I’ve bought 4 vans here. The last two times I’ve gone there to buy we saw a van online, went there and the van was there, the price was drastically different than listed. Today NV200, online $25K and change but they offer a $500 discount. Great, go there and ask for price. The real price is actually full price PLUS $5000 for market value. I get the market is tight. But be upfront, put the REAL price you’re willing to sell that $22,000 van for online. Don’t mislead people. Waste of time. Bait and switch more or less. Won’t be returning, advised the new salesman to get a job at a better dealer. He was fine, policy of ripping people off was not.

Just got my car repaired at this shop. It would’ve been nice if customers that purchased from Priority Nissan get a better deal on services or repairs needed for their vehicles. I also asked for my car to be washed after the repairs. It wasn’t. For the amount of money I spent on repairs, car should’ve been clean when I picked it up. They are very friendly and I expected more.

When we walked into the dealership my Husband and I were only browsing. We are military and will be moving in the near future. I was entertaining my Husband's idea of needing a truck due to home projects. When we walked into the dealership the staff greeted us and were extremely friendly. Although they didn't have exactly what we were looking for in their inventory they went above and beyond to find something that met our criteria. Because of their efforts and being military friendly we locked the deal and gave them our business. The sales manager Jason made sure all of their promises were delivered for us. At roughly 5:45 pm on Friday 11/4/2016 I walked into the Chantilly Nissan dealer after speaking to a very very pleasant sales rep " John O". I met with John O, and as we had discussed my desire to check out a GTR they had at the dealer, he informed me they actually had two. As this was my last stop on a day of car shopping where I had been test driving m5's, and Audi's I was looking forward to driving what I knew was going to be an amazing car, A couple of my friends have had them previously and I found the M5 specifically lacking in that power department so I had high hopes the GTR would make my decision for me. Both of the GTR's were in the showroom itself, I of course noted this and while speaking to John apologized as I would need to take one for a test drive, and asked to schedule a drive for the future as I would not expect them to move the showroom around at that moment. John said the person that would schedule that would be the sales manager, Josh Cochran. we walked toward the front of the dealership and the manager was walking in, he greeted me enthusiastically as you would expect any sales manager would, I explained that I was here to look at the GTR's and would like to schedule a test drive, I then asked him what I can provide to him to make that happen. This is where things go down hill fast, I do realize this is a 100k+ car, I had been looking at 100k+ cars all day, I believe josh looked at my tan skin and was less than personally happy at that. What he of course does not know is I own a few business, that have a decent level of success, and purchasing a GTR is actually a step down for me payment wise, I figured I may have to show bank statements, business accounts, hell my companies credit card limits are more than enough to buy the car, but thats really irrelevant as he did not even humor the idea, with a level of absolute unprofessionalism, and just simple hate / disgust that I have never heard before he said " the only way for you to test drive this car is to buy it" I may not be the best at detecting sarcasm, but what I detected was racism, I just began walking away as nothing can be said to deal with those types of people, when I was a few steps out all of the other dealers attempted to speak to me to calm down the situation, and he did as well, only to restate that the only way I would get a test drive was to buy it. buy a 120k car without a testdrive? yeah right. So I simply left the dealership. As I was sitting in my car writing a review to warn away anyone else from this dealership John came out and apologized for the situation and did what he could to calm everything down, hes great, and he is highly recommended, if only he worked somewhere else that wouldnt support someone like josh chochran. another salesman came out as welll and apologized / attempted to fix the situation. I explained the damage was done. Josh Cochran himself then came out and attempted to do something, i dont know what it was, as I was not going to humor any further insults/hate from someone like him. I let him know he should get away from my car and leave me alone. He then stated I needed to leave his lot. I told him I would leave his lot when I was done writing this review, He said something to the effect of " I dont care about reviews, review whatever you want" so there you have it. from the horses mouth, this man, this absolute rude person, doesnt care about reviews. Perhaps someone with some actual respect for people at his dealership will.

I made an appointment to get an oil change and a recall fix. When I showed up for the appointment, the employees stood around and continued their small talk. Finally, a woman approached me and asked if I had been helped. I said no, and she promptly took me to a service coordinator (name tag was covered by jacket). The service coordinator told me that he didn't have the parts in stock for the recall and couldn't do the repair that day. That was it; no offer to fix it in the future and no apology for driving all that way for nothing (I live an hour away). I have never been so angry nor seen such indifference. I will never take my car there again.

Hello guys! I would like to share an experience with this showroom out there in Chantilly! The employees there are really are dis respectful! They have got least knowledge about their products! I had a very bad experience today! They have insulted me in a very bad way! No matter who ever the customer you need to have patience and respect their business! Even if i visit the showroom in a smaller car, they have to be humble with the customers. I highly recommend everyone not to visit this Chantilly Nissan Dealership! I felt very bad the way they go through the process! Being a layman you need to explain the customer the terms and conditions! I was given a final price over via telephone and text messages. We clarified this was going to be the out the door price, this was specifically written in the text message I got from the sales person. When I went in to make my purchase they raised the price by $3000.00, and provided me with no explanation for why I was given a false quote. They were not willing to negotiate at all.

Just had another great experience with Nissan of Chantilly. New tires, breaks, break flush, alignment etc. As usual, the staff was helpful, I was provided a loaner since my tires were ordered and my repairs went smoothly. I have purchased both a Pathfinder and Maxima here and continue to get my vehicles serviced here. They make it an easy choice and take very good care of me.

My most recent visit to Priority Nissan was for service on my 2003 Pathfinder. Even though my vehicle is thirteen years old, Jenny took care of me the same as if I was bringing in a new vehicle still under warranty. I had called Priority to schedule an appointment and I got someone on the other end who actually raised his voice at me. I asked to speak to a manager and I told him that I had been treated rudely. The manager apologized and put me on the phone with Jenny. It was like the difference between day and night, because Jenny was courteous and professional. When I arrived at the dealership and was directed to Jenny, I was met with the same professionalism, courtesy, and enthusiasm she had shown over the phone. She listened patiently to what I was saying about the issue with my vehicle without interrupting me. She did not waste any time assigning my car to a highly competent mechanic, and I was able to speak to the mechanic about what he had found while inspecting my vehicle. I was in and out in a very reasonable time for the service rendered and Jenny's follow through was as good as her initial interaction with me. She provided her business card and told me if I ever needed service on my vehicle, I could contact her directly. I was very satisfied with my visit and I will not hesitate to recommend Priority Nissan to my co-workers, friends, and family!

When I called the dealership to inquire about bringing my vehicle by to resolve an issue on short notice Jenny Harbin enthusiastically accepted my vehicle in for service. She had my vehicle to a Technician in a very short time and she also kept me informed of the progress in short intervals. As I waited in the customer lounge I noticed how energetic and enthusiastic she is at doing her job, she will definitely be assisting me for all my vehicle service needs in the future. I've never believed in taking my cars to dealers for repairs, maintainance, or oil changes but after buying my Versa here.....I haven't taken it anywhere else. Jenny Harbin always helps me out for Express service and I don't think I've ever seen her in a bad mood and she's always extremely helpful. I went into Priority Nissan Chantilly when my airbag light started to blink. When I arrive I began working with Jenny Harbin and she made sure that I was well informed during the whole process. My sales rep was Nick Radmard and he was a great individual to work with. Great buying experience! David Cox was great. He was really patient with me and didn't mind my multiple trips to the dealership, let me test drive multiple cars on the same day, helped with the decision process between the Rogue and the Murano and wasn't pushy at all. The process of me buying a car took over 3 months (it's a hard decision for me) and David never pressured me to buy. Additionally, Josh the sales manager gave me a great deal on the Murano SL. I have USAA pricing and he was able to go lower than that! Overall great experience.

She was also very thoughtful and brought me my hot coffee that I forgot and left in the car. I was able to access the internet and take care of some tasks while waiting. Jenny Harbin was my service advisor and she was great. I requested an oil change and a VA safety inspection. My appointment was at 8:15 am and the work was completed on my car by 9:20am. My car was even taken through the car wash. :-)I only have two complaints about the service I received after I drove off the dealership grounds. - As I drove in Route 28 towards the Dulles Town Center, I noticed the wind was moving my car hood from underneath. I had to pull over and I realized that whomever was responsible for closing the hood of my car, didn't close it all the way. That could of been a dangerous situation if my hood flew up whileI was driving in the highway.- The reminder sticker that is placed in the left corner of my wind shield was not changed. It was the same sticker from the previous oil change. I'll just have to guesstimate when I'm due for my next oil change.

