Called for service, 3 weeks out. Then I bring it in, told I'll get back later in the afternoon, got back 4 days later. They write down the service calls... write down? Who does that? How bout a computer. And the service tech was trying to find my name, but you couldn't read the writing... bet if it was on a computer, you could tell. Then they charged me for something that I had previously purchased when I bought the car new... CHECK YOUR BILL!I will not buy a car from them again and will look elsewhere after my warranty for service. Whoever is in charge needs to get service guys who know what they are doing and for god sakes, use a darn computer!

Everyone was very friendly, my salesman was extremely knowledgeable of the Ford Fusion I purchased (understood what I wanted), and took his time showing me how to use all the controls on the interior, changed the license plates, etc. I was just as impressed with the financing department, took his time in going over all the different types of warranty's, the process in registering my new car, personal property tax, and understanding the options when financing/making payments on my new Ford. I also received a voucher for five free car washes.

It was time for my emissions test. I could have gone anywhere, but no one touches my car but Pundmann Ford. I have bought 4 new cars at Pundmann Ford, and no one but the car wash touches my car but Pundmann Ford. I even buy batteries and tires at Pundmann Ford, and if I ever need a wiper blade, Pundmann Ford will install it!

Was late for appointment due to a highway shutdown and was informed on arrival that due to missing my scheduled appointment that I would have to take a chance on whether my vehicle could be taken due to my tardiness. I decided to take the chance and left my vehicle which is why I gave the 4-STAR rating for customer service. My vehicle was diagnosed and repaired almost faster than it took me to get back home and because of that I gave the 5-STAR overall rating. My repair cost was less than 40% of my original anticipated cost which was another pleasant surprise. The vehicle repaired is the only vehicle I own that was not purchased from this dealership, but the vehicle has the same brand label. Other than items associated with other repair facilities that carry lifetime warranty protection, I now know I can return with any of my vehicles and have the comfort of knowing that Pundmann Ford has and will continue to provide the service that is in my best interest.

Became a Pundmann Customer when we bought our first 1993 Explorer. Since then we replaced the 93 model Explorer with a 2005 Explorer and recently replaced the wife's Audi with a 2015 Edge.Their Sales Department is great at working with a customer for the best possible deal. The Service Department does all the scheduled maintenance/checks on our Ford vehicles. We were part of A-Plan, so no negotiation about the price, but the sales person did listen to what we wanted and worked hard to find the exact match at another dealer out of town. With this being a new vehicle, we have not used the facilities or have a review of the repairs.

Vehicle was brought in because the "Low Tire Pressure" indicator came on several times in the past 18 months. I finally had to ask them to check the tire for a leak, which they did. You might want to document these "low tire pressure" incidents instead of just filling the tires with nitrogen. I would of be stuck with the bill if I didn't have the tire warranty, because I would of had no way to document this on-going problem I was having. Just a thought, I'm still very happy with you service department.

My wife and I purchased a new car in 2013 from Pundmann, and didn't consider the experience would lead to where we are now. That vehicle was involved in an accident and required replacement instead of repair. Little did we know then that we would acquire the friendship that we have. Our salesman helped in getting a replacement that was a year newer, and considering the option differences between the two, we ended with a new automobile that had an original MSRP higher than the first, but ended up costing us less. With our sales association, and with the follow up service we have received to date, it wasn't difficult for me to return when deciding on the purchase our new 2016 F 150. With the care and consideration that we have gotten and continue to get, why should I go anywhere else!

I took my 2015 Explorer in to have the oil changed. Like everybody, I am very busy and honestly did not want to spend the time taking care of this task. (I know, sounds awful) The employee working the front desk, Bobby Hohman, was wonderful. He greeted me immediately with a smile and was very friendly and professional throughout my entire visit. He chatted with me periodically, which really helped pass the time. He seems to truly enjoy his job and providing quality customer service to all who walk in the door. It was one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a very long time. Bobby is a real asset to Pundmann Ford.

