I appreciate the timely fashion with which the service department handled my vehicle. I was the first customer of the morning, there for a hood latch recall notice, free oil change and multi point inspection, and they promptly took me in at 7am, and it took less than 2hrs for everything to be done…well sort of. Here’s where my dissatisfaction comes into play. Once my vehicle was “finished”, the service agent walked in, called my name, put my paperwork on the counter, and walked out. No explanation was given of what was done to my vehicle, no information was given of what was found on the multi point inspection, and no recommendations were given on what, if any, items needed to be addressed on my vehicle…nothing was written on the paperwork either!! I was anticipating them addressing the need for new windshield wipers, because the rubber was in fact hanging off the wiper on one side, but nothing was said about it. When I questioned how they could possibly do an inspection of my vehicle and NOT see that I clearly need new wiper blades, then they sold me the wiper blades and changed them out, but had I not said something, it would have gone undone. Once that work was done, no one came to tell me it was done, I had to go and ask if my car was ready!! Now I’m not exactly sure what’s all included in a multi point inspection, but I would assume it includes tire pressure, well, all four of my tires are at different levels and are all UNDER the recommended level. So this makes me wonder if the inspection was actually done at all!!! Also, I was never asked if I had any other issues with my vehicle that I wanted addressed, which I actually did. While I can appreciate the speed of the service department, the lack of GOOD customer service overshadowed that. I’d rather spend a few hours sitting in the service department getting my vehicle COMPLETELY serviced, which I was prepared to do, than to leave quickly, dissatisfied, and not knowing if my vehicle is operating at its best.

I will start by saying I give 5 stars to a sales associate named Earl. NOT the service department. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle from the service department which was READY, I ended up with a big situation of I wasn’t even sure I was going to be leaving with my car the day BEFORE thanksgiving! I will say that communication needs to get better within the people at this establishment (or maybe it was just not a good day) because I was waiting over 2 hours for a car that was ready for nothing. A person I had to wait for to be able to use my method of payment wasn’t even there and it seems no one even knew. Luckily Earl noticed I was waiting for a while and told me he would help me get to the bottom of everything. And he DID. The only reason I was able to leave with my car the day before thanksgiving was because of EARL! (Who knows what would have happened if it wasn’t for him) His awareness and the urge to want to solve situations helped a lot. THANK YOU EARL C. I will also add i wasn’t very happy with the service because : 1: I got an oil change but no new oil change sticker (If there were none I understand) and no one checked my windshield wiper fluid which the same day I got my car back it stated it was low. 2: I got 2 new tires and a rotation but same day I got my car back my car is still saying “flat tire” and it’s showing 2 tires are low. (All 4 tires look perfectly fine to me so not sure what’s going on with that) Overall I will say ALL staff was nice and friendly, environment was calm and clean. I will for sure be back next time there is problems with my car but will ask more questions. I just unfortunately didn’t have the time last time to ask about all of those things.

I have taken my business to Premier Nissan for the past 10 years. Since I began doing business with them, it has always been a pleasurable experience. Not only do they make you feel comfortable, they sincerely care for your best interests. My wife and I have since purchased 4 vehicles from them, and we will continue patronizing Premier. The service department is the best in the area by far. These guys know what they are doing and it shows. They never pressure you into some unnecessary repair or bogus claim. Honesty and integrity. Taking care of your vehicle is never a fun job, but these guys make that chore easier to deal with. Edit- Now 4 vehicles purchased with these incredible folks. Each and every time they surpass themselves with amazing customer service. Excellent as always.

This was by far the fastest & best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I went in on my lunch break & told them I didn’t want to be there all day. I knew exactly what I wanted! I test drove the vehicle on my lunch break & by 3pm, I was ready to go! My salesman, Terrell, was awesome! I didn’t feel like just a number. The Young Lady who made my reservation was so sweet, kind and accommodating. I believe her name was June. Not sure if it was a miscommunication or not, but I thought she told me my first oil change on my 2016 leased Murano was free but we were charged $38.00. She said 1st oil changes are complimentary on newly purchased Nissans. Also - your Service Department is FAST!!! We brought my car in at 8:00am and it was done by 12:00pm. We swapped out cars and my boyfriend's 2016 Altima was done lickety-split! We're new to the area and will be using you! Loved the car wash too - nice touch.

Was told items were fixed (drain line) at windshield I got home to check and still would not drain. Replaced noisy visor and splattered grease or something on head liner and on new visor.This was on 10-7-16 returned on 10-12-16 to have issues resolves after speaking to Abdul. When I arrived he informed me it would be $120.00 to remove panel and clean drain. He could have told me on the phone but did not. Dealt with Dan the manager and corrected the drain issues and tried to clean headliner and visor. Replaced visor and offered to replace head liner if I wanted to go that far. Very please with Dan and his attitude to help and to please customer

Service was very friendly and fast but maybe to fast on the actual labor part. It was said that the battery terminal were cleaned and preventive coating was put on which is not the case the terminals still look dirty and untouched. Also I needed a tire sensor checked out. they said that they added tire pressure and it cleared which it was when I got the truck back. But shortly after I got on the road to head to texas for work the senior went on again. I stopped and checked tire pressure and all were at 40 psi. So the sensor is still an issue and now i'm in the middle on no where South Texas unable to get this looked at.

