I am a long-time VW owner and fan. From the 1978 Super Beetle Convertible sitting in my garage, to the countless Jettas, Passats, and other models that I have owned through the years I have proven my loyalty to the brand but today VW and this dealership lost my business forever. Two years ago my A/C compressor in my 2003 Passat died. I was just under 100k on the odometer, so this was a disheartening shock in that I would have expected it to last longer. $1,600 later my compressor was replaced with me thinking, at least I will never have to replace that again on this car. This week my A/C was not cooling well. I took the car back to Priority VW and was told that there is an issue with my new compressor, and it would cost $1,600 to repair since the compressor was now one year out of warranty. They were unwilling to do anything to help with the cost and told me to contact VW customer service, which I did. I got the same response from VW customer service. They fully agreed that it was completely unreasonable for the compressor to die so quickly, but because the car was 13 years old they argued that they had no obligation to help with the cost. Today VW and Priority Volkswagen lost my business. I will sell my car this week and never again buy VW.

I was looking for a pre-owned Toyota truck and found exactly what I was looking for at Priority Volkswagen. Salesman, Franklin Perkins took the time to listen and help me find the prefect truck. I highly recommend Priority Volkswagen because the sales staff is highly knowledgeable and has the highest service throughout the Richmond area!

Purchased vehicle 8/2013 with GAP insurance. Had a total loss 10/2015. I called GAP co (Toyota Financial) and was told my coverage was cancelled by the dealership. I found out 3 days later from Shane that the contract I signed was cancelled in error but they gave me another GAP co (JM&A) 3 times to get this resolved. Even though I never signed a JM&A contract somehow the dealership got them to cover me but the coverage is sub-par to Toyota. JM&A didn't pay off my remaining balance and I'm still stuck with a deficiency. The bank is also waiting on the refund from the dealership of the extended warranty I purchased. Kenny told me to come to the dealership (my 3rd trip) on 12/31 & he would take care of it. After seeing him he said it would be handled the next day. I called a week later because it hadn't been resolved he said it takes some time. Well, it's not almost a month after & still no resolution. I guess my next step is contacting the dealer board since there has been a lot of un-truths told. Manger verbally told me & sent an email asked me to sign & backdate the JM&A contract to 8/2013!! I refused of course but this is the kind of shady dealings I've encountered. When I purchased GAP it was explained that it takes care of the deficiency balance, well it didn't. All I want is what I paid for ... to get the vehicle to be paid off. Dealer board then the news stations! Maybe someone will do their job then.

Can't remember if I ever did a review on anybody. But I suppose priority VW deserves one from me. To start off, Most Excellent customer service! Very Nice and Curtious people to deal with. Had a Major oil leak on my car. I never wanted to take my car to a mechanic shop due to the fact that mechanics have given the name mechanic a bad name. And then taking my car to the dealership knowing that you're gonna pay more for auto parts etc etc. Well I had no choice this time. I cannot say I didn't get screwed in any way. I suppose it's a good chance I did not. Would I come back again? YES! I would! Again, Most Excellent customer service! And for the record, had to come back a second time within a week and they were very helpful, considerate, and generous! Thanks VW!

I enrolled my son's 2005 Jetta in Priorities for Life. The service department is exceptional. Cyndi Dycus and Ryan Ruffin are exceptional Service Reps. I've had nothing but great service from Priority at the Nissan and VW dealerships.

I just bought my second brand new Jetta from Priority VW and I could NOT be a more satsifed customer with every transaction. From the speediness of the entire buying process to the willingness of the associates to help you out in any way possible, I've been blown away each time. Priorities for Life is the single best program I've ever encountered also. 10 stars out of 5 easily!

We had such an awesome experience buying a car from CJ at this dealership. He was very thorough in telling us the safety aspects on the VWs; this was important to us because we had our first baby on the way. He was very thoughtful, considerate, patient, knowledgable, and kind. He even bought us a gift for the baby! I would definitely come back to buy another car from him!

