I cannot say nothing but great things about Preston's Kia, From the sales call to the home delivery service the whole process was outstanding and no pressure tactics. Steve Reno and Carlos Reyes were excellent through the process. Carlos spent a considerable amount of time delivering our 2022 Sorento and he made sure we were comfortable and understood all the options and accessories on the vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to all my friends and Family. Thank you for the wonderful experience!!!!

Just bought my 4th vehicle from Preston KIA. Was very satisfied with the customer service. I WILL be buying my next vehicle through them. This is the third vehicle we have bought from Capitol City Kia, second vehicle through Steve Reno. He listens to what his customers needs and wants are. He is very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend anyone who is looking to buy a vehicle to go see Steve. We couldn’t be happier!!!

I would recommend them 100% they are very enthusiastic and they have amazing customer service! They 100% take care of their customers and listen to there wants and needs in a car! They go the extra mile to make sure you feel welcome and appreciated! For a small dealership they sure make big strides! Kudos to them for making my car buying experience A++! Been to other places that seem to just want your money and don't care about your needs just want you to make a purchase. Preston's kia is not like the rest!
