Sales was great . Be carful when it comes to service . If your having diagnostic problems be carful !!!!! I have a push start and wasn't starting, lucky the guy towing my car gave me the 411 and told me they tried starting it 5 times and would not start . When I called priority Acura in Chesapeake (Nicole banara) dark hair . Told me my car was fine ? Why would she lie to me ? Long story short I needed a battery . I was covered under warranty and they didn't want to pay for .. Be careful !!!!! they call themselves priority . Acura ILX.

I was a single woman with a toddler purchasing a year preowned car, ignorant of car buying. I was pressured into buying 5200.00 worth of warranties. Car was then overpriced. Wasn't able to utilize one warranty after only 7 months of having the car because the dealer didn't put new tires on the car. Also discovered the car had front end issues prior to me purchasing. I'm very disappointed and upset at this dealer. Service manager was very nasty with me as well. Stated if I wanted new tires I should have purchased a new car. That was very heartbreaking.

I have numerous issues with the new vehicle I purchased. Everything from mechanical to incentives not being received. They give you the run around when you are seeking resolution for problems. You have to be persistent in calling, emailing and stopping by to get results. The General Manager does not respond to phone calls or emails. If you are there in person he will relay a message through the salesperson which is absolutely crazy. After you buy a car the salesperson has nothing to do with any issues and can offer no assistance. The ladies at the service desk are totally incompetent. I would not recommend this dealership to my enemy.

My wife and I were shopping for an used SUV and had been to quite a few dealerships. But Priority Acura hands down stood out over all of them by far. It was such an awesome buying experience. So much better than my previous experiences with other car dealerships...negotiated a great price....took my new car home 2016 Acura MDX AWD blue of course.....loving it..They had previously serviced my 2010 MDX which was also a great experience.I had to drive 5 hours to get this kind of service. From the moment I stepped on the lot I felt like family. I was greeted by Stevon who was friendly and professional. He listened to my needs and wanted to make sure I was getting the best experience possible. I explained my experiences with other dealerships and we both agreed that it was meant for me to be at Priority. Just know when you purchase a vehicle at Priority they will listen and take care of you. Two weeks after I bought my van I got a flat tire because of a huge nail. I was having difficulties changing my tire and called roadside assistance with my insurance company and was put on hold forever. While I was on hold I used a different phone to call Priority and spoke with Amanda. She sent out a car to pick me up and take me to work while they took care of my van for me. The whole time I was on the phone with Priority, I was still on hold with my insurance co. After they finished taking care of my van they dropped it off at my job for me. Thank you for being so amazing. I don't know what I'd do without Priority Acura.

I have purchased three Acuras (2010 TL, 2013 ILX, 2014 RLX) from Priority in the past 3 years. I called last week to have my RLX serviced. I was expecting to schedule an appointment to take my car in but I received so much more. My service rep, Larry Blow, went above and beyond my expectationshe dropped off a loaner car, picked up my vehicle and took it in for service. While my car was in for service, the technician noticed that the gear shift garnish was broken so the part was ordered and replaced and my car was delivered back to me. I have purchased many cars and never have I received this level of serviceI can get use to this. Larry and the technician that serviced my car went above and beyond my service expectation. This is the most impeccable service I have EVER received. My Priority experience in Sales and Service has been exceptional. Kuddos to the entire Priority family.

I went to Priority Acura looking for a new or used car to replace my 1997 Acura TL. The previous Acura had pretty much run its course, but I loved driving that car, so I went and looked at the 2013 Acura TSX. I really liked the TSX, and the associates at Priority Acura were very helpful. My salesperson Miran, was outstanding. I initially left without the car because it was too expensive, but Miran went out of his way to call and say that they could lower the price because he wanted to make sure I would leave with the car I really wanted. I got a great deal on the car, and am really happy with the TSX. Even the mechanics in the shop were wonderful! Go to Priority!

Our sales consultant Steve Johnson was a delight to work with. He did not pressure us and was very informative and knowledgeable about the car. The hardest part was deciding which color I wanted =). I did tons of research online and knew I wanted the Acura MDX and wanted to work with a dealer who stood behind their cars and their customers long after the sale. I never doubted my decision coming to Priority Acura and I plan to be a customer for life. We have purchased cars in the past from Casey and Hall... and my experience here at Priority can't touch them. I won't go anywhere else. I am thrilled with my new Acura MDX!

