Took my Honda Ridge line in for service and while I was there I found out that there was an air bag recall. The service tech told me about it and while we were there getting the boil changed , I got the air bag replaced. Love that they washed my truck too... Nice touch!!! The employees we're very professional and pleasant. Will definitely be back for future service!!!

Prescott Honda has some of the best service in the area. I usually deal with Chris as my service rep. She is great and I always feel very well taken care of. Pia is also great and called the day before as a reminder and said they would be able to do my recall during the same appointment time. I was out in less time than the estimate. Had my Acura MDX in for an oil change. Nino noticed I should also do the transaxle oil as the break in period was coming up. Even with this unplanned work they had the car back to me in 30 mins less than promised. Great job folks!

Excellent. Noble is a capable and caring Service Guy! They added another recall items to fix, and I had a loaner car because it took longer than expected. Nice! Explained everything they were going to do, and then what they did. They returned a clean, washed car too. Great dealer. Will definitely go back when it's time to buy.

I bought my 2007 new from this dealer and the service to us as customer was excellent. Wanted to comeback to the same dealer after checking a few others because the customer was unsurpassed by any other. We were unsure which vehicle or model we wanted between two different ones and Charlie was great in explaining everything about each model's plus and minuses. Went home and discussed all we learned from him; called the next day and made our decision. There was no pressure and that was nice. The paperwork and transfer of cars went smooth We are very happy with Charlie's guidance and the Pilot we did buy

I left my car at Prescott Honda early to have a "recall" part replaced on my car. They took it in promptly, did the work and were finished earlier than I expected. They washed my car complimentary and I was off again in no time. They are courteous and very efficient. I would recommend them to anyone and will be happy to deal with them in the future.

After never hearing back from Honda regarding a safety recall issued in July, I called Prescott Honda to see if they had the necessary parts.They did and they were willing to let me drop off my car two days later - on a Saturday, no less! It was understood that I would leave my car there and they would work on it at some time during the day, but that the repairs would be completed by the end of the day. TWO HOURS LATER I got the call. My car was finished. Huh? What other dealership would do this? None that I know of... Amazing. Thank you!PS- everyone that I dealt with was also super nice! :-)

We live in Chandler and own a small condo in Prescott. Saturday, 10/29/16, while in Prescott, we wanted to go downtown and when we got in our car to leave it appeared our 3-yr old battery had died. I received a jump and drove down to Prescott Honda and it was replaced within the hour. Back on the road again. Service lady was very polite and attentive and it was a pleasure dealing with her. Loved the service and waiting area. Thank you!!

Prescott Honda provides the best service I have ever experienced at any dealer or auto repair shop. The staff is very knowledgable and friendly. The cost are competitively priced and very fair.The loyalty they create would make it very hard for me to buy a car or have my car serviced anywhere else.

My husband and I just purchased our second vehicle from Prescott Honda. Steve Berg is our sales person, and is amazing. Steve is super patient and really works with the customer to help find the right vehicle! After considering six or seven vehicles we chose an amazing vehicle that will last for years! This was also our second experience working with Laura in the Finance department. She is such a joy to work with! She is always so friendly and courteous while maintaining a professional attitude! She really helped us find the right loan/payment package for our vehicle. Just like Steve, Laura is also is very patient with two ultra picky car shoppers! She may be the best example of what awesome customer service actually is! We are thoroughly impressed with Prescott Honda and their level of excellent customer service, would highly recommend them to anyone!

This was a non-pressured, friendly, professional service by Sales Consultant Errol Sebastien. I would highly recommend him and Prescott Honda to anyone wanting to buy a car or truck. I would even consider having them service my truck even though it's not a Honda. We had a previous purchase from them a few years ago which is why I went back to them. Great all around experience.

I called the Honda dealer because I had received a notice that my Honda had a part that was failing and needed to be replaced. I called and the service department provided a prompt appointment, completed the replacement, washed my car, noted a low air pressure reading and filled up my tire pressure, and even completed an addition task I requested on the spot. I was most appreciative.

I had the airbag recall serviced on my 2003 Accord. About a month before I started getting recall notices, my airbag light came on. I figured this was part of the reason for the recall. I was told it had nothing to do with it. I questioned it, but they were persistent that it would be at an extra expense. Needless to say, I was disappointed. On the plus side, the shuttle service the dealer offered was very helpful in getting my wife and I to work on the day of the repair. Top notch.

