My car was towed @ this location due to having 2 flat tires on my way to work. As I made it to work that day I waited a couple of hours to call for an update, they briefly mentioned that they will call me back, I called back an hr. later & was told that the person in charge of handling my car would call me back I never received a call. I was very perturbed by this dealer's incompetence, bad customer service & lack of communication. I then asked to speak to a manager & spoke to Jamal. He was efficient, professional, courteous & helped me with my situation This 5 star rating is for Jamal the manager he's a great asset to the company & definitely made a difference.

Naturally, I am suspicious of mom and pop auto mechanics in NY just because I always feel that in the city, people are out to rip you off. For this reason I gravitated towards this dealership thinking that at least I know the prices will be somewhat reputable. I have an old hand-me-down 2011 Prius which is my knock around car for city driving. Headlight burned out and brought it in to replace. I paid about $250 for the service, which I thought was high, but hey its a dealership right? They have to stand behind some set of ethics … boy was I wrong. I am writing this review 1 year after that service because I just came from a mom and pop auto repair shop and paid $30 for the same repair on the other side of my car. Do not go here. Complete rip off. Marking up prices by 10x is just poor business. F/U Queensboro.

So, i walk into Queensboro Toyota to look for a new SUV which my current Lexus lease is about to expire. Not a single salesperson greets me. So when I do finally approach one that was busy fiddling on his phone and ask about the 2 models In interested in he gives me two short answers and walks away saying he's helping another customer. I give him the benefit of the doubt but no. He just walks away. So now I'm left on my own again. I do my wall through the showroom setting several other SUV's that interest me and look up again and see now I know his name Edwin and he's back on his phone ignoring me even though i know he's looking right at me. Low and behold Edwin is now helping someone brand new that walked in. So I approach Edwin again and ask. Edwin, did you forget about me? He in turn says no I'm helping a few people here. I say, no your not your to busy looking at your phone. I would not recommend this dealership spend the extra time and find another dealership because this one isn't the dealership you want.

I will never go there again I purchased only the glasses peace on my driver side mirror for $85 I asked them if they can install it for me and how much it will cost. She came back to me after asking one of the mechanics inside telling me $140 and it will take him one hour to get it done ridiculous. I watched a YouTube video after this conversation and I installed it my self in 10m

Over 3 hour wait for a scheduled oil change. I wouldnt make an appt if I knew it would take so long. Also, the guys who work there or hang around there like to jump in your car to check it out. Stay away, these guys dont know what they are doing and will damage your vehicle

I visited to look for a new '15 Highlander XLE AWD. Was given a super high quote ($39K which is higher than their MSRP). I countered with $34K (I was able to get the LE Plus quoted at $32K somewhere else so I figured just tack on $2K for the next trim up) and I was questioned as to where my number came from. Typically dealers will come back with a lower offer even if not matching my opening offer. I mean, that is how negotiation is supposed to work, right? Not with these guys. I probably didn't need to answer his question but I figured why not maybe it'll budge him. Nope. Not really.All I was told was how limited of a supply they had and the sales manager tried to list off a bunch of standard features as though they were something special (e.g., power liftgate, rearview camera) and should justify their high price. Of course, I pointed their BS out and the manager realized his "mistake." Idiot.This is a place that will try to pull the wool over your eyes if they can. Don't waste your time here. It seems like the dealers in the more urban areas will treat you as if you don't know what the internet is. SMH. Step your game up.

I have been going to queensboro Toyota for years now. I called to make an appointment and the cashier was very rude. She speaks as if it bothered her that I called to make an appointment. She cut me off every time I tried to explain to her what was wrong with my car. Service was very helpful but I hate the way she spoke to me! Not a professional way to speak to a customer. Horrible!!!!

if Google has negative star i would give to them.i went to Greensboro Toyota for a Camry 2015 either leasing or buying.there is a sales agent who totally ignore me.this is what happeni approach to him "hi! are you a sale agent who can help me and i would like get an quote for a 2015 Camry"he did even look at me (i believe a sales didnt even look at the customer consider disrespectful) and point the camry right behind him ( no $h!t i know which one is camry)i ask him it is better for leasing for buyinghe state i need to see your credit scoreare you kidding! this is my answer for asking leasing or buyingyou must be kidding me i clearly ask LEASING OR BUYINGa least answer that question, give me a little detail for leasing or buying options.he point at window sticker saying price right there and he walks away.if you are busy, you can tell me "let me get a person who can assist you or be right with you in 2 minute or something"after that there is no point for me staying therethen i headed to star toyota ended up with 2014 camry SE with nothing down just 427.00 a monthscrew you queensboro toyota. you need a replacement sales on your floor.not recommended for any person who buying there.