I bought my 2004 Acura MDX here in 2004 and thanks to Donna Kiederling and the others in the Service Department it is going strong at 173,000+ miles. My experiences at Priority have always been positive. So when the new refinements and improvements appeared in the 2014 Acura, we were ready for a new one. Our sales person, Miran Smith, did a great job in showing us the new models, explaining the technology, and getting us a great price. Then when a cherry red model was not available Priority was able to track it down. All in all a great car, a great price, and a great experience.

If you are looking at purchasing an Acura, look no more. Priority Acura sets an example of how all businesses, not just car sales should run. We were so lucky to have had Ozzie Reece greet us. From the get go we let Ozzie know that we had no interest on that particular day on purchasing a car. We wanted to test drive a few different cars in order to chose the best car for us. Ozzie let us take the Acura TSX out for a test drive, he was knowledgeable with the functions of the car and most importantly, NEVER made us feel any pressure. He made sure that we had all the information that we needed on the Acura TSX . Following the test drive we were introduced to Matt who manages the dealership. We explained to him our desire to test drive and look at other cars so he arranged for us to test drive another car that we were interested in at another Priority dealership. We did test drive a vehicle an decided it was not for us. Five days later we returned to Priority Acura, and Ozzie Reece immediately greeted us along with Tony Bertone. Tony answered question after question for my husband, again NEVER feeling any pressure. We test drove the Acura TSX for the second time, and decided that it was the car for us. The entire purchasing process was so easy. Ozzie, and Tony made sure that all of our expectations were met. In our opinion they exceeded our expectations. Andy Miller in the finance department was informative, friendly and took his time explaining all of the finance options. Following the purchase of the car, Ozzie and a gentleman named Jeff, spent time with us going over the functions of the car. Jeff sat in the car going over specific functions that I may have had trouble figuring out on my own. We never felt pressure or rushed during this entire process. We actually had fun during this process. I must say that Ozzie and Tony went above and beyond. The customer service experience us unlike any we have had in such a long time. KUDDOS to Priority Acura for providing such an awesome purchasing experience

I visited Priority Acura 3 months ago just to browse. I was greeted by Glenn Woodruff who was so helpful and knowledgeable about each and every car. I couldn't afford not to buy the RDX! I am so impressed with this vehicle and the time that Glenn took to find me my perfect car. He even remembered by birthday and sent me a card! If all dealerships had a clone of Glenn Woodruff vehicles would be flying off the lots! I would recommend this dealership and Glenn Woodruff to anyone!

I bought an Acura MDX new a couple of months back, and I am still absolutely in love with the car. I love everything about it and the experience itself was great as well. My salesman Glenn Woodruff treated me kindly and with respect and was very knowledgeable of the product and answered all of my questions quickly and honestly. When my vehicle needed service Glenn came out to my house, gave me a loaner car and brought it to the dealership for all free!I would highly recommend Priority Acura to anyone else, and make sure to ask for Glenn Woodruff!!!

To be fair, let me start by saying that I wouldn't normally give a dealership a better than OK rating for price so consider the only real 'ding' on this review to be great by most standards. This was the first place that we visited on our journey for a newer vehicle. We came in looking for a used vehicle but drove off with a practically new vehicle two days later. We wanted to be prudent in our search so we visited other dealerships. We had a negative experience at another Acura dealer which only solidified our decision to go back to priority. When we returned, as I've stated earlier, we left with a late (2012) model. We are thoroughly pleased with our purchase and look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

I have purchased 2 Acuras from Proirity Acura a TL and a MDX . These purchases were in 2000 and 2005 . The purchases went well both times . I test drove the vehicles several times before making a purchase . The service department was very professional for routine maintaince . I am currently looking for a new SUV and I always check their inventory .I wish the other Priority dealerships would operate like the ACURA dealership.