I bought my 2011 Versa at another nearby Nissan dealer. I was always treated like a dumb woman went I went in for service. Once I was told my sensor was on because "you women put your heavy purses on the seats". After another episode like this I looked for another dealer and found this dealership in Chantilly. I have always been treated with respect at Priority Nissan of Chantilly. Jenny Harbin was the first service rep I talked with and I have been going to her ever since. She is efficient and treats me with respect. She has on many occasions figured out a problem before the mechanic has looked at the car. I've seen 2 other people when she was off or on vacation and they also were wonderful. She also gets me the best deal on service whether it is offering a coupon or discounting a service because I've been a loyal customer. My car is running great and has over 100,000 miles on it!

Priority Nissan Chantilly has always provided me with excellent service when it comes to scheduled maintenance for my 2012 Rouge. I purchased my Rouge new from another Nissan dealership in Fredericksburg, VA. However, I regret that decision and should have purchased my vehicle from Priority. That said, all of my scheduled maintenance is performed by Priority and I can honestly say that I have no complaints. And the service manager, Jenny Harbin, is always courteous. Not only that, she's knowledgeable and professional, and she listens to you.Priority gets the job done right the first time!

I've been going to priority of Nissan for about 6 years now . The service manager I work with is Stacey King . She's very helpful, prompt at responding and overall very professional . I look for her recommendation on repairs - and on numerous occasions I've valued her advice on what repairs I need to do right away and what I can hold off. I look forward to this dealership staying this way ! I did get life time oil change free - always like that .Despite the overhead cost dealerships have , I finding the pricing here alright . I called David over the phone to explain what I was looking for and made it clear that I live a good distance away and did not want to make the drive only to waste my time. I brought in my car for a manufacturer's recall, as well as to have an oil change and to have a problem with the navigation system checked out. My customer representative, Stacey King, did an excellent job in detailing all my concerns, including having a software update installed in addition to getting diagnostics run on the front passenger seat air bag system to ensure its proper performance. To top off the service, she also had the car run through the dealership car wash once all the repairs were completed, which was an excellent finishing touch to my visit.

Mr. Richard Staggers showed me the vehicle I asked with all my request without wasting my time or his. Had a test drive and showed me the options on the vehicle. I had the most disappointing experience with this dealership that I've ever had with any dealer. The internet sales manager was arrogant, extremely unhelpful, and in that completely unprofessional. In one of her e-mails, she confirmed that it's their dealership POLICY not to give a break down of the additional fees and charges via e-mail. So, don't expect you will get anything out of your e-communication. They'll just slap you with $2,000 of fees and charges if you go there in person. I still don't understand why they need an internet department if their policy is not to provide information online? Oh, I know why--because because they have a hidden agenda. I would never set foot there and I really hope other people would not either--they do not deserve your business if they don't keep their communication open and honest.

We went to the dealer with the intention to purchase the car that one of the managers, and the sales representative, confirmed several times (via phone, text, and email) was available on your lot. The car wasnt there. For almost 3 hours, the dealer tried to get us to settle for 2 cars that were not under the specific description we were told repeatedly was available.The manager was able to find a similar car in the area, only to then inform us that the fog lights are an after manufacturer, dealer installed item. This means that after we buy the car, we would still have to wait for the dealer to order and get them installed, incurring in yet another change in the final cost advertised.When the finance agent came to talk to us, he asked for an immediate down payment of $5K, so they could start the credit check, and as an insurance that we would buy the car the next day when they finally bring it in. When we refused, he proceeded to question why the dealer should trust us in coming back. Honestly, I found myself wondering the same thing as the dealer has already given me enough proof that I cant trust them. When we were about to leave, he told us that they would put on hold the process and wait for us to inspect the car the next day and if we found everything ok, THEN they would start the finance process and credit check.Considering all that had happened, we revoked (in writing) any authorization we might have given and asked the dealer to consider null any document we signed (which, by the way, we werent provided copy of, even after requesting it).2 wks later they started to make UNAUTHORIZED hard inquiries in our credit file and now are saying that they will not be responsible for any damage it may cause on our credit!-It has been reported to the police & the Better Business Bureau

Please avoid this place for servicing. They will rip you off with prices. I have done 4-wheel alignment, power steering fluid change and break pads replacement. They gave me a quote for $425 and I said go ahead. To my shock my final bill was $785. I got quotes from couple other NISSAN dealers and to my surprise I could have done everything for $429+tax. Service was awful and people are so arrogant. I have escalated the issue and brought it to Service director's attention and still he backs up whatever that was done. This place sucks big time.Looking back at everything that was done, now I am getting doubts if you theys have really done the work that they billed me for.They suggested everything (4 wheel alignment, power steering fluid change and break pads replacement) that was done. I really dont know if the problem really existed as I blindly trusted them. If I really had the problem and make the changes I should have done it under $400. Please be fair and don't rob the customers.

We were in the market for a good used truck and stopped into Priority Nissan of Chantilly because it is "in the neighborhood" and because one of our neighbors bought a couple of vehicles there and spoke highly of them. Cruising the lot we found a truck that we just fell in love with and went in search of a sales person. Keith Harrison met us on the lot and had the truck brought around for us to take a test drive even though this vehicle had not yet been posted for sale. He was very helpful and accommodating, as was the sales manager and all of the staff there. Our primary stipulation was that we wanted to pay cash with no financing and had a specific bottom line. Keith and his manager worked with us until we reached a price we could all agree on. Also, the Priority team went over and above to call of duty to correct a few things that we had noticed on the truck. All in all, I would say this one of the best experiences we have had at a dealership and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a deal on a new or used vehicle.

Well I had a terrible experience here. It started when a salesman gave me a price, then when it came to make a deal, the price jumped almost $3500. I felt like they pressured me to buy add ons even before they gave me a monthly payment price for the vehicle. Would not recommend going here just because they couldn't work with me on a price...AT ALL. The dealership I ended up going with, made there best offer and still worked with me, the opposite happened at Priority.

I took my car to Priority Nissan in Chantilly VA in July of 2014 because it was making a whining noise that sounded like it was coming from the transmission. The service manager told me that Nissan had identified a problem with the transmission overheating and had designed an add on transmission fluid cooler, and that they would order it and install it in about a week. I elected to continue driving my car until the part came in rather than make Priority give me a loaner. After nearly a month of not hearing back from them, I called for status and was told the part was on back-order and they would call me when it came in. This went on for over a year, with me checking in occasionally (Priority NEVER called me to volunteer status) and Priority repeatedly telling me it was Nissan's fault, not theirs. Nothing like you car dealership sticking up for you after you make a $20,000 purchase from them, right?Today, August 10, 2015 (yes, that is 13 months after Priority originally identified the problem), I called them after 6 months of silence and once again asked for status. After 4 calls throughout the day (again with the refusing to call me back ???), I finally learned that the part is now available and they can get it in a few days. Now, I refuse to believe that, after 6 months of silence from them, I just happened to call when the part became available, so why didn't they contact me months ago when the part really became available? I've been driving my car around with the transmission making this whining noise for a year. And what does the whining noise mean? It means parts are wearing down much faster than they should be. Who knows how much damage I have done to my transmission.I very reasonably requested that I bring my car to them and get a loaner until they get my car fixed, but they refused to accommodate even this simple request. I have to wait until the part arrives and bring my car in at their convenience.This is starting to turn into a rant, so I'll wrap up by stating "Thanks, Priority Nissan, for making me your first priority." Suffice it to say I would not recommend buying any Nissan product with the Continuously Variable Transmission in it, and I would definitely not recommend buying any car from Priority Nissan. Their company name is a little misleading.

Never in our car shopping history have we experienced someone like Steven, who is blessed with a rare combination of vehicle knowledge, operational efficiency in the facilitation of test-drives without delay, and a genuine kindness and focus on our interests and needs. My wife and I leased two vehicles at the same time because of Steven's willingness to cater to us, even allowing our young children to entertain themselves by sitting at his desk, and to pop in and out of nearly a dozen spotless vehicles in their beautiful showroom. For heaven's sake, Steven even came in to work on his day off (with very little notice) to make sure we received a white glove experience while picking up our vehicles. I pray that Steven is still on board three years from now when we are ready to select our 2018 models.

