This was my first new car and everything from walking into the showroom to driving off with a new 2016 CX-5 went extremely well. Jason Messenger was my associate and very pleasant and helpful from start to finish. He explained the car, its features and even went on the test drive with us to explain and answer any questions I had. I ordered the CX-5 with certain packages and add- ons that they didn't have on the lot but they never gave up looking for the vehicle that I wanted. When it was time to pick up the new car and do the paperwork - Kevin in financing explained the process, went over and explained every step and answered many questions I had with the financing. Before leaving with the car, Jason went over and showed us how to work the nav & entertainment system, went over where and what the cars wipers,signals,lights etc are located and as a last bonus Oscar (the manager) came out and put the plates on the car :)There was never any pressure which made all the difference!

I just leased the 2016 Mazda6 Sedan and I have to say the performance is GREAT! I am a Dad in my forties and having a family sedan with such great handling,gas mileage and pick up sure beats the wagon or mini van. Oscar, the General Manager, (and his team) was outstanding, upfront and a genuine guy and walked me through the whole process and made it a very easy and efficient leasing experience. I would absolutely recommend Premier Mazda in Hyannis to anyone looking to buy a Mazda ... they are underrated in my opinion and score high on safety, performance and gas mileage. Great job Premier Mazda!

I purchased my Mazda 3 about six months ago, and had my first service this past week. The entire experience from start to the current time has been an absolute delight! I had called around trying to find the exact Mazda I wanted, to no avail. Then I called Premier Mazda in Hyannis, and hit pay dirt. Where other Mazda dealerships had tried to talk me into a car they had on their lot, Premier found the one I wanted, and sent someone to the out-of-state dealership to pick it up and bring here to Massachusetts for me. Wow!! My first service was a wonder as well. They treated me like family, had snacks, great coffee and a small but comfy waiting room. No complaints here. It is a bit of a drive for me...but well worth it! Thanks everyone at Premier Mazda for a great experience.

We had a very positive experience purchasing a new CX-5. I contacted the dealership through cars.com. Their response was immediate and friendly. Jonathan Seabra was pleasant from the first meeting; showing the car, discussing the dealership, explaining the features, etc. The car price was better than other dealers participating in the USAA car buying program and the value offered for our trade-in was very good as well. The financing and purchase options by Gus and Kevin were well explained and finalizing the deal was very simple. The car was immaculate when received. We were very happy with the process and are ecstatic with the CX-5.

It was Premier of Hyannis' Customer Adviser, Jonathan Seabra, who did EVERYTHING right - to assist me in selecting the best new car for my needs. After researching all the reviews about Mazda CX-3s and CX-5s online, I filled out an online form and Jonathan was prompt and courteous in contacting me. Personable ... and effective in learning what type of car I was looking for, Jonathan led me to that the car I finally chose ... and that choice was easily one of many excellent choices available at Mazda. Premier's Associates are patient and smart, honest and on the customer's side. How many times can you say that about any place else? Thanks, mostly to Jonathan and the rest of the Premier Mazda's team who made the car buying experience a delight, ... I will be proud to show off my shiny new Mazda with Premier's sticker on the back!

This transaction was one of the easiest experiences I have ever had, There is no price negotiation. I was presented with one fair price and that was it. My sales agent Jonathan Seabra took care of the rest of the transaction. All I had to do was call my= insurance company and sign some paperwork. I didn't have to leave home. One feature that stood out was loaned us a new car for an extended test drive. As the car is my wife's it was important she felt comfortable with the vehicle. Jonathan arranged with Joe Laham, for my wife to test drive the car for a day and a half. Stop by Premier Mazda and see Johathan. He's a good guy. No pressure to buy. No phone calls. No "sales manager" secret meetings. I recommend Mr.Laham's' Premier Auto Group. Fair. Honest and Sincere.

I had been looking for a car for about a month. When I walked into Premier Mazda something immediately felt different. The dealership is immaculate and welcoming. My sales person, Bob Michienzie was incredibly honest, helpful and genuine. It was evident that he was beyond knowledgeable and wanted to work with me to find a car that was best suited for all of my needs and budget. I am still in awe of how accommodating and incredible my experience was. He worked with me to find the perfect car, and my 2015 Mazda 3 is my favorite car I have ever owned. It is easy to admit that I will never be shopping for a car outside of the Premier network again. I am sad that I can only rate Premier Mazda and Bob Michienzie 5 stars. Thank you so much!