Why I would recommend this dealership? Very simple-OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been to many dealerships and I have never been so impress as I was when I got to Priority Acura. I saw the vehicle I wanted and Mr. Ozzie Reece went above and beyond to provide me and my husband with the best deal. I was so amazed, that I cried when Mr. Reece told us that we would be leaving the dealership with the vehicle. The entire service from the sales consultant to the detail crew were superb!!! I want to emphazise on the service I received from Mr. Reece. It has been the best service that I ever received during the purchase of a vehicle. Service people are unfriendly and unreliable. Vehicle never done on time and I always have to bring it back. Service center seems like they could care less about the car owners. If you purchase a car, get it serviced somewhere else if you want it done right without hassles. My husband showed my your response here and also told me about the conversation you had with him on the phone, but he thought it might be good for me to contact you myself and let you know what is concerning me personally since it is my vehicle. Just to let you know up front, I'm a very non-confrontational person usually so I thought I would just explain to you from my point of view the experience I have had with priority since purchasing my MDX. When it was sold to me I was told that the navigation system, the headlight cover and the tires would be fixed and/or replaced because I did not want to purchase the MDX with these damaged items. I also purchased an extended warranty incase there might be other issues that I did not notice since the buying process can be rather intimidating and I knew I might miss something. My very first experience with your service department was with Donna who immediately let me know that there might be a problem having the light cover replaced. This is not covered under warranty she had said. I tried to explain about the agreement, but it didn't seem like I was being heard. That is when we met you. You were very kind and did end up replacing the light cover, which while I do appreciate, was a part of my agreement in the first place. It just should have been done. Why would management need to get involved in taking care of a very minor problem that was part of my agreement in the first place? With the navigation system, I can't remember exactly how many times I had to come back for that to finally be fixed, but it was quite a few, maybe 3 or 4 times. Each time I was told something different, like the cd was dirty so they cleaned it. To me it just seems cheap to make me come back 3 or 4 times when they could have just replaced that cd in the first place if they knew there was a problem with it. I don't have a ton of time to go back and forth 4 times to fix the same problem. I do understand that these things happen so I let it go, but then I noticed the panel under the dash was broken after they fixed the navigation. I waited until my car needed service to bring in it, because like I said I don't always have a ton of time and I assumed that it wouldn't be a problem. Well it did end up being a problem. I was told I would have to pay for it because the service guys supposedly don't need to use that panel to fix the navigation system. At that point you met with us again and told us that you would pay 40 percent for the new panel. Again while I appreciate your effort, I still feel that the panel should have been replaced without hassle because it was fine before and then it was broken while it was there and I still had to pay for it. So again I thought not a big deal at least I didn't have to pay full price. Well now we were having an issue with this memory seat feature. I don't even know how many times I have brought it back and it still wasn't fixed. I have even been quite willing to take my time to go back and forth again as I did with the navigation system, however my husband said he spoke with Donna again and I just didn't like how the conversation went. First he was told that they couldn't duplicate the problem, and even if they could that it is not covered under warranty. He was also told that the last time they tried to fix it, that the part was paid for by your facility because of the fact that it was not covered under warranty. So here I am quite disappointed thinking I am going to have to pick up my car and it is still broken and there is nothing I can do about it and even if there was something we could do that it would be more money out of our pockets. Then my husband decided to write a review and low and behold you call back and say that the part is covered under warranty. Why would Donna say that it wasn't? Why would she say that you had to pay for the last part? To me that makes all the other times that we were told things like this seem not very honest and forth coming. In all honesty it makes me feel like I can't trust my service department and makes me wish I didn't buy my vehicle there at all. As a customer I want to trust that you have my best interest in mind when dealing with me. Unfortunately I feel like you don't. That is not a trustworthy way to deal with people. I don't want to feel like I'm having the wool pulled over my eyes so to speak since I don't know anything about cars. At my place of business we have a motto..."Find a way to say yes." So in other words, even if you can not meet the needs exactly as the client would like you can certainly do your best to find out what you actually CAN do. To me it seems like a lot of negative responses happen first before we can get to the bottom of anything. That is why I am wondering why you don't first choose to look into a situation first and then respond. Also my husband mentioned that you stated that you only give courtesy cars only during repairs. He said that you made it known that you have been "letting" us use a rental car during our service times as a courtesy. That you have been footing the bill for this. There are a couple of things that I question with this. Why would our salesperson tell us that we would have access to a courtesy vehicle whenever one is available during ANY kind of service? Also he had said in conversation that these courtesy vehicles are owned by Acura. So what bill exactly would you be paying for if Acura already owns these cars? I apologize for all the questions, but again in light of all the questionable things that have been done and said to us I can't help but not trust this as well. It sounds like you just want to say things to appease the situation without going out of your way. Also with all the times I have had to be there with my MDX most if not all have been repairs anyway. I usually go ahead and get my regular service done when a repair is done so wouldn't that constitute the use of a courtesy vehicle in the first place according to your guidelines? Again, I am very sorry that I have to say all these things because I really HATE to have to complain about issues. I usually just try to take the good with the bad, but after a while of these things I am just feeling like a fool. If I let this go on and on I really would be a fool. I never had problems with Hall when I bought from them. They were always very clear about everything.