Brought my 2014 CR-V in for "Check Engine Light". Once problem was identified, in this case a Rat building a nest, my service rep, Nobel explained what was the problem, told me what the resolution of the problem would be, the time it would take to complete the work, and options to help prevent issue from recurring. Once again, I received customer service and satisfaction beyond expectation. My nearly 3 hour wait was all good except when a salesman came into the area where several of us were reading or working and turned on the TV. I had to find a place to sit outside so I could think. When I finished my work and went back in, the TV was off, so I wasn't the only one annoyed by this unnecessary intrusion.

Small town feel. Sales staff were helpful and not pushy. Finance was also free from scams, games, and gimmicks I have experienced with car dealers in the past. My wife is a CPA and runs the "deal numbers" which where accurate. We have had to walk way from dealers in the past due to the lies and numbers games they attempt to play. Prescott Honda also surprised me with their internet pricing being VERY close to the Costco negotiated price for a used car. Fair prices, helpful, no games, I am a happy customer.

Brought in CR-V for a fix on 3 recalls. In addition, the dealership fixed my rear, passenger door lock. It was the same problem as the recall on the driver's door lock, however that fix was not part of a recall.

Prescott Honda is absolutely the best place I have bought a car. With 8 cars under my belt, only three of which were private party, I had previously had 4 bad experiences at 3 different dealerships. High pressure sales, salespeople who don't know the cars they sell, or trying to sell you a car you never wanted in the first place... Phoenix is full of dealerships that will make a dollar any possible way.Prescott Honda is the opposite of all that. I never once felt pressured by my salesman, the finance guy, or the wonderful docs lady. I inquired about a car I was interested in on a Thursday night on a whim. I heard from them the following day, informing me the car was still available. By Saturday we had worked out an ideal cost and started down the financing road. The banks were closed, so we waited until Monday for final approval. Because the two people I had talked to were out of the office part of the week, by Thursday, the deal was done, all I had to do was drive up to Prescott to sign and drive. I drove up Thursday night at around 4:30pm. By 6 I was there, by 6:20 I had test driven the car, and by 8 my last signature was signed. The buying experience at Prescott Honda was unparalleled. As I said before, they never told me I couldn't have the car I wanted, or tried to extort more money out of me after we had agreed on price. They had a product for sale, we discussed the price, and I paid it. Greg was an incredible salesman who is professional and personable. Eddie was probably the nicest sales manager I've ever encountered. The docs lady (I'm sorry, I don't remember her name) was the calmest and kindest. I would recommend Prescott Honda to family or friends without question. If you see a car on their website, go get it! The scenic drive alone would have been worth it, but the absolute impeccable car-buying experience was really the cherry on top. Prescott Honda is the only Honda dealer in Arizona worth any salt. Take the drive. You'll be glad you went for it.

Went to have a roof rack installed and to get my air filters changed. Done quickly on a Saturday. Drove next door and noticed the gasket for the roof rack was loose and the fan was making a noise. Took it right back and they fixed it right away. They even washed my car!

My husband and I had been considering buying a new car but weren't sure which model would best suit our lifestyle. We loved the car we had but at 15 years old we knew it's time was limited. James Deluca is an extremely knowledgeable and thorough sales representative who answered our questions, explained in depth what we needed to know about operating the car, and quickly followed up by phone to answer an E-mail question we had after we brought the car home. Laura Zimbal, the finance manager, processed the contract and title transfer and she also was very knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant. I had an appointment for 7:30am to do a standard A1 service. Check In was smooth and during the service found engine and cabin air filters were very dirty. They added servicing the filters and I was out the door in 2 hours. Nino was my primary contact and although busy, processed my paperwork quickly checking in and checking out.

I came to Honda on the recommendation of my sister because Aamco had quoted me some really whacked out diagnosis. I explained the situation to Chris on Saturday 5/30 and was quite please when I was quoted $345, not the $375 that Aamco wanted just to diagnose and then it could be anywhere from $1500 to $2500. My car was ready in less than 3 hours. I will recommend Prescott Honda to anyone looking for honest, great customer service that seems to be disappearing in our world. Thank you!!

