Just have to Say That Mike Burke and Mark Quinn are Great People. I bought this truck sight unseen and went off what they told me and I will tell you I never knew them before but they gave me there word. I am from Hamburg New York so it was a 5 Hour train ride to pick it up so I was a little worried you know how salesmen are. They picked me up at the station took me to there dealership and the truck was better then what they had told me. Then they made me drive it to make sure it was what I wanted. Those guys are Great. I have bought lots of trucks over the years but these guy have it going on. They take care of the customer and they seem to really care. Oh by the way they even filled my tank for the ride home. What does that tell you AWESOME PEOPLE!!!!

Mark Quinn has always been good to me and my extended family over the past 20+years! I'm not sure how many vehicles we have all purchased and had serviced here over the years but that number must been in the teens at least. My most recent purchase was the pickup truck I have been searching for within a 300 mile radius for over 3 months. After diving by Quinn Motor Car one Sunday morning I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw he had exactly what I had been searching for, the year, the price, and the condition was perfect. After leaving him a message he called me 1st thing Monday morning. We found this truck on line after an intensive search. Their saying is "An almost new car, a brand new experience" this is absolutely the truth. I have brought many, many, many cars over the years and have never seen a sale and financing go so smoothly. I could have driven home within hours of the sale, with new plates insurance and everything taken care of. What impressed me the most is not only could I tell the owner is a honest, truthful man, but they have trust in their customers. I hate large dealerships and a friend told me about Mark. It's out of my way but worth the trip. Mark is from the old school of genuinely helping you through the maze that is buying a used car. I had such an amazing experience working with Mark. He was so helpful, genuine and it was totally worth the 3 hour drive from Boston to pick up the truck. I am so happy with the service he provided over the phone and in person, it made the purchase simple and stress-free. When I arrived at the dealership, Mark really took his time to explain everything and sat down with my brother and I for a while. I have been buying cars for a long time, but the buying experience at Quinn Motor Car was the most pleasant I have ever had. I have been buying cars from Quinn's for years and will continue to do so. They take all of the stress out of it. They have excellent vehicles that have been completely gone over, and are like-new. My old PT Cruiser died, and I needed a decent car quickly. I took a stop in to Quinn Motors on a Wednesday afternoon and expected to have a car by the end of the week. Imagine my surprise when I drove home in my 2012 Subaru that very same day! I think it was record time - my car was ready in 3 hours. Mark took care of everything from start to finish. Securing my financing, changing my insurance, and transferring my DMV registration - I didn't have to lift a finger. Went in and saw a 2010 Jeep Wrangler on Thursday. Mark took care of all the paperwork and I picked it up on Friday. Could not have asked for more friendly service. Mark had no issue with me driving the jeep all the way to Central Ave in Albany to have my mechanic look the jeep over. Also gave me a more than fair price on my trade in. I keep my cars a long time and have used Quinn's service department to keep them running well. I have never had a problem with their service department and will continue to use them. When I finally decided to buy a new car I wanted a change from a minivan to a SUV. The sales staff was wonderfully patient as I test drove various models over a 6 month period and when I finally decided on a purchase they made the whole process painless and easy. I have purchased cars from large dealers before and have found them to be a little shady as in not addressing the issues I had before delivery and changing financing terms and not telling me until the paper work was already signed. None of this happened at Quinn. Mark was straight forward with everything, keep me informed throughout the whole process had the car ready for delivery in 3 days.

Had a great experience getting the right vehicle for my situation. I told Mark what I was looking for and he showed me a couple different options. The GMC Arcadia had all the features and more. I have never owned a GMC before and I was very surprised how nice the ride was. The Arcadia came with bucket seats in the back for easy access to the third row and being able to put the seats down has given me the option to transport alot more than I imagined. From start to finsh, Mark Quinn took care of me and got me in the vehicle in a fashionable time. It's great having a dealer around the corner that you can trust!

Mark Quinn and his staff are knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly. I had a good experience with Mike. He was friendly and easy going. These guys made the process of purchasing a car easy and as stress free as possible. I wanted a few extra things added to this truck and they were willing to work with me. They did not move on the price however I feel I paid a fair price for a good quality truck. I also had an issue with the tonneau cover not working properly and they are replacing it no questions asked. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and quality customer service.

