What a nice dealership and what nice people!!!! I was able to trade in my 2019 Kia Optima and drive away the same day with a brand new K5! The dealership is clean and well equipped, I was comfortable the entire time I waited (which wasn’t very long might I add). Tyler helped me create a payment that worked for me and my budget and took everything I wanted into account! I was so happy to be there and had such a fun and pleasant experience while getting my car! Thank you everyone at Premier!!

GeorgeHad been interested in a vehicle upgrade for my wife. Premier had a 2016 Sportage EX with less than 4000 miles on odometer. Went for a test ride with Christin, we then discussed a deal with Patrick Cosgrove we came to a no hassle agreement in no time. Frank was very helpful on the financing and in less than 24 hrs the deal was complete and my wife was pleasantly surprised with her slightly used new car being pulled into driveway.On driving out of Premier's lot l was stopped by Bob Alvine we spoke for a short while and Bob is truly concerned that his customers are being treated the right way. This was my second purchase from Premier and both experiences were very positive. Truly a great dealership.

My experience with Kia of Branford started out wonderfully. I had previously had a few bad experiences with other dealerships, so when I met Christina, I felt I had met a new friend. She was extremely knowledgeable on the Kia I was interested, she was personable, and honestly I felt at home. I had found the car of my dreams here. I eagerly awaited pick up day and have to say Frank Williams did an outstanding job, making my purchase very smooth and painless. It was not until I went outside to get into my new "used" car and be taught about the bells and whistles that I noticed 2 dents on the driver's side door. This was immediately pointed out to Christina, who completely changed her behavior, became very defensive and basically had a "too bad" attitude. Basically an Oh well! The dealer manager Patrick refused to even come outside and deal with us. Christina definitively told me the dents were there and I probably did not see them. This is not true and unacceptable. Not only did Patrick again not come outside, Christina offered NO remedy. After getting an outside estimate of approximately 50-100.00 to fix, one would think this is an easy solution for Kia to have paid for. I was offered nothing. Not a free oil change, not a free car wash. Nothing. How hard would it have been for their Service Department to "pop" out these 2 defects and let me drive off happily ever after. So, my dream car has 2 dents that I focus on each and every day that were NOT present when I looked at the car, as evidenced by going over the on-line photos which drew me to the dealership in the first place to look at this car. Ok, maybe I should have checked the car before signing the papers, but chalk that up to a lesson learned. I am now going to have to put out my own money, after dropping a good chunk of change on my 2014 Kia to have the dents popped out. I would rate Christina 0 if I could. She knew of my apprehension on the car buying experience. She knew I had been "burned" by other dealers. She SHOULD have and COULD have remedied the situation, but chose not too, even with me in tears and my husband distraught. How do you let someone pay a hefty amount of money on a car and watch them leave with tears running down their face? For this reason, I rate Kia of Branford 1.On a good note, the Service Department provided EXCELLENT service when my Kia was brought in to check a possible problem. They were kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful. For this reason, I will have my Kia serviced with the department here but would NEVER recommend dealing with Christina or for that matter Patrick or purchasing a car at this dealership.I am not a hurtful or mean human being. It took many nights of me thinking if I wanted to submit this review. I do not hurt peoples' feelings. This is merely to inform buyers of my experience with this seller. Hope this helps.

My Honda CRV was totaled when a tree limb from the neighbor's fell on it. I needed to replace it with a similar type of used SUV. The great buying experience began when I contacted Premier Kia Branford CT about a 2013 Mazda CX-5. From the first email to the final purchase was so much better than previous car purchases.Christina was waiting there on a Friday afternoon with the Mazda out front ready to give a detailed review of the make/model, previous owner, and the car's features (which she demonstrated). The test drive followed which allowed me to push the car hard through town driving and interstate 95. When I asked to get under the car to check a few things Premier Kia put in into their garage and put it on a lift. Their mechanic was standing by to answer questions. Wow...that caught my attention!Once I decided to purchase this spotless car, the process was straightforward with Christina and the sales manager. I was impressed by the 6 month powertrain warranty which came free with the purchase.Two other things happened that impressed me. When I came to pick up the car on a Sunday, which had a fresh oil change and thorough detailed cleaning, the registration didn't go through the DMV because of an unknown tax bill from Windsor, Christina and the manager arranged for it to be delivered up to West Hartford the next day when the tax issue was resolved. That saved me an hour's trip. The other thing is that the second key was misplaced somehow but quickly mailed to me.It was a truly customer-centered experience and I would refer any of my family and friends there even if it took an hour or more of driving to get to Premier Kia. Christina managed all of this with great communication and follow-through.

The people were easy to talk with, welcoming, and understood our needs. We found the van we wanted online and were happy to see it was clean and in great shape when we went for the test drive. We financed through the dealership with a fair rate. Nathan was very easy to work with, stayed late for us, and took the time to help us get to know the vehicle. Overall, it was an excellent experience and we love our Kia Sedona minivan.

My wife purchased a used car only to find out it had a rim that was welded.When I contacted Patrick about this he told me that rims are not warrantied and I am just trying to get something for nothing.The welded rim caused the tire to explode on the highway almost causing a serious accident.Buyer beware once you buy your on your own.

We cane in at 4:30pm on a Saturday afternoon knowing it was close to closing time so we had little expectation in getting much accomplished. Nate immediately took interest in us, grabbed the keys to the used Land Rover we were interested in and took us for a test drive which was well beyond what we expected. In short we got off on the right foot. While I cringe at having to deal with car dealers, this was a confidence building experience. Nate was honest, and informative and answered all the questions that we had. The decision was easy. We went back the following day and purchased the car. At the closing, Nate had the car serviced and ready for pickup. We purchased the Armor care as well. For a used car, it was as new looking inside and out as possible. Kudos to the service shop!! Frank had all the paper work ready and walked us through the details. Both Nate and Frank were extremely prepared and profession. Would definitely recommend to best friends.

During last nights freakish weather snow, sleet and rain I pulled into my driveway after work and herd a HISSING noise coming from my tire. I quickly called KIA and spoke to Lindsey Stamp who said "oh no its hissing". It was 4:30 and they close at 5. Lindsey said come right now and we can get that patched for you cause it will be flat by morning. I got there 10 minutes later, Lindsey, Christina Hendricks (she didn't have a card so I do not know her last name) and Greg McLaughlin greeted me so nicely and said we will get that taken care of for you. So Dave the mechanic looked at the nail in my tire and said we can't patch that you need a new one. Greg and Lindsey said no problem we prepared for this news and quickly sprang into action and retrieved a new tire for Dave to put on. Shout out also to Dave who also did an unexpected oil change while I was there.Not only did they all stay late, they pro-rated the bill because it fell under warranty and all of them could not have been any nicer and so accommodating to my emergency. It saved me a whole lot of headache in the morning. Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I talked to a variety of salespeople at different dealerships (not Kia), and found the Premier Kia team (Christina especially) to be the most helpful and thorough. Huge learning experience for me (traded in my 2006 Infiniti and am now financing my new Kia), but so happy to have found a vehicle I love that meets all my needs in a very tight time frame. We went to KIA one week ago, thanks to Colleen I am driving my brand new Kia Optima and out of a Mazda Lease deal I hated. Best buying experience we have had!! Colleen was patient and knowledgeable, I went in planning on buying a Sportage and although I loved it, I asked to test drive an Optima and that was it. We dealt mainly with Colleen and Kenny. All I can say is awesome, I left feeling completely satisfied and comfortable with the deal we got, I couldn't ask for more. I have reciently purchased my second car with Nate and I don't think I would purchase with anyone else. I had been thinking about buying a new car for a while but was afraid of higher payments and, was unsure of what needed to be done to trade my car in that I still owed money on. I pulled into the dealership and sat down with Nate. Told him what I wanted, how much I wanted to spend, and all of my insecurities. It took him all of 3 minutes to find the car that I wanted. $60 dollars less a month for my payment, with a life time warrenty. The best part, At NO point did I feel as I NEEDED to by that vehicle. He never made me feel pressured. I have already told some of my friends to see Nate when looking for a new car. He will make it happen!

Christina was very helpful in helping us pick out and purchase a 2016 Soul. No hard sell whatsoever, stayed late when we couldn't get there when delayed by work, answered all of our questions and made an effort to find us the vehicle we wanted with the options we were looking for even though it wasn't on the lot, and delivered it precisely on time. The rest of the staff were very nice to deal with as well; Patrick was good about laying out the financial terms, and Kenny got us through the paperwork with no fuss at all. A good experience overall (nothing at all like the stereotypical negative car dealership experience), and I'd certainly recommend.

Christina Zampedri was very pleasant and easy to work and communicate with during my car buying adventure. I found her to be very responsive to my questions and concerns with quick return of e-mails and phone calls. I'm a cautious buyer and found Christina to be very patient and not a pushy salesperson which I most appreciated. She is very knowledgeable about the car features and explained and assisted in the custom setup of the navigation, phone and entertainment system. A big shout out to service tech David Weaver who graciously volunteered to stay after quitting time to fix a flat tire that I found on my old car when I first visited the dealership. Without his help I would have had a tremendous problem of time and effort getting the tire fixed so I could get back home. Top notch work ethic and attitude. I had leased a Kia from Premier in 2013. My lease was up and so I returned to lease another car. The car I was turning in was in such great shape that they bought it and were going to sell it themselves as a used car. I decided on the new car and put down a $1300.00 deposit. I was told that my first payment was included in that $1300.00 charge. When I went to pick up the car. they charged me again for the first payment. I asked about this and was given some double-talk answer. When I got home, I looked at the 20 or so pieces of paper that I signed and saw that I had indeed already paid the first month's payment. I called them and they said that wasn't so and refused to refund my eroneous payment. I had a friend who is in the car business look at the paper work and he said that I did pay twice for the same month. I called again and went back and forth but to no avail. I would think that even if they thought I was wrong which I wasn't that just the fact that I was a returning customer and for the sake of good customer relations,they would return my money. I think they are a sleazy operation and I would never go back there again. I won't even have my service done there because I want nothing more to do with them. I will be sure to tell all of my friends who are thinking of buying a Kia or a Subaru to steer clear of that place.

