Awesome service from these guys. We had an issue with our local Ford dealer while trying to buy a new vehicle Monday. The dealer even took a deposit from us to reserve the vehicle and we were going to purchase it Tuesday. Monday night that dealer called me back to tell me he couldn’t go through with the arrangement and offered me one much worse. Needless to say I got my deposit back. That night I continued to look online for a new vehicle and saw Preston Ford West had what we were looking for. I called them as soon as they opened the following morning and they advised that they did have the vehicle we wanted and that they were willing to accept the arrangement my local dealer had denied us. We went there later that night and walked out with a better car and better deal than what we were going to get at my local dealer. They made everything seem smooth and effortless and weren’t pushy. Restored our faith in Ford and corrected a giant customer service blunder from another dealership that they never should have been stuck with. This dealership is 45 minutes from my house and there are several dealerships closer to me but I can tell you when I’m going to buy another car it’s going to be with Preston Ford West. Jonathan and Mark were awesome throughout the process. I was beyond impressed with the level of customer service they showed us and Ford is lucky to have these guys working at one of their dealerships.

The Preston Team has repeatedly given us OUTSTANDING customer service in all of our buying experiences!! We’re pretty much a FORD family now with 2x 2018s and now a brand new 2021 Bronco Badlands. Thanks Jimmy and the rest of the Preston Ford West crew!

I have walked out of a lot of dealerships. As soon as they start playing games I'm gone. Salesman Emmanuel Chukwuma understood what I was looking for, didn't give me a rush sales job, and was helpful every step of the way. Very professional. Great experience at Preston Ford West, and they have a puppy in the showroom, which can't hurt sales either!

Richard Kline handled my vehicle buy back at Preston Ford West in Randalstown. Communication was great, vehicle selection was good, and price was fair for my wife and I. We were treated very well. After the sale, our services have been speedy, and Richard arranged for us to have a loaner vehicle while our car was serviced. Not all dealerships are created equal. Between the courteous reception, polite and professional sales staff, and honest mechanics/technicians in the service department, I’ve been very impressed with Preston Ford. WOW!! A+++ experience (and I’ve been a Principal for 25 years!!). My sales agent, Jonathan Lopez-Pineda, was extremely knowledgeable about the Ford product. He took the time to find out my needs, helped me pick out the right truck, and actually TAUGHT me how to use it before I left the lot. The new General Manager, Jimmy, brings a new vibe to the dealership — he’s clearly a family man. He wants your business and he worked hard to get mine, but he also wanted to know me; it was a pleasure working with him. I emailed first thing in the morning for an appointment and the finance manager, Dakota, texted me (as I requested) for an appointment within five minutes. Preston goes the extra effort and I certainly recommend them.