While waiting for a report on my 2008 SUV, Moses Onciu greeted me and showed me features of a new HRV which were much better suited to my needs than the SUV. He listened to my list of needs, including a smaller vehicle with good ground clearance and a backup camera, cloth upholstery, blue or green color, seat belts that held me in without crossing my neck, 4 doors in a list of about 20 features. We took a test drive and he showed me everything! He made sure all my questions were answered then showed me features I needed to know but was unaware of. He was the most patient and thorough salesman I have ever experienced in about 17 automobile purchases! He told me to call if I had more questions, which I did the next day. My 2008 experience was so miserable I did not intend to purchase another Honda but Moses turned everything around! The car was purchased with a CostCo connection.

I went in to get information only and drove out in a low mileage, top of the line, previously owned by 1 owner, great car. I am a single, retired female with trepidation about buying a car. Mike made everything crystal clear and offered me options that I could afford. I never expected to drive a new car home but much to my surprise, the car was detailed and ready to drive in an hour. I will return again and again to this dealership. By the way, my car that I traded in was a 2000 Honda CR-V with 222,131 miles on it and it was still running like a top. They are reliable and economical and made in the USA. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Noble took my car right in and told me it would be 1 1/2 hours. My car was done in an hour which was a nice surprise. He went off my bill item by item, and also reviewed what my next check-up would entail and what potential expense would be. Waiting room is always clean. My car was washed which is just a nice touch. I always go to the Honda dealership because I am treated with respect and all my questions are honestly and completely answered.

Let me start by saying that I hate car dealerships. I've walked away from many deals at the last minute when the sales manager pulled something out of their hat to mess up what was agreed upon. With many decades of experience buying many cars - used and new - I've seen the dealership experience progress down a dark and non-consumer-friendly, shark-infested path. Lately I end up doing private party transactions, taking on mechanical risk instead of walking through the doors of a dealership. This all changed for me on May 3rd when I contacted Prescott Honda for a newly traded-in used truck I wanted to see.From the initial call to the final transaction, I was amazed at the professionalism and consumer-oriented approach. Steve greeted me and let me lead the transaction. I never even met the sales manager! They give their capable sales staff the tools to complete the transaction. At Prescott Honda, everyone I met, from sales (Steve), to finance (Karen) to service writer (Noble) were real people with customer service at the forefront of their approach. They all listened to my needs and answered my questions. Simply amazing.The reason that this dealership is so great can only be due to the ownership and management. I have found this dealership to be friendly and honest with me on every occasion. The last time I visited, the technician found a leak in my tire that I did not know about. Because the tires were still under warranty, it was replaced free of charge to me. I was very grateful for the diligence of the technician.

I made a reservation online but it did not show up on the service manager's (Noble Jones) computer. When I arrived at my appointment time (7:30 am), I was the only customer in the service area, but the routine service (oil change and tire rotation) took over an hour to complete. I assume the long wait was due to my not being on the service schedule. My car was then brought out before a necessary repair was completed (a screw was found in a tire), which required an additional hour long wait while the car was re-queued.I should add that Noble gave me a discount on the service provided due to the long wait, which I appreciated.

I never even think of going anywhere else now. I am a retired single female and I felt totally comfortable with the deal I got. It was no nonsense when it came to the buy and Michael's knowledge of the car was amazing to me. I gave this dealership a 5 because of all parties involved in my sale, from the salesman to the general manager himself giving me the utmost respect and making sure that my car buying experience was phenomenal. They all went above and beyond what they normally had to do to make sure that I was happy, and that I left with the car I wanted. I told them the monthly payment I wanted, and they came back with that payment with no hidden jargon to try and take my money. In the past we have dealt with car salesman who were very dishonest in their dealings and tried to take advantage of the customer and did not know much about the cars they were trying to sell. We found Honda to be just the opposite. Ruth was very professional and knowledgable and was a joy to work with. They gave us fair value for our trade in. They pointed out a small dent that occured during transit that we had not noticed and scheduled it for a paintless dent repair which completely corrected the problem. All in all a very good experience.

I had an urgent medical emergency while I was there at Honda, waiting for completion of the servicing of my car. Nemo (don't know if I'm spelling it correctly), my service person, was very professional - in handing the service of my car; flexible in the changes of priorities we had to make; and also in his kindness of driving me the nearest food store for protein (needed for a diabetic episode I was having); then quickly organized things to drive me one hour back to Cottonwood, given I wasn't in good enough condition to drive my car. He handled everything so smoothly, and was exceptionally calm, kind and helpful during the whole ordeal. I was very impressed.