I purchased a new 2015 VW Beetle in May 2015....this was my first time dealing with Priority VW...not impressed at all! Things started off well but the wait to find the car I was asking for (one with a backup camera)was crazy. When I was FINALLY called to come pick up my new car (4days later) I was very excited. Another salesperson went over the car with me because mine was with another sucker. Everything looks great and guess what? No backup camera:( my heart sank and my gut told me to walk away...but I didn't...my fault. I was informed that they could have a back up camera for me if I pay for it...what? Um..NO! Long story short, after many phone calls I finally get a call from GM Ken...nice guy. He arranges for backup camera to be installed with no extra cost to me (I had really already paid for it since this is what was included in the car I had requested). Anyhoo...,mediocre camera installed not too impressed but at least I could see behind me. I gave an excellent survey because I felt that they "fixed" the problem. All was well until 2 months later I receive a letter from DMV asking if I have insurance! What?! Yes I have insurance! I start to wonder...did Priority VW call my insurance company prior to me driving off the lot??? Isn't that part if their job?? I mean I am 48 years old...I have purchased several cars...I have NEVER had this problem. Is it not against the law to drive a vehicle w/o insurance? This whole experience has been one service failure after another. I called the finance dept just to inquire about this situation, no return call!..nothing could be done now...I just thank God I didn't have an accident!!! Needless to say...I will NEVER buy from this dealership again! That's MY story and I WILL tell everyone I know how horrible my experience has been!

I purchased a 2010 Jetta from this dealership. A "certified" 2010. I took it home. Noted right off that the right front tire kept needing air. Took back to dealer. They "looked" at it. Could not find the problem. After 4 weeks of filling the tire up, got tired of thinking maybe it's just the cold air, I took to Lacey's in Petersburg, VA. I did not tell them anything other than losing air and needs re-filling weekly. They called when done. I picked my car up. I inquired the problem...they told me that there was leaves/dirt in the bead of the wheel/tire. oh! This is funny. Priority in Chester replaced all 4 tires when they took the car on trade from someone else, Carfax shows this. So...I then have to think, they change tires in the woods. Right? I also notice the right front blinker light, located on passenger side of vehicle, needs to be "thumped" every so often so it will turn back on. Then we get a snow. The roads are covered in snow: I drove to work, back home and noted, as my wife pointed out, that something was hanging down from bottom of car. It was the plastic shielding that Volkswagen installs on the bottom of [Jetta's]. I pull a lot of packed snow out so this shield will not hang down. I take back to dealership for repair. As the car is on the lift, I note near the whole underside is damaged. Then, I noted that there is a cigarette burn on passenger side over the door, that has been repaired, PROFESSIONALLY repaired. One thing I did not mention is there was a little star chip in front windshield , driver side, and a scrape on the hood, driver side, about 8-10" from windshield. I FINALLY PUT IT ALL TOGETHER!! Some liar or less than honest salesperson from Priority, using this car as a demo, (they told me they were using as demo) had been driving it. No big deal. They had a passenger that smoked. Driving down a road, a rock was thrown from another vehicle, scraped the hood then flew up to windshield, put a small, star chip in windshield. This startled the driver who reacted by swerving, went off the road and into a ditch that had leaves/dirt/branches in the ditch wedging between tire/bead and wheel. No big deal. But see, if they fixed it, correctly, they would have to show an accident which would de-value the car. So, they did the minimum, fixed burn, and put car out and sold it, as CERTIFIED, and waited for a sucker to come along. That part is my fault. See, I thought I was dealing with a reputable company. I was not. They are a bunch of thieves and you cannot trust them. The scam artist that owns Priority, good ol' Elmer, you'll never talk to him, that 's the job of Ms. Duncan, she shields all these problems from Dennis E. The manager at the place I purchased from is just some bald-headed liar as well. (K. Dunn). The manager that is SUPPOSED to take care of business, located in Richmond, Va. He's as much a liar and thief as the test of them. (Dave P.) DO NOT TRUST ANY PRIORITY DEALERSHIP. Hire your personal mechanic, ESPECIALLY if it's used/certified. Spending a $100.00 with him for a check over of your intended purchase is far better than spending 20k + on a wrecked vehicle.

As always Priority is tops in customer service no matter what Priority Dealership you go to. I've had nothing but great service from Priority Nissan, so I now use Priority VW for my son's Jetta. Cindy Dycus was at Nissan, but got promoted to a position at VW, and I was pleased to see her in her new digs. Ryan Ruffin, a stalwart at VW, also assisted me with my 80,000 mile service on the Jetta. They're a great team and I personally recommend VW Priority. The General Mgr.,Kenny Dunn, was also visible and took the time to ask me if everything was going fine, and it was. It's nice to see a Gen Mgr. that is totally involved with his operation. I've experienced this at both Priority Nissan and VW. Thanks again priority.