I bought two vehicles from this dealership within the same year. A 2011 Kia Soul and a 2013 Kia Sportage. The outside shell of the key transmitter of the 2011 Kia Soul was badly worn but still working properly. I wanted to have it replaced. I called the service department and was given an outrageous price. I bought a FACTORY ORIGINAL key transmitter from Amazon. I called premier Kia service department in regard to have this new transmitter re-programed and key swapped. I was informed that I must purchase this transmitter from them at this outrageous price. I then e-mailed Mr. Alvine. He stated to me: "Due ti insurance regulations (since it has to do with a key) Keys are a sensitive thing, we need to follow key protocol, etc... I was willing to pay any labor costs for this service. He said no... Just today I had this new original kia soul transmitter re-programed and key swapped at a respectable Kia dealership (Gates Auto Group). They has absolutely no problem performing this procedure and I never bought a vehicle from them. They charged me $54.50 labor. Shame on you Premier Kia after buying two vehicles fro you... I plan on buying a 2017 Kia Soul AWD and Gates Auto Group is the place to shop

We saw our new car on the internet. It was exactly what we wanted, a used Toyota Highlander. From the first time we emailed the dealer, to the signing of the documents, the process was hassle free, organized and seamless. Nathan was our salesperson, and his personality made the process fun. We were never pressured into buying anything additional, even when options were offered. You could tell Nathan loves his job and his outgoing personality spills over to the buyer's overall positive experience. Kenny was the final step in the process, and he was equally as professional. We test drove the car on Wednesday and took it home Thursday. We traveled over an hour from Glastonbury to Branford, and won't hesitate to do it again. We are in the market for another car and definitely will investigate what is in their inventory.

I have always wanted a Mazda Miata, but with a large family, it was never "practical" for me to own one. I saw one recently at Premier Kia and, on a whim, pulled into the parking lot. They were just closing, but Nathan Glazewski came out to greet me and gave me a no-rushed look. I came back the next day to test drive it. Without any pressure, Nathan waited patiently while I figured out for myself that my kids are all grown now and that there's no reason for me not to do this wonderful thing "just for me."The entire experience was comfortable and easy - from the sales process (Nathan was phenomenal) to the delivery process (also an easy experience - thanks Kenny!) What a great experience, after taking care of everyone else for so many years, to finally take care of me and have a great team at Premier Kia to support my journey.

As my 25-year-old car was "dying", I needed a new (used) car quickly. I came to Premier Kia with very specific criteria as to what I wanted. Jerard Gibson picked out three cars that fit the bill. We agreed that the Mazda 3 was the best of the three for me. However, it was gray, and I was opposed to gray cars. So off I went to other dealerships for a couple of weeks to look at more cars. There were no big warnings from Jerard about how I could lose the Mazda 3 - I was already aware of that. Every time I would stop by to see if the Mazda was still available, either Jerard or Patrick Cosgrove, the sales manager, would teasingly say, "Your car is waiting for you." They were both fun to work with. In the end I decided that the Mazda was the best car for me. But - it was still gray. Jerard and Patrick came up with the creative ideas of painting stripes or putting colorful graphics on the car.I've found someone to do the work and am now trying to decide between flowers and fireworks!

My experience with Premier Kia started with internet salesperson Rita. She was great, quick to respond and acquire all the information I asked of her. The dealership is about 45 minutes from my home and with a hectic lifestyle of work, running the kids everywhere after school and my husbands 50 minute commute, getting to the dealership to look at and test drive a car was difficult. So I wanted the trip to the dealership to be worth our time. Rita was able to work with me on all the financial information I needed in order for my husband and I to say ok, it's worth the drive. We had already test driven a couple of the same Sorento's at closer dealerships so we knew we liked the car. We just needed to be sure it would work with-in our budget before test driving. We finally found an evening to test drive the car and met with Christina as Rita only works internet sales. She was just as great. Very knowledgable with the car and excited about it as well. She really liked the product she was selling and that was great. The people working at Premier were all great, very family and made sure to make our kids feel welcome and comfortable. We really liked the car and made the deal that night, returned two days later to pick it up and all has been great so far. I had a little problem with sirius radio not working and we fixed the problem over the phone real quick - no issues. I wish the dealership was closer so I could do all my maintenance with them, I'm just not sure I want to drive that far for oil changes.

We did previous research on a car online and met with Colleen to see if it was still available, etc. Colleen was very welcoming. She was courteous and very attentive to our needs. Unfortunately, our chosen vehicle had trouble with it's battery (things happen). However, Colleen did not waste any time to find us other options that fit our needs; she kept in constant contact with us and kept us updated. And because she is an extraordinary sales rep she actually got us our original car we chose. The service staff at Kia of Branford work hard to ensure the safety of the cars and we are confident and very pleased with our new car. We are very glad she worked with us and we highly recommend her to anyone that needs to find a new car! We also worked with Kenny regarding the registration of our new car. Cindy and Kenny went out of their way to make this an effortless transaction. I hate car shopping. I hate the constant back and forth over a few dollars here and there. The 20 minutes it takes each time for the sales rep to go to the manager. I hate the sales people fawning over me. When my husband said lets take an hour drive on a weekend to go look at a car. I was looking forward to a horrible time. Well, it wasn't. The pricing was fair. It was posted. Nathan was a nice salesman who answered our questions and not once did it take 20 min to go back and forth. We were there for a short amount of time and left with a fully registered and insured car. Nathan even followed up and got us the missing spare key a week later. I will only shop at this dealership in the future. So the next time my husband says "do you want to go look at a car" ? You can expect us. Put some coffee on. Thank you very much Nathan!

This is the first Kia I have purchased. Two close friends have bought Kias in the past year. I was so impressed by their raves of each of their cars, The insides were so classy, the outsides beautiful, I could go on and on. They both purchased sedans though I was looking for more the SUV experience. I decided I think I will go to a Kia and see what they have to offer. I originally went to another Kia dealership prior and just did not feel the staff as helpful and caring for your needs. I definately had decided that I was interested in the Kia Sportage. I decided to not give up as I really liked the Kias, I would try Premier Kia. I must tell you it was the BEST experience! I am the owner of a Sportage EX. I have been driving it for three months now and it is simply a wonderful car. It drives smoothly, has a kick, roomy, comfortable. I would highly recommend this vehicle for someone looking for the smaller version of the SUV. Though it is hard to say smaller as it has so much room inside in comparison to other cars the same size. Kia did a great job designing this car. I must not end this review without giving comment to the staff, first I want to mention Nathan. I worked with Nathan right from the start. He approached us with a friendly smile. He listened to my needs and found just the right car for me. He worked really hard on my behalf for the best deal for my financial needs while addressing my wants. Nathan was simply wonderful. I must also give praise to both Patrick and Kenny. They were all apart of making my experience wonderful and working hard for me the customer to see that everything works out for my needs. And yet one more thing, Nathan went out of his way to get me an auto book to go with my car which had been missing. He researched it, bought it and mailed it to me! I am so happy!! Thank you Nathan, Patrick and Kenny. In closing everyone out there looking for a new/used car, " Go KIA" !!! and go see Nathan!!

Bought a Legacy Outback and fell in love with the car. The service department is the best I've ever encountered: friendly, courteous, creative and conscientious. On one occasion I was near the dealer when, as I filled the gas tank, I saw smoke pouring from under the hood. I called Premier and they said to bring it in immediately - no appointment needed - it was a busy day for them and late afternoon. They found a serious, life-threatening problem. Fixed it while I waited. You can't do better than that!

Car was great, salesman was fine to deal with. Price was too high for me and my initial offer was dismissed without a counter. So that was frustrating. They spent most of their time countering by insisting their advertised price was non-negotiable and that it was in line with comps. I did not appreciate that approach. If you expect to negotiate, be warned they do not negotiate well here and give you a hard sell. No complaints about other aspects of the dealership, the car was in great shape and the dealership is a nice place.

We (my husband and I) have been customers of Premier Kia for almost 4 years...I never write reviews but after reading that terrible one from the women bashing the dealership and the employees; I felt compelled to write my opinion on our numerous experiences there. For one, I think that the purchase of four vehicles says a lot...Nathan is a our sales person, really nice guy...we purchased two cars at the same time 3 years ago (a Sorento and a VW Jetta).....this year, I bought another Sorento and my husband bought an Optima...Kenny was great, friendly and honest through the whole process. I also want to comment on the service people....We always deal with Jamie & Derek. Always kind and friendly. We would recommend Premier Kia to family and friends anytime!

One of the worst car buying experiences ive ever had. This place obviously doesn't care about repeat customers. Their finance manager kenny was a borderline crook. Completely unwilling to work with customers in anyway when he screws up or the banks in which they do bussiness with and who represent a portion of their service screw up. The only pleasant experience i had was with the sales woman Cynthia who was nice. So after i gave them almost a 5 thousand dollar down payment On my car and signed the papers they wouldnt let me recieve control of the car for more than 2 weeks. Meanwhile i spent money insuring the car for that period of time. I tried everything i could to resolve this before being forced to now leave this bad review. i even left messages with 2 managers to have the owner call me to work something out. All I got was completely blown off. It was ridiculous that i needed to spend hundreds of dollars worth of insurance for a car i wasnt even allowed to take possession of for more than 2 weeks. I could understand a few days but more than 2 weeks is completely unacceptable. All i asked for was for them to remimburse me for my insurance cost. Simply divide my insurance bill in half and compensate me for that amount. Instead they still took 475 dollars from me for a conveyance service i never recieved in acceptable fashion and still tacked on 1 percent for the financing loan they got from a different bank. Then after i got the car, in less than 30 days something wasnt quite right so i brought it in to get looked at and they wacked me for another 50 bucks. Didnt fix a single thing. Took the car to my mechanic turns out it was a turbo problem like i told them. They basically just blew it off and charged me 50 bucks for nothing. All because there was no "light on" from one of the vehicles sensors. I strongly urge caution from buying a car here. They basically take to your money then brush you off. They just yes you to death in the most condescending and insulting way ive seen in a long time. Completely unprofessional. Once they have your money do not count on any customer service at all. They def operate on a "really nice up front" and then "thanks for your money sucker" bussiness model.If i ever recieve some at least minimal customer service or compensation for a ridiculous experience i will update this posting but im not holding my breath.After reading alot of these reviews i would reccomend paying alot more attention to the bad ones and alot less to the good ones. Alot of these good reviews seem incredibly fake. And if you look at the bad ones they all have ALOT in common. Seems no one has much nice to say about kenny. Seems alot of people claim this company lies to them. And in almost every response kia comes back calling the customer the liar.What are the chances of so many people who have never met eachother all "lying" about very very similar complaints. I mean common? On lady even offered to provide full documentation. Then kia basically went dark. I mean... Ha Maybe we should (#kenny) for each person who was brushed off by him or completely bull#at&!ed by him. I have never met someone who says "ill take care of it" then doesnt take care of it so many times in my life. The guy has a PHD is completely blowing you off. You can almost feel him laughing at you in a "ha stupid sucker" kind of way as he trys to get you off the phone.

I've been searching for a PT cruiser to replace my 2004 model, but couldn't locate one with lower mileage than mine! I located a 2010 model on line at Premier in Branford, CT. Too far for me to drive to the site! That's why my 2004 just hit 50,000 miles . They picked me up in Mansfield and drove me to Branford! All the employees were efficient and helpful. The only glitch was removing the dealership stickers! This took a ridiculous amount of time!!