We went here to buy a new car for my husbands work. When we got there no one acknowledged us so I had to ask if anyone was working. The guy at the desk said that the associates were on lunch ( at 5pm). When we got the guy to show us some cars than he gave us really xxxx high numbers for the price of the cars. When my husband said he didn't want any of them, the sales guy got really freaking angry and mad. He threw the car keys on the table and walked away, my husband told him that it's his job to sale cars with having a good customer service and we walked out. While walking out the th guy at the desk asked us why wer leaving and my husband told him that th guy didn't know wat he was doing. Very very very bad service, will never go there again!! I had bought w brand new car about a year ago from Chantilly toyota and they have the BEST service!!

I live in Alexandria. Chantilly is not local or even the closest Nissan dealership to me. Did the research. Glad I made the move to Priority Nissan. No other Nissan dealership in this area can match the "Priority For Life" program. Free Oil changes, Free State inspections, Free Towing, even Free Engine replacement! Walking through the door. No pressure. Wasn't attacked by several people. Professional yet genuinely friendly and helpful staff. Every person that dealt with me during my recent new Sentra purchase, was very easy to work with. I never heard a "No". No secrets or games. Ben Clark, Abdel Bouydra, Rafel Jabour, all helped me until I was completely satisfied. They really know what they are doing over here at Priority. Glad I found a new Nissan dealership to call home. The sales person was really nice, however once we got to his desk was when the horror started. The sales guy was trying to be reasonable and work with us and when he would go talk to his manager all you could hear was yelling. His manager has talking down to him in front of everyone in the show room. He would even talk about us as we sat there waiting. He said "NO! She is crazy. I am not doing that. She can go somewhere else." The two people at the front desk where sitting there looking at us with the most disgustful look on their faces like we were from another planet and wanted us gone. As son at we noticed how unprofessional this place was we got up and thanked the sales guy for his assistance but we were no longer going to stay there. He insisted in waiting and called the manager over to talk to us twice and he refused to come. The second time was something i had never experienced before. The manager literally walks right past our cubicle while as the salesman is calling him over to talk to us and he doesn't even glance our way. Walked by and ignored us as if we were peasants to him. I must say it was an unbelievable feeling that i cannot explain. When someone hears you and simply doesn't acknowledge you for for a reason you do not know. This reaction came out of left field and I have no idea why the two people at the front desk and the manager acted the way they did towards us and the salesman. This is not a place I would trust to do business with or even provide them with you personal information. All of the cars we have ever owned were Nissans and after this experience it really made us think differently and we have even contacted corporate. These employees should not represent the Nissan brand or make other customers feel degraded ever again.

I went to Chantilly Nissan and was greeted by a dealer by the name of Mar. I highly recommend you ask for him! He was absolutely amazing and helped me through the process. I was really short on time and I was 3 months pregnant at the time. My two young kids came along and Mar made it as painless as possible. He answered all my questions and took the time to show me all the extras on my car.He didn't stop there. I moved across country and Mar continued to answer questions I had. I couldn't figure out how to stream my music from my phone so I called Mar. Mar sent me a gadget in the mail and continues to help me. He has gone over and beyond to make sure I'm happy with my car. He is by far hands down the best dealer I have ever worked with. The first week I had the car I had some issues with the back gate. It wouldn't close with the push of the button from the remote. This only acted up at my house. Mar drove a fully loaded Nissan Armada to my work in Herndon and swapped cars with me. He took my car back to the dealership to have the service department look at it again. They found nothing wrong and I never had issues since I moved. Thank you Mar for taking that extra step to help your customers out. It is really hard to find dealers like you. ?

Very knowledgeable about the model and features about the car. Very friendly, patient, detail-oriented and professional. Best car shopping experience! And this is the 4th car I am shopping for. He also explained what services the dealership would provide for the future schedule services such as oil changes, and so on. Mar also followed up and provided updated information on arrival of new model of the car so I know when I can schedule my time to visit the car dealer and plan on my budget. Will definitely recommend him to my friends and relatives. I would say he provide 6 stars services.

I came into service for an issue with my remote/key. The docking port wasn't recognizing the key and since the battery was dead I was s stuck upstream without a paddle. Dealt with Carlos originally, however when he did not produce anything after a week I called back and had Gary Diaz. What a pleasure, within two days he had ordered the specialty part needed and installed quicker than I thought at NO CHARGE or inconvenience to me. GREAT SERVICE, THANKS GARY DIAZ!!

I just had yesterday another positive experience with Priority Nissan of Chantilly. I worked with Alan, used car sales manager, David, GM, Ben, Sales Manager, Robert & Abdel from the sales department. All were professional and knowledgeable. I had an issue with another Nissan dealership and preferred to continue buying from and servicing my cars (Jenny & Stacy are wonderful) with Priority Nissan anyway. They did not present the same issues the other dealership did. I enjoyed my test drives, walk throughs, conversations and general experience. I have bought many cars over the years. I would easily rank my experience with this dealership among the best of those. I say this to include time spent with these folks prior to and after their acquisition. I will recommend and continue to work with them.

I didnt realize that this dealership would turn out to be a big disappointment. I brought my car in to have the steering wheel vibrations and an abnormal clicking noise on my turn signal checked on Friday. Test drove the car with a technician and determined that my wheels would need to be balanced and that the combination switch was failing and needed to be replaced. Great! Had my wheels balanced in no time! Felt good and thought, wow! These people are great, fast service and friendly. With regards to the combination switch, I held off and inquired if they could at least find whether the repair would be covered under my extended warranty. After all, it wasnt a cheap repair. Of course, my service advisor reassured me that I would here from her the following Monday. Fantastic!! Glad I did my research and found this awesome dealership that takes good care of their customers. So, I left the dealership thinking Id hear from her on Monday, just like she said. What do you know? Today is Thursday and I still havent heard back. How long does it take to contact a company to determine my warranty coverage? The sad part is I have made multiple phone calls and wrote several emails and not a single reply from my service advisor on this issue to this very moment. Its bad business practice to ignore your customers and certainly a terrible way to earn a devoted customer. Its a shame that a dealership would ignore a customer. You definitely wont be seeing me back at your dealership again. And yes, I finally got the parts replaced at another Nissan dealership today. Thank goodness, I acted otherwise; Id be waiting for nothing. You turned out to be a big disappointment.

"I went to Priority Nissan of Chantilly to purchase a new car after being at another dealer that was rude, dishonest, and failed to honor promises made before my visit. Priority Nissan of Chantilly was the exact opposite experience. Ben Clarke and Steve Lamey were very friendly, honest, and knowledgeable about the car. I had an excellent experience with their express service. My service advisor was Bruno and cannot remember his last name. I told him I was in a rush an asked him favor to quickly check everything. And he finished everything fast plus they washed and vacuumed my car and topped off all of my car fluid. Bruno was very pleasant to have conversation and ask questions about my vehicle. I was in for an oil change and tire rotation service last week and Worked with Bobby Sparks in service. He found a couple of things I needed but would never know unless someone was looking for them. He found an open recall I didn't know about as well and took care of it. I will be back in the future with this kind of service. I bought my car there as well and had no problems with that either.

He made me a priority in his busy day and got the tire fixed and me out there in 20 minutes. My coffee wasn't even done yet. I just purchased a malibu from here last week (2/03/15) And I love it already! I made a 3 hour drive to go pick up the car and when I got there the car was right out front ready for me to test drive it. The car had just had an inspection in January so I didn't have to take it to be inspected. I did however take it to my mechanic and there's seems to not be any major problems aside from glitches with the power locks in the passenger door. Abdel exhibited great customer service! I would definitely buy from them again.