I only have one issue. It is a real annoyance that Ford makes us go through the rebate process to get a $10 refund of my money that I already paid you. It would be more customer friendly if you would just reduce the price of an oil change/tire rotation by $10. And, for what it's worth, the web site your rebate slip directs me to has an expired security certificate and my McAfee Antivirus software strongly warns me against going to the site.

My back up camera was not working. I took it in to get it fixed, was told it was ready, however when I got home and backed up my green, yellow and red indicators were not there. I called and was told to return car. A rental was furnished, but I felt car should have been checked out before it left shop first time. Just saying.

I gave a 2008 F-150 that was hail damaged. Most of the damage was taken care of with dent less removal but the roof was another story. Pundmann body shop repaired this damage to perfection. The shop kept me informed all the way. I only use their shops for ALL of any needed repairs and maintenance on my vehicle. They are very professional in every thing they do, from the sales end all the way to the service. The customer is always number 1 here !THANK YOU !!!

The staff was, as usual, courteous, professional and helpful. The service was prompt and accomplished in less than the estimated time. That said, it has recently become difficult to schedule a near term service appointment. On two occasions, the wait for the first available opening (for relatively minor work) was two weeks. In both cases, my vehicles were still usable so it was an inconvenience but not a show stopper. Had it been otherwise, it would have been necessary to have the work done elsewhere. I?m certain that this is not desirable from the Sales Department?s point of view.

My husband and I had done our research before coming to Pundmann Ford and knew exactly what we wanted. They had the biggest selection of Edges to test drive and choose from in the St. Louis area. Our salesman couldn't have been more helpful or patient. We were there for six hours, test drove many cars and found the one we liked best. We left with our new Edge feeling very satisfied and got it for the price we wanted. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

Left rear tire leaking air. The tire was flat in my driveway, but I was able to inflate it. However, the tire was leaking air as I drove it. I was going to schedule a/c service anyway, so I drove to the dealership. The dealership was busy, so I was sent to Quick Lane. Got the tire fixed later that afternoon. No problems since. made an appointment for an oil change 2 weeks in advance for my ford escape, which was purchased from pundman ford. I drove 15 miles one way for this service, arrived 15 minutes early and was told i had no appointment and they could do nothing for me, i would have to go somewhere else for and oil change. unprofessional and rude! Our whole family has bought cars and trucks from Pundman for the last 30 years, i guess they did not apprreciate our business. Maybe a small mistake on Pundman's part but they did not seem to give a dam about my service needs, i guess they already have enough business and they don't need mine.. james s

We own a new 2016 C Max and were on our way from Kansas City to St. Louis when the air conditioning went out. I called your dealership and spoke with the service manager. I explained that we were headed out on vacation and had an AC problem with a possible defective evaporator sensor. He told me he was booked solid on scheduled repairs but put me in touch with Joe Droege in parts. Joe told me he did not have the part but could have it by 8:30 the next morning. Upon my arrival the next morning Joe had the part and after consulting with the service department determined that the part was simply inserted under the dash. Joe went out to my car, replaced the defective part and I was on my way! What Joe did was well beyond the call of duty and he is to be commended for outstanding customer service! My wife and I cannot express how happy we are with Ford Motor and your dealership. Thanks for saving our vacation!!

I walked in on a Friday not sure what I wanted to do, I had purchased my currency vehicle (2004 mustang/ convertable) from Pudman Ford and was very happy with it, so I was not set on buying. While in the showroom I spotted a Ford Escape after looking at it with the help of a sales rep. Who was very patient with me, he pulled 3 different quotes to give me payment ideas andI left to sleep on it. As I left the building I decided to try the per owned lot, after looking around I FOUND IT! a per owned 2015 Ford Escape, beautiful, I left with plans to sleep on it, 30 min. later I was back test driving it, Saturday morning it was mine! I got over the convertable, adjusted and now I enjoying my new Baby!!!!

