10/13/16. My daughter gave me her 2005 Honda Civic when she bought a brand new Honda. As a retiree, I live on a limited budget. I needed to have a sensor replaced. The service department personnel immediately told me the cost of the item and an approximate time for labor and when they would complete the work. They were absolutely correct, professional and friendly. I trusted them and they did not disappoint. Integrity, honesty, professional and a family atmosphere makes Price Honda stand out. I highly recommend these men and women in buying, leasing and repairing vehicles!

I first went in and worked with one rep who wasn't there when I returned. Thankfully I got Ms Robin and she was wonderful. I love the car and I loved her patience with me as I processed the purchase of another car. This is my first Honda. However I was told the car would be cleaned and detailed before I came to pick the car up. The outside of the car was cleaned despite the rain which I'm okay with. However the inside was cleaned only in the space I mentioned. There were still dirt stains on other areas on the car that I just figured would be cleaned being that it was supposed to be "detailed". And with light interiory eyes can't miss it. Other than that.... I enjoyed the ease and speed of my business with Ms. Robin And her professionalism

Extremely poor customer service. Worse car experience to date. After being in contact with several people from the Internet team for 2 weeks about a car that had been on the lot for over 2 months, I drove 2 hours to the dealer to be told the car was sold. No one called although I was informed two hours earlier that car was available. No empathy until I asked to speak to a superior before leaving. They then stated they would work with me only to start with a different price than what was on the tag, to give a $900 discount which equated to the your price originally listed on the tag. Extremely poor customer service and lots of game playing. It felt good to walk away from the table.

Tina got me a big return on the unused portion of the registration of my previous vehicle, which was an unexpected bonus. I just purchased my fourth Honda from Price Honda, and all from the same sales professional, SHEILA THOMPSON, Sheila represents the epitome of true customer service, from start to finish. Sheila answered every question and concern that I dealt her. Several other members of the Price team worked with me and extended the same impressive, outstanding customer service. After almost two weeks of working with Sheila and the Price Group, I drove off in my new Accord!!! Customer service is extremely important to me, one of the main factors for me continuing to work with the professionals at Price. Sheila came out to deliver my beautiful new car to me on her day off, which just happened to be her birthday. Birthday blessings to you Sheila. I purchased my first Honda more than 20 years ago, and I am happy to say, the dealership and Sheila still are committed not only to a great hassle-free buying experience, but the customer service is above and beyond. Sheila is such a wonderful individual and so professional, maintaining the utmost friendly, caring, and patience for her customers. Price Acura/Honda was highly recommended by a friend. Visited the dealership and dealt with Mike Cole in sales. We were considering both CPO and new and had narrowed our choice to the TLX. Had a good inventory to choose from and found what we wanted. Mike knew his product very well and explained the car and the price so well that we made a buy new decision on the spot.Pleasant, no pressure sales experience.

After a late dinner, my wife and I stopped by Price Honda to look for a specific model and color of Honda Accord. Even though it was close to closing time, our salesman, Rafael Gomez pulled out the car, took us for a test drive, and explained all the features it had to offer. Even though we got back after the dealership had closed, we never felt rushed and made an appointment for the next day. Getting there the next day we came into the grand opening of the combined dealerships. It was a little hectic, and the purchase process took 3 hours, we were given refreshments and never left alone. After everything was finalized, Rafael followed me to the rental car dealer to return my rental car and drove me back to Price to get my new Honda. My wife will need a new car within the next year and we will not need to go any further than Price Honda.

August 11, 2016, my wife and I just left Price Honda of Dover DE with our new Honda Civic and we are extremely happy with the entire experience. Our purchase was not one of pick a car off the lot and in and out in a day. We were looking for a specific type of civic and in a particular color. All I can say is that Glenn Harris, Debbie (sorry do not know your last name) were patient and tenacious searching various dealerships in the area until the car was found.This however, was just the beginning of this process. Glenn took the time and energy to review with us the features of the car and the upgrades the Honda has done to make this model. He allowed us to test drive various models while informing us of the differences in each model. He was even willing to provide a loaner for me while my current vehicle was in for some minor service. His professionalism and understanding of the products that he sells both pro's and con's made this purchase a complete delight.We would be remiss if we also did not mention Mike, who did the finance for us. He was knowledgeable, patient and made sure we completely understood our options and financing of this vehicle.