I visited this dealer to buy a new RAV4 limited. My first brand new car - BIG MISTAKE. Pros: Large selectionExpresso machine Nice waiting area and children playing roomDeliverd card on time (one week according to their promise)Location - right off highway and transitCons:Terrible Customer Service. From the time I met Frank it felt like he was doing me a favor by helping with my new car. He did not appreciate my business at all and had a terrible attitude. In any event, I had sold my previous car and needed a new one ASAP so I decided to stick with this dealer and ordered a brand new limited customized RAV4. This dealer is currently service large number of orders for new taxis (Camry) so they won't pay attention to you unless you are a 'serious buyer' as Frank said. I highly recommend that if you are looking for a good experience you keep away from this dealer. In any event - the car arrived and I went to pick it up. Upon seeing me, Frank was rushed and told me to give him my papers a wait. That it was quite possible the car won't be ready until the next day. I had told him I was picking the car this day and it was a cash sale so I had instructed to prep the car - which he did not. I then told him that I will rate the dealer accordingly and to my surprise he said the deal is off. He is not selling me the car. He then went to his manager and a few minutes after his manager said the dealer was not happy with me as a customer and as I was going to give them bad reviews that they are not selling me the car. He started to process the refund of my deposit and as I badly needed the car I had to practically beg them to sell me the car. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I don't think this dealer is worth the visit and Toyota should review the level of service this dealer is giving to the loyal toyota customer. In any event after begging for the car he manager changed his mind (as I had asked for a higher up name and number so I can write a letter) and proceeded with the sale. People processing the paperwork were not nice either. At all times they looked rushed and they had high traffic (all taxi purchases) and hence, the overall experience was forgettable. The car was the only bright spot but I left with a sour feeling and will always remember the bad treatment Frank and this dealer gave me. Going forward I will return to Westchester Toyota where I had done my previous purchase. It is a bit far but they are always excited to help you. If you are not buying in bulk like the taxis this dealer is currently working on - KEEP AWAY from this dealer. Frank, the manager on duty and other people in this dealer are imcompetent, have no idea what customer service is about and it will really ruin your purchasing experience.

Great experience from the moment I walked through the door. This is my 3rd lease with this dealer. I pretty much knew what I wanted - return my 2011 Rav 4 lease and lease the 2014 Rav 4..Bruce walked me through the car. Offered a test drive because the style of the Rav 4 changed. He was very knowledgeable.Tested it... loved it. He answered all my questions and more. Never felt pressured. I was running late the evening I was to pick-up my car. I called Bruce and he said it would be no problem... he would stay late if he had to because he wanted to make sure he went over everything with me before I left the showroom. I cleaned out all my personal belongings in my old Rav 4. Bruce asked me several times to make sure I hadn't left anything in the old car.I was certain I had not, but when I arrived home I realized I had left some CD's in the radio. I called Bruce first thing next morning, he had just arrived at his desk. I told him of the CD's I left behind. He said he was going to go immediately to my old car to search for them. He called me back several minutes later to let me know I could pick them up anytime. I've had my new Rav 4 for only 5 days now and it's great! Bruce has already reached out to me via email and phone to make sure I'm satisfied with my purchase. I also received a call from Annie in customer service who asked how my experience was and if I was enjoying my new car. All the staff at Queensboro Toyota are professional and courteous.Just today I was speaking with a friend - they were admiring my new car and saying they might be in the market for a new car - I highly recommended Bruce Edelman at Queensboro Toyota! Bruce even personally removed my license plates from the old Rav 4 and cleaned them before putting on my new Rav 4! Thank you for making this experience such a positive one!!!Thanks, Chris S.

