If you're walking into Queensboro Toyota, be sure to ask for no one else but Victor Alarcon!!! I don't want to bore anyone with a lengthy review but this is worth it. He will not disappoint, I promise! For starters, I have spoke to several salesman from different locations of Toyota and all they've done is push push push, of course driving me away because who wants to be nagged? Victor has not once done that. He is as patient as they come, very genuine and kind. My first day walking in, he showed me the car I was interested in, told me all about its features, and even allowed me to sit in it and adjusted my seat to give me a view of what it'd be like to actually own the car. He never once pushed to make a sale. All he said was "when you are ready, you just let me know". I called him back within a couple days and I did just that! Upon some complications throughout my purchase and having to make multiple trips out to Toyota for about a month to figures out some details, not once did his patience waiver! I ended up needing a rush order on my car and he pulled through. You can tell it's not about numbers, this guy sells with his heart and just wants to see his customers happy. I not only fell in love with my car but fell in love with the service. Dealerships need more guys like him. I would definitely work with him again just because of his service and I hope everyone else who comes across this will do the same from here on. I drove away with my brand new Corolla feeling every penny and every second was worth it.

I would highly recommend this dealership and specially Victor A. sales agent. He has the knowledge and patience to guide you through the process and explain in detail all the fees and ways to obtain a better price on your new vehicle. I was very hesitant to start the process as i have heard horrible scam stories and tricks that other dealerships use to make you buy the car. Victor gave me the confidence and the feeling that he was working towards my favor. The process went out smoothly and by the end of the day I came out driving my car. I am very satisfied by the confidence and quality of customer services Victor game me.

I bought a Rav4 last weekend and Mike gave my husband and I a great deal. I've never purchased a car so quickly in my life. He did whatever he could to provide us with the best service and even offered an upgraded version for free (but with a different color car). Thank you Mike for all of your help! ***I give 5 stars for the buying process, but my phone won't let me rate that for some reason!

I went to the dealer looking for options to get a new car. Victor Alarcon was very friendly and guided us through the whole process in a very professional manner. He clearly explained all available options. I was able to trade in my old Toyota and left with a new 2016 Rav4. I got a great deal on my lease contract. The whole process was very easy and fast. When I went to pick up my car, Victor explained us how to use all its features and provided us with great service!! He even took a picture of us with the new car. Very pleasant experience!

When I walked in the door at Queensboro Toyota I was immediately greeted and taken around by Jimmy Im. Jimmy was wonderfully informative and I set up a test drive. On the day of my test drive, Jimmy went out with me and thoroughly explained how the car worked and the benefits of driving a hybrid. Once back in the dealership he went over every detail of the car, its safety features, how the paint job was done and he even opened the hood and we reviewed the engine and battery. I was truly impressed with the level of detail Jimmy went into and it shows how well he knows the product he is selling. While I did not end up buying a Toyota I do highly recommend seeing Jimmy at Queensboro Toyota.

I went to the Toyota Dealer and When I walked in, I was greeted by Mr. Victor Alarcon, I told Him I was trying to trade my car for a New One, and he helped me with the application and everything else, His Service was Awesome and I would definitely recommend him as a Salesperson in the dealership. I am Happily driving my Toyota Venza 2015. He also was very professional and very friendly. Mr. Victor also showed me things about my new car and I learned a lot. On 10/28/2014, I arrived to this dealer, son I eagle in to the show room, me and my mother were greeted by Derek the sales person, very nicely guy, he show me the cati wanted RAV4 , show me the LE & XLE, we started doing business for the LE , then suddenly he offer the XLE to me for almost the same price, so good, he told me to pick up the car the next day, the next dayi arrived to the dealer, car is ready for pick up, but my mother need to sign extra paper work, so Mr. Derek drove to pick my mother after work ina rainy day, he is super good, nice sales person, THANK YOU

if i would have option i marked 0 star. Very bad service, You have to wait and ask them for million times to get their assistance, pricing is too much high than other dealers, dont pay attention to your choice, always pushing you to buy their choice, horrrible, worst shop i have ever visited.

I visited this dealer to buy a new RAV4 limited. My first brand new car - BIG MISTAKE. Pros: Large selection Expresso machine Nice waiting area and children playing room Deliverd card on time (one week according to their promise) Location - right off highway and transit Cons: Terrible Customer Service. From the time I met Frank it felt like he was doing me a favor by helping with my new car. He did not appreciate my business at all and had a terrible attitude. In any event, I had sold my previous car and needed a new one ASAP so I decided to stick with this dealer and ordered a brand new limited customized RAV4. This dealer is currently service large number of orders for new taxis (Camry) so they won't pay attention to you unless you are a 'serious buyer' as Frank said. I highly recommend that if you are looking for a good experience you keep away from this dealer. In any event - the car arrived and I went to pick it up. Upon seeing me, Frank was rushed and told me to give him my papers a wait. That it was quite possible the car won't be ready until the next day. I had told him I was picking the car this day and it was a cash sale so I had instructed to prep the car - which he did not. I then told him that I will rate the dealer accordingly and to my surprise he said the deal is off. He is not selling me the car. He then went to his manager and a few minutes after his manager said the dealer was not happy with me as a customer and as I was going to give them bad reviews that they are not selling me the car. He started to process the refund of my deposit and as I badly needed the car I had to practically beg them to sell me the car. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I don't think this dealer is worth the visit and Toyota should review the level of service this dealer is giving to the loyal toyota customer. In any event after begging for the car he manager changed his mind (as I had asked for a higher up name and number so I can write a letter) and proceeded with the sale. People processing the paperwork were not nice either. At all times they looked rushed and they had high traffic (all taxi purchases) and hence, the overall experience was forgettable. The car was the only bright spot but I left with a sour feeling and will always remember the bad treatment Frank and this dealer gave me. Going forward I will return to Westchester Toyota where I had done my previous purchase. It is a bit far but they are always excited to help you. If you are not buying in bulk like the taxis this dealer is currently working on - KEEP AWAY from this dealer. Frank, the manager on duty and other people in this dealer are imcompetent, have no idea what customer service is about and it will really ruin your purchasing experience.

I leased a new 2013 Corrolla from here on 02/17/2013 and the car is great. I stopped into 2 other dealers before my brother in-law recommened I see Bruce Edelman at Queensboro Toyota. I'm so glad I took his advise. I knew what I wanted, a basic car with basic features basiclly for commutting to work 14miles(1-way) five days a week, with low monthly lease payments with as little down as possible and I didn't want to be at the dealership all day, and thats just what I got. The whole process was quick and Bruce took care of everything. . The other dealerships hand young fast talking, slicked haired, punk-scammers who try to nickel and dime you. Bruce is a Gentleman and will give you his full attention. The whole process was very comfortable and I also got a fair price on my trade-in which was a 2003 Volkswagen Passat. Bruce Edelman took care or everything and he even cleaned my old plates before putting them on the new car. He also spent time with me inside the car showing and informing me about all the features and he even connected my phone to the bluetooth feature. First Class service all the way. We are all cautious of sales people but from my experience and all the other reviews I read I can honestly tell you BRUCE IS THE MAN. When my mother and sisters leases expires on their volkswagens I going to take them personally to see Bruce. There are alot of other dealers close by so don't even waste your time going to those guys, they will just rip you off. Go directly to Queensboro Toyota and ask for Bruce Edelman and you'll drive away happy. Dennis I. Queens, NY