Buyer beware. I love my acura but these service people make me wish I never bought this vehicle. They ALWAYS argue about what is covered under my bumper to bumper extended warranty I purchased. They seem unwilling to try to do anything helpful. I never get my car back in a timely fashion and I ALWAYS have to bring it back several times before the problem is resolved. They just don't seem to care about their clients. Its a shame that you purchase such a quality vehicle and then have to deal with people like this who don't seem concerned about quality at all! It makes me want to sell my car and get a new one just so I don't have to deal with these people ever again. Sure they offer a complimentary vehicle while you wait for you car to be repaired and then they wash your vehicle when they are done with it, but that is all fluff compared to the terrible way they deal with their clients. I used to deal with Honda and never ever had a problem. I would almost rather them not wash my car and offer friendly reliable service instead.

Buyer beware. I love my Acura but I wish I didn't buy it here. Every time I bring it in for service there is always an issue. Customer service ladies always argue about repairs being under warranty. Never fixed the first time if I have a problem. They make me wish I would have bought a Lexus instead. I will never buy from them again!!!! Just so I won't have to deal with their service department ever again.

I take two vehicles here for service and repairs. The team is always friendly and most importantly, they are HONEST! Everyone from the advisors to the actual mechanics are truthful about any repairs that you need and always indicate when it is not necessary for any work to be done. They are willing to take the time to care for cars properly and are flexible with busy schedules. I am pleased that Priority offers car washes and loaner vehicles for all as well making this dealership very convienent. The service team is knowledgable on services and vehicles. Everyone I have come in contact with there is always helpful and provide service and information as a team. Excellent place and I fully recommend it 100%.

Called Priority Acura to inquire about a used vehicle I had seen on their website. First receptionist who answered phone had major attitude. Same with second receptionist. Both acted put out to be doing their job. Finally a male salesperson came on phone who showed NO interest in assisting with vehicle inquiry. His response to being asked what can you tell me about the vehicle was to ask if I had internet service! After stating I had he replied well you can read all about the car there! What did he think I did before calling the dealership? Telepathically review the car?? Too bad the car just does not sell itself. But alas that is what the salespeople are there for. But not at Priority. They act bothered & put out to be doing their job. Would NOT do biz with this dealership under ANY circumstance. First impressions say a lot & the one from Priority is that we could care less if you buy from us. Avoid them at all cost!

This might of been the easiest and fastest transaction that I ever made in 40+ years buying cars. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and adressed all my needs and qusetions. I have been a GM man all my life and it wasn't easy making the switch to a Import but, with all the reasearch I did it was clear that Acura had the biggest bang for my buck. Speaking of bucks I also get free oil changes,free state inspections,and my engine is guaranteed for life. I live in VA Beach and went to Hall first and did not recieve close to the level of professionalism that I got at Priority. It was definitly worth driving to chesapeake to buy my Acura. If you are in the market for a Acura I would definitly recommend Priority...

My experience with Priority started in 2006. I bought a new car. Salesman and management team were friendly and professional, and service department was always great. I can't say that my experience with this purchase is better. We had some issues with our offer at the beginning. However, I have to give credit to Toni (general manager) who was able to assist us in resolving those issues. My rating reflects mainly on Toni. I do not reccommend anyone working with salesman (Lance).