My husband and I leased a second time to our car from Mr. Edelman. When we leased a first time to our Toyota Camry at 2011, he provided outstanding customer services. He was very organized when he was doing his paper work. Even thought we got our car, he was reachable whenever we needed any help from him. Also, the price was great too. You don't need to negotiate any price with him because he will give you the best price for you. So, we went to see him again this year because our lease would be over soon. As usual, Mr. Edelman provided excellent customer services with good prices. We even told him that we would purchase or lease Toyota car as long as he works for Toyota company. I have worked at sales industry like Mr. Edelman. So, I knew whether the sales person is good or not after having conversation with the sales person. I have never met any sales person like Mr. Edelman who is very professional what he is doing and who has very good heart to think about his customer.If you look for Toyota car, I strongly recommend you to see Mr. Edelman.

I had an excellent offer price wise with Bruce first time I called him that I did not get with any other dealership in New York Metro area.He was straightforward, honest, knowledgeable and very informative. I felt comfortable and and decided immediately to buy 2014 Toyota sienna. The staffs at this dealership are friendly, courteous and the facility is well organized and attractive, I had the most caring delivery with Bruce who took all his time to explain everything in details to me. Delivery is stressful, but it is the process that I enjoyed the most with Bruce who does it a Queens Boro like no other person. the man is exhaustive, very passionate and care deeply about his client. Buying a car is not a stressful business at Queens Boro Toyota with Bruce. I will always recommend this dealership to anyone I know who want to buy a car.

Please beware of this dealership ***DONT EVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM **. They dont own their words even if you have written agreement.They give you cheap price and after a while they would ask you to pay more and that too after running your credit (regardless if you have excellent credit ).We have complained to Toyota company but I dont think it will help much

Scheduled an appointment for a standard oil change on a nearly new Toyota. Brought the car in on time, and the representative told us it would be 1.5 hours, so we decided to wait there.After three hours, they hadn't even started on our car, even though they had told us "it's almost done" and "they're just topping off the fluids" three or four times. The representative was rude, and the manager didn't seem to care about our service. If you value your time, take your business elsewhere.

I leased a new 2013 Corolla S. from here on 02/17/2013 and the car is great. I stopped into two other dealers before my brother in-law recommened I see Bruce Edelman at Queensboro Toyota dealership at 62-10 Northern Blvd in Woodside, Queens. I'm so glad I took his advise. I knew what I wanted, a basic car (nothing fancy) with some basic features basiclly for commutting to work 14miles(one-way) five days a week, with low up-front cost and low monthly lease payments and I didn't want to be at the dealership all day, and thats just what I got at Queensboro Toyota. The whole process was quick and Bruce took care of everything. The other dealerships next door were armed with young slicked haired, fast talking, scammers who spent more time and attention on their phones instead of on me the customer. Bruce is a perfect Gentleman and dedicated his full attention toward me and made me feel so comfortable and at ease. The whole process was acually enjoyable and I also got a fair price on my trade-in which was a 2003 Volkswagen Passat. Bruce Edelman took care or everything and he even cleaned my old plates before putting them on the new car. He also spent time with me inside the car showing and informing me about all the features and he even connected my phone to the bluetooth feature. FIRST CLASS SERVICE all the way. We are all cautious of sales people but from my experience I can honestly tell you BRUCE IS THE MAN and as long as he remains at Toyota thats all I will be driving from now on. When my mother and sisters leases expires on their volkswagens I going to take them personally to see Bruce.There are alot of other dealers close by so don't even waste your time going to those guys, they will just rip you off. Hurricane Sandy ruined my previous Sienna so I searched numerous dealerships for the best price and deal for another Sienna. Fast forward to November 2012 - Tropical Storm Sandy flooded my 2004 Corolla. I headed right over to Bruce Edelman and bought a new 2013 Toyota Corolla. 8 years later, Bruce hasn't changed. Mr. Edelman is the complete opposite of what you think a car saleman is. He is just wonderful, honest, reassuring, knowledgeable, curteous and did I say HONEST. We bought our first new Camry LE from him in 2000 and we just bought a new Camry 2012 SLE from him. He gave us a great price and answered all our questions. He gave us great suggestions and we got options he suggested and love and did not get ones that were not important. He knows everything about the cars he sells and he searched to find the model and color we wanted. He called us to give us status reports. And it was the best price (we tried 3 other dealerships). He spent a long time with us going over the details of the car and was extremely patient. His paper work is flawless and he makes sure everything is in order before you pick up your car. We found our 2009 Certified Pre-owned Prius on the Queensboro website. First off the car was amazingly clean. The ad showed an exact image of the car on the dealer's floor and a full description. Bruce Edelman was exceedingly helpful: first laying out the exact cost to us for the car and secondly with meticulous attention to the paperwork. Everything was ready for me when I came to pick up the car. We went through all the details and then Bruce gave me a complete instructional tour of the vehicle. Made sure everything was perfectly clean and presentable down to making sure the floor mats were snapped into place and then he linking my iPhone to the car's hands free system. He even set the GPS for my trip home. Bruce exhibited a true sense of pride in selling his cars.I had bought cars form other dealers in the past and I'm happy to say that here I did not get any "strong-arm" tactics about purchasing extra warranties or any surprise fees upon delivery. Very happy.