If I could give this a rating of 0 I would. I have had an unbelievably rough 2 weeks with Priority but today topped the cake...I have only had my car for 10 months. I paid a lot of money for the car, and I have the engines for life, and I also paid extra for the extended warranty, for 3 years, 300k miles. I have religiously taken my car in for the oil changes. They sold me a car that they sent to auction, so I had to wait a few days to pick it up. The shortly after I had to buy new tires, then a few months after I had to get it inspected, then just a couple of months after that the struts are out, and the coils need replaced. They quoted me a ridiculous amount of money, I spent two total days waiting around for someone to talk to me, for them to tell me the extended warranty doesn't cover these issues, then for Mr Wallace to be so unbelievably rude. I am going car shopping elsewhere this weekend and will not go back home until I get a new car. They have lost both me and my husband for life, and we were repeat customers, purchasing three cars from them so far.

Why we buy a car from a dealer in another state...because of the excellent customer service we receive from the sales staff. We have purchased two cars from this dealer. Would recommend this dealer to our family and friends.

My family owns three VW Jettas. I recently traded mine for a newer one. Absolutely LOVE IT. This is the Jetta I have been looking for. Had previously spoken with the Internet Sales Manager there and he was extremely pleasant and helpful. Love that no one tried to "sell" me a car--they helped me buy the one I wanted. The General Manager's presence there is very visible and Mr. Dunn is pleasantly low-key and very inviting at the same time. Ms. Jane Jarvis who handled my purchase from beginning to end is absolutely sent from Heaven. Mr. Andy Hook in Finance does his job so well. He has a very calm and courteous manner, is knowledgeable, shared his knowledge and explained everything to me and made absolutely sure all my questions were answered. I drove away from there last week feeling extremely satisfied with my trade, my purchase, my decision. Mr. Ryan Ruffin in the Service Department--there are not enough good things to say about him. I am always confident when I take any of our Jettas there for service and Mr. Ruffin is there to receive them. I live about an hour's drive northeast of Priority VW Chester. It is definitely worth my time to drive there for any of my vehicular needs. Did I mentioned how much I love my new Jetta?! I am already getting over 40 miles per gallon and I know from experience that that number will reach 50 on a roadtrip. It is such a smooth ride--like softened butter. This is my dream car!!!

My son recently got his sister's Jetta. When we got get it serviced, the Service writer Kevin said it might be eligible for open enrollment. We checked and it was. So we scheduled an inspection with Kyle and it is now officially enrolled in Priorites for Life. I have had three vehicles enrolled in Priority Nissan, so I was glad to be able to get my son't VW enrolled in it. The service is excellent and I would recommend Priority for any vehicle purchase.

I just needed more passenger space so I decided to trade in my 2012 Jetta TDI for a 2014 Passat TDI. The experience was peaceful and easy. Nathanial was very laid back and knowledgeable, unlike past experiences at previous dealers. I had the power so to speak, I listed what I wanted, what I could afford, and so forth. The entire team at Priority Volkswagon worked with me to make everything align. Bottom line is I am very happy with my New Passat.

Our family has bought three vehicles from Priority VW in the last year. All I can say is why go anywhere else. Kenny Dunn the General Manager has assembled a great team; he personally takes time to work with you, explain what you need to know, and will negotiate a great price. Andy Hook in sales and finance is equally knowledgeable and provides excellent sales and finance advice. Robert the Service Manager is great at follow up and knowledgeable about their inventory .Cant find what you want; ask and they will help you find it. A five star dealership with five star staff.

I purchased my Volkswagen from Priority Volkswagen and have been nothing but satisfied with the entire experience. Danny was so personable, approachable, and nothing like the cliche car salesman stereotype. He never was pushy, he catered the entire experience to our needs, and found us our perfect vehicle. Knowing exactly what we wanted and everything the VW had to offer, he was very helpful in directing us to which model would be best for us. The Priority pricing is competitive and the Priorities for Life were a definite bonus. Overall, I would recommend Priority Volkswagen to everyone I know because I was so satisfied with the purchasing my vehicle, as well as the Priorities for Life that I have and will continue to receive for the life of my vehicle. So if you're in the market for purchasing a new vehicle, head on over to Priority Volkswagen and be sure to ask for Danny!

