My wife and I worked with Edin. He’s a Sales and Finance professional at Premium motor sales. I highly recommend Edin, he made our experience with purchasing a car very smooth and comfortable. He knows his cars and is very helpful and present with his customers throughout the entire process right from viewing the cars to having the car delivered. He takes an initiative to text/call his customers with every detail required and is very punctual with his time. He also goes the extra mile to be sure he is engaged with his customers so that they are happy with their experience at premium motors. Great experience! Edin was easy to work with, knowledgeable , professional, and extremely helpful. We were looking for a dependable inexpensive car for my father. Found a great Honda CRV at an excellent price. Edin made sure that the car was checked thoroughly and was safe and reliable for dad!! Would definitely recommend.

After driving all around Louisville in attempt to purchase our Son his first vehicle, we stumped upon Premium and when I tell you customer service is number one, I mean it! We purchased a used vehicle from them after researching, checking the carfax, driving, and having a mechanic check it out. Edin even held the keys for us, so that we would be the first ones to look at the car that day, since we were traveling from out of town to check it out. It was priced competitively. Edin made the buying process painless. He also offers (through a secondary contractor) a 180 day warranty that covers the major things that could go wrong with a car. Even while we were there, a previous customer came in to thank Edin~ as something had happened to his purchased car while under warranty, and it was all taken care of. We do have a few minor fixable things that we needed to take care of, but it seems like that is always going to be the case with used cars. We were pleased with the entire interaction at Premier Motor Sales.

A Great experience overall. Edin was very patient with me since I don’t have the best credit and had little money to work with. He found financing that was just right for me, explained everything thoroughly. I drove away without any questions or concerns. Now a month later, vehicle is doing great and I'm excited about this journey on rebuilding my credit. Thank you again Edin!

I just recently bought a vehicle from this dealership, and I just have to say, I got a great deal on a really cool car. And the buying process couldn't have went smoother. I really enjoyed the laid back atmosphere. None of that high pressure stuff. They don't try to push you into buying a car you really don't want, and that they're just trying to unload. They make sure you like what your getting. So, if your looking for a great deal on a real good ride, I would recommend them highly.

My experience with Premium Motors was great I test drove the truck that I purchased from them and even though the brakes we're messed up they fix the brakes and everyone was kind and nice if I had any questions they did their best to answer them overall it was just a friendly experience and I would recommend anyone to go and purchase a vehicle from them my Ford Edge is running great and I love the way it drives it starts up like it's brand new and I haven't had any problems with it at all thanks again Premium Motors I love my Ford Edge.

The owner was very helpful. After I had purchased the car I had an issue with the hvac control and he purchased the part and repaired it himself. I would definitely recommend this dealer.

my old car got wreck. searching for a new car to have. other dealer were over pricing there cars or wasn't giving a warranty with it. first time i go up there see a car. i was giving fhe keys to test drive. they told everything and anything that was wrong with the car. i got a fair deal with out feeling like i got took advantage of. i ame back and got the ar they gave me a 3 month/3000 miles warranty incase anything happen. very nice people and will help hou find the right car you want.

After going up and down Preston a Dixie Hwy Taylor Blvd and New Cut rd to different car lots trying to find a car in my price range like I have in the past was impossible . I couldn't believe what the car lots that I went to tried to sell me. I believe they thought I was desperate. Nobody even offered any type of warranty nor did any of the cars have any of the qualities that I was looking for in the car. I wanted low miles am auxililary port halfway descent inside and out a warranty and something I could afford. I had just about given up on trying to find a car. I looked on google and found a few more car lots and they were on Old Shep. I was just about out of money and time to give up the rental. The first car lot I stopped at had descent cars but not in my price range of payments. The second car lot I stopped at was just right. I had choices of cars to choose from. All of them had a warranty. All of them were perfectly clean. All of them had low miles. There was a very nice salesman, Edin that greeted me with a smile and was so helpful. It's so crazy because after I told him what I was looking for the car rode up on me with every feature I wanted. The service was fast and easy. I have the perfect car and I am so respected on the road. Thanks to God, Premium Motors and Edin I can ride in style

I just bought a second car from premium motors and had the same great experience as the first time. I can't say enough about the people that work there and the experience. The people are awesome Not overbearing and work with you to make it happen. Next time I need a car I will definitely go there first.

Never thought I would write a review on a used car dealer. These guys are great, solid vehicles, priced right and honest experience. This is how it is supposed to be. Great place to buy a car. I searched for months to find the perfect vehicle, most dealerships talk up their cars and look down on yours. These guys are respectful, hard working and truly care about customer service ! I would buy any vehicle on the lot without question and will be back soon. No pressure sales, high quality used vehicles, and honest attention to detail. I drove 25 miles (one way, several times) to check these guys out, and it was well worth it. These guys do not just buy cars at auction, clean them up and resell them. They actually go to great lengths to improve them! The reason I bought a 2004 Explorer from them and not others (everybody is selling explorers) is that they were forthright on all the problems they found with the vehicle, and the work they had done to the vehicle. They also let me take the car to my mechanic with a full list of all the work that they did. My mechanic was so impressed with the quality of the vehicle and the work, that he wanted to know who they were so he could recommend people to them. He couldn't find a single thing wrong with it! These guys are easy going and patient, and did not push me to buy. I found that the longer I talked with them the more personable and enjoyable they are. Don't come to the lot expecting sales people in ties waiting behind a desk for you. No, these guys are regular blue collar guys working on cars, and trying to provide an honest way of doing the car business. In fact, you may not find them in the building, but have to walk around to the back where they may be washing one of the cars. But don't let that distract you. It will be well worth it. As I left, I told them I'd be back when its time to buy a car for my daughter.

The staff at premium made me feel like I was family, I got a good deal on a good quality car, they even gave me a free warranty to come along with, I been shopping for cars for a month now and all the other places I have been to, the cars needed work done and they were over priced. The car was washed and filled up with gas by the time the owner finished up all the paper work. I will recommend premium to my friends and family.

I have been looking to buy a Cadillac Escalade for sometime now and all the local dealers around the Louisville Indiana area have been high on there price or the quality of the truck was not what I was looking for, so I have found Premium Motor Sales Escalade on here the price was great and the quality of the truck was excellent for a 10 year old truck, the guys there did a excellent job with the buying process, I will recommend premium to all my friends and family members.