I went to Quinn's to get my car inspected and the windshield i had for 2 years was all of a sudden a problem. Also he wanted to charge me $350 for a $16 part. I went down to napa auto parts, got the part, and the guy at napa said a dummy could install the part in less than an hour. Quinns wanted to charge me for 3+ hours of labor. I would say that's a huge rip off.

Bottom line - this was the very best, easiest, simplest, and most pain-free buying experience I ever had. It is good, old-fashioned, straight-talking, honest dealing. The approach is low-key; I was interested in a certain type of car, and they started by showing me the least, not the most expensive of the type. It was prepped and ready exactly as and when it was supposed to be. The pick-up was smooth, fast, and easy. They provided very good advice in terms of financing, extended service, insurance, and everything else I needed to know. It is a local company, and the owner lives in the area. That's good; he's accountable. This is the second car I've bought from Quinn's in three months, and the third overall. I am pleased to provide an absolute, unqualified, unconditional recommendation.

I've bought many cars in my time but never have been treated so rude and felt so worthless by anyone in the car business. I saw an Acura that I liked and went and to the dealership for a test drive. The price on the vehicle was $17980 which I thought was top value for this vehicle with 78000 miles on it. We started talking #'s and about my trade value and he gave me a fairly mid range offer on my trade but didn't take anything of his vehicle. I left and figured I come back and take a 2nd test drive and a longer one, also he said the car was detailed so it was much cleaner. I arrived at the dealership he had a plate on the car and i started my second test drive and right away an interior piece above the back seat falls off. I figure OK and keep driving then next, the back seat widow wont roll down with the driver side door buttons, now mind you this is a used car but he's asking top price for it? I get to my house with the car and take, with my wife a good look around the outside of the car and find some minor rust spot above the rear fender. I also see some real bad touch-up job on the bottom of the rear fender with paint that doesn't even match, and the font bumper had a crack in the plastic where the car apparently hit something. So on the way back to the dealership I'm thinking it's an 07 with 78000 miles and it has some flaws here and there, but again for the right price I'm still interested.I pull up and head right into Mark's office and sit down and I now want to start talking about coming down on his vehicle(price wise) which he hasn't taken any money off of yet and I point out some of the things I saw. He immediately gets defensive and says he has a COLD and does not want to negotiate the price of the car and that he's not going to talk anymore about the deal? Now I've bought many cars like I said and never once paid the price they were asking especially for used cars! So as an adult i see this situation is not going to end well and decide I better just cut this off and get out of the dealership. I will make it a point to steer people clear of this place unless they like feeling inferior or like 1 sided deals with the consumer having no say in the price!

Just purchased my third vehicle from Mark Quinn of Quinn Motor Cars. There are no pushy sales people. The vehicles they offer are excellent. Mike Burke and Mark Quinn are wonderful to talk to, easy to deal with and make you feel comfortable right off the bat. You tell them what you are looking for and your needs in a vehicle and if it is not on their lot at the time, they will see if they can get what it is you desire. I must say that Mark and Mike and their team are great. Everyone is so nice. No pressure sale here. I've owned three Lincolns before now and had been looking for another one for quite a while. When I found this one on line, I called and talked to Mark. I could tell just by talking to him that the car was going to be just what was advertised. Well worth the one and a half hour drive. It was what I'd been looking for and more. The car was immaculate; had new brakes and a new battery. You don't get that at other dealerships. I finished up the deal with Mike. My Experience with Quinn Motor Car was one of the Smoothest, Calmest, Efficient Car Purchases I have ever made. I found the car I wanted at Quinn and than I did shop around. This dealership is great if you hate pushy salesmen. We were able to search the lot without being annoyed and we test drove the car right away. They got me a great interest rate and made sure my new/used car was perfect at time of pick up (I did have to wait a little longer than expected, but they were doing some extra work on it). Mark Quinn was very kind to us as we searched for a pre-owned car after our car was rear-ended and totaled in an accident. He listened and took all our thoughts into consideration and was very patient. He did not try any typical used-car dealer types of tricks. His car was not the lowest priced car we found, but I had the feeling Mark knew exactly what car he had, and he took care of it personally, and made sure the car was at its top condition. My overall thoughts are that while Quinn may not be the absolute lowest price, you can trust that he will give you a good car which has been well prepared for sale--for example, he gave us all new tires before we drove away, a full tank of gas, and the car was spotless. He also went to the DMV for us and took care of all of that...now what is that worth???

This is our 3rd car we purchased from Quinn Motor Car and again they did not dissappoint. It is the first and only place we looked. Mike from Sales is efficient, knowledgeable and fair. When we decided on a car, he took care of all necessary paper work and within a couple hours, we were driving away in our new car. The service department is equally as good. Buying a car gives me a headache. Maybe it's the sales people who try to give the impression they're doing you a favor. I don't know I dread the thought, the time the whole experience. My fiance and I were trying to purchase a used minivan and we had no luck on line, at other used car lots and even going through a friend at the local auctions. Upon speaking with Mark and Mike at Quinn Motor Car they assured me they would find me a van with the options we wanted for the price we wanted to pay. Three days later it was a done deal and we now own an '05 Town and Country van with only 49,000 miles, clean inside and out. I had to return to their service department for a couple of extras that I had ordered and I was treated like I was a long time customer. The service department is worthy of mention and from here on out I will perform my regular maintenance with them. In summary, you will be treated with respect by honest straight forward staff that follows through from start to finish just like they did for my family and I. Eleven years ago, a good friend introduced me to Mark Quinn. I purchased a car then because I needed reliable transportation, the price was right and I felt comfortable with the people at Quinn. Come to find out, after these 11 years, I knew Mark's wife more than 30 years ago! It's true, it's a very small world! I purchased my 3rd car from Mark this past Friday. My wife was recommended to Mark and his staff from another satisfied customer. She had already chosen a car that she found on their website. We walked in, without even knowing our name let us test drive a 2013 Chrysler 200. They just handed the keys over and let us go. If they will go that far to trust us, then we felt it was worth trusting them. We now have a 2013 200 parked out in the garage, I have a happy wife, and that is important. The staff at Quinn Motor Car were GREAT! I bought a 2008 Honda Pilot from them recently and the car is everything I need. The dealership is about and hour and a half north of where I live and it was worth the trip. Almost two months ago, I went to Quinn motor car to look at a low mileage Jeep Patriot I found on Cars.com. The dealership is located in West Sand Lake, which is a little out of the way; however, it is well worth the drive! I have purchased three used cars and the experience at Quinns was like nothing I have ever seen before. When I arrived, Mark Quinn greeted me in the parking lot and showed me to the Jeep which was receiving an oil change in the service department. After looking at the Jeep for some time Mark asked the service manage to take the car off the lift so that I could take it for a test drive. When I test drove the vehicle, Mark did not make me give him my keys or a copy of my license, and he did not even choose to ride along with me. Everything was very laid back and Mark was the polar opposite of pushy, which I greatly appreciated. There was very little negotiating or haggling which was also appreciated. Mark fairly prices his vehicles so you know you are getting a quality car for a quality price. The actual purchase process took less than 10 minutes. The Patriot has been excellent and has needed no service appointments. Due to my positive experience, I will take the vehicle back to Quinn Motor Car for service and will definitely check them out for future vehicle purchases. Everything considered, it is a great dealership with a laid back atmosphere and friendly service. It is definitely well worth the drive!

I found online what seemed to be a very good deal on a nearly brand new Nissan Armada. Mark understood that I would be driving 3.5 hours to him and assured me that I would be satisfied with the car. The customer service was great. I saw the car I wanted to buy Wednesday night and it was ready for pick up Friday. They took care of everything and it was very quick!!!

I had a great experience working with mark at Quinn Motor Car, he was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and quite accomodating. I like the small family owned no pressure atmosphere at Quinn. The vehicle I purchased is in excellent condition compared to that of the same vehicle on other dealer lots, and it was priced to sell! I thank Mark a ton for doing was was necessary to make this happen for me! I would recommend them to anyone.

