We were disappointed in their service. We were charged for a warranty that didn't tell us we were paying for. Steve Lemon didn't stand up on warranty. I had a gas leak and they had it for two days and couldn't find it. I took it to another mechanic and they found it as soon as they pulled the cover off the engine and showed me where it was leaking down on the manifold to catch on fire. They have another Mike there and he is very rude and can't take care of customers. We ask for a refund of our money back on the warranty and they cussed us out and hung up the phone. I have turned them in to BBB for their bad business. Won't let you talk to the owner and they don't have a full time mechanic on duty. Stay away from that fly by night dealer ship .we also reported them to the warranty company on what they are doing. BEWARE

Great staff! Very polite crew at Queen City Motors. Test drove 4 different trucks and they didn't mind one bit. Easy and fast financing, and they gave a premium price on my trade in. I would be happy to do business with them again.

These guys were great! They were attentive, responsive, and worked incredibly hard to put us in a new (to us) truck. They were easy to work with and really listened to what we needed. Thank you so much!

Stay away from this dealership at all costs! We were sold a truck that ended up being more trouble than it was worth. We called ahead and asked to see the truck. They knew we were coming and that it was close to closing time. The entire time we felt rushed (should have walked away then) by the salesman’s cell phone ringing because he was supposed to be home for an event. He should have politely told us we could not come to see the truck when we called because it was too close to closing time. We did buy this truck but it has only been one problem after another. The lugnuts were seized on three wheels and we had to have them drilled out. Obviously no inspection of the basics, like breaks, on their vehicles before they sell them. There were several other problems that they had to know about that they did not reveal. First, leaking oil and power stealing fluid that left spots on my driveway the size of my fist on the first night it was parked in my driveway. The truck was pulled up to the front of the dealership when we arrived, so we would not have seen the oil in the parking lot where the truck was parked. The AC did not work the night we bought it ( it was a cool April evening when we test drove it and it ran cool- it just never got cold once we took it home and tried to run it full blast). I contacted Mike the same evening about the AC, but got no response until several days later. Queen City (Mike) offered to pay half of the repair cost which we should not have accepted and demanded a total fix. We drove it back 2 hours from our house for the repair, but it was not actually fixed ( it worked for about 3 days and went out again). We took it to our mechanic and he repaired it and he told us it did not have the work done we paid for. We were “sold” a useless warranty, (read other reviews for similar stories) but we were NEVER told we were paying for it. It was presented to me when my husband left the room to use the bathroom and I was told “this is something we offer to all our customers” as though it was an included service. I was shown a pamphlet about the warranty but there are NO prices on the pamphlet I was shown (still have the pamphlet). The only place the cost was shown was on the final purchase page on a small line near the bottom. 3,000 dollars wasted! I never would have agreed to an additional 3,000 dollar warranty! Yes, I should have read the final purchase agreement line by line - lesson learned, but it was definitely a scam the way it was presented. This warranty will not cover any of the repairs needed and the hassle to try to get them covered is not worth it. The warranty company has TERRIBLE reviews and a poor rating for service. Communication with this office is terrible. Customer service is poor after the sale. We are treated like a hassle every time we have called. I have never had to do my own work getting titles transferred on traded vehicles, but Mike took no responsibility to get titles transferred from our trades. I had to make several calls and trips to the BMV and pay to have title copies sent to him. As a 42 year old woman, I have purchased many cars in my lifetime and I have never had an experience that comes close to how terrible this was. It has taken almost 4 months to get all paperwork, titles and money correctly dealt with. If I could take this car back and get my money back, I would in a heartbeat. Save yourself time and trouble and go anywhere else. As another reviewer stated, I will also be contacting the BBB to report this business.

UNPROFESSIONAL!! I test drove a Cadillac at this place but the reclining button was broken on the passenger seat. Before I test drove it the woman had told me it was 17,400, the next day I go to buy it big Mike said it was 17,900. So he says he’ll do the 17,400 since that’s what they told us initially. he said if I buy the car he would fix the seat as he said it was most likely just the button but he wasn’t positive. Long story short I drop my car off for them to fix the passenger seat, no paperwork, no signatures, no recordings, and he called me as the dude was finishing up the seat and said my bill was $500. $500 exactly which split the difference between what he wanted versus what he settled for when I bought the car. there is no paperwork or recordings whatsoever about any repair work costing $500. What he should’ve done is told me how much it costed before fixing the seat. Very unprofessional, i would not recommend doing business with them they try to take advantage of people.