August 9, 2016My wife and I just purchased a pre-owned 2013 Honda Pilot from Price Honda. I am not sure which we were most impressed with, the high quality, smooth & quiet riding Pilot, or the fantastic personal service we received. We were interested in the Pilot and asked to discuss the vehicle further with a very personable sales person we had purchased from in the past, Dwayne Stevens. I wont include all the details of our experience working with him, but were once again impressed by his professionalism, knowledge of all the vehicles we considered, and the high level of comfort we felt as he answered all our questions and provided further insight into our decision making. During some of the few down times throughout the purchasing process, Mr. Stevens assisted us in addressing some actions we needed to take with two of the other Hondas we previously purchased at Price. It was evident that he was well respected at the dealership and had an excellent rapport with all of the other staff we had the opportunity to meet. Because our new Pilot is so road worthy and ideal for our needs, it may be a little while before we meet Mr. Stevens to purchase another vehicle, but we will be recommending his service and Price Honda to everyone we know who is looking for a reliable vehicle and the best experience possible for their next purchase. I have to say the process to buy our new car was an excellent one thanks to Mr. Roland De Vires. Throughout the whole process he kept us informed and he always made sure we understood the process without any pressure to buy. I'd had my 2008 CR-V serviced at Price since moving to DE in 2012 and was very pleased with both the service and the people. Of course I would go there for a new car! My initial contact was with Dara Reilly in their internet group. She was so pleasant & helpful that I asked to meet her when I visited. My sales specialist was Glenn Harris and he is very, very good at what he does. He immediately made me feel at ease, never pushed, was knowlegable and professional, all the while with a most pleasant manner.I didn't go to buy a car that day...just to look. (I loved my '08.) But buy I did! Everyone along the way made me realize just how do-able the transaction was and I left with my brand-new CR-V (exactly as I wanted it), confident in my decision. I LOVE my new car and am happy to know that Price is right here whenever it needs service. Thank you, Price Honda!

This dealership has very poor service. I was looking at a used car and the it had to be sent back to the service shop since they didn't catch the needed repairs the first time. I would never have a vehicle serviced here. The financing department was very reluctant to help. It was like pulling teeth to try and get someone to sell me a car. I did not buy anything from them because of the poor quality of service and I heard similar comments from others. I would never go back to this dealership.

I was in recently looking to buy a used car. I walked in and stood there for 5 minutes before being acknowledged. I was then sent down to the next building (looking for a used car). I waited outside, not knowing where the entry was, all the windows were covered. Not a very good layout. I then had a gentleman come out to help me. He was very helpful at first (of course). We then had to go up to the Honda building where he tells me he was in the middle of finishing up and with another customer and he would be with me in a few minutes. I understand this and was willing to wait. After waiting for 30 minutes I got up to walk out and he called out to me that he would be with me in 5 minutes. Mind you " 5 minutes" must be in their training manual, because this is the answer I received often. After 10 minutes I sat down with him, we went over some cars and I filled out a credit app. This would take, you guessed it... 5 minutes. I waited for about 25 while he still dealt with his previous customer. I got up and told him I had to leave, he told me he would call me with the info from the credit app. Never heard anything, called back the following day- He still could not give me info. They had to pull it up, I was out on hold for 8 minutes, well not on hold, but with the phone on the desk, so I could hear their conversations. Very unprofessional. He got back on the phone and said they had to pull it up and he would call me back. I waited and called him back. Guess what? Still no answer. Yet, the day before it would only take - that's right- 5 minutes, now I can't get an answer almost 24 hours later. I explained my entire experience was poor, from the 30 minute wait to the 24 hour wait on a credit app. I was told " I don't have to listen to this" and he hung up on me. I called back to speak to the manager and haven't heard anything. Now these clowns ran my credit for nothing. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!

I found a good value on a used car from Price Honda. I sent two emails and placed one phone call to verify the price and availability if the car (08 Jetta TDI). I drove an hour and a half to the dealership to purchase the car. Upon arriving, the car I had come to see was not available. Moreover, the sales people had never seen it or heard of it. Once I was there they tried to sell me a car that was two years older for three thousand more dollars. I overheard the sales person call the manager when I pressed him on the location of the car. "Why are we always listing cars we don't have?" He asked. Good question! I wrote to the sales person two times requesting his managers contact information. He never wrote me back. Who knows? The new cars might be fine, but stay away from the used car sales department!

