I purchased a Kia Sportage 5 months ago and was treated so well that I promised my daughter that when she turned 18 years old that we would go to Preston Kia and get her a great deal as well.I liked the fact that I cashed in my free oil change and tire rotation gift certificate while my daughter and I shopped for her first new car. As a parent and wanting the best for my daughter I felt like a superhero following her home in her 2017 Kia Forte knowing she has a safe vehicle with great fuel mileage at a superior price. My daughter told me when we got home that she was very happy and appreciated all of the Happy Birthday wishes. What a great day!!

My Preston experience was was wonderful from the time I was greeted at the door by Pat Preston until the time I drove away with my new Kia Sportage. Dave, the sales associate, was easy to talk to throughout the whole process from the used cars we looked at to the Fords and then to the Kia that we settled on. We talked different options and started talking numbers. I had done some research and had a pretty close idea on what I wanted to pay. The sales department and Wally were very accommodating. Dave continued to go back until he felt I was comfortable with my purchase. Pat even helped in the process! I think Dave was as excited as I about my new sportage! Dan, the financial manager, was easy to work with too. He explained all the paper work very nicely. I am glad I shopped at Preston.

Actually, Preston Kia called me to tell me about it. We made the appointment and they said it would be about 1-1/2 hrs My Aunt picked me up, we went to lunch and had a leisurely meal at JC's in Burton she brought me back, the car was done. I got my keys and drove home. Everyone I talked with was very courteous and very busy ( those two items don't usually go well together), but they were fine. I always take my car back to Preston. They are very reasonable in price and pay close attention that my car is up to date on everything.

Everything was good accept the wait time of 2 hours seemed a bit long. Also I had 4 brand new tires put on by you guys less than a year ago and they already need replacing by winter time. This seems a bit ridiculous. They might not be the best tires but they should last me longer than they seem to be. I would like to know if this is the tire manufacturers fault or if it could be due to some other problem.

We have never left a car dealership feeling like we weren't just taken advantage of- wishing we would have gotten a better deal-until now. My husband is a disabled veteran who has been ill. We went somewhere else first and told them our budget and they told us they would show us what cars fit our budget. So they kept bringing us the unwanted high mileage cars from the back of the lot, they would not show us their inventory or let us look for a car we liked. And they had no compassion for my clearly ill husbands time or energy. After 5 hours they pushed us towards a used car that was $100 over our monthly payment budget.A friend referred us to Preston, and we are so grateful! Tom Barrett was supposed to be our salesman but met us at the door and explained he had a cold and did not want to get my husband sick. I have respect for a salesman who passed on a sale to protect my husbands health.So we worked with Tom Z; we told him we were already exhausted with the experience and he promised not to waste our time. He asked us what car we wanted and asked us our budget. Then they had finance try to fit it into our budget. Not only did we get a nearly new car with just 15,000 miles but we also got the Gap insurance and the extended bumper to bumper warranty- all within our budget- the same car we came there to buy.Other dealers may be bigger, but Preston is clearly better. Tom Z, Tom B and Dan in finance are real gentlemen, they valued us as their customer- and as people. Thank you guys, we really left happy, with no regrets or second thoughts.

I was greeted at the door, taken to the service dept. They went over my history and explained what was needed and if it was something I didn't have to have. I agreed, and by then the car was in the bay and being worked on. Everyone was courteous, especially the girl that handled my paperwork. She even helped me reset my thermometer from C to F. I intend to keep coming. The price is as good as the service.

The woman working the service desk at 6pm Monday, 7/25/16 was exceptionally professional, courteous and respectful. I have unfortunately forgotten her name but she alone would make me want to return to Preston Kia for routine service. Not only was my first service (oil change & alignment) free but they replaced a bulb over my license place that had burnt out and gave my car a wash for free as well. The waiting room is clean and comfortable (those chairs are heaven) and the coffee machine was just what I needed as I waited for significantly shorter than expected for the service to be performed. Over all, this was easily a 5 star visit.