The dealership did not try to upsell us or change the deal when we came in to sign and drive. They did as much as we could together on-line with me in advance of picking up the car...I practically bought the car on-line. Kimberly Seabrook arranged things magnificently. Cynthia "Cyndi" Carasone implemented what Kim set up, and Kenny Schmitz found the best financing for us. Everyone was completely organized at all times, and no one pressured us. If we had come in and didn't like something about the vehicle, they would have worked with us to find the right car in lieu (but that didn't have to happen, the car was fine). Kenny explained all the perks that went with the warranty and the purchase of a Kia, and it was overall good experience. Also, everyone returned my calls and emails fairly promptly. They made me want to buy another car there! Also, their participation in the Costco program was what got us there to begin with...one price, no dickering, and the price was $1000 less than advertised for that car, which was pre-owned. They are 55 miles from our home, but I will go back for my next vehicle.

I was interested in looking at the Kia products and visited Premier Kia. Nathan took his time to show me the different products that would fit my needs and I test drove two vehicles. I went back a second time to test drive the Spotage again to make sure that was the one I wanted. My new car was ready when I went to pick it up. Kenny explained the financial papers to me as I signed. Nathan explained all of the functions of the car and answered all additional question I had. The whole experience was fantastic!!! My wife and I exclusively use the Premier Subaru/Volvo dealer in Watertown for service on our cars. When it came time to replace my vehicle they were one of the first dealerships I looked at. They did not disappoint. I got a generous offer for my trade and the vehicle I was sold was well explained and well serviced. I test drove a 2007 Rav4 on September 3, 2015 with my sales person Cindy Carrasone. During the test drive Cindy had mentioned that the vehicle had brand new rear brakes and that the front brakes were good and that vehicle was given a safety check.We returned the next day to purchase the car and sign the paperwork. During that time the business manager Kenny Schmitz extolled the virtues of purchasing a 3yr/36k extended warranty, Kenny explained to us that they love to work on the vehicles because the warranty company pays them $100.00 per hour, and Premier only charges $98.00 per hour labor We decided to purchase the extended warranty. He said if the car even feels a little bit different than normal, bring it in for service and we would get a loaner. HAH! After signing the papers, we drove the car home and after about 10 miles the check engine light came on along with 4WD light and vehicle stability light The dealer was closed by the time we got home that night, so I had to wait until the next day, which was Saturday. I called service at 700AM and spoke to the Service Manager Derek McMoran and explained to him that I had picked up the car the previous evening and I did not feel safe driving it on my labor day weekend trip. I explained to Derek what Kenny Schmitz had told us when he sold us the extended warranty, and we were entitled to a loaner. Derek then told me that they don't give loaners out on extended weekends, but hey could get a service appointment in 2 weeks because they were booked. WHAT? On top of that Derek was also very rude and unprofessional.I waited until 900 that morning and called the business manager Kennt Schmitz and explained that the car had issues and I would like it looked at and pick up a loaner as he had mentioned the previous night. Kenny told he he needed the owners approval to get me a loaner and to have the car looked at that morning.The owner Robert Alvine called me shortly thereafter and told me to bring the car up that morning to get looked at, and if they couldn't repair it I would get a loaner. Fair enough.I brought the car in and it was determined that it was an oxygen sensor error, they reset it but did not put in a new sensor. While I was was waiting for the service to finish the repair I stopped in Kenny Schmitzs office to voice concerns over the vehicle. His response was that he would make everything right with the vehicle, and that I would be happy. He also told me to go right to him with service issues and not to Derek McMoran because Derek only says what he is supposed to say, and cant get anything done. OK...I drove the vehicle home and in the next few days the car started bouncing and vibrating when braking. I brought it back to dealer again and now as told all 4 wheels need to have the rotors turned at a charge of $300.00, of which they offered to split the cost. I declined that offer, and went back to Kenny Schmitz, and reminded him of his promise to make good on car. He never got back to me on that.. No surprise. Again, The car had a 15 point safety check, and it needed brakes??!! WOW!The reason that they gave me for not repairing the car is that it was sold as is, and that my driving made the rotors go bad!!! WHAT??? I drove the car a few days before the bouncing began!!!.

My first attempt to purchase my Kia was with a dealership in Bristol CT. It was positively the worst car purchase experience of my life. The haggling, double-talking, misrepresentation, hidden fees and overall horrendous experience caused me to email an Executive Vice-President of the auto group to express my concerns. The following day I went to Premier Kia of Branford. I was greeted by the Business Manager who did all the pre-work, and then set me up with a member of the Sales Staff who was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. They presented me with a fair price for both the vehicle and my trade-in which was better than the price I received the day before after 2 hours of haggling. This was a very positive experience and I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this dealership to others.

Brought my car into the dealership in Branford CT because of oil in the bottom of the well where the spark plugs are. I was turned away for service because they were all booked up. The service manager Derek McMoron wouldn't even have a tech look at it to see if it was a serious problem to at least ease my concerns. I left the dealership very angry and disappointed. I called and left a message for the owner and have not heard back from anyone. It is now going on 3 weeks and still no call back.I will not be recommending or going back to that place ever again. I find them to be very unprofessional and lacking in customer service.I went to the Kia Dealership in Wallingford, Ct and they were also booked, but just to ease my concerns the service person took my car in to check it out. I will now be giving the Wallingford Dealership my business. I drive a lot so my car needs frequent service.

Before coming to Premier Kia, my wife and me went to the Premier Kia website to look at a couple of cars. Eventually, we saw a 2009 Nissan Versa that caught our eye - we saw this car a few days before. Our salesman, Nathan, approached us in the used side and steered us toward the Versa. I had a wonderful experience test driving the car and in the showroom. Nathan answered any questions I had about the car and any financing questions that I had. A couple of days later, the financing manager calls me and I told him everything. They worked with me diligently to make sure that all my financial needs were met and I was in the Versa. The service I get is always topnotch. This dealership is the best I've ever dealt with. However, not too happy with a purported 5 hr. service stretching out to 8 hrs. This despite getting the free loaner.

I always find scheduling easy. I am warmly greeted when I bring the car in for service. The work is done in a timely way and I am always made aware of unexpected findings and associated cost to repair. I NEVER get the feeling that I am being charged for work that is not required. As a single female I have often felt and actually experienced this elsewhere. Now that I also have gray hair and will never see 75 again this is a great comfort to me!

First time buying a car on my own!!! Bought my car from them right before the new year. They were 50 miles away from me, but had the best pricing and seemed to be a legit dealer with good reviews. I went in and got great service from nice guys who were just being upfront and honest. I knew the price was great for the car, so I didn't haggle. There were issues with my insurance quotes, etc, that took a couple hours to figure out, they were patient, but everything worked out and I drove off the lot, even after I had to smoke a few cigarettes to decide if I should even be buying a car. Kenny and I maybe Mike? I forget his name were great and patient and didn't pressure me. My worse fear was buying a used car in the first place with only a few thousand mile warranty. That is why I am waiting 5 months to write this review. The car has been great and doesn't seem to have any issues. I would go back here anytime as they are fair and easy to work with!

As a 20 year U.S. Navy Veteran, I have purchased 6 new vehicles from 5 different dealerships in 3 different states and Premier Kia of Branford is the ONLY DEALERSHIP that I DID NOT feel like I was taken advantage of or that they were more interested in how much money they could make from the sale. Our online sales associate, Kim Seabrook; salesman, Nathan Glazewski; General Manager, Patrick Cosgrove; Finanace Manager, Ken Schmitz; and dealership owner, Robert Alvine all went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure we were provided the 2015 Kia Sedona with the colors and features we desired and expected at an exceptional price. We received great friendly service, and the car was ready for a test drive as soon as we arrive. There was no pressure, and our sales rep allowed the car to speak for itself. After we purchased the car, they prepared all of the paperwork, and we drove the car away within 24 hours after purchasing. Great experience!

I arrived to this dealership not sure if I wanted the pre-owned Kia Optima Hybrid I saw on-line, but Nathan immediately welcomed me and listened to my wishes and concerns with genuine care. We took the Hybrid for a ride, and while I loved the drive itself, I wasn't in love with the interior. "You know we can change this into anything you want?" he remarked. "Leather? sure! Two-tone? Absolutely!" When I realized that I could get exactly the style I wanted, make this used car truly mine, save a bundle of money, and that Nathan was going to bend over backwards to take care of me ("I could even have it done for you tomorrow!)" - I was sold. Kenny too took care of me and gave me a great deal on a warranty. I LOVE driving my snazzy Kia! I look forward to returning to this dealership for service - the employees are full of friendly smiles and very knowledgeable.

From the first second we walked in, it was smooth sailing. Had called before making the long drive from Windsor,Ct. When we arrived everything was ready. Car was warming up for test drive . Carfax was handed over, which was very surprising. All my questions were answered and there was one or two questions that couldn't be answered. But as soon as we got back off the road, the sales rep went and got the answers for us. All in all the experience buying a car from premier was awsome.... Will be returning . Thanks guys....

Ok, this review is a tough one because we really had good luck with them in the past and we really wanted to like them again.. Anyone can make a mistake, but how many things can really go wrong with one customer experience. We had bought a used optima from them a few years ago. An all around great experience, great service after sale etc( all service done there ) . That car needed replacing due to an accident, and my wife was dead set on going there again. We had a horrible experience this time around. From the first KIA CPO car they almost sold us not really being CPO (even though it was advertised on their website, marked as such on the windshield and flag AND sold by the salesman as KIA cpo.) I found out on my own just before delivery that it couldn't be due to mileage. When I called to double check I was told again that it was, and only when I asked why we were not offered the CPO interest rate I was told otherwise. We later got an email blaming it on the detailer for marking the car incorrectly on the lot, and the people that put them on the website. They offered to sell us a warranty for $ 1900 to compensate for the error. Thanks!!! Next issue was trying to get the deposit back on that vehicle, despite the fact that the check was deposited the next day and had already cleared our bank the company policy is no refund for 2 weeks even though the check cleared and that it was their misrepresentation of the vehicle that caused the issue to begin with. Next we were contacted by the insurance company that our vehicle that was totaled still had a lien on it even though we purchased it in cash from this dealer without taking any loan. Okay, mistakes can happen, we give them the benefit of the doubt and just ask them to contact Chase to work it out. Kenny says he'll handle it. A week goes by with no word. My wife calls him and with no sense of urgency just keeps saying in quite an annoyed tone " it's in the mail from chase" nothing he can do.. Two more days, no word, my wife finally leaves a message for the owner, and now Kenny finally follows through on it. Chase never mailed it and he would have it overnighted. Got the lien release 2 days later. We get an email apologizing for this and offering us $500 off a new vehicle, but we are looking to purchase a used car, no offer on that for our inconvenience., but whatever, I'm not gonna beg anyone to make things right, they should do that on their own. Tom Bakes was supposed to call us to work things out when he got "back in town". Still waiting on that call...Despite all this my wife felt strong enough about their service dept that when another CPO vehicle came in that was what she was looking for, we made the purchase despite all this mess. I will say that Nate did a good job after he got involved and Patrick Cosgrove was as helpful as he could be with the issues, but most of the others really left me with a bad taste. Not sure what changed between our first purchase a few years ago and now, but it wasn't for the better.