I bought a vehicle and was told to review my personal information. No one checked the dealership's! I got home and discovered they had listed the wrong information for my vehicle. I returned to the dealership the next morning and was informed I would have to make additional payments because the vehicle I bought was more expensive! I requested they honor the contract or take the car back. They took the car back. I had taken items out of the car because I intended to keep it. I called the next day and spoke with the sales person and asked if someone would come to my house and pick up the items and bring me a check for the additional money I had put down along with the trade in. I didn't get my call returned. I waited 2 weeks and then called 3 days in a row before I reached the Sales Manager who was totally INFLEXIBLE! Kept telling me to return the items and I'd get my money. I then called and spoke with the dealership manager. Nice man. Told me he would call me back. I waited another week and called him again and he said he had family issues. I'm sorry for his issues, but what about mine? No one fills in when he's gone? He did then offer to refund my money. Needless to say, after 3 weeks, I ended up taking the items back to get my money. I wanted the items returned and the issue closed. I live 45 minutes away!

I bought my first vehicle from Priority Volkswagen and could not have been more satisfied with my car buying experience. If you venture over to this dealership, make you sure you ask for Danny Samuels. He is extremely knowledgable about all the vehicles and services offered there and will make you feel right at home. If there isn't a vehicle on their lot you're interested in, he will look around at other Priority locations to find the right vehicle for you (that's what he did for me). I would highly recommend Danny to anyone thinking of buying a vehicle. He made the car buying experience very pleasant and hassle free. Thanks Danny!

We live in Virginia Beach and there are several VW dealerships to choose from between VB and Chester. The reason I decided to drive 94 miles to Priority VW is simple. We have purchased three vehicles from other Priority stores in the past and have always been impressed. Priorities for Life and dealership's ability to beat the competition by a long way on price keeps us coming back. This time was no different. Burke was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He was able to effectively communicate our needs to the sales manager, Kenny who was able to work a fantastic deal. We are going to strongly recommend our friends and family to make the trip to Chester if they are looking for a VW!!

I had a very nice experience with a knowledgeable and professional salesperson, Danny Samuels. Thank you for following up, working late, doing extra to help me get the price I wanted, and being so nice to the kids. You have a good future, and Priority is lucky to have you.Regarding the business, everyone was very professional, well-groomed, and polite. The building and the restrooms were very clean, which is always a relief.I purchased a new car and have not had any experience with the service department at this time.

I purchased my 2013 TDI Beetle at this dealership, after shopping at others in the Richmond area. I was shopping early for a car that was not yet available at the dealers, and the salesperson at Priority (Andy Hook) was the only individual at the three dealerships I visited that seemed interested in locating the car that I wanted, giving me pricing information and encouraging me to drive similar vehicles. After locating my car and arranging for transport to Priority, Andy and the business office manager (who was also extremely courteous and helpful) allowed me to pick up my car significantly after hours at the dealership, still taking the time to show me everything I needed to know and to patiently answer all of my questions before I took possession of it. I could not have asked for more.It is 6 months later, I love my car....I have taken advantage of the included oil change / maintenance visit, to find my car returned in a timely fashion, clean and vacuumed. The service folks have turned out to be just as accommodating and helpful as my original contact at this dealership. This is not my first new car, and the service I am receiving from Priority VW far exceeds past experience and present expectations.

Bought a used Lincoln Ls back in August, after 3 days had to replace front link bushings,Priority picked up cost. Couple weeks later, loud thunk in rear, was deemed the U joint, so per warranty that I purchased driveshaft replaced. Then i get phone call..REAR link bushings are bad...my cost. So they are replaced,I am angry but Priority waives the 100 dollar deductible. Few more weeks the clunking doesnt go away, guess what? Bad transmission...replaced after much hoopla with warranty company. Since then has been back in for a sunroof water leak, and most recently a bad coil-pack. After thinking perhaps I was stuck with a lemon, after trading a perfectly fine 08 Tiburon,(was just too small),I looked into perhaps trading the vehicle or SOMETHING and was checking out an 08 Passat. The salesman, Elliot, wasnt even my salesperson, but I was so angry about all the service calls I figured Priority would maybe help me. Guess what,Dennis Elmer is full of it. No 150% of your trade. I was lowballed to the point of insult,no one other than the sales guy wasted any time with me, I feel like I was not worked with one iota. So glad I got this warranty or I would have been screwed. My dad who has been a faithful Priority customaer gave me a name to call of Dave Perno who I guess is the head guy over there,he never returned my call. I guess after my service warranty is up I will just go back to Haley Ford,at least they actually did try to earn your business before and after the sale. The service department at priority VW is otherwise top notch, especially Troy who they have now moved to the Nissan service dept, which is where the Lincoln came from. I will not be purchasing any vehicles from these guys again, and most likely neither will my dad,and Im telling everyone who will listen.

I had purchased a VW in another state and wanted to find a VW dealer close by since I still had warranty coverage. I had multiple small items repaired under warranty with ZERO hassle and at the time was able to receive free inspections, oil changes, and engine/transmission warranty for the life of the car. This they offer normally to only cars purchased here. Service technicians are always on top of their game. In 10 interactions I've had with them, only once did they get a little confused, but they went above and beyond giving me a rental car for free for the day (twice) for minor repairs.

Negative overall experience at this dealership. Let me count the ways...- Looking online I find a car a like at this dealership. An icon for $400 off used car thing comes up on the screen, I fill out information and form wont come up. Go to the dealer the next day.- I am told that the form I filled out was not valid with the car I wanted because it was not specific to the the Priority vendor. (i.e. The car I wanted was on Priority Toyota site where the rebate was found, yet when I arrive am told it is actually Priority VW stock and no rebate will be applied.)- After arriving at about 630 p.m. test drive the car which is 20 miles to empty, everything is said and done, I am driving off in my new/used vehicle at about 950 p.m. (...two hours or less?)- Upon driving my vehicle on the highway the next day I notice a terrible jerking/bounce at speeds in excess of 55 mph. I notify the dealer and take it in. I am informed it is a bent rim and after arguing over whose responsibilility this would be to cover the dealer agreed to fix. They send a man to my jobsite to cover the repairs. After this I drive on the highway again and the same thing occurs.- Returned car to dealer.- Test drive and agree to an alternate vehicle.- Upon reciept of vehicle notice and point out paint chips missing (paint still covered under warranty) and am told to call and set up a time when I was available to come in so they could match the paints. After a week of the runaround to various sales/service/automated recievers to no avail my salesguy (Good guy, nothing against him at all) calls to ask why I haven't brought my car in for the matching and schedules appointment immediately. Afterwards, I set up the appointment online for the touchup.- Appointment day (today), I am told I am scheduled for tires and alignment and if I wanted my car painted I should take it to the factory specific dealership. Also when I requested maintenance records to be emailed to me, I was simply told my next oil change would be due at x miles.I mean really..?

Priority Automotive Group Priority Volkswagen Dennis Ellmer, President and CEO 16300 Priority Way Chester, VA 23831 When they give you a We Owe slip, that's exactly what they mean because they have no intentions of paying what is owed On February , I purchased a 2006 Ford Escape from this dealership. The transaction itself went smooth, and as part of the deal, it was agreed that the dealership would reimburse me for having a second key programmed and also would buy a set of floor mats for the vehicle. The dealership provided me with a We Owe slip stating this. I provided a copy of the receipt for the key and was told the check would be in the mail the very next day (yes I fell for the old the check is in the mail bit) and they would follow up on the floor mats. 21 days after giving them the receipt and a couple of phone calls later, The matter remains unresolved. I sent the dealership a message via the contact us link pasting most of this in the body of the message. I was immediately contacted by the internet sales and then the general sales manager and was assured that this would be squared away the very next day and would be contacted with the update. As expected, neither has happened. I am sure this dealership would like me to just forget about it and just eat the couple hundred dollars, but if I owed them this money, you can bet they would be blowing my phone up to collect. My next course of recovery is to post this message to every dealer review and consumer websites. It disappoints me to have to resort to this, but it is what it is. Again, If this dealership gives you a We Owe slip, that's exactly what it means. Maybe they should change it to the We will promise you anything to make a sale, but good luck getting it slip.

