Everyone in our family ALWAYS goes out of town to buy their cars, including me, and we buy a lot of cars. Never again will we do that! Michael was our salesperson and he did a very good job! He was very personable and treated us like friends/family rather then just another customer. We purchased a 2016 GMC Terrain and love it! Thank you for such a wonderful experience at Preston! When we came to Preston we knew what we wanted and Tessa made that experience smooth and took our time serious as we didn't want to sit and wait for hours waiting on all the paperwork. She promised a fast and easy experience and she implemented it. So we decided to go back for our second vehicle and that was even quicker. She did a fine job. She was nice and treated us like we were real people not just a number in the books. I would and will recommend Tessa and Preston to anyone that is searching for a vehicle. I got my current lease here and it was by far the best car shopping experience I've ever had. Everyone was super friendly and not pushy. I loved that they actually listened to my wants and needs for what I was looking for in a new car. This was the first car I've leased and they really explained everything to me to make sure that I was making the best decision for me. They were patient with all of my questions and even outlined several different options for me including some ways for me to save money that I had not realized. I truly feel like I got a great deal for my new car and even my trade in. One of my favorite things about them though was that they did not treat me like a stupid girl like many dealerships of the past have. It was amazing to have a car salesman that was up front and honest instead of making me feel like they were trying to pull a fast one on me. I have and will in the future recommend them to anyone I know in the market for a car.

Everyone involved did the absolute best job helping me! It was hard for me to make the decision to get a new car since I went several years without a car payment but they got me into the right vehicle and for the right price! They knew what I could afford and they guided me in the right direction! And I LOVE my new Buick!! Jim at the service counter is and always is very considerate and helpful. My original salesmen Frank Johnson always comes over to say hello and wants to help in any way he can. I am always treated very kindly which keeps me coming back. I can not say enough about Jim and Frank. Exceptional employees!!!!

I had an appointment to look at a Chevy Cruze. I emailed and texted the guy I was supposed to meet. never an answer. he texted me 30 mins before my appointment, to ask if I was coming in. of course, I said. he then told me he wouldn't be meeting me, someone else would. 15 mins before my appointment. I number from Cleveland called me, when I was going too Preston in new castle, and told me the car has been sold. it would have been nice for someone to tell before I was halfway there. I asked the guy about it, and he never responded. how rude, and unprofessional. I will never go here or let anyone I know but a car from this place

I had gone on line to inquire dealerships about purchasing a truck for my husband. i received 3 back, 2 that were from other dealerships with a standard template letter. surprised with one that was a personalized letter asking questions on colors of the vehicle i liked and was it important to take a test drive. she asked if i would like my communications by phone, text or email. signed with a personal Thank You and and phone number and contact information Tessa Fairburn. All I could do was say WOW! I returned home late from teaching and sent her a response and the early the next morning she sent me another message again with a personal touch. This was the start to my new founded family!I had my husband take off that morning from work and we drove to Preston. Tessa found the perfect truck for him. It was poring out, but she pulled it in to the dry so he could check it out. having to work her magic, she was going to make sure that he was going to go home with it. of course working with banks things take time. Tessa never left our side. we grew to know each other like we were family. she made sure the on-star was set up and text-ed me the next day to make sure everything was good. Now that's Customer Service!All I can Say is my Parents bought their Buick from Preston about a year ago from chip. i was looking for a Chevy truck for my husband and got Tessa. WE are the luckiest People! Thank You Preston s! Love You Tessa!

the wife and I recently purchased a used buick enclave from preston motors. We worked with Tessa Fairburn and i was blown away by the fast courteous service that she provided. I had my doubts about being able to get financed with our rough but impoving credit history but Tessa assured me that it could be done and unlike many dealers ive gone to in the past i was not disappointed. It was the whole Preston team that made the process hassle free. I will be contacting Tessa again when we are looking for a future vehicle.

John's service was amazing! There was no pressure to buy like at other dealers. In fact because of that I decided to venture outside my preconceived ideas and try for a better truck. The result ended with me being more satisfied than I could have hoped for. Steve and Jamie were terrific in their management support roles. The very nice woman in finance was very professional and easy to understand. The dealership is very customer centric and it was a pleasure to bring my business there. I'm glad I did and will be recommending Preston to friends.

I needed a car that day and John knew that. We test drove 2 cars, and it was like I had a old friend with me. He didn't pressure me into anything. He wasn't arrogant or aggressive in his approach with me. The dealership was very clean and neat. Everyone working there was professional and courteous. My only negative was the waiting for the approval of the paperwork which was obviously out of John's hands. Overall it was a great experience.