I had the 30,000 mile check up on my Taurus. Everyone was friendly and very courteous throughout.I have credit for a free oil change and about $26.00 but since I didn't mention that when I requested service, I have to wait until next time in order to use it. I would think that with the computerization we have today, that information could be brought up when my account is looked at and offered at that particular service schedule.Too many survey's I sent in the one from the window sticker. How many times do you have to be told that your service is excellent?

Took my SUV in to have the shift cable and linkage lever replaced. The Service Advisors are all friendly/professional and answered my questions. The time estimate for the repair was on mark. After I left, I had an issue where I could not get the out of Park. I called Stuart, the Service Advisor for assistance. He discussed the issue with Tom the mechanic who performed the service. Tom was leaving for the day and drove to where I was and helped to get my SUV out of Park. He explain the proper way to start & park my SUV. He took the time to let me write the process down. I have been focusing on what he explained to me. All is well. THANKS to Stuart and Tom!!!!!!

When I came in for an oil change my salesman came out to meet me, even though I didn't tell him I was coming in. During our conversation standing at the trunk of my Fusion, he noticed the rear spoiler was just staring to come loose. He immediately told me that wasn't right and scheduled for me to get it back in with the body shop and repair it. Above and beyond.

Great buying experience. Fast and easy. The dealer was not pushy and if he wasn't able to get me something, I was pointed in the right direction. Only negative I have is I asked for the backup camera to be fixed since it had condensation in the lens and it was fixed properly or they were not able to fix it properly without replacement. It's a used vehicle so it's not going to be perfect.

I dropped my new Ford Explorer off to have the protective coating put on the inside and outside. Everyone I saw greeted me with "Good Morning" and a smile. My vehicle , a 2010 Expedition, left me stranded in a parking lot early Friday afternoon with a dead battery. I was able to get a jump start and drove immediately to Pundmanns. They took me right in with the service rep being careful to get full and accurate details of my situation. I was expecting to leave my vehicle for several days before repairs could be done but to my surprise they got it right in, fixed my issue, did a couple of other service issues that were pending, and had it ready for pickup that evening. My wife had an accident in her 2012 explorer which totaled it. She was hit head on at highway speeds. Unbelievably she and our toddler walked away from this accident. I am a frequent customer with my work truck, so the guys see me a lot. I recently purchased a 2010 f-150 ( personal truck ) in July 2015 and started having issues (misfire) so I opted to bring it back where I purchased it. The truck was sold as is no warranty due to having 100,000 miles, so I knew I was responsible for the repairs. I originally misunderstood when I was told at the point of sale, the shop goes thru the trucks, making them ready for sale. This in my mind, was a tuneup that would consist of spark plugs. I was wrong, guess i need to ask more questions. I am always treated in a awesome professional manner by the service guys, and this time is no different than any other time. I was immediately taken in for service, minimal wait and given a slight discount for the repairs. Overall I give the service guys 10/10 stars. Purchasing a used vehicle may be a different story.

The service was good. I do think your pricing is very fair. However I think it takes a little long to get just an oil change, and the time frame being the point at which they move your vehicle to a rack to the time they move it to the parking lot. About an hour.

We have recently moved to a small town about 200 miles from St Louis. Shortly after moving there we had a major breakdown with our 2013 ford focus. Being so far from Pundman we had to have the car serviced at a local Ford dealer. the dealer satisfactory repaired the car but not in the time frame he promised. It became evident after our experience how much more professional in quality, management,and appearance that Pundman Ford service was. of course we already knew all this as we have dealt with them for over 35 years. We now know all dealers are not equal

Took my wife's car(Freestyle) in for routine oil change/tire rotation and to have it inspected. The staff was courteous, as usual, and they were able to get our car in and finished while we were out having dinner. While I am sure that some folks have had their issues here, as they do elsewhere, I have yet to encounter any issues with Pundmann Ford that haven't been easily taken care of.

I am not very happy with Pundmann or the Ford Corporation. We have a 2012 Focus that has been nothing but problems since we bought it. Given the fact that it was our second purchase from Pundmann, I believe they could have informed us of the problems this particular model was having. It is very frustrating to say they least! How can I effectively rate Customer Service when they can not fix my problem. The Buying Process speaks for itself, Pundmann failed us as REPEAT CUSTOMERS. Quality of Repairs - What Repair??? And to think we are lifelong Ford Owners - Wow, what can I say!!

