The consultant, Dino Ferrante was great as usual. I did the 30000 miles service on my tiguan 2012. The shuttle driver was polite. Everything went great. Definitely will do all the services at Princeton VW

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, took care routine maintenance with little direction - as I would have wished for. Because of where I live, I can choose from 3 different dealers - I'll definitely go back to Princeton VW.

For close to a year, I had been anticipating the introduction of a new VW model after driving the European version a year ago. I had been reading everything I could about it but knew that, it only recently having started production, I faced a potentially long wait to get exactly what I wanted. After disappointing visits to two other VW dealerships (padded prices and hidden fees, insultingly low trade-in offers), I met with Matt Rucko at Princeton VW after he replied promptly to my Internet inquiry. I already expected to have a positive experience just from talking to Matt on the phone and my visit in person was refreshingly painless and straightforward. Matt gave me the price I expected for this car with no hidden fees or padding, we agreed to a trade-in price I could live with, and he committed to doing what he could to locate exactly what I was looking for. From that point forward, things happened much faster and more easily than I had dared hope: a little over a week after meeting Matt face to face, I'm now driving my brand new car. Throughout the process, including picking up and walking through the features of the car, Matt was knowledgeable, communicative and helpful. I'll add that Tony Kwak in finance made taking care of the money side of things a breeze, working quickly to get me through all the paperwork. As I look back on how quickly things came together and how enthusiastically Matt made this happen, I keep thinking that all car purchases should be this pleasant. Put simply, Matt Rucko got me into exactly the car I wanted, in fresh-off-the-assembly-line condition, at a very good price, with a minimum of fuss, and faster than either of us even expected.

My third vehicle purchased at VW Pricenton service has always been good . Service Advisor did a god job! My biggest gripe is with Corporate . And this could negatively influence my next car purchase. My last two Vehicles had factory installed tires ContiPro seal .the tires are noisey after 10k miles and feather at 19k. Both impact negatively sound and handling, now with my new CC at 19900 miles I need new tires! Ouch! The other vehicle I own a 2008 Pasat I put Michelin tires on and after 60,000 miles still have less noise and handle better than by 19k. Continental's on my Cc

I brought my car into Princeton VW for a tire lite issue. Dino took great care of me, was honest about the work that needed to be done and got me in and out quick. Being a mom and a teacher I am always pressed for time and money so going somewhere I can trust is priceless. Thanks Dino! LH

Best experience of any car dealership. The price for our 2011 &13 Jettas was lower than all other VW Dealers in Central Jersey. The ongoing service is second to none! We will buy our next VW from Princeton VW.

The VW Service Center at Princeton Volkswagen (VWSCP) goes the extra distance to make sure that you are satisfied with their work. Their hours are flexible and if you need immediate or emergency service, they will do their best to accomodate you. This is my first diesel powered vehicle, so before I purchased my diesel Jetta Sportswagen, I called the VWSCP and inquired as to the service costs to maintain a diesel vehicle with the DSG automatic transmission. A service person took the time to summarize all the required services and their costs for the 1st 120,000 miles of ownership. I was very surprised and pleased with how detailed his summary was. I purchased my VW from Princeton for two reasons: 1- their service person took the time to give me a very comprehensive summary of the maintaince cost and 2- their salesperson gave me good deal on the cost of the vehicle and the extended service plan.

My experience at Princeton VW was excellent. Leasing my car was a breeze. We negotiated everything over the phone. I literally drove into the parking lot, dropped off my old car, signed some papers and left with my new 2014 Passat. Zak handled everything including updating my insurance, titles and registration. Would definitely go back there when shopping for another car and would strongly recommend them for others.

We decided on buying a VW from this dealer for the excellent customer service they offer. The saleswoman was very knowledgable and explain everything in detail which made our decision easier. They stay open late for us as we were driving from a distance after work hours, overall we were very pleased with the service and of course our new vehicle. Thank you very much and we will recommend this dealership to all our family and friends.

This is the third car in as many years that I have purchased from the same salesman. He is a credit to his company and is actually very honest. I will buy cars from him as long as he is the area. Matt has always striven to please us during the buying process and helps any way he can. Will buy my next Passat diesel from him also......

I purchased my 2010 VW CC at Reydel VW in Edison 4 years ago and have been to multiple VW dealerships since then to get my factory recommended service. My first visit to Princeton VW was for my 70,000 check-up/service. They were by the far the friendliest and quickest of dealership I have been too. My rep was able to get me a free replacement of a tire gauge ($120) since I bought two new tires from them. I'd recommend to other VW owners/potential owners in the area.

Purchased car via internet after viewing on this site. Was contacted very quickly (Nikki) with all the pertinent info I requested. We exchanged emails and concluded the transaction rapidly and quite painlessly. Closing was handled in under an hour (Teressa and Abe) and I drove my newly acquired auto away satisfied and extremely satisfied. Would highly recommend this dealership to all interested in a VW.