I was in the market for a used SUV recently and found a vehicle I liked on Price Acuras website. I (now) live an hour away from this dealer. 2 Saturdays ago I decided to make the trip there to check this vehicle out. When I got there I did not see the vehicle after doing a couple of back and forth rides between the new vehicle Acura lot and the new Honda lot. I park and start making my way inside Price Acura, where a salesman and 2 customers were standing outside. Mere feet from were they stood on the curb at the entrance, the trio decides to go inside. The salesman was the last to go in. My foot was literally on the curb and he did not hold the door open for me. When I got inside I was not acknowledged by a single person for at least 5-6 minutes. When the rude salesman walked by me to retrieve a pamphlet for the 2 customers he was waiting on, only then did he acknowledge me with a lame Hi. How are you?. He barely even looked in my direction. His head was down as he passed me. The customers he was speaking with told him twice or more, Thank you. and Well be back to see you., indicating the end of their need of him for the day and still he lingered. Finally he asked me if I needed help with anything and I ask him if they have reps dedicated to used cars. He says, reps?.. with a bewildered look upon his face. I say, Reps..Car salesman. He then plasters a sarcastically phony smile on and says that would be him. And he goes into a long story about how they are short on staff and people have called out... Yada, yada, yada. Although he never offers an apology for his rude behavior: From him not holding the door open for a potential customer that is less than 6 feet away from the door he was going through down to the sarcasm and impatience he was spewing at the time of our conversation. I tell him that I am looking for the 2006 Volvo XC90 that was on their website. His eyes roll in the back of his head as he attempts to recall the vehicle I am speaking of. It doesnt come to him, I guess. He then asks how much was it listed for. I tell him about 12k. With a dismissive wave of his hand he says, Oh. That would be on the small lot down there. He points in the small lots direction. See, this is the big lot. That car would be down on that end. He emphasis big lot with a strong downward point and jabs the air in the small lots direction once again. With that I was on my way out the door and off to the small lot. This salesman came out of the door behind me on his way in the opposite direction. He makes sure to throw, Maybe, youll come back and visit us on the big lot.; that sarcastic smile ever-present. No matter if I came on the lot to spend $40,000 or $4,000, I DID NOT expect this type of treatment. I went to the small lot and did not find the vehicle. I even asked a guy outside if he knew anything about the vehicle and he said that he didnt and it was most likely sold if it was not on the lot. I went back into Price Acuras showroom and came upon a salesman that was busily filling out and shuffling papers all over the table. He at least had the decency to ask me if I was already being helped. I told him about my run-in with the first rude rep and what car I was looking for. He leant me an ear but apologized for not being able to help me right away. He also said that he was not familiar with the car I was looking for. At this point I decided to leave because the car is obviously sold. It was low-mileage for the year and a very low price. The dealership must have failed to remove it from its site. However, I really wanted that car!!! On my way home I called the dealership and was told all reps were busy and one would call me back. Roughly 15 minutes later I did receive a call back. I gave this gentleman the stock # from their website. He told me he would look into it and call me back. That was August 2nd. To-date (as of August 11th) I have not received a call.

I did a lot of research before deciding to travel 2+ hours from home to look at a Price Honda/Acura advertised Honda Odyssey. The car was exactly as advertised and dealing with Jodi Ruff couldn't have been easier. There were no comparable prices anywhere near their advertised "one low price." I was offered the usual accessories and options and even advised against some that would not have been of benefit for my purpose and was never pressured by anyone. Great price and great service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership. Overall, the best car buying experience I have ever had!

I just have to say that our transaction with Roger was one of the best we have ever had in buying a new vehicle. Throughout the whole process he kept us very informed and he always made sure we understood all the figures. I was also impressed with Roger because he stopped in at work on his day off to make sure all the paperwork was complete and accurate so the deal could be done in a timely fashion. I attempted to express keen interest in a posting on Cars.com for a RAV4. I used the function requesting a call back and the live chat. Nobody would follow up with me. I finally called the dealership and got somebody from a different area to answer my questions. The car sold by the time I was preparing to go look at it. Indifference on the part of this operation is not a plus!

I had great service at my visit to Price Honda. On my way to the beach, I stopped and asked if someone could hook up my blue tooth (I just had replaced at another dealership along with the mike, and they said it was fine even though we followed the book to reprogram it and couldn't). They were more than happy to. After I left I realized the mike was not working. I returned and they said the mike was not working and ordered it for me and replaced it on my way home from the beach. Everyone from the salesman I first talked to Colleen who did the scheduling to Dylan who diagnosed it and fixed it upon my return. They could not have been more pleasant and helpful. I was very discouraged with my own dealership's handling of this repair. They could have just sent me back to Pizza Honda, instead they went out of their way to accommodate me. All of this happened on a Saturday afternoon. Imagine that. If they were not so far away, I would do all my business with them.

My son and I went to Price Honda with the intention of buying a new Accord LX hopefully paying the same monthly amount I had been paying before. The salesperson, Matt Cessna, was very attentive to our wishes. He showed us several payment options based on different rates and length of loan. In the end we left having purchased a new car. Price Acura does an outstanding job of providing maintenance service, and the people are very professional and friendly. I recently visited them to have my 2002 Acura serviced,and ended up becoming interested in the new 2014 RLX on display. They really WOW me by letting me drive the RLX home overnight. Unfortunately, however, they were not very willing to "deal". They gave me ONE price offer and were not willing to negotiate. They also did not make me a serious offer for my 2002 Acura. In the end, I received a much better offer for the 2014 RLX from another Acura dealer who was more willing to DEAL!

I negotiated a deal over the phone with very little hassle. Whole process took less than 30 minutes. I live 6 hours from the dealership and they volunteered to deliver my car at no extra charge to me. Received it today and couldn't be happier with it. It was represented accurately and honestly. The delivery was such a great bonus. Would definitely buy from Price Acura again.

This is the forth car I've purchased from Price Honda. I like the fact you don't have to negotiate the deal. All their cars are reasonably discount, and the trade value quoted was well within the values I found on line before I went to the dealer. Could I have gotten better pricing elsewhere, probably, but this is my local dealer, and the process was as painless as it could be. If I choose to purchase another Honda, I will certainly go back to Price.
