Prestige rises to the ChallengeI bought a new Ram 2016 from Prestige roughly 6 months ago. Since then, my truck has been in the shop for repairs 6 times, totaling nearly 2 months - I was at wits end and Chrysler/Ram took the low road at every turn. Initially, prestige sales reps (John Robertson) were extremely unhelpful - but when Owner and sales manager Randy Dreshler learned of my travails, they stepped in and traded my lemon for a new truck. (I had to pony up $3,500, but could rationalize it because of the 4,000 miles I logged on the truck when it worked).While challenging up front, prestige regained my faith and will get my future biz.

I would like to start out by saying "DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP". I bought a used Dodge Challenger SRT8, 2008 from this dealership and I am sorry I ever did. When I took the vehicle home the first day I notice problems with the vehicle right away. I notice that the vehicle was smoking really bad, the tires were leaking air, there was a bad oil leak, there was something wrong with the front struts because the vehicle would bottom out on every little bump. I had a three month warranty and brought the vehicle back the next day and ask for my down payment back because I did not want to have to go through all the trouble of having to keep bringing the vehicle back to the dealership for repairs. I was refused a refund and that they would try and fixed the vehicle, what a mistake that was. I am a disabled Veteran and it is hard for me to get around and I can't count how many times I brought the vehicle back for repairs. I told the sales manager this and was told that it was not there problem that I was disabled. I could not believe the disrespect I received at this dealership. Well after numerous visits back to the dealership everything was repaired except for the tires leaking air and the vehicle smoking which was a big problem! I brought the vehicle in with three weeks left on my warranty and after numerous phone calls, nothing was done to fix the smoking problem or to repair the tires leaking air. I was told to come and pick up the vehicle and that there was nothing they could do to fix it and this happen right when the vehicle's warranty ran out, leaving me with no choice but to except the vehicle the way it was. When I took the vehicle home I could see that someone at the dealership had put two huge door dents in the vehicles doors. They denied that it happened at their dealership but I had just waxed the vehicle and there were no door dents in the doors when I brought it to them for the last time. I must comment on the treatment I received from the sales people, I was ignored when I brought the vehicle in for repairs. I would leave messages for someone to call me back when I called about my vehicle and would never receive a phone call back, so I had to drive all the way to the dealership to get someone to talk to me, by the way the dealership was a 45 minute drive. It was just plain out disrespect from the whole dealership. I now have the vehicle in a shop that found out what the smoking is on the vehicle and fixed the leaking tires. I don't know how much it is going to cost to repair the vehicle yet and this will come out of my pocket! I don't believe when you buy a vehicle from a dealership that you should have to do repairs on the vehicle right away and I am very disappointed in the way I was treated at this dealership, I don't believe I will ever purchase a Chrysler vehicle in the future. I know I am stuck with this vehicle and all the problems it has, but I believe it was wrong for this dealership to have sold me a vehicle in the condition it was. I think this whole situation should be dealt with on a higher level and I plan to do that, I just want to warn people out there to be very cautious when purchasing a vehicle from Prestige, Dodge.

So I bought a vehicle from this dealership and the finance manager talk me into a $5,000 extended warranty to cover the vehicle bumper to bumper. The vehicle was taking over to BMW in Boulder and was fixed right away. However, BMW Boulder is not releasing the car until Prestige pays them. Prestige and the warranty company are going back and forth on whose cost it is to cover a part that is covered under their warranty. Have called the salesman, customer service manager, and multiple people at Prestige with no return phone call. 5 grand for a warranty that is useless huh? I would not recommend this dealership to anybody on the planet if they were the last one on the planet. I'd rather walk.

I bought a new dodge dart from this dealership. The day my plates were due (45days later) I got a call saying they made a mistake on the city tax and asked for a check for 904.02. I told them it was there mistake not mine. I was told it happens sometimes for the good sometimes for the bad. I told them I didn't have 900 dollars. They asked for a post dated check. After a couple of hours of asking for some kind of help since it was their mistake I got no where and wrote a post dated check. I've called them at least a dozen times since and they're always "swamped" with customers and told someone would call me back. After 3 weeks of no return calls I stopped payment on the check and surprise now they're finally calling me. I was told I couldn't get my plates till it was paid but the DMV said that wasn't true. I was also told if I got pulled over I would be ticketed and my car would possibly be towed because it is "technically" not registered. All of the paperwork/contracts were signed. The managers should own up to their mistake. They won't...they got their sale and their commission. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

I bought a 2016 Jeep (new) with 11 miles on it and it has been in the shop 6 times for over the required 30 business days by CO lemon law standards. Rather than make this easy the dealership, GM, and the owner of the dealership (according to the sales manager) have decided to do nothing and make me jump through hoops to get my money back I put 10K down this piece of junk. The finance paperwork has three different sales prices on it and I questioned them on this TWICE!! Before all the stuff happened with the Jeep breaking down. The car has MAJOR safety issues, lights go out, windshield wipers go out, blinkers out, etc.I have no doubt that they completely deserve the ONE rating they have received. I would not send my worst enemy to this place to buy a car, stay far far away or you will be in arbitration with me.

Worse place I have ever dealt with. Cindy from Internet sales told me all of the paperwork on my purchase was done and I was just waiting to bring the check up. I was assured that the car was marked sold and waiting. I then get a call that they sold my car. Randy the manager said "oh well " I have confirmation that car is mine and paperwork waiting and they sell it to someone else. I am completely astounded. I wouldn't send anyone to such a sneaky unscrupulous dealership. I am totally disgusted.