Everything from start to finish was very professional and organized. The salespeople were honest and not pushy at all. They allowed us to be in control of the process while providing helpful guidance and input based on what we were looking for in a respectful way. I felt like they listened and didn't try to mislead or give any false information just to get the sale. Everything was fully explained including prices, financing, and warrantee options. The staff really worked together to provide an exceptional car buying experience. I highly recommend Premier Kia of Branford and will definitely be buying future cars from there.

Traded in a 2011 Kia Soul (which I LOVED) and bought a brand new 2015 Kia Sorento from Premier - We couldn't be happier! The second my husband and I walked into the dealership, we got a good vibe. Everyone was extremely friendly. We ended up working with Mitch & Patrick. We were thrilled with them, really nice knowledgeable guys and they actually LISTENED to us. That was a big deal as we have had some dissapointing experiences with other dealerships in the past. We told them exactly what we were looking for and that is exactly what we left with. Yes, of course they gave us all the options and suggested deals and features (we were REALLY surprised to hear that the 2016's were already on the lot!) That is their job, they did it well and at no point did we feel pressured. Patrick helped us get a great deal. I know the money stuff can be stressful, but he sure did work with us to get us where we needed to be, went above an beyond. One of the easiest and least stressful car buying experiences ever. I also want to mention that we had a remote car starter installed, it was on back order so we had to come back the following week for installation. Jamie in the service department was really very nice and helped to make the entire process painless. Mitch arranged for us to have use of a loaner car and that made things so easy. Once the starter was installed Andre was so nice and brave and stood outside with us in freezing weather to show us how to use it. I just really like how everyone in service and sales work together as a team. We have a Kia dealership about 8 minutes from our home. We chose Premier because we were dissapointed with the sales dept at that particular dealership. Premier is almost 40 minutes from our home. I was worried that it would be too inconvenient of a drive to have service done, but after our experience I am happy to cross the bridge to see our friends at Premier. Thanks!

Premier was the 3rd of 3 dealerships I visited when looking for a new car, I dealt with Luigi "Lou" D'Aria from sales and can honestly say that Lou treated me with respect, no high pressure tactics, just a nice guy who took the time to answer all my questions. I would recommend Lou to anyone looking to buy a car at Premier. He's an honest guy.I dealt with Kenny Schmitz in finance for the loan transaction, and something happened there that if I didn't experience it for myself I wouldn't believe it to be true, I originally signed papers for my loan at 2.9% and was called back 2 or 3 days later to re-sign a few new papers. Kenny had informed me that Kia had lowered my interest rate to 1.9% and they just needed a couple of signatures in order to make this happen. Never have I heard of a dealer passing along that sort of savings, actually I once had a dealer (not Premier) try to raise my rate when I came in to sign the papers. Kenny also is a straight shooter, and treated me with honesty and respect. I appreciate that more than you can imagine. Nobody wants high pressure sales tactics and lies when buying a car, or anything else. Since my Kia Soul is brand new I don't have any experience with service or parts to date, but I did have questions and spoke with Jamie in service, she was very pleasant, listened to the questions I had, answered most of them on the spot, and the ones she wasn't sure of she said she would find out about and get back to me with an answer. She did indeed get back to me within 30 minutes, and sent an email with a link making sure that I understood and can see the answer as she explained it to me. I like Premier Kia a lot and thus far things have been great, I trust as we progress on they will remain as an above average dealership with some really good people. I plan on heading back there in the spring to look at a nice new car for my wife.

Purchased a 2013 Kia and was thrilled with the sales WOMAN and the process in general. After 40+ years of dealing with garages and dealerships, I have finally found one that understands that if you are honest with your female customers they will tell EVERYONE and you will have more business than you can handle. It's been one year and to date I have not felt taken advantage of or been asked to have work done that was not needed. Ladies-this is the only dealership you should be dealing with. After talking to my insurance company, they gave me a list of certified dealers and I spoke to Brian at Premier Kia and got a good feel for the car I was looking for and the dealership. We decided the best way to acquire the car would be to take the trainS (yes plural). Starting from Toms River, NJ, I drove to Long Branch and got the Train to NY Penn, then took the subway train to Grand Central, at that time we walked to find the connection to the Metro North Train. After arriving at New Haven, Nathan picked us up at the train station with My Soul car. We were greeted with friendliness and tea at the dealership. After having questions about the back tires, Mike the mechanic eased our concerns. The staff answered many questions, completed the paperwork and we were on our way back to NJ (but not my train) . Thank you, we are enjoying My Soul.

I was searching for a Jeep with my son for a least 4 months. Upon visiting one the many search sites we actually found two viable vehicles in our cost bracket. I was immediately contacted by the internet sales team, setup with an appointment and upon arrival was given a printed history of the vehicle. I had noticed, actually after purchasing the car, that on the door, the main window had a "Haggle Free" sales experience plastered on it.We were allowed to use it over night as they processed the trade-in paper work, which saved me a trip and the hassle of asking a friend to drive me back and forth. Talk about service.We purchased the car the next day and had no issues whatsoever.By far the easiest place to buy a car with the knowledgeable and friendly sales team.

Got my 2nd Sportage from Premier. Mitch in sales and Brian, the general sales manager are the best. Warm, friendly, funny, helpful and they listen. Not always easy to find with car salespeople. I make the almost 2 hour, round trip drive here every few months for my oil changes. I had the need to purchase a pre-owned car recently and after a few weeks of internet searching I found these guys through their vehicles. I made the trip up from the city and was met right away by Nathan at the door. Very straight forward experience. Told Nathan what I was there for, he showed me the exact vehicle I was looking for, took down some information and we were taking a test ride within minutes. He was never pushy or giving us a sales pitch. He seemed genuinely interested in making sure I got what I wanted. He was personable and relaxed, very funny too. Nathan hooked me up with their finance guy who was a breeze to work with. Whole thing didn't take more than two days in total time spent. They took care of all the paperwork without a fuss. They even went out of their way to help me out in the city. With one phone call from me these guys worked quickly to send me help all the way in the city and saved me a few days of bureaucratic torture. They were accommodating, kind, and gracious. I'm very thankful that I brought my business to Nathan. When the time comes I will definitely be returning for our next car.

The best customer service experience I have ever had! From start to finish the staff at Premier Kia took care of me. My brother recommended me to this dealership saying that they are the most straight forward people he has ever worked with. I took his advice and I'm glad that I did. When I walked in with a list of cars I wanted to look at Nathan was there to help me. He was genuine, funny, and most importantly STRAIGHT FORWARD. There was no sale gimmicks or tricks I told him what I wanted we looked around, talked about what was most important to me and found the perfect car for me. Nathan understood that I needed to move the process along as quickly as I could, but he still took the time to make sure I was making the right choice. Brain and Bob also worked to give me the best deal they could and get me back on the road as soon as possible.When I thought it couldn't get any better I met Jason who went above and beyond the call of duty working with the bank to get me the exact payment plan I wanted. He even went as far as sending Luigi out to meet me at my work to sign some paperwork because they knew how busy I was. Both Luigi and Jason were awesome and I can't thank them enough for helping me.Overall my experience was awesome. Everyone at Premier Kia was helpful. They all worked together as a team to help me and just went above and beyond in every fashion of the way. I will not be buying cars from anywhere else because I don't think anyone can beat the team here.

When I first stepped foot into this dealership, I was expecting to be greeted by the customary phony smile and bag of magic salesman pitches. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised when Nathan approached my father and I and with a genuine handshake and warm sense of humor. He immediately made us feel at ease. Throughout my entire experience, I was impressed with the way Nathan approached business. He had an uncanny way of knowing the right words to say at the right times. He made my decision to lease a 2015 Forte 5 an easy one.When I went to pick up my new car, I noticed a small imperfection in the paint. Without hesitating, Nathan purchased a paint touch up bottle, reaching into his own wallet to cover the fee. In that moment, I realized that Nathan is more than an ordinary car salesman- he is truly passionate about what he does, and rightfully so! As Nathan helped me to set up my UVO system in the car, he presented me with a Bubblegum tree air freshener- ready to make my new wheels smell DELICIOUS! What an awesome gesture of kindness If you're looking to purchase a Kia, Nathan is the man you want to see! On a secondary note, I absolutely love my new car :)

The best buying expereince I've had in a very long time, Mitch Burban was Great! After the purchase he spent about 30 minutes helping me understand every button in my new Kia, very impressed. I was in a car search slump until I decided to make some phone calls to a few local car dealers in Branford CT. my last phone call was to premier of Kia in which I got Mitch Burban who took the time to talk to me and answer questions over the phone. It was an easy decision to go in and visit the store. Mitch was pleasant, easy to talk to, and made you feel like a friend trying to help you not like a dealer trying to sell a car. Premier of Kia has an extremely friendly staff, honest about their work, and go over and beyond to please their customer. Their inventory of cars are pleasing to the eye and to someone on a budget. We recently purchased a Kia Soul from Premier Kia in Branford. We originally chose this dealership based on their low prices compared to other area dealers and their high customer satisfaction ratings online. We were nervous about the overall car buying experience prior to going to the dealership. We found the entire purchase process very easy and the entire team went out of their way to make us comfortable. We worked with Mitch Burban who helped us test drive 3 cars and made sure that we were completely satisfied with a car before we moved forward with a purchase. Mitch had a no pressure approach and was very informative on all of our questions. Brian Dubosar also took time to make sure that we were happy with the purchase and that we were satisfied with the level of service at the dealership. Jason Reis in the Finance department was very accommodating with all of our questions and made sure that we understood all of the documents during our loan closing process. We did not feel rushed or pressured throughout any part of the process. After we finalized our purchase, Mitch spent an extra half hour with us in the car to make sure that we understood how to use all of the features, hooked up our Bluetooth to the car, and took the extra time to make sure that we left the left completely satisfied. We would highly recommend Mitch and this dealership to anyone that is interested in making a car purchase. We plan to use this dealership again when we have to replace another vehicle. We are still a little shocked at how easy the entire experience was.

