Greatest car buying experience ever. Fantastic staff! Sean, Jessica and Jasmine did a fabulous job of making this experience fun. PHM goes the extra mile to satisfy their customers. I would definitely go back again to buy our next Mazda. Extremely satisfied.

When deciding to finance my first car at the age of 19 with no credit and no co-signer ,the options and dealers that even offered me a deal were slim to none. I finally decided even with the high interest and payments other dealers offered me that I was going to go ahead with the process. I was actually dumbfounded when they showed me the numbers that they could finance me at and was a major relief. Tyler was outstanding in aiding me in the process and kept in contact with me giving me updateds on the vehicle I wanted. I cannot express how great this dealership is and the staff that work there. This review was written about 3 months after I got the car so I feel that it's an honest review of the entire process

Enjoyed dealing with Jasmine, not pushy but went the extra mile to provide answers when needed (could say she played a big part in my decision). Alvin was most helpful in answering questions on functions of the car. Two great people to do business with - they both get 5+ stars! Love my new Mazda6 'zoom zoom'.

I believe in corresponding and negotiating via the internet as it is well documented and most efficient way of getting the best deal. I felt deceived to have been given a numeric figure just for the sole purpose of getting me and my wife to the dealership. I've confirmed the price both via email and text. Then at the dealership, we confirmed three times verbally and was told "yes, whatever we quoted you in the email" and after being there for over two hours, the finance person and and manager apologized that there was an error. The figures were transposed due to the person quoting me the figure was very busy at that time. And after asking to speak the Sean, the person who we negotiated the price, instead of apologizing, he even accused us of taking advantage of the situation. Really? We were the ones who traveled 30 miles to their dealership twice. First to see the vehicle after we were given the quote. Then after we confirmed the price in person with Tyler (sales person who was there- he as professional) we had to come back the following day and drive 30 miles again. We were the ones taken advantage of with their "DECEIVING TACTIC". Honesty is still the best policy in my book and this dealership far from it.They would not honor the price documented on the email. A price difference of about $600. May not be much but the principle behind is what matters the most. If they are not trust worthy from this point, who knows what other tactics will they pull. They even want to add Anti-Theft system that was supposed to be installed to prevent theft from their dealership and have us pay $1100. Then they lowered to 499, then to 399. We end up walking out and decided against Mazda all together. We end up getting a competitor make instead and got exactly what we were quoted at 0% APR.Please be careful when dealing with this dealership. Even if you confirm, they will change the figures on you.

I recently went to this dealership to look at one of their used vehicles - a lease returned 2014 Mazda 3 S Touring Hatchback. Now, this was going to be my very first car purchase, and Tyler was understanding and made that very easy for me. There was also not too much of a problem getting the monthly payments down to a reasonable place. At the end of the night I drove home in a new vehicle (the one mentioned) and felt very comfortable doing so, both physically and mentally. So I would like to thank Tyler and the Puente Hills Mazda team for making this as easy as possible.

I went to Puente Hills Mazda to purchase a Mazda 3 hatchback and thanks to Tyler I walked away with a 2016. The car drives beautifully and am very pleased with the mileage. The salesman was friendly and knowledgeable without being overbearing. I will definitely recommend this dealership and will be coming back!

I'm a younger guy looking to buy a car with a part time job and decent credit. I've been to dealers from Fontana to Pasadena and a lot of the time I've been treated as less of a customer because of my situation. By far Punte Hills Mazda has the best customer service. I inquired about a used car they had through their website, Andrea helped me immediately to schedule a test drive. When I Arived Andrea and Alvin greated me and Alvin gave me a full in depth tour of the car and its specific details along with great conversation. We went on a thorough test drive with no rush, and although I didn't purchase the vehicle they treated me better and gave me better service than any other dealer I've been to. 5 stars for these guys!

I called the dealership and spoke to Andrea late Sunday night about a quote on a Mazda 3 S Grand Touring Hatchback with a manual transmission. She spoke to her manager and called me back with a fair price. A few minutes later, to my surprise, she texted me a picture of the manufacturer's sticker on the car, for the EXACT make and model I was looking for. I had informed her about how other dealerships had misled me about having the make and model of the car I wanted. This thoughtful gesture on the part of Andrea was the reason I why I decided to drive the 25 miles to the Puente Hills dealership the next day. Upon arrival Andrea greeted me and put me into contact with Tyler who continued the high level of professionalism. Tyler patiently answered all my questions and was candid and upfront about my best pricing options. And of course I walked away with the exact car I wanted for the fair price that I was looking for. Thank you to Andrea and Tyler and the entire team at Puente Hills for the excellent experience.

I had fun testing Tyler's customer service/tolerance. At the end he was able to give me a car that I'm happy with. He still needs to get my new rims and tires installed and I'm confident he'll come through. Deal was made in a reasonable amount of time from test drive to crunching numbers, however paper work took longer than I would've preferred.

Very happy with my new Mazda Purchase. I originally did a lot of bargaining online and Tyler was able to match the best offer I got from several dealerships. I decided to purchase from Tyler because he was friendly, helpful, honest, and easily relatable since he drives a Mazda himself! I felt confident with my purchase because the person that was selling me a Mazda, owns a Mazda. One of the best experiences my wife and I have ever had when buying a car. Both Roger and Tyler were nice, honest, considerate, not pushy and very understanding. We had a tight budget and they were willing to work with us and be flexible and were able to get us the price we needed. We would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone and would certainly refer them to Roger or Tyler and I know they would be in good hands.

