, but also with the new vehicle they offered me. Arslan and Khan teamed up, along with the sales manager to put together an amazing deal. Thank you for all the haerd work.

this is for the service center, I wrote one already yesterday and it disappeared. Had my car for service and the guy Rick was very unprofessional and nasty. I returned a call that I received from him and the service advisor and no one answered me. One very important thing that I needed fixed was not done or not done properly. I just brought the car !!! Wish I overheard people complain about Rick and the service before, I never would have purchased a car from there.

Absolutely horrible everyone including manger was extremely nasty. As soon as i pulled up i was basically attack from all angles bye hungry sales man. They all wouldnt take im just looking for answer. Unfortunately this was the only dealership that had the car and color i wanted so i had to do the deal. when it came to delivery of my car the car was filthy stock tags still on plastic on seats an dash was and still is missing floor mats even one of the letters in fusion was hanging off i told them it was unacceptable they told me that i signed for the car its now mine never ever ever again

I had my reservations already about this car dealer because of all the bad reviews and the vibe I got when I came in to schedule a test drive. I figured I can just test drive here and if I wasn't happy with the way I am treated then I can simply do business at another dealer. So I scheduled a test drive for the 2013 MKZ and the day of the test drive the sales person Daryl did not even show up. Not even a call. Maybe something happened, sick, or maybe just running late so that wasn't a major problem. Another sales man (lucky for him I cant remember his name) said he would help and asked me if I'm trading in a car. I did not know why he was asking me that because all I wanted to do was just test drive the car. I told him yes I am going to trade a car in. He then asked me where is it and to pull it around the side. I said, For what? I am not buying a car today just test driving. He then said well he has to run my credit for a test drive. I again said for what? What does my credit have to do with a test drive? I test drove BMW and Mercedes with no credit check. He had no answer just a lot of well, its an expensive car. I said what does that have to do with test driving the car? I am a potential buyer? He says well you can wait for Daryl. I said that's ok; you just lost a sale and walked out. I called another Lincoln dealer to schedule a test drive and asked about running credit. The sales man said they do not run credit for a test drive. I am heading over there now. Clearly the Lincoln sales man in Brooklyn either profiled me and assumed I wasn't serious in buying the car or he was trying to prevent his coworker Daryl from getting a sale (Daryl watch your back) Either or, they do bad business at Premier Ford. Don't go

I suggest you read my full story under the pros/cons but in case you just want the: gistSummaryCar 2012 Ford Mustang V6 Premium Promised price $27,313 taxes/fees included.Dealer admitted to agreeing to the price but refused to honor agreement.I bought a Toyota a year ago and they too messed up on the price they gave me, however the admitted it and honored me what they agreed upon. Cons:*** Tried to trick me into signing a blank purchase agreement***Unwilling to own up to the fact that they lied to lure me into the dealership.Politely called me a liar inside the dealership.Again accused me of lying on the follow up phone call.Lied about the price of the vehicle twice.Service staff outside was very rude.Pros:Manager was very professional in his demeanor. The salesman was ok but I spent 90% of the time politely arguing with the manager. I was originally promised what seemed to be a deal of a lifetime. But like everyone says, a deal to good to be true usually is. I gave an offer on a new 2012 Mustang which I was told several times via text messages, my offer was an acceptable offer and I made arrangements to go sign the paperwork. When I told the salesman that I already gave an offer and it was accepted, he went to the manager. The manager came over and informed me that my offer was way to low and they were not going to accept it. He basically said that no one gave me that offer. After showing him my text messages proving that we agreed on the price, he still told me it was way to low and they would not honor the agreement. Being that I had all my financing in place, I accepted their lowest counter offer which was $1600 higher then when I started. I put a portion of the down payment on my credit card (I wanted to put all of it on credit for bonus cash back from my bank but they said they would only do $2500 on credit due to fees), After they processed the payment, the salesman handed me a blank purchase agreement and asked me to sign it. Furious and mentally exhausted, I told him that I was not signing anything without the price written in. The manager came over yet again and informed me he "made a mistake" when he calculated their offer. Now the price of the Mustang was up another $1100. So feeling lied, cheated, and manipulated, I told the manager to refund my down payment and I was leaving. They followed up with me again two days later saying the higher offer the gave me was still good. Once again I refused the offer. Then the woman who accepted my original offer told me she never gave me the price I said she gave me. And even after I forwarded her the text messages she sent to me, she still tried to deny it.