This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle from Premier Kia of Branford. Overall, my experience was very positive. I was searching for a Used Toyota Corolla for my father,who is elderly, and asked me to research and purchase a USED TOYOTA COROLLA. I researched on the internet and out of 61 used Corollas with my specifications, I narrowed it down to 3. My first and only stop was Premier Kia. I contacted Premier via e-mail informing them of my interest in a specific used Corolla that they had for sale. The next morning I received a courteous telephone call from the dealership informing me that the vehicle was available (had not been sold). My wife followed up with the dealership and we arranged to visit the dealership and look at the car that same day (early in the evening). We were scheduled to meet with Nathan Glazewski, Sales Consultant for Premier. My wife and I met with Nathan and test drove and inspected the vehicle. Nathan was most accommodating and extremely courteous to us. We test drove the vehicle on the highway and local roads and afterwards, we inspected the exterior and interior of the body and engine. During this inspection, Nathan was very helpful and let us take our time inspecting the vehicle and pleasantly answered our questions. There was absolutely NO PRESSURE WHATSOEVER from Nathan. We felt very relaxed and developed a trust and confidence in Nathan. My wife and I very much like the vehicle and we made an offer. Nathan was gracious when we made the offer and met with sales manager. It did not take too much time to negotiate a fair price. Having been satisfied with the fair price, we decided to purchase the vehicle. Two days later, we went back to the dealership with DAD, the actual owner and driver of the vehicle, and Nathan and the folks at Premier were once again very courteous and pleasant in finalizing all of the paperwork. I have never purchased a vehicle in such a low key - no nonsense and NO PRESSURE environment as Premier KIA. My wife, Dad and I were very impressed with Nathan and the dealership. Nathan is very sincere, honest and an individual whom you could trust. TRUST is paramount with my wife and I when we deal with people whom we are making a major purchase from. You don't find too many folks like Nathan in the automotive industry. My wife and I would also like to extend our thanks and appreciation to Mr. Brian Dubosar, who was the sales manager and ultimately approved our deal with Nathan and Premier KIA. There was one sticking point on the car and it was with the headlights. The lenses were fogged/severely dulled. I told Nathan and Brian that we needed to have this fixed before we finalized a deal. My wife and I strongly believed that not only was this a cosmetic issue, but more importantly a safety issue. Brian agreed to restore the lenses on the headlights at no additional cost. We feel good that Dad is now driving a reliable, well-maintained and safe Toyota Corolla. And, a final thank you goes to Mr. Jason Reis who finalized all of the paperwork for the vehicle. Jason was very courteous, patient and explained things in a slow and easy manner that was easy for us and dad to understand. Is the thought of having to go to a dealership and purchasing a new or used car daunting to you? Do questions like: Is this a reputable and honest dealer? Am I getting taken advantage of? Am I getting a good price? Will I be able to afford payments? Is this car safe for me (and my family)? Is this car going to safely get me around in the rough CT winters? all run through your head? Well they have always ran through mine when thinking of buying a new or used car. My biggest fear: Regret. Fear no more with Premier Kia.Last time I purchased a car was from a dealership (that is now closed) and I felt extremely taken advantage of. It happens, moving forward with that in the back of my head, I wearily had to start looking for a new car after totaling my old car. I'm a single mom that works two jobs and has a hefty student loan payment. I needed a safe, reliable car that I could afford and be an investment that would last me a while. I need to make sure my child and myself get around safely, especially in the up and coming CT winters. I've been recommended KIA of Branford by a coworker a couple of years ago but like I said I've been putting it off due to past experiences. I decided to go, I was promptly greeted and told someone would be right with me. I was the jerk that came around lunch time, lunch breaks are sacred! Nathan was sweet enough to forgo his lunch break and listen to my situation, my concerns with affordability, safety, what I wanted, what I needed and before I knew it we were on the road test driving cars in the lovely town of Branford. Nathan listened attentively, addressed my concerns, never pushy and led me in the direction of the right fit for my family and myself on all levels. After meeting with Nathan, picking out the best car for me, I had to leave and come back later that evening to meet with Jason to go over the scary stuff...money! Jason spent quality time working with me, going over what kind of options were available to me and in my budget. I did have a co-signer, which meant he had to spend more time with us and answering a lot of the same questions twice, which he was happy to do. (All with an 8 year old getting antsy and hopping around his office.) He was so patient, kind and most importantly, honest. I walked out of his office with a very affordable payment, lower than what I had expected and feeling at ease. That huge weight on my shoulders from fear was now lifted.I love my new car but I walked away with faith restored in (the right) car dealerships again. It was such a great experience, having that high level of customer service, the open communication, honesty and walked away relieved and grateful to have a car again on terms I'm happy and comfortable with. Many thanks to Nathan and Jason of Premier Kia for that. You guys are the best! My only regret was not getting up there sooner.

Went to Kia looking to get out of my 10yr old nissan maxima. It was falling apart little by little. When I got there I was greeted my Mitch. He was very nice and helpful also he understood what I was trying to accomplish. We found a highlander awd that I liked and the finance guy (Jason) worked real hard to get me approved. Jason was excellent in working the finance magic to get me what I wanted......even if he is a COWBOYS FAN! LOL. I would recommend them to anybody and already have. They are an excellent dealership.

Best car buying experience I've ever had. Everyone is very personable and ready to answer any questions. I brought my daughter (she is one and very energetic ) everyone was very friendly to her and my sales person was very patient while I tended to her in between my car buying experience My sales person answered every question I had and walked through all of my options to help me feel as comfortable and satisfied with my purchase. She also took me through the whole car step by step explaining every feature, every button why they do . She downloaded the apps I needed on my phone hooked up my Bluetooth. When I went to the finance office he explained everything to me and also answered any question I had . I am in love with my car and will definitely be returning for my next purchase. We arrived at Premier Kia and were greeted by Nathan Glazewski who was willing to help us out, but not in our face pushing us. He walked around the lot with us until we decided on a car we wanted. We test drove the vehicle and it was impressive. We had an upside down trade-in and wanted the best deal we could get. Nathan and Rita Ruhland from Premier Subaru, which is associated with Premier Kia, got us a good deal with an interest rate we could afford. We then returned to the dealership and the power was out due to an accident from a downed power pole, but were still greeted by Nathan on his day off to finish the transaction. The Finance Officer Jason Reis was outstanding in his handling of our purchase of the vehicle as well as gap insurance and an extended warranty. Everyone was professional and the service was great. i would recommend this dealership to anyone. We also had purchased our previous car from this dealership, which is why we returned.

I went in last week to see if maybe I could lower my car payment. I was greeted by Mark, He asked me how he could help me. I discussed with Mark that I was trying to lower my car payment, but my credit was not so good. Mark suggested I fill out a credit application and we would go from there. It's one thing when a dealership merely says that they stand by their used vehicles' quality. Premier Kia has impressed me and my wife with both the value we got in purchasing a used Sedona minivan along with the service we received when the vehicle needed some minor repairs not long after purchase. Not only did they stand by their word in covering unforeseen issues with fast, quality repairs (Derek was courteous and professional), but our salesman Mark even offered me a ride home when I came by to drop the vehicle off initially. Mark offered us an honest, patient, and straightforward approach in our shopping experience and we would recommend him along with this dealership to anyone looking for a used vehicle in this area. I purchased a 2009 BMW 650 on 08.22.2014. When I found the car online I submitted my info and was immediately contacted by Nathan. I explained to him that I lived in PA and asked him to email me pictures of the tires as well as any imperfections. Within 10 minutes of hanging up the phone with Nate I had the pictures I requested. I had a fantastic experience with this dealership. I did not have a car at all so getting around to look for one was extremely tough. I was drawn to this dealership because not only did they have a couple cars I was interested in, but on their website it says they can bring cars to you to look at if you live within a certain mile radius. That was extremely convenient for me since I could not really get around. Cindy, the person I was working with, was nice enough to bring the car I wanted all the way from Brandford to Newington not only once, but twice. She brought it once for me to look at and test drive, and then a second time so I could have the vehicle inspected by my mechanic. Not only that, but the finance department worked diligently to get me approved with a really great interest rate, which was also a blessing. Things could not have gone smoother and I could not be happier with my purchase. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a no-hassle, awesome experience buying a car.

We purchased a 2010 Ford Ranger on 6/16/14. Everything was fine, the salesman Nathan was great - our only request was the two front tires be changed, which they did. We did notice a lot of weights on one of the new tire rims, but didn't think much of it at the time. We even purchased a bumper to bumper extended warranty! Well we actually own a business right up the street from them, and live not to far away as well, so it was awhile before we took the truck on the highway and when we did, the moment you reach 60 - 65mph the wheel shakes A LOT! So last week my husband stopped in to see if they could rebalance it, and they told him to bring the truck in on Tuesday 8/5. They stated that there were a lot of weights on the rim (which was strange to us at that moment because they are the ones that placed them there) and that they added more to the rim because the rim was bent - which is why it's shaking so much. Well now we know that the extra weights were. We waited for a call to see how this would be handled, and I was called today and told that a new rim is already on order for us!! So happy to have someone stand behind their service!

From the moment we arrived at Premier Kia, we were met with kind and friendly faces. My mom and I had specifics about the car that we strongly wanted in my new vehicle. We were looking for something used, but didn't even consider a Kia. We had talked to someone on the phone, but when we got there, we started talking to Mike Iovino. Mike had a great sense of humor, but knew when and how to be serious. We told him what we wanted in the new car, and he showed us some cars. He introduced us to the Kia Soul, which I had never thought about driving. He wasn't pushy at all, and I was very open to this car. My mom was unsure, but mike made sure we knew the carfax and the cqr information. After we took a test drive (very fun and we felt very comfortable with mike), I fell in love with the car. We were aware of the safety features, which is especially important to my mom since I am a college student taking my car to another state. He also told us a story of an accident in a Kia in which the car flipped over. The boy in the car left with a few stitches and no other injuries. The Kia is definitely safe. I knew this was the car for me. The next day I came back, and mike showed me all of the specs of the car and how to work everything. Mike was efficient and professional, but he was still personable and we were able to casually chat with him. We became close to him and I got his number in case I need anything. I now have had the car for about a month and a half, and I honestly can say it is the best car ever. Everything was in working order and the way mike had said it would be. I definitely recommend this place AND Mike Iovino! Mike is so awesome and he's the perfect person to sell a car! He also filled up my gas tank!

I bought a used Honda Civic from Premiere Kia last summer for my daughter-in-law, paying top dollar for a low mileage car in seemingly excellent condition. As it was over 7 years old however, there was no warranty or protection afforded by CT state lemon laws. It had 100,000 miles on it, and I balked when they couldn't tell me if the timing belt/water pump had been done. They agreed to do it within the next six months at their cost, if I bought this car before the next day, which was the first of the month. It was promised, (although not in writing) that they would work with me if there were any unforeseen issues determined with this car. 2 days after buying it, it started showing a spurious catalytic converter code. This code quickly became constant, and come to find out, will mean a $1200 repair that will be required before the next emissions test, which was only a year out, as it had been expired when the dealer had it tested just before the sale. It appears highly unlikely that they didn't know this code existed before selling me this car, and all the assurances that they would "work with me" if there were any pre-existing problems, have proven to be worthless! I am very disappointed with the way this issue was handled, and would not recommend buying anything from this dealerships that doesn't carry a factory warranty. It does not surprise me to note that the sales manager, Liam, has been replaced, as has the customer service rep, Tom Backus. Update: 7/23/14I attempted to edit this review, after Tom Backes replied privately to me, but it never showed up. He has not been replaced as I thought after reviewing the personnel listing on this web site. The public reply that he has posted below my review is not accurate. The faulty catalytic converter code showed up spuriously only two days after buying the car, and was in all the time within a couple of weeks. This did NOT just occur 8 months after buying the car as he suggests, and he knows that. The dealership was notified of this problem immediately, and the "discount" he offered me on a replacement catalytic converter was anything but! I could get a better price anywhere I looked. I was treated very shabbily by this dealership, and would highly recommend avoiding them!