2010 F 150 One problem with step was supposed to have been fixed but wasn't. Called on Sep't 16'th and and was given a date of the 28'th before I can come in.If your service department is 8 days behind it should be looked at. Meanwhile I don't have a step to get into the truck.It is the Platinum and has the step that opens with the door opening.

I received excellent service from Pundmann so far. The only issue I have is with Ford Motor Co.for not informing the dealer that it would take 20 weeks (5 Months) to deliver a vehicle. I was told 6-8 weeks for delivery by the Dealer, then Ford came back and said it could take 10-12 weeks.But it took 20 weeks,and I think Ford should have put out some sort of bulletin explain[ng why the long delay.Just frustrated,George

I have had several vehicles repaired by Pudmann Body Shop. I have found their work to be above the best. They have always been timely in the repairs and the vehicle is in perfect shape when it is returned. We purchased a 2008 Ford Expedition in 5/2015 from Pundmann Ford. In 8/2015 one of the tires came in contact with a nail. We took the tire to a local tire dealership to have the tire repaired/replaced. We had purchased an extended tire warranty and explained that to the tire store. The tire place had our tire for over a week and bottom line didn't replace or repair the tire. I called the service department and the extended warranty division of Pundmann, explained my frustration and they immediately said bring the tire and the vehicle to us we will take care of you. They did just that..they took care of us. We had to leave our vehicle overnight only because there was a malfunction with their equipment. They gave us a loaner car to use while our vehicle was being worked on. The next day we picked up our vehicle.... with 2 brand new tires on the vehicle. Rich and the entire service department are the best. They went out of their way to help us.

Brought my wife's 2010 Mustang in several months ago for a rattle in the suspension. Rear stabilizer bushings were replaced. Was noted that vehicle needed a brake job which I proceeded to complete. Driver still complaining of a rattle underneath while driving. Made a second appointment and the service personnel determined that the front stabilizer bushings were also bad and replaced. No charge to me. My wife picked up the vehicle, drove about 4 miles and got a flat tire. We purchased the tires thru Pundmann on short notice via e-mail correspondence last year. I made a phone call inquiring about road hazard/ tire repair. Removed flat tire, delivered to dealership less than an hour before closing. They repaired in 20 minutes at no charge to me. Everyone in your organization goes above and beyond for the customer.Thanks again to everyone that was involved.

Everyone was pleasant. The problem was with the transmission, a factory issue with my 2012 Focus. I have two letters that assured me that the warranty has been extended for mostly the life of the car. The fix seems to have worked. The jerking when pulling out in low gear has stopped. PS: I love the color of my car! The aqua (last year they made it). Just FYI.

The experience was good. Not real impressed with salesman, reminded me of a used car salesman. We had issues with the paperwork at the license bureau. Used car service manager was great, very accommodating. Found out the radio had a cd stuck in it - we removed the radio from our old car & Matt got the old radio programmed for us & got my daughter a rental car for the day. The car was also making a noise on the test drive, they took it to the shop & fixed the problem, before we picked up the car. I had to call to find out what the noise was, never heard from the salesman, Don. As a matter of fact, he wasn't there when we picked up the car.

From the minute you walk in it brings you back to an 80s dealership with no customers and the staff watching TV. Then when it came time to talk trade in the goof ball salesman asked what our interest rate was...which we obviously didn't know without them finding us a lender. Then somehow the price went up $2500 plus $300 for a end of a straw size paint chip on the bumper. So I showed him an instant offer $1750 more than they offered and his exact words were "then go somewhere else and get that" so we said are you "serious" & left. Well they never gave me my keys back so I ran in to get them and the man "Dale" through them at me from near 30ft hitting me in the upper chest. I picked them up and replied don't worry I'll be sure to promote your business, which was a dump hole. So were pulling out and another guy comes out and begins to basically start a fight with me in which he insinuated I was a xxxxxxxxxx and had no education. I wouldn't take a free car from this dealership if I was offered, it was the worst experience we've e ever had and we've had bad experiences. Just know that their prices are not their prices and there is minimal financial intelligence with there.employees. And throughout the whole ordeal they just kept telling us to go some where else.over less than $2000. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OF DAY WITH THESE PEOPLE.