I am revising my original review because of lack of full disclosure by the dealership and shoddy repairs. The dealership did not disclose that they replaced the transmission - which in and of itself is a good thing - new transmission but they did not install the bearings so the transmission was rattling. The fact that the transmission was replaced probably would not have precluded me from purchasing the vehicle but full disclosure should have been given.I will have to really evaluate if I would return to dealership for other vehicles.

Melvin McElveen was my salesman that sold me my 2015 Nissan Altima. I was greeted with a smile and Melvin was very pleasant and positive to talk to. He was very considerate and understanding of my financial needs and my time. He went directly to the vehicles that fit my financial category and made the buying process so effortless. My time at the dealership was minimized due to his knowledge of the Nissan vehicles and the complete buying process. My entire time at the dealership for the purchase of my new car was only 1 1/2 hours, which is extraordinary compared to past buying experiences of vehicles I had. I will definitely recommend Melvin McElveen and Premier Nissan to everyone that I know or meet. The finance manager was also very fast and knowledgeable through the finance portion of the sale. Overall, I have a great buying experience at Premier Nissan and will definitely return when ready for another vehicle. This was my first experience buying a new car and Premier Nissan was more than amazing. Daak gave me the best experience possible and made sure to get me exactly what I wanted for a great price! True customer service. The financing manager was such a sweetheart and not only made sure to get me the best possible interest rate etc but also chatted and joked with us while we waited for logistics to be worked out. We went there to look at a Nissan rouge. The one we went there for was on line. When we got there and saw it it had dents and a broken windshield . So we bought a different one. Any way everything was going great then it came to money . Our sales guy pulls out a sheet of paper plain paper we started exchanging numbers . We went back and forth so finally came to an agreement . He said could you sign this sheet we agreed on I said yes, so he brought it to his manager Walter who signed and agreed also . We went into financing after 5 hours of being there . Had my 5 year old and 15 year old who are now irrated and ready to leave . I took for granted everything was in the paper work. I never do this I signed got home rested and read the sheet what we agree to was not on there it was 1900 less that he was giving me for my car. So when I went in the next day I had agreed to bring 6100 cash I told him where's the original paper we agreed to he said what paper like I made this up I said well I don't owe you 6100 then because that was in the paper also . So he proceeded to get ugly and so did I . Walter said there is no cooling off period your stuck . I said like xxxx ! It's not about cooling off or changing your mind . I like the car but you cannot change the money in the paper work. That is legal cause not cooling off that is illegal practices. I threatened to call my lawyer . That is very much worth fighting sleazy people like this . If you buy here check all prices and totals on your paper work. They try to say oh it's in your tax crap. It's not that's more of away to rip you off. I would just steer clear of this dealer ship . Bill hood in hammond are wonderful and service is great I bought there before . I will buy at Bill hood next time . Never again premier

I went in to look at a rogue. The first day we went everyone was extremely friendly but I wasn't getting the price I felt that I needed to hear. Also I felt pressured. Told benny that I would think about it and contact him. 3 days later we phoned him in the am telling him that we were still interested and would be back. Benny said it was fine that he would see us later. WHY I showed up when I said I would and he walks us over to a board telling us he sold his car. What kind of customer service. Someone that was ethical wouldve called. If this is the great customer service you are looking for please go to premier!

I have been working with Todd for a long time. He has always been very helpful. I had a bad experience with Terry Carter. He was extremely rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. I felt as though he didn't know what he was doing, and he seemed very agitated with me. Todd called me the next morning and apologized so I returned to the dealership today. Jerry Billiot was very very nice and extremely helpful also. I plan to do business with premier in the future thanks to Todd and Jerry :-)

On March 30 I asked for a quote for a new Versa. I went to the dealership on the 31 Travis showed me the car. I got an email that day but my phone died. So I was unable to check it. But once I got home I checked it and the price they charged me they offered in the email the price of the top of the line Versa. So I went back to ask questions I was given 3 different answers. The last one was they lost 156 on my sale. No way in the world would a business lose money just to make a sale break even maybe but not lose. During the sale I was offered an IPAD that would be ready when the check cleared.Now it's almost a month and I text Travis. No answer go there it won't be in until Friday. Today is Saturday I go there aga wait 30 min to be told it's still not in. Never Again

I negotiated a price with Daak over the phone yesterday, and included the facts that I was paying cash and registering the vehicle in my home state of Wisconsin. Daak confirmed this information be sending me an email, requesting verification of the spelling of my street address and city. He then asked if I could provide my credit card for a deposit to hold the car until today. I provided that information, and proceeded to my bank to get the cashiers check for the balance. However, right before I was leaving to pick up the car today, Daak called me and told me he would no longer sell me the car at that price. After speaking with his manager Jerry, I was told I would have to pay an additional $1100 for the car which I already put down a $5000 deposit on. This is a fraudulent business practice and I have reported it to corporate Nissan.

There is little to no parking spaces, the work area for mechanics was not impressive. Technician had a radio blaring with loud noise (unprofessional.) Salesman was helpful but manager was unwilling to make a decent offer for my trade in. Ironically they were trying, at the time, to attract Hispanics to the dealership. I felt he treated me with disrespect, and I was insulted by his offer. Just because I am Hispanic doesn't mean I don't know how to research deals. Honestly I don't know why I went to Premiere Nissan. I have bought other vehicles from another Premiere Dealership and was treated poorly.

Brought car in for oil change, the fixed some recalls, but did not change the oil. Returned to have last recall done and they said they did not have the parts when they notified me that they did. They actually did have the parts. I was supposed to have my free oil changes extended by Jonathan, but they said he never did it. But they gave it to me for free anyway. On the last two visits they didn't do the safety check.

My car was towed in on June 04, 2013. Anything that could go wrong, indeed did! I was over whelmed at the lack of the communication and professionalism that was displayed! Not only did my car sit for more than three months without the repairs being made, the items that was repaired was half done!! I will NEVER do business with Premier Nissan of metairie ever again and I will not reccomend ANY of my family or friends to do business with them either!

Strike 1#. I will never step foot in that heinous place again!! In February I called about a used truck that I saw online and I asked them if it was available and on their lot and the rude woman on the phone assured me the car was there and I could come take a look at. So I take a whole day and an hour and half to go look at the car and when I arrive they leave me standing around for about 45 min twiddling my thumbs in their used car lot and when they finally came to "help" I ask about the truck and they act like i'm a crazy idiot and this truck that I was told would be there was a fragment of my imagination. I asked to look at their other vehicles and the rude guy "helping" me just stood there pointing at one and then the other wasting my time. So i left as anyone can imagine very irritated with them and my experience Strike 2#. So now it's about mid April and my Sister in law who was 7 months pregnant at the time and commutes in a Nissan Rouge so the car stalls as she is driving up the Hale-Bogg's bridge and she calls premier for road side assistance well they said they would send a truck. So now she is waiting and waiting for the tow truck and after about three hours sitting on the side of the road in the sun, pregnant she calls a different tow company and they show up in about 20 min to deliver it to Premier Nissan's service department. After about four days Premier calls to say the car was ready and that there was a problem with the fan belt. So she goes to pick it up the car and when she shows up they gave her this ridiculous bill, she reluctantly paid and that was that. Well about two days later she brought the car to Pep boys for a new tire and they looked at the car without her asking them to and found that none of the problems supposedly fixed were even worked on and the problem wasn't the problem Premier Nissan said it was, So Pep Boy's fixed the car for pennies compared to what Premier Nissan charged to do nothing. I was just furious hearing about what was done to her. Strike 3# August. So again I am in the market for a car and I see a car on Premier Nissan's website at a good price so I called about the vehicle in the morning and another rude woman answered the phone and I told her that I wanted to know if they "actually" had the car on the lot and she told me it was in her inventory so I scheduled an appointment with the sales department later that day and went on my business. I called them back 30 min later to make sure the price I saw was correct and they assured me I saw correctly and they agreed to call me if the car would sell before my appointment so that was that. About two hours after the first two phone calls the customer satisfaction department called me to find out how my experience was and actually this woman was polite enough to talk to so i told her that my appointment was for in about an hour and half and I just wanted to make sure the car was "physically" on the car lot, and she assured me again that the car was not only in inventory but physically on the lot so I went ahead and made the drive. Well when i arrived at premier Nissan for my appointment a girl comes and and looks up my profile information on the computer and then immediately says, "OH" you wouldn't believe it but that car sold about an hour ago." So I got pretty furious and was like why the xxxx did y'all not tell me this before I came out of my way for nothing?!?!? Well I was able to figure it out myself and I've been around many car sales and they take not 30 min like premier Nissan suggested but many hours. No longer than 5 min after I left that horrible place the customer satisfaction department calls me to ask how was my visit so I told them about it and to have the manager call me within thirty minutes or they will never get my business because I deserve an explanation and and I never received a phone call so that goes to show you how much upper management cares about their customers as well. They are lying crooks that post "deals" online to get you in and to look at their other inventory. They are filthy rotten scoundrels and deserve to be closed down. Premier still has ads on Auto trader for the truck I looked at in Feb, and it never existed. They tried to play the same trick on me again and I will never step foot in there again. I feel everyone should know how terrible they really are. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!

Overall a good experience, the only criticism I have is the time I spent at the dealership after having selected the vehicle, I feel there was excessive spent waiting for various stages of the process such as inventory search and final signing of purchasing documents. Visited the dealership to view the inventory on hand to help decide the vehicle I wanted. The young salesman I worked with at first was very friendly. However when they realized I was not there to make a purchase that day I was handed off to another salesman named Benny. I have purchased 17 cars in the last 20 years for myself and helped numerous family members with there purchases as I am a car enthusiast Benny is without a doubt the worst sales person I have ever been in contact with. I returned to the dealership less then a week later as after visiting several other dealers Premiere Nissan had the vehicle In the color and packages I was looking for. In the process of completing the deal Benny lied to me three times as he attempted to manipulate the numbers of the vehicle and my trade. Benny became very irate when after the third lie I asked to speak to his manager. Benny even got to the point that he felt it was neccasary to insult me. The experience seemed to get a little better when dealing with Tim the general manager until I got into finance. I was told in finance that I would not be getting the promotional rate of 2.9% that I qualified for due to the price I was paying for the car. That if I wanted the car it would be at 5.69%. At this point I just wanted to leave. But I had gotten a call from my credit union while in finance and they approved me for 1.9%...... In this process I. Visited Nissan of Slidell as well as Eric Hill Nissan. While neither had the car in stock the service as well as the attitudes were 100 times better then at Premiere. I hope Troy Duhon can get a handle on the issues at his Nissan dealership. If you can avoid Premiere then do yourself a favor and do so. You will have a much better experience elsewhere

