Not happy with the Quality of Quality Buick. We took our car to be serviced on Friday, ya I knew we wouldn't hear anything because of the weekend, but in came Monday noon no word. We had to call and check on the status. They said they were working on it, they would let us know. Tuesday we hadn't heard anything finally they called to pick it up that it was ready. We go pay and pick it up, we couldn't even drive it out of the parking lot. Seemed like it was worse now than before. How could they say it was ready. Obviously the tech that worked on it didn't (tech #1445). So we had to leave it again. Let's see how long it will take now. I want it fixed right that's why we took it to the dealership it's under warranty. So just beware of places that are suppose to be good places to take your Vehicle's too.

Recently purchased GMC from Quality. I was referred by family member to certified products specialist Johnny Vigil. He was very easy going and listened to our vehicle needs. We were satisfied from finance signing to help from tech specialist that stayed late and went over inside technology of vehicle. Overall extremely satisfied.

The Staff, the financial manager & Manuel, the guy thats explains all the features the car has is amazing. I'm very blessed to have dealt with Quality Buick. No complaints here, they were efficient. We are disappointed with the customer service in the service department. We have to call several times, only to be transferred to leave voicemails that are never returned. The only time we get an answer is by calling the service manager. We have been so disappointed that we will never purchase another vehicle with Quality GM.

Service is always fast here. Employees are friendly and inviting. Waiting area is comfortable with complimentary popcorn and soft drinks. Plenty of seating area with a nice tv. I switched from a Chevy dealership in Santa Fe to Quality GMC because of their atmosphere, putting me first and their dedication to putting me back on the road as quickly as possible. I don't mind driving 3 hours to receive great service like this. Thank you from the service adviser all the way through the cashier. Excellence!

Had a front suspension problem with a 2012 Regal GS under warranty. They did great diagnosing the problem based on TSB, ordering parts and effecting repairs as scheduled. Car is great again!

My salesman Marty Sullivan answered all of my questions in a manner I understood. My son was with me so they did a little "boy "talk and my son was impressed with him. He took care of several of the paper work to help me out. I would certainly recommend him to any of my friends that went to this dealership.

Sold me a brand new car that doesn't the extra options and nice s things don't work. Won't fix it after three attempts. Dealer won't return calls and has left me with a car that doesn't do what I paid for it to do.

I did two things at your dealership. One I visited the service department wher a young lady service writer helped me. I was having issues with tire pressure. She sent my 2012 Buick Regal GS Turbo off to be fixed. She explained that you change the air in the tires for winter. She was totally delightful and completley resolved my problem. My experience at Quality was fantastic. The reason I ended up at Quality was the local dealer that my truck was purchased at wouldn't perform the warranty work on my vehicle. I thought this was strange as I was clearly within the warranty window. Truck is only a year old. The service team at Quality got me in the same day that I called,even on a busy holiday week. Not only did they get me in they had the work done in just over a hour. I was in to get the battery replaced under warranty and they let me know it will take a little longer than just putting a new battery in because they had to run a electrical test on the vehicle. I got updates from Cord the service advisor as I waited in the lounge. This is just awesome care and service from Quality. My next truck will be purchased at Quality!!!!!

As usual, I was greeted in a friendly and helpful manner. Everyone in your body shop is outstanding and I've never been disappointed. When I picked up my vehicle, they noticed a stain on my front bumper and insisted on cleaning it before I left. They hadn't made the stain, but fixed it anyway. Mary was very courteous and helpful. When it became apparent that my car was not going to be completed that day she called and let me know. Then the next day when she called to explain that the car was still not going to be ready she had a car loaned out to me and was ready when I arrived. I was notified by Quality that OnStar notified them that I needed an oil change. Its bizarre the way it all works but my fondness with this dealership extends to trusting them and that is what I am doing. Every question I have had has been answered and I love the car and the dealer.

Once I talked to a service adviser and got the vehicle in, all went very well. However, I had to phone 3 times and e-mail once over a 3-day period before getting a service rep to call be back. If it takes that much effort to schedule work next time, I'll probably take the vehicle somewhere else. Works was completed very quickly at a cost less than I had expected.

The shuttle service is a great benefit. Ann, the driver was very friendly and knowledgeable. Mary, my service rep, was professional and communicated with me during every step of the process. My husband and I didn't even mind waiting. Free refreshments were available to us along with wi-fi. There was also varied and recent reading material available. Very clean facility!