showed up unexpectedly with a low tire indication to get some nitrogen added. They started on it right away and discovered a nail in the tire. They had to order and replace the tire. Luckily i had coverage for this so i didn't have to pay anything. Whole visit took only about 1 1/2 hours. Pretty nice!

Brought my car in as i had dash lights coming on with my speedometer dropping to zero yet my car still ran. Due to I had taken a new job that would require me to drive farther than before I needed to get my car in to be serviced to remedy this problem. JP my service advisor was EXCELLENT! During the times I was explaining what was going on with my car, he never looked at me like I was a flake, didn't know what was going on, and in fact he looked just as perplexed as I had been over the last few days. He had already told me they would work on my vehicle on a fit in basis since the earliest appointment time they had was for over a week later and I couldn''t wait that long. JP pleasantly surprised me the following evening calling me to tell me they were working on my car, received an error message, but had yet to find the issue. He was asking questions to see if there was any consistency as to when the lights came on and went off again. Naturally I didn't know of any. He told me they would continue to work and would call me when they found something. Received a phone call the next day to say that they can't seem to get the lights to come on and they were going to put everything back together. He asked me to keep a note as to when they came on again and to let him know. I was very impressed that JP didn't have them continue to try to find something "wrong" with my car causing me to pay money out on something I truly hadn't planned on. I have always been very pleased with the level of service I have received there and will continue to recommend Pundmann Ford service to everyone I can.

i received an e mail excepting the time and date of appointment , but when i got there, i did not have an appointment and they had to fit me in. No big deal, I dealt with this before ,but i did get a rental and if I was not "fit " in I would have waited and saved that money $40.00. But i am very happy , the car is finally fixed correct after my daughter going to 3 different places and $$$. I trust you guys for the past 44 years and stand by you and your staff 100%. My salesman was great and very attentive. However, I'm a little disappointed with the service department. There were two things with my Ford Fusion that I wanted looked at and fixed right when I bought it. The first being extremely bad shaking as my speed increased. I left it there for 2 days, was called to say it was fixed, picked up my car and had to bring it right back because it wasn't fixed. When I dropped my car off for the shaking I mentioned the trunk button wasn't fully lit and kept flickering. When I picked my car up the second time I was told the shaking and the trunk button were both taken care of. The shaking had been corrected, the trunk button had not. I think I'm disappointed that there were only two items I asked about and both had to be looked at a twice instead of being taken care of the first time.

I bought a 2014 Fusion year ago with a tire warranty. I had a run in with a parking lot curb which resulted in a flat tire. I called the Ford Roadside service who sent out a tow truck and called Pundmann Service Dept to inform them about the tire warranty. The tow truck arrive in a timely manner took it to Pundmann's and the next day my car was ready for pick-up and the tire was covered by the warranty as promised.

Purchased a 2012 Ford Edge with 76089 miles on it. Pundmann stock number 41637. Mr. Tunze and I looked at the fluid levls and added antifreez,and power steering fluid. engine oil was found to be at the correct level and appeared to be of recent change. The time of day was getting late and I did not insist on locating the transmission dip stick(mainly because my Ford Explorer had no means to check the level) After arriving home I got the owners manual and read about my Ford Edge. Ford now has enough sense to put a dip stick on their transmission. Now I know where to check my transmission fluid. At this point I added TWO QUARTS plus 3 onces of Mercon LV.The service dept. did a fine job cleaning the vehicle however those points I consider very important got overlooked. I shall now do my own inspection and let you know of other problems if any are found.Dan Westbrook

I have a 2009 Escape that we purchased at Pundmann. It had some issues early on, not Pundmann's fault, and those issues were taken care of in a timely manner. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I would say the standout in the sales department is Brian Peters and in service Rich and John. We would definitely recommend, and have recommended, Pundmann to family and friends. Good service is hard to find these days and Pundmann definitely goes above and beyond for its customers.