After a horrid experience for the last few weeks at Tim's trying to buy a car.. On a whim we decided to go across the street to the Honda dealer ship where we met Carolyn and Blake and all I can say is just wow.. They work as a TEAM!! Best communication I've seen we bought a Hyundai sonata and was in and out in 2 hours and 15 min. Super easy buying process.. Treated me and my husband and our three kids that were there like family. The Honda dealership has great vibes and the best people they turned our horrible first time buying experience into a amazing one!!! All I can say is we won't be going anywhere else in the future.. Came in for a normal oil change and tire rotation. The expected time to perform this service was earlier than projected and that was great. The only concern I would have is the service department phone line never seems to get answered, I have always gotten voice mail and it takes a long time ( many hours later) for them to get back with me to set up the appointment.

Our civic got wrecked and was towed to this dealer, where we purchased it. The boss lady in the service department, Lisa, was so helpful and accommodating with our insurance company trying to get this resolved and fixed. The insurance company wouldn't agree to Hondas terms and had it towed somewhere else to get it fixed. Lisa was so nice about and even said the place where it was taken was a good reputable place! She was very helpful. Then we went to pick it and had to drive it directly over to Honda to have the tire sensors calibrated, and Chrys in the service department was so nice and helpful! She taught my 17 yr old son how to be able to do it himself. Overall, I am so glad we drove from Sedona to Prescott to purchase the car in the first place and I don't mind driving it that far in the future....the service is worth it!

I brought my Honda CRV to Prescott Honda to diagnosis a problem I was having with my car locks. The customer service by the staff was amazing. Not only did they take care of everything, they contacted Honda to make sure all the details for my claim number were being addressed the same day so they could make the repairs without a second appointment. They provided a prompt ride from the dealership to my work and had the car repairs done by the end of the day. Nobel even went the extra mile and made sure my drivers side door locks were replaced since they were still under warranty, even through they were not giving me any trouble. It was such a pleasure and surprise to see that they even washed my car for me!

Khrys is very helpful in keeping my Honda servicing up to date. She calls when the ordered parts are in and calls promply when my cars are ready. Getting appointments are usually problem free. The complimentary car wash is nice. Taking my cars to Prescott Honda every six months keeps them in good working order which helps keep my famly safe while driving them.

The salesperson, Ruth Johnson, was very helpful and informative without being pushy. I highly recommend her. The financial person, Laura Zimbal, got me a better rate than i would have gotten with my credit union and was pleasant to work with.. The only 'involved' discussion centered around my trade-in value but it ended up being something that was acceptable to both sides. If you're a Costco member, check their program. i used that and I think it helped the process go smoother with less angst on my end.

Did research on Honda And Our car. Patrick didn't play the yoyo game. His knowledge made us feel comfortable. He spent time before and after the sale to be sure we knew the vehicle. Patrick answered our questions throughly. No question is a dumb question. We were going to buy the vehicle but Patrick showed us a comparison of different payments - down payment - buy versus lease. We were very satisfied with our experience. When we're ready for a new car, Patrick will be our first choice. Can't say enough about Patrick.

Went to Prescott Honda for a factory recall. I had an appointment and soon as the mechanic's came in they worked on my car it took one hour which they estimated. Prescott Honda offered snacks coffee ext, not a bad exsperiance at all.

My service guy, Joe K., has cared for my 2005 Honda Accord and my 2012 Honda CRV for several years now. I live in Mesa, AZ and drive to Prescott about once a week. Since Joe moved back up to Prescott, AZ from Mesa, AZ, I have continued to bring my cars to Prescott to have them serviced and repairs done by Joe if at all possible. I trust in his honesty when he tells me that I need to have certain work done and know he will tell me the truth if another dealership is telling me I need something done on my car that is not really necessary just to pad their bills and commissions. Joe has worked with me on pricing of repairs to make sure what I pay is competitive and not overcharging me, saving me money which I appreciate greatly. He listens to my concerns and is polite to me. His personality is not over-powering or a "sales pitch" demand at me. Joe is my "go to" mechanic and I encourage anyone with a Honda to take their vehicle to Joe.

