Very veryyyy disappointing customer service experience. Oscar, you should probably go work at Chick-fil-A and learn from their workers. When we asked about the car, he seemed as though he wasn’t informed about the vehicle itself. I didn’t expect him to know everything about the cars in the lot, but he seemed as though he didn’t take the time to properly inform himself. We test drove a vehicle that had a lot of items wrong with it from the get go. The dash board was cracked, stability control censor light went on almost as soon as we began driving it- even though the car was labeled “smog and safety ok”, the DVD players did not orginally belong to the car and did not work as advertised, seats were stained with paint, the back bumper step protector seemed as though it could fall off at any second, and the trunk storage area had a few dead bugs. It was being sold for an absurd amount, even though it had previously been in an accident. He would not reveal what the accident had been, but I was able to find out anyway through CarFax. Oscar was very rude when asking for our credit and when he had asked us what price we were looking for. We had told him we would like it to be brought down, due to the damages of the vehicle and the money we’d have to invest to repair. You would assume that with the problems we encountered he would take that into consideration, but he immediately refused and did not even attempt to negotiate- Very blunt. Very rude. If you are a sales-person, at least try to create a light, friendly atmosphere with enthusiasm, so your customers CAN AT LEAST feel welcomed and comfortable, and shop for a vehicle that they may want and could potentially shop for others in the future. If you are standing there - acting as if you hate your job - how are you going land customers who will reciprocate cooperation and willingness to buy your so called “quality pre-owned vehicles”. It’s very unprofessional, petty, and childish when you take time to reply to most of the good reviews compared to answering to very few of the bad reviews. These customers of yours, took time out of their day, to deeply express their expeiences and help by sharing how they felt and how your customer service discourages them from pursing future business. For you to aggressively devalue their experience responses and make excuses for your behavior, reveals your true character. Instead, you should try a different approach: * Review what you have done wrong * Apologize and don’t make excuses for your behavior * Reflect and see what you are currently doing incorrectly * Educate yourself * Adapt * Apply. You should constantly be furthering your knowledge and growing as a person. It helps when working in business and it will come to help you in other social circumstances. Have fun and learn! Good experience - Oscar was honest, we haggled a bit and settled somewhere in the middle, got a great vehicle and was in and out in about 90 minutes (including a test drive). I'd recommend Oscar, he's the only person I dealt with.

Quality Pre-Owned Vehicles is an awesome business. I will be bringing my future business and recommending them from now on. Oscar is the salesman that we dealt with and out of all of the different salesmen that we dealt with, Oscar wins hands down. He listened to what we were looking for and didn't try to upsell us or sell us on something that we didn't really want. He didn't have a truck on the lot that we wanted the first time but he found one for us and we are proud new truck owners tonight.

I went in knowing what I wanted too see and test drive. It was very easy to do the test drive I wasn't given the hard sell by Oscar, which I completely appreciated. He showed me the highlights of the car in a nice friendly manner. He was very honest and didn't try to hide any less then perfect areas of the car, which I also appreciated. I loved the car and Oscar made it very easy to get through the paperwork and in a timely manner. I would recommend this car lot and specifically Oscar to all my friends and anyone reading this review..

I live several hours away. But Quality Pre-Owned in Roseville had the car I wanted, a newer Toyota Camry with low miles and an excellent price so it was worth the drive to check out. Absolute best experience with purchasing a vehicle so far! Dimitri and Oscar we're top notch professionals. They we're able to get me in a great car with a better loan then I previously had with a large Sacramento dealership. Thanks again guys!

I'm from Los angeles but saw Quality Pre-Owned was advertising a Saab 94x. I am a huge Saab fan and decided to take the trip up to Roseville (30 min n of Sacramento) to see the car. I spoke with Oscar and he told me the car was in great shape. A day before my trip Oscar called me to let me know that they had just driven the car and noticed the AC wan't working very well. I appreciated the honesty but still decided to take the trip up. Two buses a train ride and 8 hours later I made it to Quality as Oscar picked me up in the Saab at the train station. The car was beautiful and exactly what Oscar promised. I would highly recommend Quality Pre-Owned and make sure you ask for Oscar.

We drove quite a long way to purchase a Denali XL, which the price, and mileage was great. The Customer Service was great and super friendly. Oscar and the team was extremely nice but since we were there longer than expected I suggest they should have snacks. Other than that experience was wonderful. Thus far my son LOVES his huge truck.