We test drove 3 cars. All w very low miles, in great shape inside and out. All vehicles had a paper protective service mat on the drivers side floor. We found a car we really liked w a few minor scratches on the outside. They took it to have it cleaned up for us- new paper service floor protector mat in place on drivers side. We bought it took it home. The next day I went to drive it. I removed the paper mat. OMG there was huge a hole in the carpet mat that not only went all the way through it - but through the actual carpeting of the car. We emailed / called complaining of this blatent concealment by the dealership. But of course to no avail. They are not going to do a thing aboout it! It was up to us to look under it before wee bought it. We have a car with 130,000 miles on it with no huge holes in the carpet. stains yes/ holes no. Why would we suspect an otherwise new perfect looking car to have such damage?! Premier Nissan Gives Used car sales the typical bad name! & yes the carpet ( not the mat) damage would have been a deal breaker for us. & oh after we agreed on the price, but didn't like the payment. We got the biggest guilt trip! Total high pressure sales! BAD BAD BAD in every way!

When I made the appointment they claimed that they had the vehicle. I doubt they ever had this vehicle and it was a waste of my time to drive the distance I drove to see the vehicle.

Since the review I wrote yesterday is not showing and the car still is I am leaving another review with an update. The review I left was regarding a 2010 Versa that, according to the sales manager "Walter" (at least that's how he introduced himself), had been sold a week before I had called, was given information on it by "Linda", and returned emailed from "Shannon" never bening told the car was not there. I told "Linda" ahead of time that I would be coming from a distance and she tried to push me to come in as soon as possible b/c "cars like these go fast." Apparently seing as how IT HAD BEEN GONE A WEEK. On top of all this I receive an email from "Shannon" the day after, she didn't know we had come though I told the sales manager she was the one who emailed me, who still told me to advise her when I was coming in with 2010 NISSAN VERSA still in the subject! They had no other 2010 Versas in case you're thinking she didn't know which one.

We tried to purchase a 2013 Versa from Premier. We where told a price on the car. We gave the salesman our credit information. When he returned he said his supervisor would not let him sell us the car for the price we agreed on. We where then talked to by four other people for us the car at the new price ,which was over a 1000.00 more. Our credit rating is great so we went to Ray Brant and purchased the car. We would not recommend this dealer to anyone.

I was interested in a '98 Honda Civic I saw listed by Premier Nissan. It was stated that the car had 72,000 miles on it. I clicked on the carfax report, and saw that the last listed odometer reading was several years ago and it was 112,000. How did they do that? Is is a different engine with only 72,000 miles. Seems a bit deceptive to me.

i had an awful experience and wil not recommend them to any. after spending half of my saturday at the dealership with a preapproval from capital one bank i was told that my interest rate would be 15% (i was approved at 9.5%) and my car note would be $585.00. i refused this and left the dealership at 9:15 pm. the salesman and finance dept did not even tell the person trying to close my sale that i was even preapproved. I also received a phone call from Louis on monday at which time he proceeded to tell me that i was trying to buy a car that i could not afford and my car note would never be what i wanted. that i should accept that a buy something within my budget and a cheaper car.. this was the worst sales call i have ever received in my life.. i told my business to another dealership and got exactly what i wanted with my preapproval and my car note is exactly what i wanted it to be. management needs to evaluate what their sales people are doing to possible customers..... awful experience

But can't help got stuck for my stupid mistake and trusting them that they help me but instead they screwed me and i got stuck with the new car. Was not interested in buying the car but those people put the car on my name and everything infront of me bcoz in error i signed the paper. Was not happy with service and happy with dealer and not happy with the price that i am paying right now, as i qualified for much better price. Just happy with the car, as i was looking for only this car to buy.. PREMIER SUCKS..

We feel like we got a great deal on the car we went in to purchase. We knew exactly what we wanted. Car shopping is the absolute last thing we want to do because we always feel like we are being hassled and it honestly wasn't that bad here. Trashika really did a great job trying to meet our needs and when Angelo came to help us, we had to negotiate some, but we feel like we were treated fairly. That goes a long way with us. With two small children and working full time, it's not easy to spend the entire day haggling over price, etc. It took a long time to finalize things, but over all we are very happy with the Armada and the price, and Angelo was a pleasure to deal with.

I will not recommend at least used CPO vehicle from this dealership. They just want to sell off their vehicles and doesn't really care (at least in my case) on customer's satisfaction. Here are the details of poor customer satisfaction1- Broke front bumper was highlighted broken and to be fixed but instead of fixing it, it became worse (got crack in it)2- No floor nissan mats for front and rear seat (may be forgot to put it back after washing)3- No one explained any maintenance schedule or showed maintenance history of the vehicle. It was told that their is a sticker with last service done but couldn't find anything4- Car wasn't ready as per promised time and they washed in a rush and try to fix bumper in a rush4- No documents showing that vehicle is being CPO given during the sale process5- Poor detailing on the car before taking from their lot (few visible scratches)I was really disappointed from their vision to satisfy the customer.Thank you

I went to Premier Nissan with intentions of trading in my 2005 Nissan Altima (previously purchased at Premier Nissan as a Certified Used car) for another Certified Used car. Will Batiste greeted my Dad and I at first steps on the dealership ground. He was friendly, listened to what I wanted and my price range; but most of all...wasn't pushy! Will Batiste helped me to get a brand new car within my price range instead of another Certified Used Car. He made sure to explain all the bells and whistles of the car, how to operate features, and made sure the car was clean for me to take home the day I purchased it. I appreciate his help a GREAT deal and my family will return to buy additional cars from Will at Premier Nissan in the future. I'm a second-generation Nissan driver and wouldn't have it any other way.