This dealership goes out of their way to make the car buying process as simple as possible without making you feel like you are at a "warehouse". While I was not buying a new car, I was still treated as if my sale was just as important as a high end sale. In the short amount of time I spent at the dealership I saw several other customers taking delivery of new vehicles. Each sales professional took time to go over features and operation of the vehicle with every customer. My sales professional Rich was amazing. I am an easy buyer so his no nonsense approach worked well for me. After speaking for just a few minutes I felt comfortable and knew that I would be happy with my purchase. Bought a used Kia Sorrento and within 3 months car died. Was told I needed a crank shaft bolt. Had the extra insurance from Zurich but they wouldnt cover it, so why pay for extra insurance, big ripoff. The 2002-2009 Kia Sorrento has a problem with this bolt, it is faulty but the company refuses to fix it even though people can get killed when this happens. Went to the dealership and was told there was nothing else they could do for me, I need to deal with service, wow, when I bought 5 cars there you were able to deal with me then. So after buying the car 3 months before I now needed to come up with 1500.00 to get the car running, they told me they would save me 400.00 but ended up paying 1,276.00. Big ripoff. This dealership will only deal with you if you are buying!

I searched high and low for a used Toyota FJ Cruiser and finally found one at Primier Kia of Branford. The dealership was the best one I have ever dealt with. The entire staff is amazing and my consultant, Rich Blanchette, made the entire experience enjoyable, relaxed and fun. He was straight forward, extremely helpful and made me feel like I was I was well taken care of during every step of the process. From trading in my car to picking up the FJ, Rich made sure every last detail was taken care of. I traveled over an hour and a half to make it to this dealership and Rich's professionalism and service as a consultant made the travel well worth it. I would highly recommend both Primier Kia and Rich to anyone looking for a Kia. (Or for a hard to find, hidden gem of a car/truck like mine.)

I walked in to Premier Kia looking into possibly purchasing an AWD SUV and as Nathan showed me a few cars I began to think that there were no cars of my liking at this dealership. But before I was ready to leave Nathan had proposed to go over to the Subura dealership across the street to see if I would like something over there. The whole time Nathan was not pressuring me and allowing me to just cruise around and ask him a thousand questions lol. We walked over and I had mentioned to him that I was interested in subura legacies before... Nathan had great attention to detail I explained to him what I wanted and I was not going to settle for less. Nathan found me the right car with the right price and I was relieved. I do not like making big purchases and I consistently ask questions because of how uncomfortable I get but Nathan had an answer for everyone. I would like to point out again that his answers werent "salesman" answers cause I know all the little pitch lines (I went to alot of other dealerships before this). This is my 3rd car and it has been 6 months since I purchased my new 2011 subura legacy limited. For me I wanted a new reliable car but I also want the dealership to be friendly and courteous. I recieved that plus more and I cant thank Nathan enough for being a really stand up guy. I will certainly purchase another car from him without question.

After visiting several dealerships in the and leaving unsatisfied, we were ready to call it quits for a while on the search for a new vehicle. Through word of mouth, it was recommended to go to Premier Kia of Branford. We decided to give the search one more shot and expand our search, and I am so happy that we did. The drive from Wallingford was well worth it. After pursuing the lot, we walked into the dealership ready for the attack; however, we were greeted by Nathan.I would not hesitate to recommend Nathan & Premier Kia of Branford to anyone. I had a great overall experience buying my used Nissan Altima at Premier Kia. Nate was a friendly and professional salesperson. He answered all my questions and it was very low-pressure the whole time. He was honest I felt the entire time, and even had the car re-detailed because he wasn't satisfied with the job that his own dealership detailing dept. did on it. Jason the finance manager was also friendly and professional with us (My father and I). Dan the sales manager, again, was very professional, honest, helpful, and friendly. Of course dealerships are a for-profit industry, shocker, but their price on this car was far below what it is worth, according to various websites and kelley blue book. This was my 3rd car buying experience from a dealership, and I can honestly say it was the best of them all. Great job guys :)

I can't say enough good about my dealings with Premier KIA. Even though I was there with a used car to trade for another used car, I was treated as if I was buying a new, top of the line, KIA. Refreshing. I can't say enough good about Rich Blanchette and Daniel Koval. Both gentlemen were professional and focused on the quality of the sales/customer experience rather than the "sale" itself. I left the dealership with a great car and good feeling about the deal. I have bought enough cars in my life to know that is not always the case.There are people that "go the extra mile" for a customer, but Rich went an extra 100 miles for me and this sale. what a dealer after a rocky start please read my review in full before deciding I had called the dealer on Saturday march 29 2014 I had saw this 2004 jeep grand Cherokee for sale on cars.com for about the price I was looking to spend when I called the dealer I asked if the jeep was still available and was assured it was after driving about 2 hours to check out the jeep I found it and low and behold it had a sold sticker on it I was fuming mad. went inside and was asked if I was being helped and said not yet and I am not very happy right now and was asked what was wrong and proceeded to explain the situation and the nice man said hold on a minute and he asked the man in the glass booth and was told that deal fell through so I sighed a big breath of relief and proceeded to check the jeep it was awesome after a the test drive which the salesman mike lovino was in the rear seat kind of weird on that aspect never had a salesman ride with me but what ever mike had me take it up on the highway it handled and drove like a dream and mike informed me that since it was technically sold once before I got it they had went and sent it through the shop they put all new brakes with new rotors and four brand new tires on it can't wait to pick it up next weekend I would drive another 2 hours if I was ever to buy another vehicle either new or used WAY TO EARN CUSTOMERS PREMIERE KIA you got one for life thanks peter Schneider Worcester Ma

I didn't need to make an appointment to visit the dealership to speak to someone about purchasing a car. My sales person, Cindy, was fantastic! She worked very hard to find me a car without ever asking for a commitment from me. I loved the no pressure approach! I went in thinking I was just going to browse. I sat down with Nathan and told him about myself and that I was on a definite budget and that X amount was my limit to spend per month. I had seen the Sorento and this was the car I wanted. The manager came over to say hi to us. Nathan worked with the manager to figure things out for me. Nathan definitely was listening to what I was saying and what my budget was. With my trade-in the numbers were not at first working. Nathan went over to the manager and when they returned they had wonderful news for me. He made it work for me, right down to the penny. I got the best car I could ever imagine and still stayed on my budget. Nathan and the others are caring people and truly give everything they can to work with you and give you your dream. I completely trust them and look forward to seeing them again and I will check them fist when I have to get another car for someone in my family. I felt like I had made new friends. Its been a few weeks since I bought the car and every day when I go to work, I laugh and say to everyone" I love my new car", they all say "yes Ann we know"

I was immediately greeted in the parking lot by Nathan with a friendly smile and asked if I wanted his help. We went inside and discussed what I was looking for and what I wanted to spend. Nathan took the time to go through the inventory on the computer with me looking at the cars history, its specifics and its cost to me. I selected a few that were of interest to me and then Nathan and Eli took my daughter and I for test drives in them when I decided on the Jeep Eli helped me to finish the paperwork and purchase the car he impressed me with his honesty when I asked a question he was unsure of, he said so and followed up with service immediately the next morning even though it was his day off. Both gentlemen were a complete pleasure to do business with and I would highly recommend them as well as Kia

This place is fantastic! Forget all of those stereotypes and horror stories you hear about the car buying process! Premier Kia is the least "car dealer-y" dealership I've even been to! All of the staff we interacted with were genuinely nice people who seemed to really enjoy their jobs. We felt comfortable immediately upon entering the door, never felt that we were bring tricked or manipulated, and ended up with a fantastic car at a great price! I visited Premier Kia because they were the only Kia dealer in the area that is a part of the Costco Auto Buying Program. I exchanged a few e-mails with Rita, spoke with her on the phone, and scheduled a time to test drive the 2014 Kia Soul. We test-drove the car with Tyler, who was extremely friendly, helpful, and answered all of our questions about the car. We worked with Dan and Tyler to determine the pricing, and they offered me enough for my old car that I decided to trade it in over selling it privately. With the Kia and President's Day incentives, plus the Costco pricing, lifetime power train warranty, and two years of maintenance included, we really feel that we got an incredible deal on our 2014 Kia Soul! Within an hour and a half of arriving we had (painlessly) made a deal on the car!There was none of the pressure and back and forth horror stories that I've heard about the car buying process elsewhere. I was in shock at how smoothly everything went! When we picked up the car a few days later, Kenny spent lots of time with us explaining all of the paperwork we were signing and finalizing the sale. Then, Tyler transferred the plates from my old car to the new car (he even has a special license plate flattening technique!), and spent plenty of time with us in the car explaining to us how each button and feature worked, and how to connect my phone via bluetooth (very important!). I feel that it's worth noting that the car came with a full tank of gas- I've heard from others that they've had to fight for a full tank when picking up cars from other dealerships. We were soon excitedly on our way in our new car!I would highly recommend Premier Kia to anyone I know after the wonderful experience we had! They really made us, a fairly cynical couple, feel comfortable and informed throughout the process. We are so pleased with our new car, and we really appreciate the help and hard work of those at Premier Kia!

I did most of the research for this vehicle online. I contacted Premier on the recommendation of my best friend who has dealt with the owner and was very impressed with him and the business. Right from the start the people at Premier stood out from the rest. All of my questions were answered and I never felt pressured or rushed.On the subject of price we went back and forth a couple of times with them always being professional, and receptive to my questions. While they did give me the best price, it was more the way they handled things that really impressed me. The other dealerships I was talking with made it seem like the clock was running and I had to hurry up and hand over some money to hold the deal they were presenting or the deal would go away. At Premier they calmly said they would make things work, just relax and lets talk about exactly what you need.On the day I went to pick up the vehicle I was met at the door, introduced to everyone that would be handling the paperwork and showing me the in and outs of my new car. Cynthia was amazing. She went out of her way to help get the car registered in time.The dealership was very rigid. There is no cross training of employees. I could not pick up the car the day I wanted because the finance person was off that day and no one else could print the forms. To make it worse it was a cash sale.I do not like this website because it forced me to open an account to send this review and it is not very user friendly. This took entirely too long to do.

