Jeff went out of his way with the buy of my vehicle and with buying his. Even though I felt I was bugging him with questions, he was always pleasant to talk to.Beats working with a big car dealer hands down.

At first we were concerned about the overall vehicle condition since we were from a long distance away and had looked at so many already. We found that pictures can be very deceiving. However their vehicle was described accurately and drove wonderful. The staff was very low pressure and the location was easy to find. We had financing already arranged but the dealer actually got us a better interest rate than our own bank! We love our new car and will highly recommend!

Jason and I were negotiating on a vehicle via email because of the 250 mile distance between our locations. We made him an offer and he countered. We countered his offer just a few hundred dollars lower and he replied "If tires are good, all electronics, 4 X 4 is functional?" This sounded like acceptance to us as the sale was contingent on the vehicles being as described, but the next email we received from Jason stated that they sold the vehicle for $500 more than our offer. As you can imagine, our experience wasn't the best.

Excellent people to deal with when buying a vehicle. Everyone from the sales staff (Jason and Jeff) to the lot attendants were extremely helpful and courteous. Processing of all of the paperwork is extremely efficient and quick but not rushed to the point where you are not sure what you are signing. This is due to the fact that a lot of time is dedicated up front so you as the buyer know exactly what you are paying, where you will be financing, what the interest rates and terms will be, etc. Plus options are offered in regards to where to finance that offers a buyer flexibility in terms of interest rates, total term of financing, etc. The sales staff is more than willing to spend considerable time making sure the buyer is well informed even if a purchase hasnt been committed to at the time they are doing all of the work. Despite all of this effort the buyer never feels pressured into a purchase which isnt always the case when buying a vehicle from some other dealerships. There are a number of quality vehicles on the lot as well so a buyer has plenty of options to chose from. I would not hesitate to do business with them again and when considering my next vehicle purchase this will be the first place I stop.

Other then the bass speaker on my radio all of my concerns regarding minor repairs were met. This was my first experience with a small dealership and Jason provided me with options. Once one of my co-workers found out were I bought my car he shared with me how happy he was with the service when he purchased his car here as well.

I have never felt better about buying a car then I was today! Jason and his staff were so friendly to deal with, what a joy. Very low pressure and I felt very relaxed the entire time. The car was described exactly the way it appeared and they made the drive worth it. Did I mention I love my new car? Highly recommend!!