After spending three weeks researching vehicles and making decisions based on online reviews it was time to finally see some cars in person. Scheduling my appointment with Puente Hills Mazda was really easy and when I arrived on my scheduled date I was met by Tyler Storey, really cheerful guy with some cool neon striped socks, who took me and my fiancee around the lot and gave us a really thorough and knowledgeable rundown on the car we were interested in: the 2015 Mazda3 iSport. During the test drive Tyler took us over onto Chestnut St, a nice empty trucker route that had nice straight stretches to test out the cars acceleration as well as a lot of turns and curves so we could see how the car handled, it really gave me a good feel for how the car would handle on most surface streets. After we had shopped around a bit more we ended up deciding on the Mazda and gave Tyler a call again and asked how soon he could help us, he was immediately available and was waiting with a big smile at the dealer as soon as we arrived. When it came time to buckle down and get to paperwork, he was able to clearly explain what we would need to sign and why, and always had our best interest in mind with his helpful tips from personal experience, and even the haggling and negotiating was pretty painless. At the end of the night I drove off in the exact car that I wanted for a price I was very satisfied with, with very clear explanations throughout the entire process, and I look forward to seeing Tyler and the rest of the PH Mazda staff when I bring my car in for my next oil change.

I bring my Mazda 3 to this dealership on a regular basis. A 99P Multi-Point Inspection is conducted every time to alert the owner of service that needs attention. This inspection includes checking the battery performance. No mention was ever made to me of the condition of my battery terminal that was highly corroded. It reached a point where I was stranded on the parking lot because the car would not start and I had to jump-start the car.When I brought my car to the dealership they told me that the corroded battery terminal is not sold separately but comes with the electrical harness that cost $900.00. Installation would be another $500.00. Total cost to replace the battery terminal is $1,400.00!I was very disappointed with this information from Mazda service. What is the point of the Multi-Point Inspection if the dealership cannot highlight and address the corrosion of the battery terminal by correcting the problem before the customer is stranded on the street? Is the service department waiting for the point where the battery terminal needs to be replaced so they can charge $1,400.00? Is cleaning the battery terminal too small a job for the service department to even mention to the customer?I would like to know what the Mazda Puente Hills service department has to say about this and how they would remedy the situation.

I was very impressed. I told them the car I wanted and the terms. They found a way to make it work. Most of the transactions was handled over the internet. No haggling. No changing terms when I got there. Never tried to sell me something more. I always hate the financing part. They had everything ready. It took less than 10mins. They were knowledgeable, even though the model was new. If there was something they didn't know, they took time to find out. Follow up was great, after the purchase. They checked back to make sure I was happy and if I had any questions. I've dealt with a lot of dealerships, in the past. I would rate Puente Hills at the top. Sean and his staff were very friendly, very professional and made it fun! A car dealership I actually trust!!

Sean Swanson's customer service and attention to deliver exactly what I was looking for is the best I have experienced in the car industry hands down. He listened to what I wanted and came back with it. No hidden fees, or last minute warranty slipped in at the goal line of the transaction like most car dealers try to pull. No nonsense deal! Great service at Puente Hills Mazda. in the past, I've made it a policy to avoid using auto dealers for service due to perceived extra expense and waiting. But after having purchased the car there, I've found the the Puente Hills Mazda crew are so friendly, professional, and efficient that I won't go anywhere else.They washed the car and driving away I felt the same way after having just bought it, happy and proud!

Mazda Puente Hills service was very good. I was taken right away and all my questions were noted. I have been having trouble with my blue tooth information and a service representative spent time correcting it. However, this is not against the service at Mazda, but something I want to take up with Mazda development itself. After the service representative took so much time fixing the blue tooth all my favorite contacts disappeared and I had to reenter them. All of blue tooth and all of navigation just does not seem to be working correctly in my car.

This is my second vehicle that I purchased in 2 months. The whole staff from the employees to the finance dept. We're extremely helpful/nice. The dealership was very clean and they offer you a drink the minute you walk it. That's customer service. They don't pressure you and give you space to look around. As long as you do your homework ahead of time as far as what vehicle you like and the price, the buying process will go smooth. Justin helped me with my vehicle purchase. He was extremely nice! Good job Justin. I driove 30 miles for my 2 purchases ..... sooo worth it!

Please let them know that I appreciated their service very much and I will be back for more maintenance on my car in the future. I normally go to 3rd party mechanics because I feel like the dealership trys to rip you off.. But I trust These guys. THank you!

The price for Hyundai was a nice deal. I did have point out to the dealer that the price on cars.com was even lower than the advertised web price. They sold the car to me for the cars.com price. They were a little heavy handed on the extended warranty. I bought it but then cancelled it 3 weeks later.

The dealership looks new, clean inside and out. Good sales people but the sales manager is the one you'll need to watch out for. He was rude and will treat you like dirt. Sales manager went on explaining Business 101 and ended telling customers that they are wasting his time. Personally, I think the owner of this dealership should just let this idiot go. They've lost a sale because of this fool. You just don't insult customers. Would NOT Recommend.