I received a card in the mail for free oil changes and I was shocked! I thought I'd give it a try and I was expecting a low quality oil change since it was free. Bruno Zambrana took care of me when I pulled in and anything but low quality. He was very professional and got my vehicle done on time and even washed and vacuumed it. I went to Priority Nissan Chantilly to see a used Nissan car based on my online research but purchased a new 2014 Sentra SV slightly lower than the used car price. The sales consultant Ryan was friendly and not pushing you to make a deal. He answered our questions and brought additional help when required. Overall he made the entire process hassle free and the dealership's some of lifetime services and their environment is good. As Ryan mentioned he didn't expect, he will sell a car that day and either i didn't expect, i will buy a car that quickly. I went to the Honda dealership right across the street to see what kind of deal I could get before going to Nissan for my new rogue. I knew exactly what I wanted, I have friends and relatives in the car business so i kind of have an idea of whats going on. I did not want to play any games and was not in the mood to have to go back and forth with the price. I was ready to argue and leave at the first sign of any BS. Steve Lame (I think thats how you spell his name), our salesman was awesome!!Not only did he not play games, he was honest, thorough, super friendly, and not only did he take the stress out if buying a vehicle, but actually made it an enjoyable experience. Came in for service on a weekend which I know was risky because dealerships are always busier on the weekends. I was very fortunate to have Bruno Zambrana as my service advisor! These guys know their stuff very well, especially Mar, who helped me get the best deal on my 2014 Nissan Maxima. Hes very helpfully, smart, respectfully and a great person to deal with. While car buying is never an easy process and can sometimes become a really bad one quickly, I have to say I was most impressed with Priority Nissan, and specifically our salesman Mar Roble's, commitment to seeing this deal through. I was quite picky about what I wanted and even though they didn't have it in stock they went through every hoop imaginable to get me the exact car I wanted and within a really short time frame. They also worked hard to see my financing through and got me off the lot with what I felt was truly a GREAT deal. I would never hesitate to do business with this dealership again and actually bring my car back for service to the dealership even though it's not the closest service station OR dealership to me because they are that attentive and truly care about their customers.

I brought my car in because the turn signals on the mirrors weren't working. I was immediately approached by Jenny, she was very nice and helped me to understand why they weren't working. apparently water had gotten into them! She directed me to Stacey King another service advisor. Stacey let me know that my car was still under warranty and could have been taken care of that night! Barely an hour passed while I played on my phone and my car was ready, my dirty little car was not only washed, but cleaned out too! they vaccumed my car and washed iit and I didn't pay a cent! along with fixing my vehicle. I'll be returning here for service.

We were shopping around to buy Nissan Rogue. When we went to Nissan Chantilly we were Welcomed by Marlobe. I have never seen a sales person with complete information. He explained every thing about SUV. He spent 3+ hours to explain, test drive and loan processing everything. He didn't push us to buy it but made sure that we get the knowledge about the car before we buy it. He is good at what he is doing. When we went to Nissan in sterling that sales rep said they stopped the family package for 2015 rouge. Thank god we didn't believe his words so we went to this Chantilly Nissan to confirm it. Marlobe took his time and explained the pros of the family package and add on. If I ever buy Nissan again I would go to Chantilly Nissan.

I brought my 2012 Maxima in for a oil change and tire rotation. When I drove through the door, Stacey Jumped up to help me. she explained everything I need to know. after it was done, surprisingly fast, she came and let me know there were a couple of things it needed. She explained the importance. I mean I had no idea I had these problems. The best part is she wasn't pushy at all! I used to go to sheehy, but now that I know Stacey will treat me how I was treated , im not going to go to anyone else but her.

So like the title says, it's my first time buying a car, and it went pretty smoothly due to Steven Lamey(sales) and Rafel(finance)! He's so relaxed and relatable. I felt comfortable at Priority Chantilly, and did not feel nervous or awkward at all. I asked a lot of questions and they were fine repeating the information to me and clarifying what things meant whenever I asked until I understood what it meant.

Mar Roble greeted us with a smile and kindness that I had not experienced in any other dealership. I felt welcomed; not like the vultures were out to grab me when I walked up. Mar knew his product far beyond any other car sales rep and I have purchased 14 cars over the years. He was able to quickly and concisely describe the features of the Pathfinder and show how they worked. During the test drive, he pointed out all the important details. He was able to compare the various models and options not only about the Nissan but how the Nissan stacked up against other competitor cars. He did this by sharing facts, and not by bad mouthing other brands of SUV's. Mar's approach was extremely informative, friendly, but not pushy. He spoke to the features of the car that sold the car, rather than trying to sell himself. His follow up with emails, phone calls, and answers to my questions was superb! Ask for Mar, you will be glad you did.

It was pleasant experience three years ago, that's why tried to deal with them but it was bitter experience this time.While nothing wrong with Sales people who are trying to listen to customer and close the deal, have seen Managers rude behavior, ignorance and frustration in closing the deal. I visited this dealer with the intent to buy a car not to look and shop. I was given high pricing. When I expressed my concern about the high pricing the manager said that he would adjust the pricing and make the deal happen. I brought my trade and documentation only to be told that I should buy a different car. I was encouraged to buy a 1 year old car at an almost new price. When the second car was presented to me, I was not able to do my homework as tot he value of the car. This is where the dealership tried to take advantage of me. I almost bought the overpriced car but the dealer demanded $100 more. I felt as if something was not right and I left. When I got home, I did my homework and learned the truth. These are old school car dealers with many tricks. I recommend everyone to stay away from this place.

After deciding on a Nissan Pathfinder, we made a quick parking lot sweep at Nissan of Chantilly, Virginia. Ankush Sharma, Steve Connor and Sales Manager Dave Grimm all went above and beyond to find the right 2014 Pathfinder with the packages, color and features that we wanted. At the end of the model year when cars were scarce, they actually searched the Eastern seaboard and found the car in Connecticut and arranged for it to be delivered to us. The price was fair and they kept in touch with us the entire time they were working on finding the car. The time Ankush Sharma spent showing us the cars features and how to operate everything was impressive, and his followup service has been excellent. Steve Connor is the reason we came back to the dealership after our first visit looking through the parking lot; he exuded honesty and friendly supportive service. Dave Grimm is an impressive sales manager who is a man of ethics and good values. We love our new Pathfinder, and strongly recommend the new car sales team at Chantilly Nissan.

I requested information via internet and was contacted by Ankush who was very informative and helpful. The vehicle I inquired about had a deposit on it, but when it fail through Ankush called me immediately and encouraged me that it would be worth my time to drive the 2 hours from Chester, VA to test drive the 2011 Nissan Titan...he was right...Thanks Ankush! When we arrived Ankush met my wife and I outside as we were getting out of our car, and had the truck parked inside the bay for our walk around inspection (Ifelt this was above and beyond great customer service). We visited many dealers looking for a truck, and none of them gave us this type of greeting.I researched many statistics to decide on what truck to buy, and the Titan was not originally at the top of my list until my experience at Chantilly. My customer experience with Nissan of Chantilly started at the parking lot of Safeway, where I met Benji Nowak , as I was admiring his car next to my rickety1999 Nissan Altima. He said they were buying the car model I had to enable customers such as myself to get a newer one, and assured me they'll do their best to help me. I received a call from Keith Harrison on exactly the day I was asked to expect his call to set a time to visit the dealership. Keith helped me pick out a car that matched my needs and that I really felt comfortable with. I then met with Victor Villalobos who went over the financial options with me. Benji, Keith and Victor were very professional, friendly, thorough and made the process simple and "painless". Best of all, it was evident that they had empathy, which won my loyalty. These two sales associates were awesome. I initially was in dialogue with Keith Harrison during the 'key for key' event earlier this year (2014) and I wanted to trade in my 2010 maxima for a newer model. It didnt work out so well for me the first time around because I needed a co-signer. Today, I came back with a cosigner and we were able to get a deal done. Issac was the only associate available when my father and I showed up so he got all of the paperwork started and then keith came by later after the deal was done. The level of professionalism these two gentlemen showed during the whole experience was awesome. I would also like to commend Stacy and Tommy in service as well because they were able to diffuse my anger and frustration with my 2010 maxima (Hence the reason I traded it ) and the issues I was having with it. I must say it feels good that I was able to drive off with a brand new 2014 maxima. Thanks again and I will most definitely refer people to Nissan of Chantilly.

