I recently purchased a 2010 Chevy Silverado 1500 from Prime Autos of Hagerstown MD, and my experience was very good. I had been in contact with Julian over the weekend before I purchased the vehicle to find out more about it and when I could come to see the vehicle. During my whole experience viewing the car everything I saw online was exactly what I saw in person. the vehicle was actually in better condition than I expected! Julian took the time to tell me about the vehicle's history as a corporate fleet work truck and the most recent maintenance, he had all the information I needed ready for me to help streamline and simplify the entire buying process, making my first experience with Prime Autos a very positive one! I intend to look at them first when it comes time to buy my next vehicle or when it comes time to help my younger brother or sister find a vehicle to suit their needs! thanks for all of your help Julian!

I recently purchased a 2012 Fiat 500 Sport from Prime Autos. I have purchased many new cars in my life time but this was my first used car purchase. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Prime Autos. This is a small operation and you get to deal directly with the owner, Julian. I never felt any pressure and didnt even have to do much negotiating because of his very fair pricing. Julian very carefully explained the history of the vehicle and even supplied service records, etc. The whole experience was actually lower stress than buying a new car. Im very happy with the car and will definitely come back to Julian when Im ready for another. Charlie was also great in taking care of all of the title, insurance and DMV stuff.

Buying a car from Julian at Prime Autos was a very pleasant experience. I told him exactly what I wanted; make, model, color, interior, and he found it for me very quickly. The price was better than I could've found it for myself, and I would've had to expend a lot more effort. This is the third car my family has bought from him, and as long as he's around, I fully intend to never buy a car from any other dealer. Why bother?

I hadn't had a car in 15 years as I lived in Washington DC and either walked everywhere or took the DC Metro. One of the most Amazing car buying experiences of all time. Buying a used car is always a nightmare you never know what are you getting. From the very first time when Julian called me back promptly to the voice mail I had left untill Sharlie who took care of my paperwork I'm telling you couldnt be any better. First of all the car was at the best condition considering the high millage it had very fresh tires amazingly fresh interior. they are the best used car dealer I mean look at their reviews these guys work very very HARD!!!

Prime autos was a great business to deal with. We found them on cars.com when looking for a low mileage used car. Julian and Charlie were professional, friendly and great to deal with. This is NOT your typical used car lot. They are helpful and truly want to see the customer satisfied with their purchase. They are honest and did not try to talk us into anything. Julian is very knowledgeable of the many cars on his lot. We highly recommend Prime Autos for a used car purchase.

Came into Prime Autos on a spur of a moment to purchase a used car. The very friendly and efficient service was great. Went home the same day with my car which is a 2009 Mercury Milan. I saw the car on Cars.com and Julian called me in reference to the request. Seemed to be extremely forward and professional about what they had and the condition. Told it like it was rather than luring me in and then trying to just sell me something before I left. People appreciate the honesty and being treated with respect. Went into Prime Autos the day before Christmas a little skeptical that they could be as good as the reviews that I saw or that the vehicles were as good as they appeared on the website. An hour later after talking with Julian and checking out the vehicles on the lot I decided to take the step and buy a used vehicle something I really wasn't sure about doing (buying used vs.new). Now a month later I couldn't be happier. The purchase was a success and I am driving the vehicle I really wanted. I usually don't make endorsements or give reviews online. this time I made an exception because of the experience I had in dealing with them. I would buy another vehicle in a heartbeat from them. I recently bought a Mercury Montego from Prime Autos and I would rate the experience as excellent. Julian and I discussed the car and you coulld tell he chooses the cars he puts on the lot with care and thought. He truly does hand pick the cars and knows what his customers are looking for. Julian gave me a fair deal with very little haggling. Further, there were some odds and ends that he agreed to do after the sale and he did everything he said he was going to do. Once we agreed on the sale Charlie did the paperwork. The paperwork went very smooth and Charlie was very good at explaining all the papers I had to sign and also explaining how the process would continue for tags, title, etc. Overall I would highly recommend Prime Autos of Hagerstown. They have an excellent inventory and they are very friendly and honest.

This is the second car I have bought from Prime Autos of Hagerstown. I bought a 2008 Mini Cooper S about four years ago (what a fun car to drive!), and now a 2003 Honda Accord. Julian and Charlie are so easy to deal with and you know that you are going to get the best price. I was looking at used Hondas at the big dealers and I could have paid twice as much, or gotten a vehicle with twice the number of miles, but the Honda Accord I bought from Prime Autos of Hagerstown was in great shape, with not too many miles. It was just what I was looking for: GREAT VALUE at a GREAT PRICE! You really can't go wrong with Prime Autos since Julian and Charlie go out of their way to make sure you are happy with your purchase. I have recommended Prime Autos to many of my friends and will go back again when I'm ready to purchase my next vehicle.

Was helping my 80 year old mother purchase a car. Juilan was very helpful and willingly explain all the features in the car to my Mom. He listen to what she was looking for in a car. He made several suggestion to her. He did not try to sway her to a different type of vehicle or spend more on a car than she was comfortable spending. She is very happy with her car and has already taken a couple of trips with her sisters.