Oliver's attitude quickly changes from polite to rude and unprofessional if you know what to look for, that shady used car lots like this one try to hide. Showed up interested in a '06 VW Jetta TDI. Having a long history in the automotive industry, I found 2, large holes drilled into the passenger rear of the body behind the taillight (seen from bulb replacement flap in trunk. Rear bumper is missing all lower clips, and broken mounting point on passenger corner. Right rear quarter panel is dented where it meets with the bumper. Driver side rear upper pillar is dented. Trunk doesn't close correctly, as the entire weather sealing is damaged, torn, and bent. Shift boot wasn't clipped on, and sound dampening material is torn badly. Front driver side fender has tar or glue all over the lip. Stock radio replaced, and paint peeling on the door panels and controls. When asked for a history report, he said none were available, but still tried selling me the car using every excuse possible trying to justify all this damage. On top of that, wouldn't negotiate a price, saying he has to run my credit to do so, otherwise he is charged?!?! Makes no sense. All in all, steer clear from this place at all costs. They sell nothing but auctioned cars that reputable dealerships dump for reasons noted!

He held the truck for me when he have gotten another sale faster. He is a very honest and open communicator. Amazing service. The sales manager Dimitri was quite professional and easy to work with. Let me take the car to my mechanic to have it checked out. Some of the finance offers were very unreasonable, but he ended up getting me a loan with Chase which I have recently used and the rate was good. He took extra time to get the right loan for me. Low mileage 2006 Volvo S60 was purchased. Some minor defects, but to be expected for a used velicle. Put in a few hundred in to bring it up to my standards. Have been driving it now for 4 months and it is a great vehicle. The only complaint I have is those round stickers that they put on the windshield. They leave a residue that will not come off, but only shows when the windshield is wet. I would shop at this dealership again and I recommend it to anyone. They have a nice selection of newer used cars.

I went to over 20 dealerships in the area and "Quality pre-own vehicles" was able to give me the best deal. The dealership right across the street was so rude to me and I walked over to Quality and was greeted by a non-pushy employee. I was able to get exactly what I wanted for the price that I wanted even though EVERY other dealership said they couldn't help me in my price range. I walked in and walked out with the Truck that I wanted in a little over an hour! Unbelievable. They also do all of the DMV paperwork on site. You definitely need to check it out!

I can truly say Dimitri and Oscar were very helpful and worked hard to get me a loan. I had nothing but bad experience's with local car dealers. Once I talked with Dimitri he insured me he would work to get me in a reliable vehicle that I liked and worked with my not so good credit. I had been looking for a specific BMW 328i for awhile. Found what I wanted at Quality Pre-Owned. Not only was it almost the exact car I wanted, but Dimitri was great to work with. Responsive, straight-forward and pleasant; no games, no hassels. Not only did he make the experience painless - it was actually enjoyable. We discussed the car, he let me take it to a nearby dealer to have it checked out and most importantly, honored his word when it came to negotiations. Dimitri was awesome from start to finish. We happened to find the car on a Sunday and the store was closed. We went ahead and submitted an application online that night and Dimitri emailed us within the hour saying he received it and would work on it first thing in the morning. We arrived later the next day and everything went super smooth and quick. Not only is the car amazing, but Dimitri was wiling to lower his price so we could be in line with the banks financing requirements. He is very personable, but professional at the same time. This is the only dealership I've ever been to that also includes a FREE 90 day warranty. I will recommend all my friends/family here and hope to purchase future vehicles from here as well.

Dimitri and Mauricio made buying this vehicle an absolute breeze. He took the car to the BMW dealership at my request and as he had stated the pre-sale inspection came back squeaky clean. I went into Quality Pre-Owned Vehicles looking for certain car I had found online. The salesman was very relaxed and not pushy at all and had excellent service skills with outstanding knowledge of the cars. The car I wanted was already sold, but the salesman showed similar cars and I ended getting a much nicer car than the one I had originally picked out for a much lower price!!!

After the original experience with Quality Pre-Owned Vehicles, out of fairness I want to report what happened afterwards. I contacted Demitri and we discussed the problem at hand. We came to an agreement that we would split the cost of the repair. He is sending me a check for 1/2 of the repair bill. Although this was a frustrating experience I am satisfied with the outcome.

I purchased a low mileage vehicle from Dimitri at Quality Pre-Owned Vehicles. As I was looking over the vehicle I opened radiator cap. Dimitri specifically told me that the radiator had been flushed. The vehicle seemed to be in good shape and they offered a 3 month/3000 mile warranty. I drove the vehicle 226 miles and it began to overheat. STRANDED. TOWED. RADIATOR 80% CLOGGED. $575.00 REPAIR. WARRANTY COVERAGE DENIED! USELESS! I suggest buyers BEWARE! The salesmen will tell you anything to sell a vehicle. The warranty is used to make you feel good, but covers virtually NOTHING! It is just a gimmick to get you to purchase more coverage. Take my advice and look elsewhere for a used vehicle. This experience is why all used car dealers/salesmen have a bad reputation. VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER
