Buyers beware!!! This company does bait and switch. They post many cars on CarGurus with great prices and pictures but the vehicles don't exist even though you confirm that they are in. Once you are there, they will say that vehicle was just sold earlier that day. They then will show you vehicles 10-12k higher. I was in the market for a Ford 150 (had my own financing), the sales clerk wanted to show me a Tundra. When I declined, he said: "Typical of Americans. Always want looks over a good made vehicle." Wow, I was amazed that he felt that comfortable to say that. Please beware!

I appreciate the customer service for coming to this car dealership I have low credit score and the banks that they use I've already used if you want to save some time call first and checc the banks they already have and use it may save you some time.... the vehicles are going to real you win because they're really nice but high as hell!... worth it tho.

I got a VW Jetta from this car lot and after the first few days the battery died and horn never worked and after that it’s been hell every since I had to change almost every single sensor in this car and every single light in this car has went out at least once rain gets into the car, the interior falling off the doors and roof, the lock cylinder went out and had to get a new valve cover the first few weeks of having it …can go on and on I have not have this car a year yet and it’s just terrible 😩…NOT TO MENTION THAT IT SHUTS OFF ON ME IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD

If I could give them no stars and still write a review I would... last June they sold me a 2013 Mini Cooper Countryman a day after the purchase the car began to have problems it first started with smoke coming from the hood of the car. They did not want to help me fix the vehicle. Then came oil leaks, had to get the wiring for the light fixed. The mechanic there had it taped up with electrical tape (a fire waiting to happen). Now there is still a oil leak, smoke coming from the car, a valve problem, the A/C doesn’t work. I’ve spent over $5,000 trying to fix this car with in a year. Every mechanic I’ve been to told me they sold me the car with major issues they just put a bandaid on it. Now after only having the car for a year the car won’t pass emissions & I still owe way more than what the car is worth. I’m very disappointed because I was tricked into getting this car off of their hands. I will be taking further actions. DONT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!