I purchased a 2012 Prius 4 over the internet from Bruce Edelman. I called Bruce primarily because of the good reviews on dealerrater.com. Frankly, I was suspicious. For all I knew, Bruce could have written his own review. Also, here I was spending $30,000 at an unknown dealership with an unknown salesman located thousands of miles away from where I live. I was pleasantly surprised. While no dealer in the area had the trim and color I wanted, Bruce found one in about three weeks. Throughout the process, he was conscientious about keeping me informed. Last, but not least, he had the best price.

I went to the dealership to get a brand new camry 2012. I talked to May the saleswomen. She had bad customer service. While she was helping me she would go and talk to othe people. I was in a rush to get a car for my birthday which it was a week from that day when I when in. So finally we settle on a deal. I told her the color of te exterior and interior of the car. When come to te day to pick up my car it was terrible. That interior color was not what I wanted, there was scratches on the window and there is 81miles already on the car. She went on to explaining that they had to ship it from some where so that's why there's 81 miles on it. I mean where in the world could it have been that it takes 81miles to get there. She went one explaining about the scratches she said it nothing you can whip it off. I asked her to whip it off and she tried to whip it off and a tissue but it didn't come off. Then I told er that the interior color wasn't what I had agreed on. She said you didn't say anything about interior color matter to you. I was like what do you mean I told you more than five times that I wanted black on black not ash grey. So she went to the manager and told him the situation. He then came out saying that it wa my fault for not saying the color that I want. I sai that I did specify the color. We were arguing for like 10 mins. Then I told him, "okay listen I don't want that interior color and it doesn't matter if May heard it or not, that's not the problem the problem is that I te customer dont want the ash grey interior, how are you going to solve it." he was like let me go check my inventory see what I can do. He then came back saying that he doesn't have anything with that specification. So I told him that I don't want the car then. I got my deposit back. I walked in to the dealership thinking I would drive out with a brand new car on my birthday and instead I walked out the dealership angry and I unsatisfy.

I financed a 2004 Ford Explorer about 3 weeks ago and the same day i noticed the ABS & 4x4 high light blinking. I also noticed the rough gear changing whenever i switch to reverse. Now im paying for a truck i can't drive because the transmission has to get rebuilt! There must be something i can do! I shouldn't have to pay for financing a bad vehicle!

Service Department is HORRIBLE!I bought my Prius from them and went there for my 5k service maintenance. One day after I did my 5 K maintenance I noticed that one of my tire hub caps was loose. I thought no big deal, the poor mechanic was probably busy and he simply forgot to put the hub cap correctly.I went there again for my 10K service maintenance and I told the service department receptionist what happened earlier to my hub cap. I thought that was it, Im good now, they will pay more attention to my car this time. A few days after my 10K service appointment, I realized one of my hub caps was freaking missing! Hub cap is not a big deal, however, if their mechanics are so reckless and incompetent as to mess up something as silly as a hub cap GOD KNOWS WHAT ELSE THEY MESS UP UNDER THE HOOD! I contacted their so called service department 'manager' but that was useless. I guess once you make a purchase from them, they dont care about you anymore.