Found the Buick that I've been looking for online on Preston Motors website, called Saturday Morning and talked to Tessa to make sure car was still there since we live about 1 1/2 hours away! Had great customer service from the moment we got there, took the car for a test drive, knew it was the one and Tessa got all the paperwork moving from that moment! Every one there was very friendly and helpful! Loved the experience and love my new car!!

I had decided to update my gmc truck so after doing a search found my newest purchase a 2011 crew cab with 8ft. Bed ! I called initially and spoke to Anthony Verone and he was very informative so I set up an appt. for next day ! From the moment I walked in door everybody in that company made me feel at home and Anthony Verone made himself available while I test drove,walked it around and kept in contact with me daily for a full week until I was able to get back there to complete the purchase ! To me that was going over and above what any other car sales person has ever done for me in my days of buying cars at 54 !! After making the final deal which was short and painless the finance pro Antonio got our paperwork done in record time and the entire staff stopped by an congraduated and visited with my wife and I ! In my memories of our last 2 purchases for other vehicles as soon as deal is made you are abandoned in an office in what seems like forever and then spend another dragged out affair during the paperwork ! Soo to sum things up GREAT COMPANY,FANTASTIC STAFF AND AN AWESOME SALES PERSON ANTHONY VERONE !! Thank you sir !

From the first initial call I made this past week to Preston Motors inquiring about a truck when I spoke with John Setzer, I was impressed with the down to earth customer service. This past Saturday, my wife and I made a 3 hour drive to New Castle to check out the 2011 Chevy Silverado we were interested in. We met Anthony Verone, and he was excellent to work with. From the test drive through the entire buying process, he answered all of our questions, had a positive and easy going personality, and made purchasing the truck enjoyable. What we also appreciated was the way he took into consideration our payment goals and was not trying to push us into something we did not want and was willing to revisit payment terms until we reached a deal. We also met Jamie, who came through and thanked us for the business. Angelo in the finance department was great to work with and really explained the extended warranty to us well. The overall experience with down to earth personalities and customer service we had Saturday was the best vehicle buying experience we have ever had. Preston Motors will have our business in the future. The only thing dissatisfying we had happen was right before we left when Anthony told us he was an Alabama Crimson Tide fan!haha

Hands down the best experience I have had in buying a car. No pressure - low cost - best in class service. If I were a competitor I would be intimidated by the differentiated approach to "selling" automobiles. The team is very proactive after the car purchase and contacts you in the way you want to be contacted (phone, email, text). I decided not to extend the warranty, not a problem. I wasn't pressured and asked 10 follow up questions - they respected my decision. No question I will refer Preston Motors to friends and family!

Waited a long time to get my new Cadillac. When I walked in on November 14 Rick "Sarge" McCool greeted me with a handshake. He and the finance guy worked with me for over an hour and even stayed late making sure I drove my dream car home that night at a price and rate I could afford. At one point the finance guy asked if another car would be better (easier to finance) and when I told Sarge the Cadillac was what I wanted he coolly strode into the managers office and made it happen. This is a great team, great dealership and I will always buy my new cars here. Ask for Sarge and tell him Bill sent you! LOL

Unlike the typical car dealership experience, the staff at Preston were very helpful and personable.Anthony Verone was great to work with from start to finish. His goal was customer service before anything else, and this was achieved. The guy did everything in his power to get me the truck I wanted, and he made it happen. I was very pleased with my visit to Preston Motors. Upon arriving, members of the staff were friendly and quick to offer help. I initially spoke with "T" who pointed me in the direction of Steve, with whom I had been emailing. The 2 of them quickly took me out to the inventory lot to look over the vehicles I was interested in. We test drove a few of them before Steve was able to locate and find me the vehicle I was looking for. It had everything I had asked for in the vehicle and I was extremely happy with my selection. It was not a long process and the waiting area was very comfortable and the staff once again made sure I had everything I needed. Even the Bob Preston stopped over to introduce himself and thank me for my buisness with them. I would highly reccommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase or lease a vehicle.

Went to look at a used GMC Terrain.But drove away in a brand new one. Thanks to John! Wasn't pushy or anything. We told him what kind of payment we was looking at he said "let me see what we can do for you. Never did we imagine on driving home in a brand new one in our price range. My best car buying experience ever. I called Preston first because of a previous good buying experience and Danny Torsello was right on the money with this purchase. I had a very specific car that I was looking for and he found it within an hour and I had the car in my driveway within 24 hours. Danny appreciated my time constraints and also got me a very good deal. I'll call Danny for all my GMC purchases in the future.

Rick did an amazing job with getting us the right price and making the leasing process easy to understand!