Dealing with Premier Kia to purchase my car was a positive experience from start to finish. I traveled from Rhode Island to buy my car in September 2013 and it was definitely worth the trip! I originally found Premier Kia and their sister dealership, Premier Subaru, through an Internet search while looking for a specific model car, a Saab 9-2X. Id seen a car I was interested in, but the listing was so new that only a stock photo accompanied the description on the website. I clicked on live help to ask if photos of the actual car were available, and Rita, the person who helped me, could not have been nicer or more friendly. Rita quickly checked on the status of the vehicle and promised that the photos would be updated later in the afternoon or the next day. Sure enough, she followed through and the listing was revised with new photos and more specific information. When I decided to take the plunge and go see the car in person, the customer service continued to be fantastic. I arrived at the lot along with my boyfriend and my coworker who were along for the ride, and we were promptly greeted and helped by sales consultant Nathan Glazewski. Nathan was professional but also easy going and friendly. Not only did he answer important questions about the car and the buying process, but also questions about where to go for the best pizza in the area (also an important question!) and other interesting things to check out in the area since we were from out of town. He also respected the fact that we had already done our research online and knew our facts, and never insulted our intelligence. When I mentioned that my vehicle (sadly totaled in an accident) that I was replacing had been an Outback Sport and that I had really loved it, I was happy to learn that Nathan had also owned a similar year Outback Sport in the past so could easily relate to what I was looking for in a car. Also, as a female customer accompanied by two men on my visit, I appreciated that Nathan always addressed me with the important questions and never assumed that he needed to ignore me and "talk to the men" as some sales associates at car dealerships will unfortunately do. The buying process was pretty easy and painless, considering that the car was great and Nathan was very efficient following up via e-mail and phone after my visit. When I went to pick up the car, we discovered that the VIN etching that was supposed to be on the vehicle's windows had actually not been done, so Nathan suggested getting this done at the same time as the first free oil change that the dealership offers, or to have a kit sent that would allow me to do this myself. He followed up on this to make sure I knew my options and would be able to do this one way or another. He also followed up with me two weeks after the sale to make sure everything was perfect with the carvery impressive since with some other dealerships, once the sale is complete and you're out the door, you definitely never hear from them again and don't expect to. Nathan's attention to detail and customer satisfaction truly speaks well for him and the dealership. You truly get the feeling that they care about the customer and their happiness.A few other notes, on the dealership in general. When you walk into both Premier Kia and Premier Subaru, you definitely get a good, friendly vibe, from both the staff and the customers. Some of the customers I've spoken to in the waiting room were people that had been coming to the dealership for years. Also, one of the other reasons I considered visiting Premier was because their website says they will pick you up from the station in New Haven if you need to come in via train (a nice convenience for people who might be in between cars like I was). I ended up not using this service but the fact that they offer it at all was a big selling point. The Premier group, and their staff, definitely seem to go above and beyond.I'm very happy with the customer service I received from Premier Kia and the car I purchased. I would definitely recommend the dealership, and especially Nathan Glazewski, to anyone looking to purchase a used or new vehicle. As I said in the beginning of this review, it's definitely worth the trip. Thank you, Premier Kia!

She was extremely knowledgeable about each of the cars I test drove providing me information on each of the features what they did, how they worked. My visit to Premier Kia was great. A good friend of mine (Nathan the salesperson) had recently purchased a New Kia Optima from there. I liked his car so much that I went down there a few days later and bought the same one! It was one of the last 2013's that they had left in stock and I got a great deal on it. I never leased before, but the way that he explained it to me made sense. I don't know why I never leased before? I can get a nicer/newer car for about the same payment as a used car finance. Why wouldn't everyone lease? I would highly recommend this dealer to all of my family and friends. Nate is a great salesperson, very friendly and great to do business with.

Sales personnel were not overbearing or pushy, but were ready and able answer any questions about their various models and options. My vehicle purchase and financing transaction was accomplished smoothly and efficiently. I truly got the sense that the sales staff cared about my interests and not just their own. Specifically, my sales person, Cynthia Carasone, asked what type of driving I typically do and then tailored my test drive to that type of route. She was very thorough in explaining all the various features on my vehicle when it was delivered and offered me the opportunity to bring it back for additional tutorial if I needed to.I will definitely do business with this dealership again if I am in the market for another vehicle.

Cindy was great!! She was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend her. She gave very low pressure in the sale. She addressed the rattling issue in the car that was noticed in the test drive. These guys are just great. I bought my Kia Soul( which I love) from them about 1 1/2 months ago. You would think that since they already sold me the car they didn't have to be as nice, but you would be wrong. I went there for my first oil change( I do a lot of driving ) and I had some questions. I spoke to Derek in the Service Department about a few topics and he was fantastic. I like to be sure I understand, so I'm one of those customers that asks a lot of questions. He didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need and not only did he conduct himself in a professional manner, he was also very patient and friendly with me. While there I also had a hood wind deflector installed to help keep my car safer from those shooting tiny rocks in the highway. One had done some damage already and I didn't want anymore. The price included installation and it was a great price. Derek helped me with that too.I also interacted with Nathan and Liam, about some other questions I had, and was treated as if I was a good friend visiting during the holidays. These two are very classy guys and, like the last time, it was a pleasure talking to them. All my questions were fully answered, and they didn't make me feel like I was imposing, that's how nice these guys are. Heck if I could, I would have bought another car from them. The new 2014 Kia Soul looks soooooooooo sweet; inside and out.Anyway, I thought they deserved a little recognition for not leaving their good nature at the end of my purchase. Great team and great leadership. Go there and you will prove me right.Thank you Liam, Nathan and Derek.

Nathan was able to find the car for me that I saw online and brought me out for a test drive. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He sat with me and explained the car fax as well as ran numbers for me. Unfortunately for me I was not able to purchase the car because it was not in my budget at that time. On our test drive she addressed all my concerns about having a smaller sized suv vehicle and educated me with more information on features of the Kia Sorento that I was unaware of. Not only did she reassure me about how great this vehicle is but she also showed me how it handles on hills which was one of my major concerns. She brought me to areas that were very comparable to the hills I have to deal with on a daily basis. I started with Nathan as my sales rep. He never made me feel uncomfortable or pressured. Kept professional and friendly, as well as seemingly very product knowledgeable. Later I met Liam, manager. I had some misunderstanding concerning vehicle price, but Liam clearly explained it to me. He was a real gentleman and very customer satisfaction focused. Ken, finance "Guru", was active with me throughout. I explained my financial status and he immediately got some personal figure about me, which helped me relax even more. Ken truly is a man of his word and when he said he would work hard for my financing, he really exceeded my expectations. Overall, great team work and great people. I know it's their job, but they didn't make me feel like it was their job. It felt more like they truly appreciated the opportunity to treat people like people. I could not recommend them enough and other kia dealers should model them. Yes I've been to another kia dealer and was disappointed. But I'm glad I gave kia another chance and I'm super glad I ended up at Premier Kia in Branford, CT.

As a first time buyer and attempting to rebuild my credit, I had become very wary of dealerships. I had always been treated second rate and never felt comfortable even walking in. So after my wife and I had done some research we ended up driving an hour to Premier to take a look at some Sorentos. Less than 3 weeks ago, my wife and I purchased a 2013 KIA Sportage EX from Premier Kia. Approximately a year ago, we purchased a 2011 KIA Soul Sport from this dealership. We love our Soul. Now there are two Kia's parked in our garage. During this past year, the service department at Premier Kia was outstanding. We travel two-plus hours round trip to Premier Kia in Branford for service. Friendly staff, fair price, Free twenty-four month service, Twenty year / 200,000 power train warranty, etc., what more could a car buyer ask for. Yes, I would not hesitate to buy another Kia from this dealership. Robert Alvine, (President, General Manager), What a guy! Any problems? Contact him. He will get back to you in less than 24 hours. How many company presidents will do this? I applaud him! Derek McMorran, a man with two hats (Service Manager/Parts Manager). He always gives you his undivided attention whether you need parts or service on your new vehicle. Now for the Sales Staff: Tyler Walker is one of the nicest young men that I have ever met. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. I only have one short-coming to mention. This is in regard to Liam McClellan (Sales Manager). The day we purchased our new Sportage, Liam raised his voice during our negotiation. It was in regard to Window Etching. I tried to explain that it was previously resolved by Mr. Alvine when I purchased my KIA Soul. I was able to decline Window Etching then and I know that I would be able to decline Window Etching now. I did not want this dealer add-on. Thank you Mr. Alvine. My auto dimming rear view mirror with "HomeLink" will only work to open my garage door when the vehicle lights are turned on. I called Johnson Controls (Division of HomeLink) customer service tech support. They informed me that the mirror was probably wired incorrectly at the dealership. I called Derek McMorran. He set up an appointment to bring my Sportage into the shop to get this problem resolved. KIA kid

My original reasoning for being at Premier Kia was to get an oil change and tire rotation for my 2011 Kia Optima. While waiting for my car I wandered into the show room just to see what was on display. I began talking with Cynthia Carasone just about the Kia cars in general. She asked me how I liked the new Kia Forte, and although I am not too fond of the new design I explained how I still liked the 2013 model of the Forte. I threw the idea out there of locating a fully loaded 2013 Kia Forte SX and I asked her if it was still possible. Two minutes later Cynthia and Tom Backes, the General Sales Manager, had located three Fortes with the options I wanted and two of them were in the colors I had requested. Cynthia and Tom gave me an idea of what I would receive in trade value for my 2011 Optima, told me about what incentives were available and I left with an idea of what my monthly payment would be with the 2013 Forte SX. I came back the next day and sat with Cynthia and in a painless and pressure free 45 minutes we came to a deal. I got a very fair trade value for my Optima, received the incentives I was eligible for, and I got the exact car I requested when I walked in to the showroom and began talking with Cynthia. Cynthia was very educated on the Forte and was very personable and extremely easy to talk and negotiate with. Tom Backes was equally fair and easy to negotiate with. Tom and Cynthia made the process quick, easy and very stress free. We came to an agreement on a Sunday and the car was ready for me by Thursday (it took a few days because they had to get the car from another dealership out of state). Even though the car was available on Thursday, I picked it up on Saturday because of my schedule. They had no problems waiting a couple of extra days for me. On delivery day Cynthia showed me the ins and outs of the car. I have never had a car with an in-dash navigation before, or so much available technology and Cynthia was able to explain everything to me with ease. After Cynthia showed me the car I met with the Ownership Counselor, Liam McClellan to go over the financing and sign all the required paperwork. My experience with Liam was refreshing as well. Turns out, Liam was able to get me a better interest rate and lower monthly payment than I had initially agreed on which was quite the pleasant surprise. Liam explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood what I was signing before I signed it. Another quick and painless step in my car buying process at Premier.Overall, I could not be happier with my experience at Premier Kia. Every single step was painless, pressure free and I never felt like I was being deceived. I would buy a car from Cynthia again without hesitation, even if I lived in another state. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone looking for a new Kia or even a used car.