First let me say, I do a lot of business at this dealership. I have bought a number of cars at this dealership. It just seems that every time that I go back to buy a car, it gets worse and worse. The only reason that I go back time after time is the superior service and the outstanding job by Stacey and Jenny. These two gals have a great attitude and know their stuff. It is their positive attitude and performance that brings me back, time after time. Does this dealership have good prices. Maybe, but they are close to any other dealer. Does this dealership honor their coupons and deals - not yet. Their trade-in offers suck and they always claim that they have to spend x number of dollars to get the car ready for the lot. Who cares? It's called the price of being in car sales. Twice now, I have bought a car on a holiday weekend. Twice, the deal was up to $2500 over KBB (or whatever standard they use). Twice now, I have been offered up to $2000 less than fair value of KBB or BB. They claim the deal is for somebody buying a car at full price. Really?? I should pay full MSRP because you offered fair trade value? And if you go to their website, you'll get that pop-up offer for $150 for buying a new or used car. And how many times has that been honored? Zero! I will say that Keith did an outstanding job upfront; he knew his stuff about the car. But once the deal was underway, it was all the typical shady sales stuff after that. They weren't interested in what you wanted. They weren't interested in making the deal sweet after the deal. They were just after a tick on the board. And who is this character at the desk that grants a deal? The days of the sales associate asking permission from the general manager are long gone. How about empowering your people to make a deal? Once we agree upon a deal, it was hurry up and go, on to the next customer. My interaction was pretty much nil at that point. I was escorted to the finance guy who had a personality like a rock. Asked several questions, he couldn't answer them. Here, sign here, here and here. Thank you. I will have to say that this dealership is pretty slick and really upholds the shoddy sales car salesman persona. They totally lost me after the sale with nothing said about service or parts. They made my experience go down hill when they transferred a personal plate to my car that had expired tags. When I tried to go to the DMV (waited an hour) to get the stickers, I was told to go back to the dealer. When I went there, I was told that accounting had to take care of that and they wouldn't be there for 3 or 4 days. So now, I'm driving around with expired tags. Was each area of this review okay - yes. Was it an overall bad experience - yes. It could have been better, especially since I'm a repeat buyer and routine customer for service. It feels like it's all about the numbers - forget about the long-term customer.

My daughter and I ventured to a used car dealership all by ourselves and Keith and the team at Nissan of Chantilly made us feel very comfortable. They were pleasant, knowledgable, and had a great sense of humor that put us at ease. They obviously wanted to sell us a car, but they didn't put the immense pressure on us that I have felt in the past from other dealerships. When we could not compromise on the price of a car, they were able to find another car in our price range. ALSO, asked Jim Stone about the 2nd set of keys and the keyless remote that they were supposed to to be sending us. As of today, June 14, we have not received either item from Jim S. Mr. Stone did contact me last week, I think on Thursday to say he would be getting the service manual on this past Tuesday, June 11, and then would send it to us as soon as he received it..

Went into the dealer, originally spoke to croye (sp?) . I was looking to buy a certain frontier which they didnt have on the lot. I left after the manager Mr. Sharma introduced himself and asked if all my questions were answered, and told me he will call me later today to see if he can get the car and tell me the price on the phone. He called and spoke to my wife and gave us a very attractive number. I came back the next day, Mr Sharma came back with a number $1000 higher than we discussed, he said which is because of the spray on bedliner , which upset me. After going back to his desk, we split the difference, and at that point I was ready to take my frontier home which wasnt here! They gave me a frontier to drive for the day, which was awesome! I came back later and my truck was here, cleaned and ready. Mr. Sharma stayed in touch wiTh me for a few weeks to make sure im happy with my truck. I would def recommend Nisssan of Chantilly. IF YOU LIKE WAITING DAYS FOR SOMEONE TO HELP YOU WHEN YOUR CAR IS DEAD SEE THIS DEALERSHIP! They will be more then happy to comply. DEAD BATTERY - no problem we can get to you next week! Returned phone calls - hmmm what is that. Saying you are going to so something and then not doing it - they get 5 stars! This will be the 6th time our car has been service since January. This will be the fourth time our car has been serviced for a dead battery. They have replaced the battery three times with several of those times being two weeks apart. Here we are at another two week interval and us enough dead battery - this time you can't even pop the trunk from inside the car. We had to get our neighbors to help us get the car out of the driveway so we could go away for the holiday otherwise we would have been stuck in our house waiting from Friday to Monday afternoon before Nissan of Chantilly could have been bothered to help. My husband was told someone would come on Friday and pick up the piece of junk and bring us a loaner. He missed an appointment and getting somethings he needed as they never showed up. He called late in the afternoon and was told oh that person has left and there is no one who can help you. He tried calling his extended warranty contract and they could not find him in the system - not the first time we have had trouble with that. He called finance at the dealership to see if there was another number to call - no one called him back. He tried calling the GM - he did not call him back. We finally got the service manager on his phone when he was on vacation - nice! He said to call a towing company and we did and put in for them to come pick up the car and to tow it to the dealership. They never came and when we called them they had no record of the call. Saturday we called the dealership again after spending all day Friday trying to get the issue resolved and got the GM on the phone. He said he would follow ups with this personally and said someone would be here on Monday between 9:30-10 to get the car. They did manage to call and say someone would be there within the hour but at 12:45 the Service Manager finally shows up and brings us a striped down Versa to drive as a loaner. This is after several days of little or no response from NIssan of Chantilly and now we get a Versa to drive! We have had enough of this dealerships arrogant unresponsive behavior! I strongly advise anyone who is thinking of buying their car here go elsewhere, and if you need your car serviced here I hope you have more then one car as you will be driving that one more as they don't care about service at all here. It was bad enough that when we bought our car here we had to wait for four days to get it delivered but to leave us with a dead car for days is unforgivable!

I bought a car at the next dealership (Manassas) that I went to after this one. Chantilly's Nissan's loss. One of the few that was decent was a saleman named David C. I found a used car online and called about it before I drove over. I talked to (salesman) Ankush, told him I was coming to see it, and by the time I got there, he was waiting for me, had the car running, heated, and ready for me to test drive. His causal, knowledgeable, "no-pressure" way of dealing with customers was WONDERFUL, and such a relief (I'll drive off a lot before dealing with a high-pressure salesperson). I ended up buying the car and a short time later, I noticed a leak coming from under the hood. I called over the weekend and spoke to the General Manager (Harvey) who told me to bring it right over and he'd have his service people find out what the problem was and they would take care of it, no matter what it was. I left the car and much to my surprise, they offered me a loaner (which was fabulous as I'm a single mom and had no other mode of transportation) and two days later, the car was ready. I went to go pick it up and as busy as their waiting room was that day, the Service Manger and Service staff, (whom I had never met) somehow knew who I was and were all very attentive to me. Ankush also saw me there and came over to check on me and that everything was going okay, went to check on things and they all seemed to want to get me on my way as soon as possible. I seemed to be a top priority and I gotta tell you, it was VERY nice. That does not happen a lot these days. I have not had a problem with the car since, it runs beautifully. I love my (new to me) car and will definitely go back when the time is right to trade up to a 2014 Nissan Altima. Hopefully Ankush will still be there! We went into the dealership looking for a specific car we found online. The pictures hadsn't been posted yet, but Ankoush took the pictures himself and sent them to me to save a trip for me since I was coming from MD. He helped us through the whole process of sealing the deal for us on the car, and ran it through the body shop for some touch up paint work. The car looks great, and I'm happy with the car itself, but there were some hiccups along the way throughout the process. When I bought the car as certified used, I was told by one staff that I would receive a checklist and signed document showing that the car went through the certified used process and checked out ok. When I picked up the car after purchasing it, Ankush told me they don't do the checklists anymore so he didn't provide me with one. When I went home and read through my official Nissan paperwork, it confirmed that in fact I am supposed to receive a signed checklist indicating that my car is certified used. I reached out to Ankush and he said he would mail me the paperwork, but I never received it in the mail. When I went to get MD State Inspection for my car the day after purchasing the car, the mechanic said the oil filter housing was leaking and that I should have the dealership fix it for free since I has just bought the car. During this time, I also incorrectly received new MD state tags in the mail, due to the dealership's finance/title department incorrectly processing my paperwork to give me new tags when I had asked for my old tags to just be transferred (so that I could save $94). I had an impossible time trying to get a hold of anyone to help me with the tag issue, and everytime I called, everyone that I needed to speak with was ironically on lunch break or had the day off. I finally got someone in the finance/title department to issue me a refund of $94, and give me the correct tags. When I made the appointment to get my car serviced (for the leaky oil filter housing), and to pick up the correct tags, I was told I can also pick up the paperwork/checklist that shows that my car is certified used. I arrived at the service department and they said they cleaned up the oil filter housing, as it turned out that it was due to a messy oil changing job that they had performed when they were getting ready to sell the car to me. I asked yet again for the paperwork to show my car is certified used, and got the run around by the staff (again) with more excuses about how they can't locate the paperwork, and the person that needs to give me the paperwork is at an action all day and that they are going to have to mail it to. Once again, I was given excuse after excuse from multiple staff saying that they'll provide me with the certified used paperwork, but i still do not have the paperwork. The hiccups I experienced throughout the purchasing process were (in my opinion) a reflection of poor communication among the dealership staff, poor customer service, poor follow-through by the staff, and salespersons providing me misleading information about the certified used process and paperwork.