I had been following Priority VW every since I heard that Priority was opening a VW dealership. I knew Andy before he was hired at Priority so it just made going to dealership much more enjoyable because I knew someone there. I got to meet most of the employees before they officially opened because of Andy. They're all great people and willing to help as much as they can. I also had encounters with Troy in the service department from Priority Nissan because he was usually the service writer for my mother's Nissan Maxima. I told some friends about it and we all dropped by on opening day, said hi to Andy basically had a tour of the dealership.Everyone was kind and more than willing to show us around. While I was there I scheduled an appointment for their Priorities for life as well as my 40k DSG service. A few of my other friends also scheduled appointments for Priorities for life. Come the day of the appointment I brought my GTI there, gave them the keys, and headed to the waiting room. Troy came by quite often to give me updates on what was going on with my car. It's been a good two or three months since this happened so I don't remember exactly how long I was waiting but it wasn't too long before Troy came out and said it might be a little longer and asked if I wanted to rent a car. I only lived 5 minutes a way so I suggested that they could just drop me off at my house. They also offered to pick me up once my car was ready, but I just had a friend take me back. The best part was picking up my car and paying the amazing price they quoted me for the transmission service. I definitely left a satisfied customer.A week or two later I noticed something leaking so I gave Troy a call right as the service department was closing asking if I could bring it by tomorrow morning to see if I needed an appointment or could I just drop by. He said I could just drop by in the morning. I dropped by in the morning and had the leak fixed in less than two hours. I would consider that great time especially since I didn't have an appointment. The most recent encounter I had with Priority VW was to remove and repair my tire that had a nail in it. Needless to say, that was smooth and painless with an amazing price. To sum it up, I would recommend this dealership to anyone who's in need of information , service, or looking to purchase a Volkswagen. They do them all superbly. All of my past experiences with them have been nothing but positive and I'm sure the future ones will be the same.

I cannot believe how amazing this dealership is. I was getting service next door on my Toyota Camry at Priority Toyota, so I decided to walk next-door to this dealership to see if they had a part in stock for my 2008 Jetta. I was greeted by a super-friendly and helpful salesman by the name of Andy Hook. Andy inquired about my used vehicle and told me that his dealership was offering a limited time grand-opening special of "Priorities of Life" (free oil changes and state inspections for life) to all VW owners who bring in their VW's during the month of March 2012. A few days later, I brought the Jetta in, it passed state inspection with flying colors, and they gave me a top-of-the-line oil change (new filter, oil pan nut, and Castrol 5W-40 synthetic oil) for free - just like Andy said!!! The mechanic even installed for free a part on my engine that I had purchased from the parts department (normally, it would cost $20-25 to install the part)!!! To top it all off, they gave me some brand new license plate screws (mine were rusty), a free orange and banana while I waited, and a free manicure (apparently Wednesdays is free manicure day). Frankly, I am still in a bit of shock regarding this extra-special treatment. I didn't know it was possible for a dealership to be so nice. If I ever need any service (or a new VW in a few years), Priority VW will definitely be the first place I consider.

Our experience with Priorty was the best car buying experience we have ever had. We have purchased many cars over the years and have never been treated as well as we were by Jennifer and Chris. We didn't even know you could get out of a dealership in 2 hours including test drive, but we did. Jennifer was very throrough and answered all of our questions and if she didn't know the answer she found someone who did. She did not use a high pressure sales pitch which made us more relaxed and she made us feel very comfortable. We were very impressed with the fact that they gave us alone time to discuss the details of the purchase together. This being one of the major purchases you make in your life having that time to discuss the pros and cons was very valuable to us. Once we were able to make our decision based on our budget we gave the number to Jennifer and told her we could not go even $1.00 higher that this number was solid she went to Chris and discussed this with him and the next thing you know they came in under our number. We were very pleased that there was no going back and forth about the numbers. Chris didn't beat around the bush regarding the financing and explained everything thoroughly. There was no smoke and mirrors. The car was detailed great and done in a timely manner and the full tank of gas was a great perk. Also the massage chair was amazing ... whoever came up with that idea deserves a raise. The priorities for life program is a great added bonus. Over all this car buying experience has been the best we have ever had. We will certainly recommend this dealership to our family and friends. We found that none of the negative car dealership sterotypes exist at Priorty Volkswagen.

Got there on opening day. People very friendly and accessible unlike other VW dealer in the area. Traded a 2009 VW Rabbit for the new 2012 Passat. Andy has extensive VW knowledge and he's very enthusiastic about his job and the features of the cars he sells. In general terms, it was a great buying experience and highly recommended this dealer. Someone told me that prices were better south of Richmond, VA and he was not wrong. If you want a good deal, you must pay a visit to this dealership and ask for Andy Hook. You won't be dissapointed.