Everyone is very nice but Adam did a good job approaching us and talking to us. We wanted to take a chance with this young lad to see what he had to offer in the area of listening skills. Adam knocked it out the park, we were never rushed or felt any pressure to buy a vehicle. Jack was pretty nice also and very honest on the business aspect for the dealership. Kathy really took us home as far as financing because she and my wife came across as if they grew up together, this was a very pleasant and joyful car buying experience! Besides my wife is a banker and has knowledge of what to expect. I myself have a business degree. I took the car in for a oil change and a few minor issues at 60,000 miles.I thought. They called the following morning with a major problem. It was repaired under extended warranty at no charge for anything including the tires rotated and the oil change. My car is running great and no more weird noises. I am do glad I took it to Quality for the oil change. I will continue to use them there from now on. Mary Jaramillo assisted my husband and I. we brought the car in and she was very attentive to all the issues/problems that we had.She wrote them down and asked many questions, and cared about our issues. There was a strange noise and she also heard it and told us the noise repeated several times after we left off the car. They were able to identify and fix the noise problem and also several other things--including a new lock on front rt door. we felt well-taken care of by her and also her team member Marty, who was very helpful in showing us the new Buicks in the showcase. thanks for your skill in maintaining our Buick LaCross. Rob Hooser (sp?) is excellent at what he does - making sure to take care of things right then and now. He will stop whatever he is doing and give his full attention to a customer - he always treats us with respect and courtesy.

I took my car in for oil change and anything else needed for 60,000 miles. The check the car out thoroughly and found some leeks. Luckily it was covered under warranty

Mary was very helpful and nice when I brought my car in for the recall. They also fit me in for an oil change and had my car in and out. The customer service was excellent!

Took in a vehicle under warranty to get fixed. Fixed it no poblem....or so I thought. Then car starts making loud banging noise when going over bumps....I am a mechanic...I took it in because of the warranty. They replaced a bad fuel pump. However, they forgot a few bolts that hold on the heat shield around the exhaust...wtf...that is simple things that can mess up a vehicle. I hope all the bolts are in my fuel tank....had to go back to get the rest of my bolts put back in. Thats sloppy at best. Thank goodness they just did it no questions asked....

I took my gmc in for repair and Rick from the service department was happy and eager to help get my truck back to working condition. Price was better than the other dealers in town. I got my truck back much better shape and happy overall with the Dilorenzo advantage. Will be back and I recommend others as well .

We took our 2007 Yukon Denali in for some engine work and were taken care of very professionally. After we got the vehicle back there was a weird sound that we couldn't pinpoint and ironically the starter went out so I had the vehicle towed back to the shop. Cord Trail was more that great to deal with as he explained what was being done to correct the issue and although we were without our Yukon for weeks we were comforted by the fact that we were kept informed of what was going on. I know that there was others who worked on the vehicle and am happy with the final outcome and would like to thank them as well.

My family needed a truck, but I was reluctant to spend the money and hated the car buying experience. On a whim, I submitted a request for quotes on the internet. I cringed when the emails and phone calls started coming in. In the mix, I received a courtesy email and a follow-up phone call from Scott MacNinch. In comparison to the other sales callers, I was extremely impressed with his professionalism as he quickly identified cars with options that met my needs at prices that seemed very reasonable. To my surprise, I was actually heading down to the dealership to meet him and test drive a truck. Scott showed patience as we worked to find the right set of features that suited my needs. I found him to be honest and open in addressing my trade-in and we were quickly in a range that beat my expectations. Before taking the plunge, I visited a competitor shop and became frustrated as they showed me trucks with features I didn't want at prices I wasn't willing to pay. Once I escaped (they actually held the keys to my car), I fully appreciated Scott's approach to the process. I went from a reluctant buyer to wanting to buy a car from him! I can't stress the importance of the sales experience for a reluctant buyer like me. I can honestly report that Scott exceeded my expectations. There are a lot of professions he would excel at, so I feel fortunate that he was selling cars on the day I was looking. I hope you have him training new sales associates. Incidentally, Scott has been helpful after the sale. Even though the deal is closed, he continues to be very patient in taking my calls and helping us adapt to the new vehicle. I will recommend him to all my friends and emphasize the positive experience I've had. Did I mention I like the truck too?