I bought a used car. On the way home the check engine light came on. Apparently it needs a new alternator, & other parts. I called the dealership but she said its a process to get parts under warranty & the car probly wont make it the hour drive back anyway. I didn't realize the brake tag was a week expired when I bought it. They glued the door handle back on apparently. That broke off already. Headlight was out, but the whole bumper has to be taken off to change bulb because of the way the lights were put in. Just got the car last week & its already a money pit. Not to mention the airbags sensor is broken so the car should have never been allowed to get into because the airbags will not deploy. I will never buy a Nissan again because of this dealership.

Bought a pre owned versa that they had in the back of the lot and they claimed it was just came in as a trade in. They insisted I purchase the extended warranty which turned out to be a good thing as its a lemon but everytime it breaks down they still charge me a service charge and keep the vehicle for three days and I have to shell out another $100 on a rental. Also they have a very high turnover in staff so never expect the person who sold you the car and lied to you to still be there.

The paper showed 2 -5 speed Frontiers for 15,999.00. The salesman did not even know anything about the sale. Did not check the computer to see if they were even on the lot. Instead he did a bait and switch with us. They bring you in with the sale and then try to sell you another car or truck. We asked only if they had the truck and if we could drive it. All we got was a salesman who could not do anything on his own. He had to go to the sales manager. We asked a simple question and they would not even answer it. We will never recommend Premier Nissan to anyone who is trying to buy a new car. Beware!

I purchased a new vehicle on 11/19/11 and since that time it has been in the service department twice! a total of approx 5 days and now, by way of TOW, ON 12/28/11 it's back in service AGAIN due to the ignition switch being stuck ( THE TRUCK WON'T EVEN START) and the Clutch sticking and making a loud cluncking sound! this was report to the salesman right after purchase and he stated it was checked out and nothing was wrong!! I WAS SOLD A LEMON!! I am very disgusted with this vehicle and Nissian lack of concern!!! I WANT SATISFACTION AND RIGHT NOW EVEN AFTER SPEAKING WITH THE REGIONAL OFFICE I DONT FEEL LIKE I'M BEING HEARD OR SATISFIED!!!!!!

On Saturday, October 15, 2011 I purchase a new 2012 Nissan Frontier form Premier Nissan. I was accompanied by my wife and daughter. Sales person was great but management never could get their act together and the "out the door" total price was never solid. At each juncture (and we were there three consecutive evenings) the sales price would jump, or a warranty cost would be added, or a "dealer fee" would be tacked on. I suppose this has alot to do with the Versa being advertised on TV at $10,995 but don't be fooled, the actual cost will be at least $14,000 for a base model and there will be a 6 plus week wait on the delivery for which there will be no compensation or loaner (until the last week before the car arrives).

I wanted a vehicle just like the one I had but with AWD which isn't easy to come by in the Deep South. Charles and Daak worked tirelessly with me to not only find the car I wanted and get it here with low milage, but also to get me the note I wanted. They went out of their way to be courteous and accomodating. Daak even got me another Murano to drive while my new car was in transit (so we didn't add miles to my trade-in) I got everything I wanted and had a delightful experience acquiring a brand new Murano SL AWD.

This was the 2nd time I have use this dealership and salesman and I have no regrets. My saleman was professional and informtive in all aspects. When it look like I the color I wanted wasn't on the main lot he suggested we drive to an offsite to view other vehicles in the rain. It was an all day event but well worth the time.

Sales was fine and easy, but when needed a warranty issue resolved no one was there to help. When there on a Saturday to see about replacing a seat belt that didn't work. It took them two hours to tell me they need to order a new seat beat.. Really? i told you the seat beat didn't work. Two weeks later I called about the order.. no one knew anything about it or any record that i was there. Had to order it again. Week Later they called to tell me the part came in. Went there on a wednesday morning 2nd in line. Of course they didn't know anything about the seat belt. After 3 hours being there. The finally replaced the seat belt. I will never go there for anything service related. Oh and I couldn't get my second set of keys the day i bought the truck because the porter was not there. Came back a week later to get my keys.. they were lost. The made me a second set of keys. Daak the salesman was nice and got me into a truck that I wouldn't but I don't think i would buy there again.

I looked at 2 Murano's, both had the cargo cover mat. so I believed I would get the mat also, but when i took delivery I was shocked to see the it did not have a cargo cover mat. I was told that I had to purchase it seperately. I know the 1 I wanted had the cargo mat , but they insisted it did not. after all the money I spent & all the vechicles I purchase from Premier Nissan, I think that was low.