I live in Payson so it's a long drive for me to go to your facility. Since my daughter is in Prescott, I always combine my service with a visit to her. I brought the car in for the recall on the airbags, also to check my battery out. I had expected to wait several hours but I was out in an hour and a half. The battery needed replacing and that was done and pricing was fine. The Service Advisor was friendly and helpful. I drove home to Payson afterwards. I was a little disconcerted when after returning home, I had to go back out to pick my dog up from the kennel. The engine service light came on and remained on until I was almost home from my errand. It suddenly disappeared. I called the Service Advisor immediately and he said to just keep an eye on it. Might just have been a fluke. That they didn't do anything that would have caused it. Since I have driven the car since, I don't know if it will remain off. If it returns, I will check back with one of your Service Advisors. Otherwise, I'm very happy with the service received.

During our last scheduled maintenance visit, 8/2015, the service writer comes to us with a "nail in the tire" issue, says it's leaking air, great news though... the tire can be patched for ONLY $25.00. I pass this "great offer" up knowing the tire has no leak & the on-board tire sensor sends no low tire signal.We have either purchased or leased Honda's for the last 15-20 years. You would of thought they could throw in a tire patch now and then. The vehicle was already on the lift and what a nice customer service move this would have been. Then because I declined to be ripped off for the tire repair the service writer let's our finished, just serviced vehicle, set in the pick-up area and waits on a few other people before us... just to show his feelings on the situation.I then go to Discount Tire where you do get great customer service and no charge for tire repairs...even if you did not purchase tires from them. They pulled the tire and said...no leak or puncture...a small piece of metal was in the tire but did not puncture. Service writer must be a commission based job.

The service at Honda was excellent, after a long day of house shopping and dealing with a realtor that could be described as, "less than interested" and seemed more like he wanted to nickle-n-dime us on everything. I've never been so at peace with dropping $500 on brakes and a new battery after going in for a simple oil change. Nor have I been so at ease learning my car needs $1000 more in regular maintenance in the future. I believe Honda wants me to be safe and come back as a customer again and again.

I could not ask for better people to work with during a very stressful time in my life. Michael (the salesman) and the very sweet and charming mature lady in the office that assisted with the final paperwork was a pleasure. I am so happy with my Honda!

I liked the new customer service rep Nino. He has only been there a few days and was just learning. But he has a great attitude, very polite, willing to admit a mistake, energetic, quick to respond to the boss. Hope he stays.If I have major issues with my car I like to talk with the mechanic and see what the trouble ism such as leakage or malfunction so I can evaluate for myself. I don't believe you allow this and it is the reason I use other auto repair shops in the area.My invoice says $1.28 charged for "Customer Pay shop Charge for Repair Order". That is REALLY PETTY. Now you are looking like my Cable TV bill with itemized taxes for all the government agencies.

Kelly and the staff in the service department are always professional (see below). They are knowledgeable, courteous and I feel my car is in very good hands with them and the mechanics who work on it. They keep track of what needs to be done so that my car is well maintained. They never recommend something that does NOT need to be done, and I appreciate that integrity. I have never had any problems with my car in between services, it runs like a charm!PS Nino in the service department needs more training and polishing. He is nice enough but is not sure about what he is doing. I am not comfortable putting my car in the hands of someone who lacks training.

I've been coming to Prescott Honda for a number of years. Staff is always friendly, helpful and willing to explain things. Work is well priced (less than independent shops I've been to), quickly performed and never a pressure to have their recommendations accepted. Timely followup by management as to my satisfaction with the service.

Mr. Jones (my Service Writer) was awesome to work with and very accommodating. I had to change my appointment time several times and Mr. Jones was very understanding and willing to work with us. We had the air bag recall performed on our 2005 Honda Civic and even though we dropped the car off the day before our scheduled appointment; it was still completed in less than 2 hours. The only complaint I have about the service performed at Prescott Honda is the technician that performed the work on our car neglected to clean his hands or rubber gloves. There were greasy fingerprints on both front doors, steering wheel, and dash. There was grease from the technician's shoes/boots on the kick panel and door sill plate too. I had to clean the vehicle when we got home! I explained to Mr. Jones that I am very picky when it comes to my cars, I have been an automotive technician for almost 30 years and I know you can perform repairs on a vehicle without soiling the interior or exterior. That's why I stay away from local dealerships and independent shops, many of the techs don't seem to take pride in their work. I had a similar experience at the local Ford Dealer when I took my F-250 in for warranty work. I give the Service Writer's and A+++ but the technician and Service Manager get a D due to the condition of my car when I picked it up. Someone needs to be doing quality control to make sure customer's vehicles are just as clean (or cleaner) as they were when dropped off.Regards,Mark W.