I recently had a flat tire. Upon taking it to Pundmann, they found a piece of metal in it. The tire was not able to be repaired but they checked our purchase plan and found that we had road hazard on the tire. I didn't realize that we still had anything left on the warranty/repair plans. They gave us a rental since it was so late when we bought it in, ordered the tire and I had my car back the next day. They always take care of us. Wouldn't buy a car from anywhere else.

I have a 2011 Fusion that I love. I have had it since Oct 2014 & had no issues until 2 weeks ago when I discovered my driver heated seat was not working. This is my first car with heated seats which made me eager to get in the car on cold days. After reading & finding out it was covered under the extended warranty I was anxious to get it repaired. The next thing I found out was the deductible would be waived since I purchased the car from Pundman. It was a cold February day when it got fixed I waited 3 hours but paid no money, it was a good day!

I made my first purchase at Pundmann Ford this weekend and from start to finish this was the best buying experience I have ever had. I am the type of guy that hates buying vehicles because no matter how clear you are dealerships don't stick to your budget and argue with you about agreeing upon a price and always try to get you to spend more then you are willing. I hate bantering back and forth about a few hundred dollars and leaving a dealership having to compromise your financial standards if you want to get in the vehicle your looking to purchase. Well that was not my experience. Dare I say I had the best buying experience I've ever had. I had a great understanding sales man that was to the point and very helpful. I searched on line to find this vehicle, got a far trade offer, and before driving 2 1/2 hours to get this vehicle I was well informed on what to expect and what I was getting myself into. From start to finish our agreement never changed and the service I received was outstanding. I will definitely be interest in bringing my business back here! When you show up at a dealership you have no connection to and have never been to before, this is a rare experience. I made a great purchase on a pre-owned vehicle from Pundmann Ford. I enjoy going to Pundmann Ford. I only got a oil change and New air filter. Have been going there for years. Since 1987. And never have I not been treated like family. The service is awesome. The new shop makes it super easy to enter and leave. My fusion is totally the best. I don't get to drive it much. The wife has claimed it for herself. But I get to enjoy the RIDE.

I was in for oil change and alignment; I advised my service tech of a road trip I would be taking soon. I was told that my battery possibly needed replacement and defiantly need cleaning with corrosion build-up and I authorized the cleaning. I wait for my car while it is serviced and the waiting area is great, albeit it a little chilly, it is comfortable with TV provided as well as coffee, reasonably priced soda and vending.

Overall very good- only issue was I had Complimentary Oil Change and presented paperwork for same to Service Manager, but when I got to cashier I was billed for it. Problem was quickly resolved with no issues. Otherwise always had good experience at dealer in my short experience. Coffee in waiting room was really strong, second batch was much better- Continuous Improvement

we purchased an edge.the service was great,tom merrell was the service guy, explained everything to us, very good mechanic. eliot star was the salesman. made things very easy, explained everything on and about the car to us very well. mike did the finance, was also very good, did not feel like we were pressured at all, made it very easy. with the people that work at pundman that we dealt with, we would never buy a car anywhere else.looking forward to buying a new f-150 in the future. thanks, joe and cindy duncan