After my Jeep Compass had been totaled, I had a very short amount of time to find a new car. I searched all over south Louisiana for a Nissan Juke. Premier Nissan called me back and said they had the car for me. I showed up at the dealership and while they didn't have the EXACT car for me, Jason made sure I was able to drive the car I wanted off the lot that day. He upgraded my Juke in one day [added nav, fog lights, backup camera, etc] and I got to leave with the car I wanted! I also got to leave with a $500 wal-mart gas card in my pocket. It was an all day ordeal but modifying a car isn't something I expected to be rushed.

I recently purchased a new Altima from Premier Nissan in Metairie, and it was by far the most positive vehicle-buying experience I've ever had. Rob Stine sales manager and Bennie the salesman, made everything easy. Bennie helped me locate the exact vehicle that I'd had in mind, and he was very knowledgeable with all the questions and concerns I had. Rob Stine was professional and I never felt the slightest bit of pressure when negotiating the purchase terms. The Finance manager was also very helpful, providing information on the different options and rebates available to me. The entire experience was comfortable and relaxed, and I feel like I got a terrific deal on my new vehicle. Since then, I have recommended, my mother(murano), father n law (titan), brother (pathfinder) and sister n law (armanda) to Rob, Bennie and Premier, which they all have purchased vehicles. They all received the same customer service I did. Bennie has kept in touch with me over the months, making sure there were no issues with the vehicle.. I even received a voice mail from Bennie on my birthday, wishing and singing me "Happy Birthday"..yes..he really did sing...he's a far better salesman, then singer, but..THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE..This was the best car buying experience Ive had and I highly recommend Rob and Bennie in particular, to anyone who's looking to buy a new or used vehicle.

All of my car buying experiences at Premier Nissan have been wonderful. I moved out of state a couple of years ago and continue to drive to Metairie to do business with Sales Manager Rob Stine and his team. After the birth of my 3rd child, we decided that a mini van was the best fit for our family. I did not know much about the Quest, but Evander did an excellent demo of the features and benefits and made me comfortable with my selection. The price has always been the easiest part. Rob Stine bent over backwards for me to get me what I needed for my trade and make the deal work. Fernando was an awesome Finance manager. I was very happy with the interest rate that I was given and even got an extended warranty built in to my monthly payment. I send all of my friend and relatives to Premier. Nissan makes great vehicles and this dealership makes me feel appreciated for spending my money with them. No games here, just an easy way to buy a car

James Kennedy was the sales associate that I bought my Nissan Maxima from. He was the BEST car salesman I have ever met! He was easy to talk to, straightforward, polite, and just a genuinely nice guy. He made the new car shopping experience so much less stressful than salesmen at other dealerships did. He told me about the different features and cars without being pushy. He gave me the opportunity to consider the information he provided. He really seemed to want to help me find the car that was right for me and the one I would be happiest in. My boss referred me to James, and I was not disappointed. James is, surprisingly and thankfully, not the typical car salesman. I will definitely recommend shopping with James Kennedy at Premier Nissan, Unfortunately, James was the ONLY polite employee I dealt with at Premier Nissan. During the negotiation process, Lee Castillo came out to try to talk the price up from what my final offer was. Lee was extremely rude. When he sat down at the table he did not even bother to acknowledge the fact that I was at the table. He only introduced himself to my parents who were merely helping me shop for the new car I was trying to buy. Even when it was pointed out that I was the one who was actually buying the car he BARELY introduced himself to me. As he sat at the table and rudely tried to negotiate a price, he BARELY spoke to me. His whole mannerism and insulting, sarcastic tone made me so mad that I nearly walked out of the dealership. There is no reason for anyone to be spoken to in such a sleazy and ill-mannered tone. He is the type of person who gives car dealerships/salesmen bad reputations. He nearly lost a sale by his disgusting and disrespectful performance. The other very unpleasant part if my experience was with Byron Lopez, the finance man. He too was extremely rude and sarcastic. He was continually rushing me through the entire process. When he told me what the monthly payment would be I was surprised that it was higher than I had anticipated. I asked what interest rate I was getting. The interest rate he gave me was higher than I expected. Byron did not like that the interest rate was questioned. I should have been told up front what interest rate I was getting without having to ask. When my parents and I thought it was possible to get a better interest rate at one of the credit unions we belong to, Byron offered to check the rates for us. While he was checking the rates he was chuckling to himself. I am not sure why he was laughing, but in hindsight it seems that he could have been laughing because he gave us the incorrect interest rates for the two credit unions he offered to check. I have no way of knowing if this was intentional or not. However, when I got home, I checked the rates and he most definitely told us incorrect information. It could have been human error, but based on the way he was talking and acting towards us, I feel that we were intentionally lied too. It also could have been that he was laughing at the show or movie he was watching while he was helping me. Clearly helping me was very inconvenient for him. I am very aware of the fact that it was late and everyone wanted to get home, but it was not right that I felt rushed throughout the process. When I was trying to READ what I was signing, Byron should NOT have rushed me by telling me to JUST SIGN while pointing rudely to the paper as if I was a moron. Also, while I was trying to decide if I was interested in the extra warranty options, he pulled the paper out of my hands and put it in the folder as though I had already decided against it- I had not decided anything at that point. It was VERY clear I was still reading and thinking about adding the warranty or not. He was absolutely terrible, rude, disrespectful, discourteous, and insulting in the way he spoke to both of my parents and to me. James Kennedy is the ONLY reason I bought a car that night from Premier Nissan. The other employees I spoke to were sterotypes of sleezy, disgusting car salesmen. Premier Nissan should really do a better job training their employees. I think it would prove beneficial to both the customers and Premier Nissan to allow James to handle the entire car purchasing process, I know I would have felt a lot better throughout the process. There is NO reason for any customer at Premier Nissan to be treated discourtesly, laughed at or lied to. This type of behavior by the employees of Premier Nissan will surely have a negative affect on the reputation of the company.While I am very happy with my car, and my salesman James Kennedy, I am extremely disappointed by the rest of the experience. I will be certain that any recommendations I give for Premier Nissan include two stipulations: that James Kennedy should be the salesnab and that any financing should not be done through Premier Nissan.