We picked out our car, there was little back and forth (which I hate) and BOOM deal was done. We said they had 30 mins to do the paperwork and we were out of there in 35 min!Probably the best car buying experience ever.

My experience at Prescott Honda was like no other I have EVER had! I was not looking forward to having to go through another car buying experience. Having made plenty of past purchases, everyone being from different dealerships and never once returning to the same one twice since I had always been left feeling the same (taken once again)... Well I will testify not at Prescott Honda!! I will be buying from this establishment for life! Thier staff is the most friendliest, personal and professional you will ever work with. From purchasing my car with Patick Thomas (a real above and beyond outstanding employee that Honda can be proud to have representing them) to the sales manager who sat down with me and showed me step by step how they figured out my trade in value and how they came up with every number in calculating my purchase and monthly payment price. No fast talking demeaning behavior here! To the NO pressure approach to purchasing my new vehicle. They did not try to push me or up sell me at all! They truly wanted me to feel right about my purchase. This meant so much to me as a single woman buying a car. After my purchase of my new Civic, I decided to 6mo.later Give Patrick a call and ask him a few car questions about servicing my Civic. He not only took time, set up the appointment for me in the service department, then personally met me and introduced me to Chrys Harris which is another outstanding person and representation who Prescott Honda is. Again a real personal and welcoming experience. She took my car in for service that morning and she is who I picked my car back up from that night. A strong feeling of individualized care here. I can only attest that my experiences at Prescott Honda are always welcoming by all when I go there. I have owned my Honda since 2002...I bought it new. I have always had great service whether I have a problem or just need maintenance service. All of the employees I've dealt with explained each service experience and are very gracious. Kelly and Noble are especially professional and friendly. I believe Chris served me this last time and there were no problems. Since I am a single senior, it's nice to know I can rely on Prescott Honda to come to my aid when I need them. ??

Service Advisor Noble Jones did an outstanding job.There was a very long delay from the time I received the air bag recall letter and contacted the dealership to the appointment to schedule the work. Somehow tracking and follow-up process was ineffective.

My vehicle was called in for a recall for a replacement airbag. I found the staff to be kind, fast and friendly. The waiting room was awesome and the time went by quickly. The office was beautiful with free wifi, free coffee, hot water, tea as well as snacks, comfy chairs, plenty of natural light and AC.

Noble provided a thorough explanation what the service covered when I brought in the Civic. He also asked if I had any problems which I did with the A/C. He said that he would call me about it and if there were other issues. Later, he contacted me to explain that the A/C wasn't producing enough cool air and covered what had to be done and also when the car would be ready. Everything was completed when I stopped by and Noble reviewed the results of the service. A very efficient and pleasant experience!

It was good and simple. Easy Process, but we did not finance. We shopped the deals, they offered to give us the best Price, and they did. I know this because even after we agreed, I shopped the price before committing. We stuck to our word and bought from them as long as they offered the best price.

I have a busy schedule and was not able to bring car in during the day. I dropped it off in the evening and the next morning my advisor called , let me know they got car and keys and that the car looked good and just needed the normal service. She called shortly after and said it was done. They were able to take payment over the phone and locked the keys in car , under a big light, so that I was able to pick it up in the evening.

This is not my first rodeo - I think I have been leasing Honda Civics on a 3 year basis at least 9 times! The lease experiences were mainly in Ohio with the last being in California. Patrick was witty, knowledgeable, efficient and in synch with my shopping mode of "here is what I need, now let's wrap it up". Karen's lease processing/credit checking was probably the most competent I have ever encountered and, as a bonus, she is terrifically engaging.Thank you.

Prescott Honda always goes above and beyond. In addition to completing the arranged service, they replace little things like light bulbs without being asked, always wash the car and point out any concerns they may have. In this case, they found a nail in our tire and although they could not repair it, they sent us straight to Discount Tire where it was promptly taken care of. Prescott Honda's attention to detail and care may have prevented a real problem down the road. Thank you!