Worst experience EVER!!!Came to buy a new car. Left a deposit. Was told to come in to sign DMV papers the next day and pick up my car the folowing day. One accessory item was supposed to be installed ( takes about 1 hour to do). 2 hours before the pick up time the next day I was informed that the accessory is not available, so I should just pick up my car without it and then make an appointment to get it installed. It takes 5 hours to get someone on the phone at this dealership BEFORE I PAID for the car!!! I could only imagine how long it will be AFTER I PAY for it and need something else from them. So I said, no Install it and I will pick it up later. I made it clear that I need my car ASAP. Sales person said that he will call me next day to tell me what time to pick up my car. No one called. I finally located the manager, who told me that my sale person is off today and he is clueless about any accessory instalation or me picking up any car today?!?! I told him that , I would just cancell the whole thing then. His answer is " It's up to you" Wasted 3 days on this unproffessional dealership. Went to Huntington Toyota and got my car for $500 less with everything installed and ready to pick up in just one day!!!

I always go there for my oil change, they took me the whole day to have this done. Can u imagine oil change for a whole. They accept too much appointments in a day, by the time you get your car, still it is not fixed. They should check the competency of the people working in their repair department, it looks like that they are not fixing anything, your car is still the same the way you brought it to them. And one time I have all my tires changed in this dealership, and in1 day I had 1 of my tire flat, I brought my car back to them, they don't have warranty.

I wanted to purchase a Certified Used 2005-2007 Highlander Limited. I went online and searched on http://Toyota.com and found that this dealer had the exact model I wanted. I emailed them and received a response from Bruce Edelman with a price quote. I did some research on the price he gave me, and it was extremely fair based on Edmunds and Kelly Blue Book estimates. I met with Mr. Edelman and saw the vehicle in the showroom. I asked for a "Car Fax" report. Bruce gave me an "Auto Check" report. I put down a $500 deposit and arranged for a test drive. When I went home that evening, I viewed and printed the "Car Fax" report that was available from the Queensboro Toyota website. That report agreed with the "Auto Check" report that Bruce gave me. When I took the test drive, I realized that the vehicle was exactly what I wanted, so I looked it over carefully. On the bill of sale, Bruce noted those items that needed attending to (a parking light out, a loose rearview mirror and some body touch ups). We arranged for me to meet with the Credit manager at a specific day and time and take delivery of the car the next day at 2pm. When I arrived to meet with the credit manager, he had been delayed but another employee assisted me. I arrived early to take possession of the vehicle and went over the vehicle while it was in the service bay. I pointed out a few items that I had missed. Long story shot.. they fixed them all before I took delivery and, it turned out that the mileage that they had quoted, 45000 was actually 4,500.0 on the Trip Odometer. The vehicle actually had 36,000 miles on it (like the Car Fax report stated). When I got the vehicle home I realized that it was missing a front cup holder, a cigarette lighter, and, more importantly, a jack. I returned to the dealership. Bruce met with the parts dept. He gave me the cupholder and ordered the cigarette lighter and jack which arrived the next day, and he installed both. I LOVE my 2007 Highlander. I know that nothing ever goes completely smooth when buying a pre owned vehicle, but I really found my experience of purchasing my Certified 2007 Highlander a pleasant experience. I honestly believe that Bruce really wanted to make sure that I was 100% satisfied with my vehicle and he went out of his way to make sure. Yes, there were some things that didn't go perfectly, but Bruce was there all the time on my side making things right. I don't know what it would be like to just walk into this dealership to buy a vehicle, but, if you shop online and contact Bruce Edelman, I'm confident that your experience will be as pleasant as mine.