Gave us plenty of time to talk and think, then bent over backwards to get the deal done. Even though we were looking at a less expensive car, I felt like I was treated like a queen! after coming in one weekend and not being able to make a deal i went shopping around elsewhere. about a week later after receiving fairly similar offers from other dealers i got a call from nissan of chantilly. i went back in and was able to get what i considered a pretty good deal on a nissan frontier. i dealt with David Cox and to be completely honest, had it not been for him i'm not sure if i would have went back. not saying anything bad for this dealer but he made me feel completely comfortable and seemed to be an actual good guy and not some pushy salesman. hats off to David, thanks for everything.

I purchased a leftover 2011 Maxima from Nissan of Chantilly back in January of 2012. I live 3 hours away, but local dealers in the Virginia Beach area did not have the color or Sport package I was looking for. I called N of C and explained that I would be trading in a 2011 Frontier and said where I wanted to be payment wise. The salesman ended up transfering me to one of the general managers, Carlos Alvarez, who pretty much took over from there. Basically, we came to an agreement over the phone and set a day for me to drive up and pick up the car. I arrived on a cold afternoon and the roads were somewhat icy so I declined any unnecessary test driving and went inside. I couldnt tell if I was getting the VIP treatment by working directly with the GM or if the deal was just so tight that only the GM could do it. Anyways, after getting the exact payoff for my trade, I was told I had to come up $5 on the payment. Doesn't sound like a big deal right, but I think they could have absorbed that. We had verbally came to a trade in agreement on my truck which was $25500-26000, but when I got there is dropped to $25,000. My truck was immaculate and had about 5k miles on it. All they had to do was wash it. It's okay though because they had to make up some money by selling it for a few thou more. Overall, I got a very fair price on the Maxima, and Carlos was courteous and professional. It just sucks that I cant take advantage of the free oil changes or inspections because its so far away form home.

Like the previous reviewers, I too was an victim of the "switch-and-bait". I saw their advertised special, was suspicious so call them to verify. They said it's okay and I must come visit before it's gone. So I did, what a mistake! They added $1900 back immediately for not being an veteran--I am sure if I am an veteran, they would have pulled another trick. There were also other higher fees/disqualified incentives added on.Wasted my time and money, but no apology. I won't deal with dishonest dealers like this again.

I went in to get my first Performance Optimization Service (POS) for my vehicle today, and was very pleased to have Stacy King as my service adviser. She greeted me by the car and got me squared away quickly. The only thing I could ask for would be to have the service done a little quicker, but I trust that quality takes some time and I would have nothing less for my car. Stacy was very cordial and friendly with me and that is a rarity among dealerships, especially in the service dept! Talked to sales person on phone and asked if there were any extra charges and he said don't worry about it just come to dealership. when reached to dealership price added up to 19500. Our customer experience started in conversation with Carlos (GM) and Yolanis to purchase a new Murano. The next working day, I brought the car back to order modification parts and was assisted by Justin and Chris (Service Manager). Prior to me even coming to the Service Department, I called and spoke with Mr. Taden on the phone concerning a horn replacement for my Xterra. Mr. Taden was so very friendly, knowledgable, and just down to earth that I was immediately impressed. When I brought my truck to the Service Department on Tuesday 2/7/2012 I was met with a very friendly staff including Mr. Taden, and received assurance from him that he would have my truck inspected for the horn replacement as well as anything else I needed. (I had a brake concern too) The service waiting area was great and very comfortable as well as-- FREE COFFEE!!! :) Big Plus!! Mr. Taden kept me informed of all the findings on my truck as well as suggestions he made for keeping good maintenance on the vehicle. He even checked and found a recall for the steering wheel that I had no idea was needed--and assured me it was going to get taken care of. After leaving on Tuesday, Wednesday morning I noticed small drip from the radiator --which the department did do a complete flush service. Not knowing what exactly it was or why, I called and spoke with Mr. Taden , at which time Mr. Taden immediately assured me it would be inspected and asked for me to bring the truck back in. While I am grateful is was only a loose clamp, Mr. Taden and the actual service tech came and spoke to me personally asking me specific details about the leak, and the service tech took his time to inspect my vehicle thoroughly to make sure there were no other issues. I was truly impressed with the care, the sincerity and feeling of "top priority" I had that morning.

I like Paul Walsh. He is attentive, sincere and caring. I know nothing about cars, and it was my great fortune to have my needs entrusted to a person who cares about what I need, and who takes pride in what he sells. In fact, the car is not for me, it is for a young driver who just passed her test, and I was asked to help her find her first car. The budget was tight, but I expected a car that was safe, dependable and comfortable, and, if at all possible, looked like a car that a fashion-minded teen wouldn't mind driving. The car we bought, a Hyundai Elantra, is really quite the car: it is stylish, perky and responsive, not to mention safe, dependable and comfortable. I have enjoyed doing business at Nissan of Chantilly, and I have enjoyed meeting and buying a car from Paul. I was very pleased with the customer service and working with Fritz. The only complaint I have is the free car wash. It was horrible. All someone did was throw water on the vehicle so it would appear like it had been washed. This caused the vehicle to look dirtier than when I came for service. This happens every time I bring my vehicle in for service and request a car wash. If you are not going to provide this ser ice properly than it should not be offered.

Justing Maynard and Peter Washington did an outstanding job locating the perfect vehicle for me and my wife. The Juke so far has been a great vehicle. My wife continuely receives compliments on the Juke. Justin did a great job working with us and keeping us up to date on the location of our new vehicle on it's way to the dealership. Sandra Rios did an excellent job finding us financing that would keep us within budget. Only negative aspect was that my wife had her purse stolen while we were at the dealership; I recommend that security cameras be installed in the parking lot and common areas of the dealership building.

I would not recommend this dealership for service. I brought my 2010 M35 in for routine service (fix loose glove box, adjust hood, check transmission and detail the car). I dropped the car off in the evening after leaving detailed instructions in writing for the service manager and speaking with him on the phone and via email. I returned to pick up my car two days later to find most of the work was not performed. I asked to speak with the GM after waiting around for 15-20 minutes I was told the problems would be fixed, my car would be detailed and topped off with gas for my troubles. When I returned the next day my car was not topped off, the detailing job was horrible and the transmission was not switching smoothly. I called the GM and left him a voicemail - no response. I emailed the Service Manager - he returned my email 7 days later. I have since taken my car to another dealership and the experience has been far better than the one I experienced with Nissan of Chantilly. Remember, your experience with the Sales Department lasts a few hours but your experience with Service lasts as long as you own your car - choose wisely!

Justin did a great job in completing the deal. Prior to arriving at the dealership (over 50miles away from where we live), Justin and I exchanged very lengthy emails and a few phone calls to confirm the specs and options of the vehicle, the price, and he ensured the vehicle would be on hold for us before we got to the dealership. He greeted my wife and me very courteously and was very hospitable. He went into great detail about the car and was very patient with our questions and long test drive. Justin and his sales manager did an amazing job to get us into a 60 month 0% special financing. This was great news considering Cowles Nissan would not want to lease a similar vehicle to us after we drove over 100 miles roundtrip. Cowles Nissan quoted one price over the phone and on email but when we arrived they made an excuse that their Finance department used the wrong vehicle in our credit application and they would not budge at all to a compromised new monthly payment. They were rude and very disrespectful to both my wife and I. And they bluntly told us they didnt want our business. Justin at Chantilly was very well aware of our prior experiences and did everything possible to ensure Nissan of Chantilly's service was much better than the competitors. Justin succeeded and surpassed our expectations.We were out the door in our brand new car in less than 2 hours!!

