i rolled in for an oil change and everyone was super nice and super helpful. my son and i waited in their (pretty comfortable) waiting room.. my son liked that he could watch our car while it was being worked on through the window they put in facing the garage. everyone was very tolerant of my 2 1/2 year old chattering to them and occasionally running around underfoot. all and all it was a pleasant experience, and well worth the $50. i have everything i need to change my oil, but it poured all day.. so i was very thankful to be able to take my car in here and not have to work on it in the cold rain today.

We were in a bind having had our side view mirror smashed and traveling from out-of-state. We were staying in Port Angeles for a week and thought we could use Price Ford for parts and service. When we found out the part had to be ordered, we searched Ford Service Centers until we found one on our way up Hwy 5. When we arrived in town, we were able to use the Fast Lane and had the mirror installed within 20 minutes. All personnel were awesome: prompt, courteous, and skilled. Thank you, Price Ford.

Quick lane service was fine. Asked them to change a headlight that was out, was told no problem. Forgot about it when I checked out. Looked over the paperwork later and noticed they didn't change it. Not very happy about that. These headlights are more difficult to change than previous cars. Edit/update. After original post, they called and quickly took care of the headlight. Downside is I live an hour away, at least I was on vacation so time was not an issue. I was quite satisfied. Very pleasant people in the Quick Lane and the Parts dept. Parts dept answered my questions and found the part # I needed for a different car. Excellent service there.

They got me in and out quickly and checked a couple of extra things for me. Very courteous and efficient staff. Very fair assessment of the problems i asked them to evaluate. Trustworthy team of experts. Thank you!

Robbie in Quick-lane was friendly and so helpful in setting up my service. He also advised me regarding my need for new tires. He got me a great deal. I really appreciate working with pleasant, knowledgeable people. Thanks Robbie and thank you to the service professionals who completed the work. Shout out to Tom Biss as well.