Our '14 Optima due for routine maintenance service. Instead of returning to the service dept.where our Kia was originally leased, we decided to make an appointment with Preston Kia.In the past we had excellent experiences with Kias purchased and leased and serviced at Preston Kia.And we weren't disappointed! Preston Kia Service not only took care of our car, but they took care of us! Service staff was friendly and courteous, making sure we understood services were needed and making sure we were comfortable while we waited. Their attitudes said they were happy to be members of the Preston team. As we waited we were browsing in the adjacent showroom looking at Souls. Karen Grcar, a sales consultant, greeted us and offered her assistance.We explained our lease was not due and she said she'd look up the numbers. We were interested in seeing our options. Karen informed us of the Summer on Us promotion, our trade in value, and the pros/ cons of ending our lease and purchasing a Soul. After a test drive, we sat down and agreed on an offer.We did not feel pressured, but well informed of our options.It was pleasure to see Pat Preston, who remembered us, was genuinely interested and grateful for choosing to come to Preston Kia.. James Preston finalized the purchase. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.The entire process was smooth, informative and non-stressful. I learned about Preston Kia via the internet. Almost immediately after submitting my request for my new Kia I was contacted and forwarded to Chris. He was extremely helpful and adamant that he could help me get into the Kia Sportage I desired. Upon arrival Chris connected me with the manager Ed, whom by the way is exceptional at his job, and Ed connected me with a wonderful sales associate Tom (there was also another manager on this team who ran the numbers, he was great as well, but I forgot his name). They were all very instrumental in helping me get the vehicle I wanted but Tom and Ed were vital to the deal closing. I was a bit discouraged by the time I reached Preston as I had already dealt with Bedford and Mentor Kia to no avail. I have had 2 Kia's so far and I love this particular car and thanks to the Preston team I was able to get my 3rd. I will definately deal with Preston from now on and will recommend others to do the same. Thanks guys for all of your help and for your sincere concern for what I wanted and doing your absolute best to make that happen.

I had my 2011 Kia Sorento in for a recall repair and to have the wiper blade for the rear hatch door replaced. While the repairs were being done another recall on my vehicle was found. This was taken care of also. My vehicle was scheduled in at 11:00 AM and all repairs were completed by 11:40 AM. If I had anything at all that I didn't like about my experience it would be the chairs in the waiting lounge were to low to the ground. I have bad knees and it was difficult for me to get out of the chair. My repair experience was as usual a very good experience. I have bought two vehicles from Preston and have always received a great service experience. Everyone there was polite and courteous.

My service was and always is outstanding. I would recommend PRESTON KIA to family and friends. I have already helped my son buy a New KIA Soul from PRESTON KIA. My brother-in-law just purchased 4 new KIA Souls for delivery cars from PRESTON KIA. And I own 2 KIA Forte's a 2012 and a 2015 I bought both of them from PRESTON KIA.

I had been working on getting a used Kia Sorento from another dealership, but after I took it for a test drive, there were some problems I wanted addressed before I would buy the Sorento. The dealership promised they were working on it, and after test driving the vehicle an additional five times just to find out they still hadn't fixed the problem, I was livid. I wasted over a month of my time waiting for them to fix the vehicle. After the fifth test drive, I had enough and the manager of that dealership actually recommended that I go to Preston. It was about a forty five minute drive, but I would say it was definitely worth the drive. I was actually heading to Preston to test drive a used Sorento, but one of the girls in the internet department made a mistake and the Sorento I was supposed to be test driving already sold. I knew a new Sorento was out of my price range, but they offered to fill my tank with gas since I drove all the way out there. Then, Bob Chatlos talked me into taking a 2016 Kia Sportage for a test drive, and I am glad he did. I left that day driving a brand new 2016 Kia Sportage with around the same payment I would have had on a used Sorento. Bob definitely took care of us and it is the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and they just really provided exceptional customer service. UVO was giving us a lot of problems, but Bob made sure everything was set up and ready to go before we left the lot. The only thing I wasn't impressed with was the detailing that got done before I took the car home. It had been raining, so I just wanted to get in the car and get home, so I didn't take much time to inspect it after they had cleaned it up. When I got home, there was still dirt and mud on the doors in the front and the back, and the carpet didn't look like it was even vacuumed. That's just a minor thing though, and I would definitely recommend Preston to anyone. It was well worth the forty five minute drive. They have such exceptional customer service that even managers of other dealerships are recommending them.

Awesome service. Went for normal oil change and tire rotation plus front brakes. Had a free loner to my surprise no need for brakes $199 surprise next oil change for brakes. Past history with other service places would not have taken time to save me money.once again awesome. Great new facility.

Service was very quick and they did a nice job. Facilities were very nice. I was able to watch football while I waited for my oil to be changed. They even washed my car and vacuumed it out. I will definitely be using Preston for my future oil changes.

I only come to Preston for oil changes. All other service is way too high priced. Mount and balance tire, $15.00. $10.00 elsewhere. Replace front right axle double the amount I can have it done in Parkman by an independent mechanic.

Picked up my car on time and left me with a loaner. When my car was repaired it was returned to me promptly. Just slightly disappointed in that the outside mirror that was replaced had black all over the white back of the mirror which I had to work at to remove it.