Bought the extended warranty that "covers everything" here we are a few years later and transmission is not covered because we put a snow plow mount on it. Called the warranty company and was told its not cancelable. How is there something you buy that cant be canceled??? I call the dealer and yup. they cant do ANYTHING! you would think they would offer to do something for customer satifaction but nope. I cant belive they did not try to help or do anything, just told us theres nothing that can be done, no other options. Now Im paying each month for a warranty that is 100% void. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER! IF YOU LOVE THE ANSWER NO, SORRY WE CANT HELP THEN THEY ARE FOR YOU!!

The service adviser is top notch! (Michael Strong)The problem is with the actual maintenance on the vehicle. My 2008 Patriot was in for brake rebuild for both front and back on 12/14/12. Today, I performed a tire rotation and found the lug nuts were extremely over torqued. It has been 4 1/2 months from the break service until today. One of the lugs was cross threaded. Luck was on my side and I was able to remove the lug with out further damage. All lugs on all 4 wheels were extremely hard to remove and required all my strength to achieve break torque for removal. I normally torque these wheels to 60 foot lbs and know how hard that is and expect that after a few months that it will take a bit more than 60 ft lbs to remove the lug.In summary the lugs were extremely over torqued and one lug was cross threaded.I expect this kind of service from cheap mechanics and NOT from a dealership. I pay more at dealerships to get top notch care and properly trained techs. Something has gone totally wrong at Prestige Dodge in Longmont. Don't trust them!!!!!!!!!!MY BIGGEST CONCERN NOW IS .... WHAT ELSE HAS BEEN HONKED UP BY THIS DEALERSHIP?

We recently purchased a brand new 2012 vehicle from this dealership. They use high pressure sales tactics, they lie through their teeth, they give you an "OTD" guaranteed price but seem to lose the paper that states the OTD price they just gave you the day before, the finance people get upset and have an attitude if you question anything in the paperwork regarding price or payments (we caught them trying to over price us twice in the paperwork and wouldn't sign anything unless it was fixed and they got really upset with us). We asked about various new vehicle incentives or military discounts and the sales person Tony said there were none but when we went on their website to put in a service request we saw a bunch of cash back incentives that applied to us. The service request was for our brand new 2012 vehicle that took a dump on us after less than 30 days of ownership! These people are scum and take advantage of customers. 70% of my family members and friends drive chrysler vehicles and I will not recommend that they purchase their next vehicle with Prestige. Stay away from these people, go the extra couple of miles to another dealership.

My husband and I bought a used Volvo Wagon from prestige during one of their parking lot sales. We paid 5000 for the Volvo and were told it was in excellent condition. The car had been a recent trade in and had not been detailed yet but it looked well taken care of. The blue book on the car was around 7000 so we felt we had gotten a good deal. But since the car had not be detailed yet, we asked if our mechanic found a major problem could we get our money back. The dealsip said they would give the 5000 in trade toward another car. We could not get into our mechanic right away but before the appointment, the check engine light came. We had driven the car less than 100 miles. Our mechanic checked the car and reported 4500+ in needed repairs. We brought it back and was traded (the only option offered) for an even older car worth only 3000 on the blue book. We were only shown one car as a possible purchase. There was really not much of a selection. The Check engine light came in on that car right away in less than 7 miles. We got to our mechanic who said that the car needs about 500 in repairs. we asked for Prestige to pay for this repair and to refund us 1000 since the car was not even listed on their site for what we paid. They had it listed for 3995. The reply that we should be tickled pink we didn't end up with the junk Volvo that needed so many costly repairs. We were told when we brought back the Volvo that they would take it to auction and not offer it for sale because it had so many problems. But I see the Volvo for sale on their site. What a bunch of crooks. It is dealerships like this who give used car businesses a bad name.

Prestige did my heater core on my Dodge. I usually always have Prestige do my work on my Truck. Every time I walk into Prestige the employees are so friendly. Although the work was done well, I feel that the cost was expensive. My next car will be purchased from Prestige.Thanks!

I took my jeep in for them to look at my gas tank because every time I pumped gas it would spit back about a gallon of gas. They nicely told us they would do a diagnostic test and see what was wrong. It end up being that I needed a whole new gas tank. They were very friendly and got my jeep in right away and had it fixed by the end of the day! All in all great customer service and very helpful. I will be going back whenever I need another repair!!!

Cindy was very friendly and helpful. She worked out all the things that needed to be done and worked it into my budget. my car was making a loud grinding noise when I started up and now there was no noise. Music to my ears. She wasn't pushy nor try to tell me that I needed to have all this work on when it could wait. Very happy with the outcome and will be back to get rest of car fixed.

They scammed me. Had me sign a paper quoting payment price and terms, but that paper didn't end up in our contract. We are paying more then we agreed to. They had us buy a warranty. Told us it would cover electric doors, windows, etc. It doesn't, we have had the car 2 weeks and the electric doors are not working. When we drove and looked at the car the sales person told me that the car had side door airbags, It doesn't. He told us that it would get 18 MPG in town it is getting 13.5 The windshield has a large pit in it. I told them about it. They made a comment and ignored the issue. I took it back and they said I had to take care of it on my money. This is a 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan. It is now making loud grinding noises, but they will not diagnos without cost and then if it is not covered under the extended warranty ( which is useless) we are up a crick with out a paddle. We couldn't afford the car, they knew it, I was a woman alone and they would not let me out of the show room. Well they didn't hold a gun to my head but pressured me very much. I would like to know how they can get by doing this kind of thing. There ought to be a law against this type of low-life sales.