When I bought the car, they kept telling me they would have us with the financial advisor in five minutes. We waited an hour. I was told 3 times my floormats would be sent overnight because they were not in the vehicle as promised along with the DVD remote and headphones.Three weeks later I never received them after being told they were being sent overnight. I had to drive to the dealership to get a seat fixed anyway so they installed my floormats. My new vehicle had to have a new passenger seat because of a tear in the leather. It will be over a month before they have my seat fixed.However, I commend Nissan of Chantilly for providing me with a wonderful Altima to drive. Most of our issues have come through the salesman Claude. He doesn't follow up with his words. Fitze in the repair shop has been excellent to work with. Shawn was very helpful when we bought the car. Chris Buckner was great with chatting with me online. You all had the best price by far so we drove six hours just to buy our new Nissan Armada from your dealership. We would buy another vehicle but I believe I will request another salesman. Hopefully, my new car will be ready in two weeks :)

It was a really busy day when we came into the showroom. We just wanted to test drive the hybrid and we hung out for a while. We almost didn't stay when Shaun greeted us and asked us to be patient. It was apparent that he was working with multiple customers and trying to please everyone. After we drove the car, we immediately knew we wanted to purchase it. Shaun was very easy to work with, no high pressure sales. I'd definitely recommend him to others looking to buy a Nissan.As far as finishing the sale went personally, I can do without all the extra sales pitches for the other services. All said, we were driving our new car home in about 5 hours. A first.A few days after we'd owned the car, Stephanie called to check in. This was a nice touch. The only issue we had was that there was only 1 key to the new car so I had to come back to the dealership. She scheduled a time for me to come in for the key. I worked with Stacy in Service who was nice but I ended up having to come back to the dealership twice to get the new key because a part was needed. Not sure why that part detail wasn't sorted out prior but the hybrid is new to this dealer.

I had to return to the dealership several times to justify the discrepancy. When the sales and finance staff finally realized their mistake I was told a check would be mailed to me. It was supposed to arrive over two weeks ago and I still have not received it. Other than this, the staff was great -- if I can get the problem resolved soon I would recommend the dealership. If it weren't for this issue, my rankings would have been higher.

The only reason we bought the car here is because we already went with an offer from another dealer and Chantilly improved the offer. Chris was the worst salesperson we ever had. Very pushy, arrogant, inconsiderate and no sales skill what so ever! The first thing he said when we came in to the dealer was to ask us for our drivers license and S.S.N. ! How can you ask that info prior to knowing if we really wanted to get the car! When giving us paper work to read and sign, didnt let us read. He said, just sign. Good thing is that he doesnt work there anymore. Or at least I dont see him in the Meet Our Staff roster in the Nissan Chantilly website. After, dealing with the sales person you have to go and talk with the aftermarket representative Please, dont let them fool you! They are going to sell you so much crap that you really dont need and its going to increase the loan! Two hours later you still there dealing with all the paperwork and just waiting for them to approve and clean the car. Lastly, you talk with the financial officer. In our case Jeff was a great guy, and down to reality. Unfortunately, I dont see him in the Meet Our Staff roster in the Nissan Chantilly website. When buying a car be ready to spend at least 4 hours In regards of the car maintenance, the 3 months check went well or at least we think that. Then this past Friday we went for the 6 months check up. We left the car at 10:30am and told them that well pick it up after work. We went to pick it up at 6pm in a hurry since we had other plans. We asked to get the car washed in addition to the scheduled maintenance, because it is free. When we went to pick it up the car was not cleaned, we knew that the car rotation was not done, because the tires had a dirty mark and it was in the same place. After, complaining about the situation the Service Manager apologized for the incident and provided us with the service. The Dealer has a new service manager and he seems very reasonable.

I did most of my research on-line. When I found the vehicle I wanted, I called and set a time to test drive the different ones they had in their inventory. Once I made my choice, the price was exactly what I discussed when I made the appointment.They offered the typical add-on options (different types of extended warranties) and a few that I had not seen in my previous buying experience. There was absolutely no pressure to buy any of them. The benefits and pricing were explained, and they quickly moved to through the paperwork. I think I spent a total of 2 hours from the time I walked in the door to driving away.I had to bring my truck back to get some items added. In the service department I met a Service Manager named "Fitz." He was the best. He is one of those people you just like from the moment you meet him. He took down the necessary details and got me a loaner car in a matter of minutes. He called me during the day with a status and time estimate for completion.

I would recommend the dealership, while in doing so, sincerely hoping that my experience was atypical, and attributing some of the problems to poor communications and potential inattentiveness. We, my wife and I, were told certain things that turned out just not to be the case, for example, that the vehicle would be cleaned up and ready to go; it wasn't. We were told the first aid kit had been replaced, when in fact, it had not even been ordered. We were told the vehicle was being taken to be gassed up, and quite some time later, it had not been. We spent more than three hours at the dealership to consummate the transaction, due to unnecessary delays. We were later told that all the missing items, the floor mats, the first aid kit, the earphones and remote for the DVD player, and the cargo net were ready to be picked up, and when we arrived, no one was there and we later learned that the first aid kit had not yet been ordered. When we picked up the floor mats, etc., another forty-five minute adventure while the salesman left us standing around while he apparently attempted to make another sale, we were told we weren't entitled to a cargo net since it wasn't on the sticker, which is contrary to what we had earlier been told, and we were given one. I can understand the desire to make another sale, but I resent being put on the back burner since my money had already changed hands. We were told on 06/01/11 that we would be sent an added, unexpected incentive, a $500 gas card, which hasn't happened as of 06/13/11, and last but not least, I have been called Ray, David, and Daniel, while my name is Donald.

We got our new car at a great published internet price. Ojo and the staff were very good to work with. There were no surprises other than a few thoughtful extras (free car washes, $17 oil changes etc). I will go back again when I need another car. The price was very good, we saw several 2 year old used cars (Altimas) for more money than what we got ours for new.

I was quite pleased with my service. I contacted the dealership via online and inquired on my pre-owed 2006 Chrysler 300 in the early morning hours on Feb 11, 2011. As soon as, the dealership was opened, I received a call from Claude Bukasa. We wanted to wait for a good deal and we needed to hold off a bit for financial reasons. We got a great deal on the SUV and I am VERY happy with my new car. Michelle was very friendly. She took a second to smile and greeted me when I entered the service area, even while she was with another customer. A few moments later she approached me and asked if I had been helped and she took my service order quickly. I told Michelle I intended to shop while my car was being serviced, and she offered me shuttle service. I left my car to go shopping and within 30 minutes or less, Michelle contacted me on my cell with recommended service and let me know my car was ready.When I went to pick up my car, Michelle told me where to go for coupons for future services at Nissan of Chantilly! From the online service set up (Michelle was prompt and very helpful via email) to the quick and effective service; everything was great. I love the garage service; drive your car inside (since it was 20 degrees and windy this morning) and they take your car from there for service. Michelle was very friendly and helpful in understanding the service I was to have on my 2010 Frontier. For $35 I had the oil changed everything inspected and the tires rotated! I thought that was great! Only thing missing was maybe a vacuum of the front and maybe a cleaning of the windows; those are little extras that are nice when not expected. ;-)

I had a really good experience at Nissan of Chantilly on Saturday, December 4, 2010. Claude was the tireless salesman who was not at all pushy (thankfully). He let me test drive the 4 models of vehicles I was interested in, all in my preferred color. He had them all lined up for me, so that when I returned one, the next one was ready to go. Ghani was instrumental in approving the good deal I felt I got, and helping with my trade-in assessment. I forget the name of the lady I saw in between sales and financing, but she's the one who sells extra warranties. She was also very nice and knowledgeable. Pete in financing was very patient in allowing me to look over all of the paperwork and give me copies of everything, per my request. When it was time to drive off in my new car, Claude really went the extra mile (and it was freezing cold outside), by showing me some features on my vehicle, and setting up the vehicle's Bluetooth feature to my Blackberry! Overall, a really good experience and I drove away happy with my purchase. I even got a follow-up call on Monday from Claude to make sure everything was fine and well.

I love working with Stacey because I don't feel patronized she actually listens to my concerns and when I am done talking she offers suggestions on what could be done. To put things in perspective I had started using Chantilly Nissan before Stacey was hired. The person who I assume she replaced was very patronizing to the point where he asked me if I was sure I did not put diesel fuel in my truck. Needless to say I was not a happy camper but he is now gone and Stacey is in his place. I have had nothing but good experiences working with Stacey and my husband and I are never disappointed. I made the mistake of going somewhere else for an issue with my truck and found that I ended up back at Chantilly Nissan where I should have gone in the first place. Lesson learned.Although I live in Woodbridge I am very happy with the customer service I receive and the work that is done so the distance is not a factor. Please relay to Stacey that she is doing a fantastic job and to keep up the good work.

I cannot thank Stacey King enough, as she's been very helpful for service visits. She is the person to go for, if your car needs a checkup or regular routine service. My Frontier has been here for regular oil changes and such, and a alternator problem. While that could be frustrating, actually it is, Stacey went out of her way to make the issue as least stressful as possible. She constantly advises you of any delays, and is very professional about making sure that the problem is corrected. Today she arranged for a rental car as my truck needed some maintenance, and once again proved why she's such a valuable employee of this dealership. In fact, no offense to anyone else who works here, as they are all good people, but Stacey is the cream of the crop. Thanks again to Stacey!