After my last experience in buying a car. I felt that all car salesmen will try to get over on you. Jason explained everything about the car finace, coverage, etc. He also made sure I pick the car I wanted and could afford. And he was very patient with me and my kids.In the end I felt that he was more of a friend than a car saleman.

My 2006 Nissan Xterra was my first new car purchase and I have taken it to this dealership for every scheduled service visit. I have found the service staff to be very courteous and most anxious to make sure the customer is satisfied in their visit to their dealership. They recognize customer loyalty and reward it with good value and fair dealing. During my most recent visit, Manager Walter Cannon introduced himself and personally thanked me for my customer loyalty. I have not had any problems with my Xterra and attribute that to the good service performed by the mechanics and whenever I have had a question I have been able to talk directly to the mechanic that performed the work on my car. I have had three different Service Advisors over the years (most recently, June Soprano) and each one has strived to make sure I have been satisfied with my visit. E.H.

Service Department was extrememly customer friendly and knowledgeable. Quick service. I came in and the service guys were right there before I even got out of the car. They diagnosed the problem right away and gave me my options and pricing. They were competent, knowledgeable, very courteous, and I was out of there quickly at a reasonable cost. I considered this service to be exceptional, as they were quite busy at the time. I'll be back for my oil change soon! Thanks again for the great service.

Biggest scumbags on earth. I have never had a worse experience before, during, and after the sale than these scumbag thiefs. Their reputation holds very true. Dont dare even attempt purchasing from these con artists. They refuse to do recall work, they screw you over in financing, they lie about doing work to your car while its in the shop for work needed, they refuse to call back when parts are ordered, they lie about replacing a defective part when they say they did. Its nothing but lies and deceit from these so called salemen.

I bought a new Nissan Pathfinder in November 2009. I was leasing a Toyota and in order to me to agree to a deal and be able to qualify, they agreed to pay off the remaining 4 payments on the lease. Two months later on a Saturday I got a letter in the mail from Toyota saying there was $1900 due (the four remaining payments). I took the letter into the dealship on Monday and they said "we sent you a check"... well no, they did not. Then they tried to give me a check for $1400 saying it should have been sent to me. $1400 was for only 3 months - then they said they "really only agreed to pay for 2 months, but would pay for 3".... hello! No one in their right mind would agree to pay 2 car notes at one time. They actually changed their story regarding paying off my vehicle FIVE times while we were standing there. No way would I have made a deal like that. They showed me a piece of paper which had was scribbed "2 months payments on lease". I told them "you could have written that 5 minutes ago". I wouldn't have even been approved had I been paying for 2 car notes. Are they nuts? This issue is STILL up in the air. They tried to get me to take the check for the three payments, but I refused. I told them until they could come up with the entire amount, no way would I take a check. I'm waiting to hear back and told them I would make sure everyone knows how they do business. After I was approved, they also told me I had to come up with another $2,000.00 down before we could make the deal. Of course, the vehicle I wanted wasn't in stock and of course they couldn't get the color I wanted, so I had to wait and settle for a color I wasn't crazy about. The vehicle showed online as having an automatic liftgate. When they delivered the vehicle, no auto liftgate.. they couldn't explain it... went to their computer and decided "this one mustn't come with that" and gave me "free oil change for a year"... because after all, an oil change is worth a automatic liftgate. There was also a scratch on my new car and a defect in the paint, which they have yet to repair, and I'm sure, was hoping I wouldn't discover when I received the vehicle. I signed on the dotted lines already, so I was already stuck. They lie - go to another Nissan dealership if you choose to buy a Nissan.

I went to this dealership just to compare prices. I told the salesperson I did NOT want to go through there financing if I chose to buy a car from there. And I did NOT want my credit run for ANY reason. He came back with a price for the car that I wanted that I liked. I said ok is this the TOTAL price? Tax, title, license, everything? He said yes and said I had to fill out a credit application form so he could do the contract. I made it very clear I did not want my credit run for ANY reason. I was getting my own financing. Well I sat there for 3 hours while he ran around trying to screw me over. I could never get a straight answer from him, everytime he came in the room I reminded him I did not want my credit run. He said ok, ok, ok. Well he came back in and said "we are going to finance you through Nissan." I told him NO I am getting my own financing, then he left again. Finally I walked out the room and said I want my keys to my car so I can leave. They quickly rushed me into the finance guys office and I said I have no idea whats going on? No one has given me a straight answer. I asked how much the car was and he told me a price that was 2000 over what the salesperson told me! I said no thats not what I want. I also asked if my credit was run and he said " I didn't run it." I said give my keys I'm leaving. So today I looked at my credit report and shock and surprise it was run! I will be filing a report with the BBB.