My girlfriend and I recently visited Kia of Branford in search of a Kia Sorento. We had previously been to a few other Kia dealers in the area, and we're not at all impressed with the service we received. In fact one dealer made us make an appointment for a test drive, and then was unavailable to see us when we arrived at the dealership! After waiting for 20 minutes, we left. I have to say, our experience at Kia of Branford was completely the opposite. Upon entering the dealership, we were warmly greeted by the receptionist and taken to meet with Tyler Walker. From that moment on, I knew we were in good hands. Tyler proceeded to take us for the test drive we wanted in a 2013 Kia Sorento and patiently explained many of the features and options in that current model and the differences with other models, such as the Sportage, which we were also considering. After a great test drive, we sat down with Tyler and told him we'd love to lease the vehicle and what our price range was. After one short visit with his financial guy, he came back with the number we wanted no hassles, no haggling, and no negotiating! We left a deposit on the vehicle and set a date to return to the dealership and complete the purchase. Once back to complete the purchase and pick up our new vehicle, we worked with Liam on the lease agreement and Tom, the general manager actually came over to us to make sure we were happy and satisfied with our new purchase and with the service we received. Very classy move. I have purchased many new and used vehicles over the past 25 years, and this was by far the best experience I have ever had at any dealership. If you are within driving distance of Kia of Branford and have a Kia product in mind for purchase or lease, don't mess around with any other dealership. The time was right because we will be able to pass this car along to our son as a vehicle for college in a couple of years. At the end of the appointment, we told Cindy we needed time to discuss, could we do something to hold the cars until the next day when we had come to a decision. She told us to go ahead and discuss and give her a call the next day to follow up.We decided Wednesday night that we would indeed purchase one of the two vehicles we had driven and that we would trade in my husband's car to do so. We gave a credit card over the phone as a hold payment and I mentioned to Cindy that since the drive was over an hour for us, it would be helpful if we could take delivery when we returned. That was not a problem and after exchanging several e-mails, we drove home in our new car on Saturday afternoon. I don't think anyone would give a car dealer a bad rap again if all visits went like this one. I would recommend dealers operate as much as possible by e-mail as it makes the experience so much more pleasant and less stressful once inside the dealership. I recently purchased a new 2013 Kia Sorento SX. This is my 3rd new Kia in 6 yrs, for I like having a new car every so often. Not only was I very pleased by the quality and detail of this vehicle, but was amazed at what luxury was included in the overall price. My husband drove the car and couldn't believe that it handled almost like a sportscar. He himself was impressed, for Kia wasn't his first choice .This vehicle has since changed his mind. Not only is this SUV sturdy and reliable, but it is right up there with the quality of other cars. A friend of ours just got a new BMW(SUV) ,and when he saw my KIA he couldn't believe that it looked better than his Beamer!!!!!!! Liam made my purchase painless and enjoyable, Tyler was very professional in his presentation of the car, and the people in service go without saying. I always bring my car to Branford for service and there's a KIA dealer in Old Saybrook, close to where I live. The Branford dealer beats their prices by a landslide, and the personal service you get can't be beat. They make you feel like family. I just want to say "Thank-You" to all. Premier Kia of Branford, as far as I am concerned, is the best Kia dealership on the East Coast. They are kind and helpful and make sure the whole process of buying a car is streamlined. Truly though, none of it would have been possible without our Sales Consultant, Nathan Glazewski. Nathan truly contoured to our every demand and helped us every step of the way.Even after we signed for the car, it was a few days until out delivery and Nathan kept in touch every day and made sure we were not left on the back burned. Every question I had up until the day I was to come and take delivery of the car was answered and it was all thanks to Nathan. He is an asset to the Premier Kia family and should be treasured for years to come.Others at the dealership that were SUPER helpful are Tom, the sales manager. He made sure we got the best deal and was super easy to work with. Liam in the finance office walked us through every step of the way when it came to the paperwork of the deal and explained everything to us. And of course Derek & Josh, the two guys in the parts and service department helped me pick and choose all the accessories that I wanted for our new Kia Soul and helped with the installation in their awesome service department as well.

Brian, replied to my email request, right away, followed up with me, without being annoying and was very helpful in his replies to my emails and on the phone.. My visit to Premier Kia was a really nice customer experience. Nathan was very familiar with the Optima (which resulted in a sale for him). He was friendly, sociable and made the visit actually fun. Most of all he wasn't pushy. You felt very comfortable and relaxed while there.. Tom, General Sales Manager, made sure he said hello at the beginning of the visit, spoke to me during the visit, and made sure he saw me to say "good luck" at the end of the visit. He reiterated if there are any questions or anything he can personally do, to feel free to call on him as he gave me his business card. Both Nathan and Liam, were ready for me when I arrived two days later to pick up my car. Both were organized with their paperwork and what they needed to review pertaining to my purchase. Liam, like Nathan, was not pushy to sell me additional services, when I was told about them and decided to decline them. The car was clean, and ready for me. The entire staff at Premier were very friendly, as I met the gentleman in Service as I walked through their area and the other salespeople within the office.. The staff I worked with were all very attentive to my needs. I would definitely Premier Kia to my friends and family.. Not to mention, the full tank of gas, the 2 years of free oil changes, tire rotations and the double the power train warranty is a nice plus too.. I am very happy with new Optima.. The entire experience at Premier Kia was wonderful from start to finish. Every person who worked with me was genuinely nice and knowledgeable. I was worried that the process would be stressful because of my credit history, but the staff worked with me and was able to get me financing at a rate that suprised me because it was so low! Not only will I recommend the dealership (and the vehicle) in the future, I already have told people to go there! I could not be happier with the entire car buying experience (well, unless you gave me a winning lotto ticket too)!!! :-)

As soon as me and my husband walked in, a man walked up to us and ask how he could help us. He then said that he would definitely get us a better quote , he then said "I'm the manager , my name is Liam mcClellan one of my sales associates would be able to help us when they we're done with their customers. We didn't wait long , Tyler Walker helped us get a great deal and get the car we wanted. I was very impressed with the fact that the Liam mcClellan-Manager approached us and introduced himself and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He went out of his way to get us a great deal. He was very professional , a people person , courteous , polite , and friendly ! Didn't get that at Kia of Milford , manager there did not get out of his office and had a pit bull face .. Just because you're a manager doesn't mean you have to think of yourself above anyone else. So fo that reason , I highly recommed Premier Kia of Branford , the best customer service I've had. After hurricane Sandy hit us in the New York region. We needed to replace the vehicle we lost. My family and I headed to Premiere Kia on a wing and a prayer. Not certain what to expect. We were treated like, I can actually say," family". We spent practically all day there deciding and did not feel pressured to make a decision in the least. Albert was a wonderful pleasant individual. Who made us feel very comfortable in every way. We made the purchase and are extremely pleased with our car. We even named it "Scion" (private joke.) We will use them again in the future. And Will most definitely recommend them to our friends and family. Thank you Albert for making this purchase so easy. Albert even told us to call him when we get home. The dealership was a 45 minute drive from my home and on the the day I wanted to pick up the car I wasn't able to get a ride out to Branford. Nathan Glazewski made the drive out to pick me up. We bought a car from here and lived way out of town. They were very accommodating to our situation and Brian even took a flip video of the vehicle so that we could see it in better detail from our location. The car from this dealership was cheaper by at least $1k from other dealerships and it was like a brand new vehicle (had 7k miles). Tyler was nice and knew all of the sales side of the transaction and sent us the sales paperwork in an email to speed the process up. Great car, good transaction and dealership. Pleased with our purchase!

1st off the car I inquired about and eventually bought was exactly how it was described in their add and way below NADA and KBB book values. Everyone there was very professional and made me feel like they cared about the things I was telling them. I have a little knowledge of the car industry and can honestly say that they have no pressure buying. These guys give car sales a good name. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone and will be the first place I go when time comes for another car.

I went to Kia to purchase a new Kia Soul. I had driven a plus autotmatic 2 years prior & recall the pricing & feel of the car was inline with my needs and expectations. I am only interested in purchasing a manual transmission model in the base series, not plus. I drove a used base 5 speed and was not happy with the feel of the vehicle. I then drove a used automatic, plus model. I was much more happy with this model. Then we we discussed ordering my new manual plus vehicle I did not get any specifics from the dealer. I was offered a 'ballpark' $18,000 quote & so that felt very unofficial and I decided to go to another dealership to see what else was available to me in the $18,000 range. I ended up buying a Honda Civic at a different dealership.

I had a great time with Premier Kia. I had been to a few other dealerships and was just going to stop by at Premier so that I could see a color that another place did not have. I called up and talked to Rita who was instrumental in getting me to come in to look around. With her warm welcome over the phone I came in and met with Tyler who was more than helpful in everything that we needed. I was lied to and taken advantage of by these two individuals and its probably because I am a young female who went to this dealer alone. I will try to be as short and informative as possible. First, Niel told me he would run a soft check on my credit so that it does not affect my score. He also told me if I add the Gap insurance he could get me a better APR. I found out later that both were lies. I waited 3 hours before being called into Niels office to sign the paperwork. Niel had me sign for an optional window etching fee which he did not explain nor offer me. I was tired, hunger and felt I was in good hands at the time so I just initialed where I was told. The following day after reviewing the paperwork carefully, I called to have the gap insurance and window etching fee removed. I went back to the dealer to complete the necessary paperwork. Niel was very defensive and used the F word multiple times. As for the etching fee, he stated he did not think $175 was a big deal and thats why he did not explain it to me. A few days later, I met with Tom to get my plates. He apologized and stated he understood why Niel behaved the way he did because he is new. Both Niel and Tom were supposed to get back to me about reimbursing me for the etching fee and to this day neither one has contacted me. I called the bank and they have not received any word or paperwork to remove the etching fee. Not to mention, Niel told me he would cancel out my previous auto loan for the car I traded in and that I had to do nothing because he would take care of it all. When I asked him if I should call the bank to make sure they dont debit my account he insisted and assured me he would handle it all. That was a lie too. I was charged by my previous auto loan for the car I traded in because they did not do their job. When I called the bank they informed me that the dealer did not do their end by sending them the payoff information. The owner has been aware of this ongoing issue and has not contacted me either to see if the issue has been resolved. If you are a woman do not go to this dealer alone. In fact, I would not recommend them at all.

This dealership helped me tremendously! I can in to buy my first car and they made my experience a memorable one. Nathan, Liam, Tom and the rest of the Premier Kia crew were warm and welcoming. They explained everything in great detail. I came in with one car in mind which was not in stock. Nathan and Tom would not stop until the care of my dreams was found. This made me feel like they truly cared about my wants and needs. Being a young recent college graduate, I had limited funds and no chance of getting a secondary buyer. Liam worked hard talking to banks in order to get me my car loan. I appreciate all the team members hard work. I love my new car!

everything from day one was great before i even talked to a salesperson i would walk around the lot checking out diferent models then i would compare the kias to other cars i was looking into one of the other makes was the chevys cruz i eventualy wassold on the kia forte i did also liked the 20 year year powertrain warrenty which premier of branford ct had. i dont yhink any other dealer around had that great a deal i eventualy started talking to a salesman ryan tartisel that i was almost decided on a forte after a few days later i came and told him i was going to get one we worked out a great deal and 3 days later icame in and drove off very happy