I went to Nissan of Chantilly after I saw an online listing for a 2010 Nissan Rogue. I was greeted by salesman Chris Kraus at the door and asked him if the vehicle I saw online was still available. He replied "let's go to my desk and I'll check". Once at his desk he began to ask me questions, like what colors I wanted and what options I would like to have. Then without ever touching his computer he says "the rogue you saw online is gone, you see the ones online are priced really good and sale really fast, the Internet team can't keep the website updated". Then he tells me let's go outside and see what we have. Once outside he tries to up sale me on a more expensive model. I quickly told him "no, I know exactly what I want and have already told you". Chris then says well we don't have anything that you want here but we can get it for you. We go back inside, agree on a price and the color I want (white). He leaves to talk with a manager and comes back and says "congratulations !! You have a car" He found a white one and they are bringing it in now, but it will take a few hours. We proceed with the paper work get the financing and everything done. We were give the vin# and we looked it up on our iPhones.... There it was our white Rogue. Everything was great!!!Then after all the paperwork was done, Chris comes in and says the car won't be in tonight but you can come back tomorrow and we will have it ready for you. I thought, no problem. We called Chris the next day and asked if it was ready for us to pickup. He said "we are going to have to change the paper work when you come in, we weren't able to get you that Rogue, but we found another white one. It will be here by 8pm tonight". Again, I felt like a bump in the road but no big deal. About four hours later Chris calls me and says " We found two white Rogues one has 4200 miles on it and the other has 410 miles, which one do you want?". At this point I am starting to get mad, what new car has 4200 miles on it? I said I'll take the white one with 410 miles. He says ok, they are bringing it in now, will be here in two hours. Two hours pass and Chris calls me. "your car is here, it's ready for you to pick it up. But I just now found out, it's not white it's grey" At this point I had enough of the lies!!! I told him the deal was off and that I would be in to pick up my check for the down payment. Chris then HUNG UP ON ME!!!!! I called the dealership and asked to speak with a manager, I was told he was with a customer, I said I would hold. I was on hd for 15 minutes then disconnected. I called back again and asked to speak with the manager, was put on hold again fir 10 minutes, the the receptionist laughs and hangs up on me. So I call back a third time and ask to speak with the manager, the receptionist say "He doesn't want to speak with you" and hung up on me. I wil NEVER recommend the dealer to ANYONE!!!!!! there are tons of Nissan dealerships in NOVA please go somewhere else!!!! By the way, one week later the same rogue I saw online that attracted me to this dealership is still on their website as available.

Recently I had been in the Market for New Black 2010 Nissan Rogue S360 AWD, and the dealerships around me had no stock or were unwilling to work with me on a price that I thought was reasonable. My brother-in-law is from the DC area and talked to a few dealerships there. We spent 2 weeks talking and negotiating with different dealerships, until we had a few that seemed like they were in the price range I was looking for. My first stop on Friday Night was Koons Nissan of Falls Church. There we had been speaking with Harrison, who had promised a price for a Rogue S360, but when I go there, he said that he had been mistaken and it was $2000 more and it was for the base model Rogue Swe said no thanks, we will go to one of the other dealerships we spoke with and he said that his sales manager wanted to meet us. The sales manager was arrogant, disrespectful, and rude; he laughed at our price, and said if we get one for that price, to bring it past. I WOULD NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE GUYSOur next stop was Browns Fairfax Nissan. Here we spoke to James, he appeared to be a good guy, he was willing to work with our offered price. They had the car on the lot, but in order for him to sell it at the price we had offered, we had to agree to purchase the Appearance Package, which was wheel locks, some cheap rubber edging on the doors and wheel-wells, and a god awful giant pin strip right up the side. I told him I didnt want it, but he said it was already on, and it would cost $250 to take it offTo Jamess credit, he appeared to know the package was ridiculous, but said that is what he needed to do the deal. We went for a walk to see the car on the lot and the pin stripe made a huge difference and there seemed to be some confusion as to how much residue would be left on the car if it was removed. We told James we were going to look around, but I would have come back to them if I needed to, because, besides the ridiculous request, everyone there seemed to be honestThe next morning, we went to Nissan of Chantilly. We spoke with Justin here, who initially seemed great. We told him what we wanted, a Black Rogue 360, and he said he had none on the lot, but he could find one no problem. We had spoken to him before, and told him what I wanted to pay, he said that we wouldnt know for sure until he found one. Then he came back and said there were none in the region. We explained that we closed a dealership the night before, where they had two, and he said that they arent showing up in the computer and they must have listed them as sold to get credit from Nissan and then hoped to sell them before people find out, what he described as a common practice from Browns (I have no idea if this was the case, but that is what he saidnot that I believe anything that he said was true at this point). My brother-in-law got on the phone immediately to Sheehy Nissan in Manassas (our next stop) and she said she had one that came off the truck the night before. While my brother in law was making calls, Justin led me to the lot to try and sell me what he had there. I explained that I wanted what I wanted, and he said you gotta work with me! I promise we can give you a bangin deal. I explained that I wanted an AWD and none of the vehicles here were AWD. He continued to make a case for FWD until my brother-in-law walked up and said that another dealer had one. We walked back inside and I was collecting my things and he came over and said, good news, we found one which really pissed us off, because at this point we realized they were lying about not being able to find us one, just to get us to buy the cars on the lot. We told him we were going to move on and he got really defensive and wrote my lowball figure on paper and said, we have one for you, sign that and that is what we will sell it to you for, but at this point, why would I have trusted anything he said and committed to a purchase before seeing the carwe moved onSo our next and final stop was Sheehy Nissan in Manassas. Here we dealt with Jenifer, who was extremely pleasant, but walked VERY FASTShe showed me the car I wanted. It had Kick-plates along the doors that looked really great. I compare that to the appearance package something that the dealership adds on, that they can overcharge you for, but instead of cheap and unnecessary, these looked clean and sharp. The price was not as low as I had hoped to start with, but we negotiated until it was very close to my original offer, and I saw the car I was buying before I bought it. I never felt like they were trying to get something over on me. And over all I was extremely happy. So it took 4 dealerships and 4 varying levels of satisfaction or dissatisfaction, but I got my car near the price I wanted it and I couldnt recommend Sheehy Nissan of Manassas more. I drove my Rogue S360 the 220 miles home today and I couldnt have been happier.

Took my Frontier in for 30,000 mile service. I have a service plan that I assumed would cover the inspection of the vehicle. However, the dealership charged me $700 for the service with no communication or explanation of the work needed prior to completion. Also, a recall was found on my car that was not performed but was told a part was ordered. Plus, the rep tried to sell my new tires and an alignment. I did not want either at the time but requested a follow-up appointment for the alignment. Three weeks later, I had received no phone call or contact from the dealership. I went in person to speak with the service manager. He was unable to operate his computer competently and offered very little in way of customer service. I am very unhappy with this dealership and their staff and will NEVER return nor allow them to contact me in the future.

I went to this dealership looking to buy a specific car and Henry was my salesman. He was pleasant and funny but when we had done all we could for the day he promised me 3 separate times that he would be calling me on Monday (this was on a Saturday) no later than 3pm. It's been a week and I still have not heard back from him. I have decided to go to the Nissan dealership in Fairfax instead.

Tried new Chantilly Nissan after yrs. of loyal patronage to other local dealer. Xterra brought in for brake job, exhaust noise, and detailing. Only 2,000 miles later and they say we need another complete brake job, exhaust noise still there, and promise to redo pitiful, failed detailing not going to happen as not documented in their system. We rescued our car from Chantilly Nissan with ZERO confidence in their service and took it to the other dealer who we paid to have ALL the work done AGAIN!!!!BEWARE OF CHANTILLY NISSAN SERVICE. Taking a car in there for service is begging for grief and double the expense. Nissan corp. rep has NO influence whatsoever, and just gathers info. w/o offering any resolution.

We had service done at the dealership a few weeks ago and we were so impressed by that experience that we decided to up grade our car. When we stopped back in to look at cars they had, several service employees recognised us and said hello. Which was nice. The salesman was very polite and courteous. The whole buying process was very easy and relaxed. We feel we got a great price on a great product, very friendly service, and we will certainly recommend the dealership to friends in the future.