Service Adviser took us in right on time. A diagnostic analysis was done quickly and the parts and work required to fix the problem were explained to us in detail, Loaned us a brand new Civic for over night. Called the next day when our car was ready. We picked our car up and the air conditioner is working just fine now. We felt cared about and taken care of in a friendly professional manner.

We had to use fix-a-flat for a slow leak over a 13 hour trip. After about six months, the tire started leaking again and we took it to a local to tire repair for a patch. They were unable to locate the leak, but then the TPMS Warning Light came on.

I went in a routine oil and filter change and in the process of scheduling for this service, the advisor told me about an airbag recall and that he had the parts currently in stock. He recommended I have the service done while I was there due to the usual unavailability of airbag parts. I agreed with him and the entire service, with the airbag updates, took only about an hour longer. Always friendly and great service at this Honda dealer. Thank you!

So nice to get acquainted with the service dept at Prescott Honda. Many years ago, the dealership and service were different and a place I would definitely stay away from. Actually, the previous ownership prevented me from ever buying a Honda, although there were several I was interested in.Not so with this new place and new ownership. Very happy with my salesman a year ago and very happy with the person in charge of service when you drive in. She was very nice even though the reason my battery died was my fault for not driving the car enough. Extremely accommodating to do the yearly oil change without an appt while I was there. And all the other people in the dealership were equally nice. It is a welcoming dealership and one I intend to buy from again someday. If all the employees in the workplace were as nice as Kelly Hill, the world would be a better place. I hope they pay her well for she is an amazing representative for the brand.

Brought my car in for an oil change just so happened they received some air bags that same morning. My vehicle was part of the recall so prior to my oil change my air bag was replaced. Noble Jones the service manager is top notch and always on top of things. The maintenance people are great. I will always have my maintenance done at Prescott Honda.

The Prescott Honda Sales Team (Jeanette, Mike, Eddy, Errol, and Ruth) are simply incredible! Very friendly, cordial, helpful, kind, and PATIENT with people like me who have difficulties making a big decision such as buying a car. For me, a car is a member of the family that stays forever (if possible). We are a 100% Honda family with 3 (now 4) Hondas currently owned. My last car, a 1996 Honda Accord EX Wagon purchased new at a dealership in Phoenix in 1996, is still running well with 201,000 miles on it! Last week when I wasn't happy with my original purchased model after 3 days, I was able to take it back and exchange it for another model that works much better for my needs. The transactions were time-consuming and a lot of trouble for the sales staff, so I deeply appreciated it.

Service was completed in a timely manner and as usual I waited in your very comfortable waiting area and enjoyed some snacks.The only problem I have is that I had an agreement with Toby that when I needed a new cabin air filter I would receive a 50% discount on the labor charge. They did a good job of cleaning my 2001 Honda Accord that came from CT and has only been here since June 2014. Later when the engine light came on I brought it right back to see why and they checked it out, discovered nothing was wrong, and reset it.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my CR-V. It handles beautifully, is comfortable and cute too. Had a great experience at Honda especially with Errol Sebastian. We have purchased two vehicles from him and two lease cars from him. He is a great employee to Honda and they should hang on to him as long as possible.

Prescott Honda! I will gladly give them 5 Stars + I was shopping at Costco on 11/21/14 and the wife and I decided to look at some cars, not intending to buy anything just looking mind you. We looked at a couple of Dealers on Willow Creek Rd and found the used cars were very pricey $$ ... so the last Dealer was Prescott Honda. We walked in and Steve Berg meet us in the showroom, very polite and showed us around. After looking at a lot of cars we liked the Honda Civic LX for 2014 .. took it for a ride very impressed it has a lot of standard equipment that the other cars we looked at didn't have and Steve took the time to show us ... no rush. Now the price ... we know what we would spend for a new car so between Steve and Allen Police the general manager they worked it out! and we bought the Civic and glad we did it's a great car and super MPG. Keep in mind we weren't in the market to "buy a car" but they were so nice to deal with ... well what can I say ... and we got a hell of a good deal! After we bought the car we had no way to get it home to the Verde Valley so they hired 2 drivers to deliver the car to my home! That's why I can say 5 stars to Prescott Honda and all the people we dealt with very nice. BTW Kingman Honda was the worst ever, I made a trip over there to see a car and they looked at my trade a 2012 Ford Focus and never had the courtesy to even call me back, no wonder it is under new ownership they need to take a lessen from Prescott Honda's people!

