My experience at Price Toyota was excellent. Charlie (the salesman) was professional, showed respect toward us, he was attentive and he was very knowledgeable... a straight shooter type of sales person. Which was certainly appreciated. I'm very happy with my purchase of a 2022 RubyRed Corolla and look forward to enjoying many years with her. Thank You everyone at Price Toyota for a relaxing, enjoyable and successful experience. Mike Casper was extremely helpful! Very friendly and easy to work with. First time buying a car at a dealership and Mike made the process very easy. Everyone involved in the process at the dealership was just as helpful and easy to talk to. Thank you Price Toyota!

Great service from the very begin. As soon as I entered the drop. The technician had all the details and reviewed my needs. He was able to find me the best tire for my budget and updated me while I worked. Very professional service.

I was surfing for a used Camry, and their sales rep did reach out to me repeatedly by phone. Ultimately, they just didn't have the car I was looking for, but it wasn't for lack of trying.

honestly they hid the accident details of the car I was buying, even after repeated asking...when applying for the loan the bank representative confirmed me about the accident..... really unfortunate to see this dealer is lying to sell his product......

Let me start by saying Jay Brown is the man if you do buy a car from Price. My ratings have nothing to do with him. If he would go to another dealer... I would follow him. I think change is always inevitable, however, you hope for the better not the worst. My wife and I have purchased 8 vehicles from Price since 2000. Jay has actually sold me most, and Stoney who is no longer there has always been a champion to us. This last car we purchased however will be our last from Price. Where we used to go and feel like we mattered, especially with the number of cars we've purchased from them, and the business we sent to them (even our own family members)... I now walk away with that typical sleezy car dealer mentality I have been able to avoid for 14 years. I will not go into layered detail, but I will state that our family, and those we talk to about car purchasing, Price will never be an option again. We are done. To Jay, Good Luck, to Stoney hope you are doing well... To Hahn and the rest of the management and new owners of Price... we will not bother you again with a purchase from your dealership. This Dealership is AWSOME. I get the tire service special and I was promised about an hour and Stephanie was right on the money and she did not try any dealer add on and they fixed a air temp sensor and I was not charged for it. thank you so much you guys are the best all other Toyota dealers need to follow suite i.e. Vineland, NJ I live 15 minutes from this dealer and they are the worst, I much rather drive 30-40 minutes out of my way to get much better service. Thanks again you guys get my 5 stars

Rich gave us great service and we never felt pressured into buying our car. I was surprised how many Priuses Price Toyota has on the lot. We had been to other Toyota dealers that only had a few and one dealership told us that we would have to pay over sticker. That was not the case at Price.

The crew at Price works as a team to get the work done. My car purrs like a kitten. They explain everything from the time you walk in to the time you leave. The work fast but not too fast. They have a solution to every problem and they always take care of the customer. From the time the garage goes up and you're greeted 'til they say goodbye and the door goes down you're treated with dignity and respect. Can't sat enough about Price Toyota.

One the most freindliest service centers I have ever been to. The service was so quick I never got a chance to get comfortable. A special shout-out to "Leon" I asked his opinion on a service Im having done in the future and he was very willing to answer in detail what I can expect.

Recently I took my 5 month Toyota Camry in for it's first service. Unfortunately one of the recent storms brought branches down on my new car and scratched the roof, and side door panel. Your detail service restored it back to it's "new" status. I was very pleased in the results. I was greeted upon arrival, the service rep assured me the car could be fixed and it was completed at the time promised. Overall I was 100% satisfied with the service I received. I look forward to having my future service done at this facility.

Purchased a certified pre-owned Toyota at Price and have had it serviced at the facility since purchase. Easy to make appointments, nice facility, pleasant and courteous staff, and service is completed promptly. I had one warranty issue that was handled very efficiently.

Everyone has been great. I loss my husband in January. And I am loss when it comes to my cars. The service people have done everything from checking the air in my tires and putting air in them with out and appointment. They also serviced and did a recall on my 2007 Prius. My new car salesman (Pete) has been ice enough to sync my new mobile phone up to both my 2007 & 2011 Prius. I bought both my Prius at Price and have always had them service there. I would not go any place else.

I traded up my 2006 4runner for a 2008 model with many more bells and whistles + lower mileage. No haggling by the salesperson and better than average value allowed for trade. The following-up experience after the deal has also been a pleasure. The financing and service departments also made the buying experience second to none.

I recently shopped five Toyota dealers in my georgaphic region, and visited four of them. Price Toyota in New Castle DE delivered an exceptional customer experience, from the showroom facility to the informed and experienced staff to the customer follow-up. I experienced interest but no pressure from the sales staff. The business manager was professional and easy to work with. I have bought a dozen new cars and this ranks as my best experience overall.