We went to this dealership about 3 months ago to purchase a 2008 Toyota Avalon. We ended up getting it for a good price and thought the dealership was reliable. Whe we went to go sign the contract, we were treated with utter disrespect. When we asked to see the carfax, he showed it to us. Last month, we decided to get rid of the car, and when we went to a few dealerships, we were getting very low offers. One of them told us there was an accident on the car and we realized that the carfax they showed us was fake. Horrible dealership, buying a car shouldn't be so tough. We have bought two cars with Lexus, both amazing. We bought three cars with Toyota, all horrendous regardless of where you go. I'm done after this.

Went to the dealer to buy a used FJ Cruiser, advertised for 24999. Stood around for 20 minutes before the rude desk girl finally referred me to the sales manager. The sales manager got me Renzo from Liberia who was courteous and helpful. I showed him all the dings and dents in the vehicle, that clearly showed extensive off road use. The vehicle was also missing the side panel on the driver's side door, and another panel under the steering wheel. The steering wheel also had the paint scraped off! But Renzo insisted on the full KBB / Galves price of 24000. I started at 18000 and we reached a median of 20500, out the door bottom line price. the manager offered a 20,000 flat price if I used their financing. I agreed. Once that was done, I got the total bill, which added 2150 on top of the "out the door bottom line price"!!! I protested and they showed me that it was for tax and servicing, and that everyone was charged this. But I had negotiated for the bottom line price. I've been buying cars for over 20 years now, and I felt that they were dishonest. I walked out on them. The next day, I saw their ad again on autotrader. They had dropped the price to 19990. What a bunch of dishonest losers. At this rate, the only reason they do not go out of business is due to the majority of consumers being gullible and uninformed about how to deal with used car salesmen.. would recommend this place for college social science majors for a real time demonstration of fallacies and misinformation.

When I got there with intension of leasing a car, they gave me a good price forgetting to tell me couple of things about it till after I said yes....Like that the price will change dramatically if my credit score is not enough :(( Well than I left this dealer and almost lost a plates because apparently they do not know how to use a screwdriver. They called me to apologize after I completed customer service survey and Manager of Sales - Bobby (don't remember last name) - a Polish guy offered first service for free. So when I got there to get it done of course he was on the vacation and service guys couldn't do nothing. Then when I got there for 10000 miles service I approached him about it and his reaction was - well I dont remember calling you and since you do not have it on the paper to bad for you because there is nothing I can do" ... I won't even comment this words... Seriously, I'm getting anxious every time when I have to go there for service ... to bad no other dealer is close....

I went to this dealership via the internet correspondence.When i got there to see the internet salesman Mr.Bedelman,he was assisting a buyer at his table,and he had another customer ahead of me.So right away that was not good for i don't have a lotta time to waste searching for a new purchase.So he quickly excuses himself from the exsisting customer,asks me and the customer ahead of me what were we looking for.After we told him,he goes back to his table and prints up a price printout and hands it to us to look over,then goes back to his intial customer.That was not my ideal experiance of visiting a dealership.Waiting on line to see a salesman who's trying to service too many people at one time is not what i needed.So being pressed for time,i wound up walking out in dissapointment.

He promises the world takes a deposit and then three days later tells me he can't get the car I want and then trues to up sell me on a more expensive model. I came in to purchase a new Yaris. I signed papers and everything they said they would get me the car by the end of the week. I had to call them since I never heard from them. They told me they were having difficulties locating the car. The next day Arty called me saying they couldn't find the car but would sell me a corrola instead. I didn't want a corrola I wanted a Yaris. And to make matters worse Arty kept calling me "Sweety and Sweetheart". I ended up getting the car at Toyota of Manhattan in less then a week.

First, I did my research on a Toyota Sienna LE. I researched about the car itself and also the pricing by going to edmunds.com and also requesting quotes from other dealers. Once I got the lowest price, I had to convince the dealer that I thoroughly did my research and that I would not pay a penny more. He figured that I knew what I was talking about and didn't try to add anything after that. They made it very simple. The quote that I got was the price that I paid. It also helped that there was a promotional 0% APR for 48 months so that I didn't have to compute the finance charges. They were all very nice to us. It was a pleasant experience. I liked it so much that I gave them business for two more Siennas for my friends.