Very nice and friendly service department. Not at all what I am used to with service departments. The car was being pulled up front as I was dropped off. The staff knew who I was when I walked in. The service advisor Noble was very friendly and helpful. The cashier was very nice and friendly (usually the cashiers at dealerships are not so much!). It was a very unusual experience tosee such a helpful and friendly staff at Prescott Honda. I have been to many dealerships and this was a first! Nice job of customer service by the entire staff. The manager is doing something right!

All staff at Honda are friendly and personable. When I purchased my Honda Accord Coupe, Errol was not pushy and was very informative regarding the car. Best salesperson I have ever worked with when buying a car.

Charles Higgins did a fantastic job working with my mother on her selection and purchase of a new car. I was there strictly for moral support, and did very little. He recognized she was not interested in tech specifications or "salesman jargon". Instead he was very personable and able to recognize what she needed from a vehicle and explained how the chosen vehicle would fit her needs. He was also extremely patient with explaining features, how to set up the navigation and phone sync options, and respectfully met her at her level of tech savvy-ness. On top of his friendly demeanor, he was not pushy and even maintained a professional but understanding approach during the price negotiation. I will continue to recommend him to others looking for a new vehicle.

I have had 3 Hondas and bought them all at Prescott Honda. The sales staff was incredibly helpful and I never felt pressured by them. The finance department was very efficient. The service department has always been easy to deal with and they help me understand what my car needs. I always appreciate the car wash when they are done servicing my car. Overall, I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I have been dealing with Prescott Honda for the past 11 years and have bought 3 CR-V's and 3 Pilots from them over that time period and what a great experience I have had every time. We lived in Phoenix for 19 years and after dealing with the different Phoenix Dealerships what a pleasure it was to deal with Prescott Honda!! A big factor with Prescott Honda is their "No Pressure Sales Pitch" and as for their service after the sale is second to none!! (And I do mean none)!! All the employees at this dealership are there for you and it's not "OK you bought a car from us we'll see you when you want to buy another one"!! They follow-up and keep in contact with you and if something is not right they are going to fix it for you!! Period!! They want you to have a great buying experience, service experience and any follow-up issues you may have they want to know about them right away so they can fix them for you. I personally have not had a problem with any of the Honda's I have bought from them (except for one CR-V Honda Recall notice that was fixed the same day I took it in)!! I would recommend this dealership to any one that wants a "great No Pressure sale and service after the sale experience"!!

We purchased a 2011 Honda CRV EX with 14,000 miles from Jeremie. He was the perfect sales consultant, no pressure, just a detailed and informative explanation of the features of the car. He knew his stock thoroughly, was friendly, unhurried, and thorough. After we bought the car, he took time to explain some of the more complex features to my wife (it will be her car) and invited us back for further explanations, if needed -- and he meant it.Karen Cappadona, the Finance Manager, was the same. Patient, unhurried, and thorough.The entire experience was outstanding!We have been driving Hondas for 26 years, and during the 8 years that we have lived here, we always take our cars to Prescott Honda for service and repairs. The atmosphere there is exactly the same as in sales -- friendly, unhurried, and thorough, and the work is done well. The service area is always clean. Little extras like washing the car are a normal part of the service. And, when my non-technical wife takes the car in, they carefully explain what is needed and what was done in terms that are meaningful to her.The overall environment at Prescott Honda is simply incredibly good.

I live in Mesa decided to make the drive to Prescott Honda after checking out a few local dealerships and not getting the deal/car I was looking for. I spoke with a Sales Manager named Eddie Armenta over the phone who went above and beyond to assure me I would leave 100% satisfied with my purchase. Once at the dealership the GM Allen Police made it his mission to get me the van I wanted at the prices I was comfortable paying. I didn't feel pressured or like I was just another sale to them. I felt like they really listened to my wants and needs and got me the deal I was looking for. They were all friendly and pleasant to do business with! I am now a proud owner of a 2013 Honda Odyssey and would definitely do business again with Prescott Honda in the future!