I have brought two vehciles from this dealership and my husband just leased a 2009 nissan maxima. Our daughter just purchase a car 2 weeks ago from Premier nissan, i have been very please with my salesman he was very nice and easy to work with. My car came with a lifetime warranty on the tires and when my husband brought the car in because one of the tires having a egg in it. We were told to bring it in the following day and it would be taken care, that did not happen the service manage first said that we did not get all the oil changes and that the warranty was only good if the tires were wore down further i have all of my receipt for oil changes and maintenance i see know reason why this warranty is not been honor. And because of this reason i will not refer anyone eles to this dealership if i am have a hard time with something as simple a tire warranty, what would happen if i was having problem with my vehicle that still under warranty.

I have a murano that is two yrs old. It started to make a noise and hesitate when you excelled. I was reluctant to use a mechanic I did not know. I took it into Premier Nissan, it was a minor repair and cost next to nothing. When they called me with my estimate I asked them to put on a new back windshield wiper. Mine had broken. When I picked it up they told me my windshield wiper which was in my car was only missing a nut. They put it on free of charge. To me this shows a very honest establishment.

When my Maxima was recalled for a repair to the sunroof I took the car to Premier.The car was returned to me with spots, like a leopard all over the interior.I at first said this is not my car..then I realized that a coke had exploded in the car due to the service dept leaving to sunroof open and all the windows tightly closed. They refused to clean it , I was in a hurry but had to go clean the car myself. HOw do these people stay in business?I have heard nothing but horror stories about this place.. I drove to the West Bank from Metairie to avoid dealing with them again. I just want to understand how they stay in business??

Deceptive sales practice.Downright dishonest.Was given a quote on a new car , at which time we agreeded. They came back with the paperwork 1000.oo over agreed price .Was brought to there attention.When it came down to the final paperwork , the finance mjr included the extra 1000.00 in the total, would not give me a printout of the paperworkand tried to scam my young daughter into %16 intrest rate.I than pulled out a check and was about to write him a check for the autoat which time I hesitated and asked my young daughter would you like to think about this over night , she was confused , not knowing a lot about financing.The assholes I was dealing with was unaware I have bought over 200 cars in my lifetime.As all of this was going on This customer whom had brought her auto for service earlier , discovered her front end damaged and smashed in at which time she asked for a mananger to explain that her auto was in perfect condition when she brought it in.To everyones surprize noone responded to her request so she called the police and took pictures with her cell phoneI ended up tearing the check up in the finance manangers face and walked out with my family, vowing never to return to a premiere nissan dealer.This is NOT the first time having problems with a premiere dealer .Had they been fair and honest my family intended to purchase 2 autos that day a pathfinder and a sentrs.DO NOT DEAL with this dealer you will get rippedGo to best Chevy . Premier quoted me a price on a vehicle. The agreement was that the car would be paid for in full upon delivery. I signed the contract papers based on the verbal agreement and good faith trust that the dealer would honor the deal. Instead, the dealer fudged the numbers (increased agreed price by $8000), and financed the car through NMAC without my authorization. What should have been a $38,000 pay off balance ended up being a $49,000 pay off balance. Avoid this dealer at all costs. They are very clever, deceptive, and will cheat you if they can. I have no recourse, and will lose the car because it's no longer affordable. Don't let this happen to you.

traded my used titan in for a new one a month and a half ago.salesman said every thing was fine and i was financed...now the finance company that the old titan was financed through says its not been paid off.so now the payment on it is late...i call premier and they tell me im not yet approved ont he new one and to just go ahead and pay the note on the old one..he said come in again and sign more paperwork and bring check studs.i dont suggest for anyone to deal with these lyers.

I brought my car in for service with the primary complaint of the cars random failure to start. Premier Nissan called and told me that the technician had written down something regarding this and the warranty, but he could not read it because it was scratched out. He claimed the technicians could not duplicate the problem, however when he handed me the paperwork to take to the cashier and check out, I noticed that something had been written in the space addressing the cars failure to start and then it had been scratched out. I was sent home and three days later the car failed to start once again. A week later Nissan called me and informed me that the car was not starting because of broken head gasket which was covered under warranty and would take 3 to 4 days to fix. That was over two weeks ago and my car is still not repaired. I went to Premier Nissan yesterday and it appeared to me that they had only been working on my car for a couple of hours rather than a couple of weeks. I do not believe that they were unable to duplicate the cars problem when I initially brought it in for service. In fact, in light of the technicians scratched out notations on the work-order regarding this problem, I feel quite strongly that Premier Nissan knew the first time I brought the car in that there was a problem with the head gasket. I think someone at Premier Nissan purposely scratched out this information on the work-order because they new the job would be time consuming and would not net them any money since it was covered by warranty. They sent me home in hopes the problem which occurred randomly would not resurface until some future date that would in their hopes be outside of the warranty. Meanwhile my 3 to 4 day job has turned into the better part of a month (May 10, still not completed). It would seem the work on my car was passed over any other repair for which they could charge and make money. Bottom line, Premier only cares about money, not customer satisfaction.