These guys came in with a good price, took my old car as trade in, and even when they found a problem with the numbers they quoted me, kept the price the same. The deal was concluded quickly without adding on the usual last minute costs. they clearly beat out Hall Acura in this area.

I have owned a lot of SUV's in my life. My new car buying experience with Priority Acura is unlike I have ever experienced before. They seem "human" and "real" people, with families, and made me feel that I became a part of the Priority family today, not just another customer. They are friendly, very professional, always smiling, and answered ALL of my hundreds of questions. They have offered to answer my next hundred questions too. I bought the owners' wife demo, so I had concerns with it being "used" although never titled, they have assured me that they will address all of my concerns and I respect that they understood all of my concerns. I am a business woman myself, and hope that I am a good judge of character, EVERYONE at Priority were awesome to work with. I ended up buying a way more expensive vehicle than I originally went there to look at, they were patient with me and let ME make the decision. They allowed me to test drive, take it overnight, and ponder my decision without any pressure in one direction or another. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new Acura or a used vehicle. Keith Deel is a business customer of mine, and I called him and he helped me directly, put me in touch with Nate, Nate was awesome with helping me accomplish my goals, he introduced me to Jeff, who put the financial deal together for me, and Dudley, who was introduced as my sales person, he was patient on test drives and again, answered my many questions. I am a sweet and friendly person myself, but demand respect and customer service in my purchases, I would say I am not an easy sale. Priority Acura is an excellent dealership. I bought my 2002 Acura RSX there (back before it was Priority) and have been taking the car back there for maintenance ever since. The service team is extremely professional and pays attention to every detail. The post-service complimentary car wash is a great bonus. I highly recommend Priority Acura for service.

I bought my Acura TL new in 2009. The Sales staff was also top notch and answered every question that I had as well as handled the sale efficiently with no problems.I've taken my car in for every scheduled maintenance as it's due. My experience with the Service Reps has always been positive. I've dealt with all of them and they're all friendly, courteous and extremely helpful while you wait for your vehicle. I've called at the last minute for a tire repair/replacement and they worked me right in and got me right out. I've owned many cars in my lifetime and I've never dealt with a better managed Service Department.I've also dealt with Jeff Peterson, Service Manager on occasion and I can see why his Reps have the demeanor that they do. Jeff is outstanding. He is very personable, professional, friendly and goes above and beyond to help the customer. His Customer Service skills are excellent. When I'm not dealing with him directly and see him in the hallway, etc. he always stops to shake my hand and speak with me. He even remembers my name. That's worth an A++. I would highly recommend Priority Acura for any and all Service.

Here is an excerpt from an email that I sent them outlining the reasons that I decided to buy my car from a different dealership (at their request):No one did anything wrong per se. With all pricing being equal, I just felt that Hall was a little more respectful and professional. Hall was completely thorough with us and gave us everything in writing up front and without us having to ask for it. I had to ask 3 times to get a price from your dealership AND with the stipulation that I had to give a day when I thought I could come in and make the deal as if you were doing me a favor to give me the pricing (and I still never got a complete breakdown of pricing including taxes, fees, etc). No one put down in writing the price for the trade-in for meI had to email the following day and ask for it. I also had to ask to see the paperwork for the engine guarantee. I prefer everything in writing, and I would expect that it would be freely volunteered. What it came down to was that at Hall I felt completely at ease doing business with them and they did the work to sell the car to meat Priority I felt very uncomfortable in all my contact with your dealership, and I felt like I had to do all the work and ask all the questions--that makes me feel like someone is trying to pull one over on me. I also didnt appreciate being "confronted" about whether this deal was going to be a back and forth between the 2 dealerships. Trying to intimidate me into making a deal by asking me that and consistently asking me for a day when I will have an answer made me feel like Priority was trying to rush me into such a big purchase, and I do not trust sales people that do that.

I have a 99 TL I purchased new from this store (under previous management). I have had all my routine services performed there and will not think of going anywhere else. The service writers are very helpful, have never tried to sell me anything I didn't need, they have an outstanding area in which to wait (two areas, actually, one with a television and one "quiet" room), free internet connectivity (wired and wireless), and they offer you a loaner if you're going to have to wait a while for them to finish.