This family owned business goes the extra mile! The owner returned my call on his day off and stayed late to meet me because I was coming from out of town. Very pleasant to deal with and very honest... Which is hard to find these days. I would definitely come back to this dealership. Don't be fooled because this is a small privately owned business... They are way better than any franchise dealer that just wants to push any old car on you. They have low overhead which equates to low prices and smart deals. Julian is a pro and he knows what he's doing. His wife Charlie is also very pleasant and helpful. If they don't answer the phone, they are probably selling another car! Don't worry, they will call you right back. This is just one great place to buy a car. I mean it... I have bought a lot of cars over the years and these guys are the best!

I purchased a 2007 Nissan Titan from Prime Autos. It was my 26th lifetime vehicle purchase - 15 new and 11 used over the past 30 years. I honestly can NEVER recall having a better buying experience than I did with Julian and Charlie at Prime Autos! Julian is brutally honest about his vehicles, more trustworthy than any used vehicle dealership I have ever dealt with. We took a comprehensive look at the Titan and Julian explained everything that had been done to get the vehicle ready after he brought it into the dealership. I am usually unwillingly to trade vehicles, but Julian offered me an excellent deal on my trade. He knew I had researched the value of my vehicle in-depth so no haggling was involved in the negotiation. Although Julian started the paperwork, Charlie jumped in to make quick and efficient work of everything. I cannot think of another vehicle transaction that I have completed in 30+ years that went so smoothly! Thanks so much Julian and Charlie! I will definitely be back the next time I am in the market for a used vehicle!

I would buy another car from Julian in a heartbeat. He is honest and fair and makes the whole buying process painless. He has a very nice selection of cars to choose from and he stands behind them 100%. All his cars come with a Maryland inspection (included in the price). And if you've ever had to deal with the Maryland vehicle inspection process you know what a hassle it is and having it done for you is a bonus. I had an issue and though it wasn't a warrantied item, it was a safety item and Julian stepped up and paid for repair even though he didn't have to. If you want a clean, dependable car or truck, Julian is the guy to go see.

To say buying a car is a scary and challenging experience is an understatement. But buying a used car for a 16 yr old was more difficult than the average car purchase. After months of searching, and lots of bad experiences, my father found Prime Autos and a perfect car for our daughter. The overall experience was great. Felt like we got a good deal and that the car was in good shape. Julian and Charlie were incredibly accommodating, helpful and got us in and out very efficiently. It's a scary thing, buying a used car. You really are at the mercy of the dealer when it comes to the quality and the history of the car and the honesty of the dealer. When we discovery Prime Autos several years ago, we were not only thrilled with the car....but talking, and working with Julian and Charlie was such a wonderful, easy experience.And not only that....when we would talk to other people in Hagerstown about where we got our car, they always had high praise for Julian and Charlie. Well, we just purchased our 5th car from them, and have vowed that we will never but a used car from anyone else. This dealership's owners, Julian and Charlie, help you get the best price and deal and actually help you SAVE money instead of the usual car salesmen who intend to overcharge you. I just happened upon this dealership and I am so glad they were the ones with the car I was looking at because their customer service can't be beat. Their cars are used but all higher quality and for a great price. They were very honest with me, which is also a change from the normal small dealers trying to make money-even the large dealers you can't trust. If you are looking for a great used car look at Prime Autos' lot first because you are guaranteed a great deal. Prime Autos is by far the best auto dealer I've ever worked with! Julian and Charlie are both very honest (you read it right, honest car salesmen) and will not let a vehicle leave their lot that they themselves would not feel comfortable driving. I drove nearly 100 miles to purchase my vehicle from Northern Virginia and I do not regret the sacrifice one bit!! Found a rare car on this site and it was located at Prime Autos. We had to drive 2 and a half hours to test drive it and I was hoping that it wasn't a pile. To my surprise the car was in magnificent condition and the owners of Prime Auto were really great in assisting us in the purchase of the car. Usually when going to a dealership, you find the snarling salespeople trying to sell you anything, but not here. They were also very honest and reasonable, which you don't find very often at used car lots. I would recommend checking out this dealership if you are in the market for a quality used car.

Looking for a specific and hard-to-find car, I found one at Prime Autos. Not only does Julian know cars and cultivate really nice ones of all makes and models, he and his wife go out of their way to make buying a car easy and with confidence. I was driving from another state so they took care of arranging all the title, inspection, taxes for me so I didn't have to drive around several places, or come back many times. Julian was great. I was looking for a specific car, and this he had exactly what I was looking for. He was very thorough in going over all the paperwork with the car. He gave all the details of previous owners, and showed me the service records he had of the vehicle, and offered to give them to me. Very professorial nice staff! Felt very comfortable fast speedy service! All cars on the lot were excellent. What I enjoy most is every car on the lot is hand picked by owner not just bought at random auction by staff on a budget! He looks for qulity and does careful inspection of each car!