I purchased a 2014 Fusion in May 2014. Scott Milhous was my salesman - very professional and friendly. We met with Loren do finalize the financing - very professional and friendly. A pleasurable experience in purchasing my vehicle.My Fusion was totaled in an accident (not my fault!) in early December and I was in need of a new vehicle. I came back to Pundmann and Scott, found a vehicle and began the purchase process again. Pundmann management was kind enough to hold the vehicle for 2 weeks while I waited for my insurance company to process my claim. They were fair in negotiating a price and were very attentive to me while I was there. I was never pressured and had everything explained to me fully. It was far better than a traditional sales situation. My grandfather bought from here, my father bought from here, and now I have. Easiest buying experience ever! Contacted Matt in regards to what my wife and I were looking for. He located it locally within 1 day, we negotiated numbers and I drove the vehicle home the same day. I shopped the internet and found the used car I wanted and was happy to find it was located at Pundmann. That was it for happy. The salesman acted like he didn't want to deal with helping me. He was ignorant from the moment I stepped into his office. After being talked AT about my financing I literally had to ask "could I at least see the car " I left with the promise he would let me know after he talked to the finance. 5 hours later I get a TEXT that they couldn't work with my financing. No explanation nothing. I'm not upset because they couldn't work with the financing but with how horrible the customer service.

The professionalism is superior. I'ts very efficient. You drive into this pristeen garage area, someone comes out to meet you and shows you know where to check in and from there they show you to his really nice waiting area, with comfortable lounge seating, flat screen tv, bistro seating along some windows, wifi is available.Before I knew it, my car was done and they were calling me. A VERY pleasant experience!

I called, spoke with Bob, who went over several choices for tires that are available for my automobile. He found one with a rebate, as well as a second rebate if you applied and used your Ford Service Credit Card. I made the appointment, came in for service, was promptly assisted by Rich; all rebates were processed at the time of the purchase which is much easier and preferred; I was able to use my owner advantage credit toward my purchase; the waiting room is roomy and comfortable with nice TV, coffee; great service as usual.

The staff knows me by name, greets me and shakes my hand. They tell me my business is appreciated and act like it. The staff are courteous, friendly, and efficient. No one has touched the three new cars I've bought from Pundmann but Pundmann, and I plan to only replace them with Pundmann vehicles.Only Pundmann hands service my vehicles and that includes tire replacement.

I took my 2010 Escape in for its 35,000 mile service. The staff was most helpful and even offered to bring me back to work since I was intending to leave the vehicle there until the end of my work day. They didn't try to get me to purchase anything that wasn't needed for the vehicle.

The service of my 2005 Focus has always been very satisfactory, however, this time the cashier was overwhelmed with backup checkouts that it took longer than usual to check out. She apologized and said she was filling in for the regular cashier but it did delay the situation considerably.

I arrived a bit early for a tire issue and asked that they change the oil at the same time. No problem was the response. Well they did a great job found a screw in the tire, all covered under my purchased warranty. 1st oil change free! The only issue was it took over two hours to accomplish the tasks. other than that it was a good visit

The features of the Edge were explained slowly and very well by our salesman Gary Schmidt. The features and pricing convinced us that the Edge was the vehicle for us. We spent over 2 weeks evaluating several brands and categories of vehicles which assisted us in making an informed decision. We live in Florida and found a 2005 Thunderbird on the internet. Will and Loren inspected the auto and emailed picture of the car from every angle to assure us it was in excellent condition. We flew to Mo to pick up the car and the welcome and service that we received was beyond excellent. In the 52 years we have been married, Mike has purchased around 35 cars and this was by far the most pleasant of experiences. I only wish we lived close enough to use their services.

I'm a repeat customer over a period of 20+ years. Have never had a bad experience with the sales staff during this time. On this most recent purchase, Eliot and his manager allowed me to take my time, never pushing, and drive several sub-models of my chosen vehicle to assure that the end result was the correct car, appropriately equipped for me. Negotiations were without pressure with a sense of fairness expressed. The finance manager was efficient and friendly with delivery of the vehicle done without a hitch. All features and accessories were covered and I was encouraged to question anything not totally understood. Highly recommend this dealership.

Every one was friendly, from the front door and threw out. They took the time to try and match me to the vehicle I had in mind,Gave plenty of time and space to fell conferrable with my choose. Never pushy or rushing me. They all felt like friends or family by the time I was ready to go forward with my purchase .Still at that time there was no rush or pushing of buying extra But very good at explaining all plains.They all worked hard to get me a price I was felling good about.All of this meant a lot to me.Being a single women this is always a scary or tough spot at first.
