This was our first time purchasing a brand new vehicle. We were looking through the lot and had an good idea of what we wanted in our new truck. Steven A. Buford noticed we were checking out the trucks and made his way over to come assist us in searching the inventory. He pleasantly guided us in the direction of what we were looking for and gave us our space to look around. He made finding the selection of diesel trucks easy and was very well knowledged about each truck he showed us. He was very friendly and easy going with a good sense of humor. He took his time to explain to us what special features each truck had based on the models and what special pricing offers each truck had which had been marked down. After looking though the different trucks we found one that suited all our needs. Steven took his time to show us all the features that truck had and how each button operated with its special function. Steven took his time and explained to us how it all worked. Once we were satisfied with the truck he wasted no time grabbing the keys so we could take it for a drive. Needless to say it was a great truck and exactly what we wanted. Being that this was our first time being a new vehicle. This truly was a Quality Experience and Steven made it that way. We would recommend anyone else to go stop by and see what they can do for you. Traded in my 2011 2500 Denali diesel for a 2017 1500 Denali ultra. Entire deal was done over the phone while we were on vacation in Colorado. Drove down, picked up the new car and headed back. Marty and the rest of the team are the kind of people we like to work with. Will now take my wife's 2015 Buick Enclave (which was purchased at a competitor) to them for service and any warranty issues. Always consider Quality GMC first - you will not be disappointed.

I had my molding repaired three times because they couldn't get it right now I have to come out of pocket to have it repaired for a fourth time because now I am out of warranty. I've been shopping for a new truck for several months now with no luck at other dealers finding the package I wanted at a great price while ensuring I got max trade-in value for my existing truck. I shopped the inventory, which appears to be the largest inventory in New Mexico, of trucks at Quality by DiLorenzo and found a truck that had everything I wanted. I worked with Phil Garcia who is with the Sales Department to secure a deal. He treated me with respect, did not pressure me, was very experienced with auto sales, and got me a deal on the new truck that I couldn't refuse. The entire team at Quality by DiLorenzo was pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle to shop at this dealership.

Quality comes through!!! I bought a Yukon XL 13 years ago from Quality GMC and it finally needed to be replaced. I had such a great experience back then that I decided to go back to purchase another new vehicle from Quality. Keith and Marcus from Quality dealership helped me finalized my purchase of a 2016 GMC Acadia SE-2. Keith started the deal and because I had the car shipped in, Marcus finalized the paperwork with me on Keith's day off. I came to the dealership with three kids in tow (spring break) I am a teacher and they new exactly what deals I qualified for. As a first time car buyer I heard the "horror" stories and was prepared to be firm and ready to argue :) I didn't need to. All transactions were done without any hassle and I always felt comfortable and in control of the deal. I walked away feeling like, I was the rude client for not fully trusting them! Made 1 phone call and talked to Matt. I met him on a very cold day and looked at 2 vehicles. We got inside a 2012 Silverado 4 x 4 and I knew it was the one. I recently bought my Mercedes GL-450 SUV from Quality GMC Buick in Albuquerque, NM. I consider myself a very Savvy Auto Buyer and do not buy brand new due to the depreciation associated to a brand new vehicle. This time around I researched and looked for cars all over the US, thanks to the internet, which has made things simple enough to validate the vehicle and reach out to the dealers. Even though I live in Houston, TX, I am glad that I found Quality GMC Buick, where Leroy Regalado was extremely helpful and approachable. He made the verification and buying process super easy via electronic means and arranged for me to either deliver or pick up the vehicle in person. Leroy and his team at Quality were honest and very transparent during the entire buying transaction. My wife and I went to Quality GMC Buick just to get an idea of what types of vehicles were out there as well as pricing. We meet Keith Scherffius and explained that we were simply looking and gathering price information. That was no problem, we did see a vehicle that we really liked and I asked Keith if he could crunch the numbers to see if it would meet our budget giving us his best price. When he came back he gave us his price with all the discounts and the price was not out of line, in fact I was going to think about it for the weekend. Still no pressure, Keith just said the manager wanted to know what would change my mind, so I told him, and I drove out in a 2016 Buick La Cross.

Lance Madrid was my sales person. I told him what I wanted and also what I didn't want. He gave me exactly what I wanted without any gimmicks. It took about 1 1/2 grouts to get my deal done. Our sales person, Phil Garcia, worked with us for an entire afternoon while we shopped and test drove vehicles. There was no pressure to buy when we told him we were going to have to think about our options. After a few days we called back, cut a deal over the phone, drove in on a Saturday morning at 0830 and were on the road with our new truck by 1000. Great service thought their departments.

I started off by browsing the vehicles online, which I must also add the website is well organized and easy to navigate as well. Arriving at the dealership I had a good idea of what I wanted to look at. Leroy was the salesman that met with me, and he was very professional and listened to exactly what I was in the market for and my budget. He wasn't pushy nor did he attempt to persuade outside of my budget. Once I found the vehicle I wanted, the entire sales team started making it happen. I was treated like a criminal, told "we don't know who you are", unauthorized credit inquiry, I was paying in cash, salesman could not wait to move on to other customers, sales manager didn't care, and the very brief review of the vehicle and its systems and alarms, resulted in an accident causing damage to a $58,000 purchase. Hoping the dealership owner will help. In addition, he agreed to help with the repairs needed if I can return to the dealership.Last, I expect a call from the dealership providing me with the ability to test the back-up alarm, which, should it had been tested and understood, would have prevented the accident and accompanying damage.

I'm glad we met Waldo he was way more pleasant and personable then the first Salesman we came in contact with at the Fairgrounds Credit Union Event. We were actually already going to leave when we met him due to the run around we were getting from the other Salesman at the Fairgrounds from Melloy Nissan (who ended his own sale due to his attitude).

i was really focused on getting a lifted truck and i wasn't able to cause it was used and didn't have a rebate. i had a great experience pj is a great salesman and understanding. i now have a crew cab gmc and i'm still trying to get used to it. i would have really liked for it to have been lifted.

I was in need of a new vehicle and this young lad by the name of Adam, walked over and greeted us in the lot. Adam was awesome! Never pressured us or rushed us into buying a new vehicle. From years of buying experience this was a great joy! This Terrain is oh so awesome! The leg room in the back seat is great for my father in-law because he is over 6 ft. tall! I can't say enough about these guys. Truly the best buying experience I ever had starting with Phil Garcia the salesman, Rob Hooser the sales mgr and Dennis Groves the finance guy. I think Rob Hooser must have created this atmosphere at Quality because all of his people had the same relaxed, respectful and pleasant attitude as Rob does. I have bought well over a hundred vehicles in my life & this one was the best experience yet.

I trust Quality GMC with all my vehicle needs. I have gone to them four times now to purchase a vehicle and each time I have had a great experience with friendly staff and amazing deals. I would not go to any other dealership for my automotive needs. The best part of my visit has always been the salesperson. Steve works hard to get the deal done. This last time, I took in my truck which had high mileage and I still owed a lot of money on it - but by the end of the day, Steve and the Quality staff had me driving out of the lot in a brand new truck! We just bought a use Ford truck this last weekend and it was the best experience I ever has buying a vehicle. The salesman was very helpful and not pushy at all.