I was shopping for a late model/low mileage Kia Rondo with the optional 3rd row seats. The Rondo has been discontinued in the US but it is still pretty easy to find them and they depreciate fairly quickly. After a fairly careful search, I found five 2009 Rondos with ~30K miles on them, within 150 miles from NYC. The Rondo at Quinn Motor was not the cheapest, nor did it have the lowest mileage on it, but it was almost certainly the best vehicle, and sold to me with the best experience. The first difference is that Quinn didn't just wash the car & flip-sell it. Instead, they thoroughly went over the vehicle and went so far as to put on 4 new tires and -- this is the kicker -- new brake rotors. Again, bear in mind that this was a late model, low mileage vehicle in pristine condition with just one previous owner. My experience is that few resellers go to this level of care and refurbishment. Then there was the buying experience itself -- a total pleasure. The sales staff at Quinn Motor is just two guys -- Mark Quinn (the owner) and Mike Burke (he's who sold me the Rondo). Both have been working together for close to two decades. So what you get is more of a family-style operation than an impersonal dealership -- if you deal with these two, you're dealing with the entire operation. There were no hidden fees, no run arounds, no pressure. Everything was above board, and they saved me a HUGE hassle dealing with the title, plates and registration. They treated me completely fairly, and the entire experience was refreshingly pleasant. I would absolutely recommend them and if I were to do it all over again, I would do everything exactly the same.

The salesman Mike and Owner Mark Quinn are stand up guys that want to make you happy. I have purchased two vehicles in the past year and both times it took less than 15 minutes. No haggling. A Fair amount for my trades and a Fair amount for the purchased vehicles. And they stand by their cars. I will definitely be buying from Quinn Motor Car again. Thanks Fellas

Quinn Motors is a great dealership to work with concerning service and car/truck purchases. We have purchased 4 vehicles from them and have our auto service needs completed by their mechanics. They conduct them very professionally in both areas. We are always looking for low mileage/close to new vehicles and Quinn is the website where we start serching. I called for just a few quick questions on a used vehicle, and within a minute the guy on the phone was literally yelling at me! Sounded like he was straight out of the Sopranos tv show! I said nothing to provoke, I merely asked for a ballpark estimate on my trade in after providing some info to the sales person. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I work locally in the automotive industry and can purchase my cars anywhere at deep discounts. I did not even bother shopping after visiting Quinn Motor Car. Our vehicle was so competitivley priced from the start and in such excellent condition (like the rest of thier inventory) that we bought it the day we arrived. The service is excellent with no pressure and Mike and Mark make you feel like family. I have already sent 2 more people to Quinn knowing they cant do any better anywhere in the local area.

Although we were not planning on buying a car for a couple of years, Mark offered us such a fair price on our car that we realized his offer was too good to pass up. He was easy to talk with and did not pressure us in any way. Usually as soon as a sales person approaches you they have to shake your hand and get your name and start pushing the car. He gave us the information we asked for and was always friendly and pleasant and really never tried to hard sell the car. The dealership is a small family-owned business and with a clean, comfortable atmosphere. It was a pleasure doing business with Mark at Quinn Motors.

We were just looking at a car that had caught my eye several times within the past year, but had no intentions of buying one for a couple of years. After taking it for a spin, talking to Mark and crunching some numbers, we realized that this would be the best time to buy it. Dealing with Mark was like talking to a good neighbor. Absolutely no pressure and he didn't play games like some car sales people do, e.g., holding onto our keys or license while trying to pressure us into buying. He was above board, fair and comfortable to talk with. We didn't set out to buy a car, but are thrilled we did; and very pleased with the buying experience.

What a refreshing change to do business with this dealership! A happy, helpful, place with a very nice selection of beautifully reconditioned cars. The whole process was made simple and I was treated with friendliness and respect by all staff with whom I came in contact. I found a very nice car - actually just what I was looking for - a fully loaded 2010 Ford Fusion at a great price. My son had the same experience with them a couple of months ago. I would recommend them to anyone. And in spite of the drive to reach them I would definitely return to buy another car.

Today we bought our third vehicle from Quinn Motor Car. They have a top shelf inventory at fair prices, and the service is totally customer oriented. It's like buying a new car at a better price. Just an outstanding dealer.We also have all our service work done at QMC (all three cars) and their service work is great. Again, totally customer oriented. By far the best vehicle purchase process I have ever been. Absolutely no pressure sales, but right there when you have a question or need help. When I was ready to make the deal, it was quick and very professional. Dealer offers a wide variety of quality used vehicles and if he doesn't have what you want, he will work with you to match your needs.

I had nearly given up on purchasing a car, I was frustrated at how other dealers treated me, and how pushy they all were. Then I went to Quinns, what an amazing difference. No pressure, no stress and in under an hour, my loan was approved, my insurance was transferred and I was all set! I would recommend them to everyone and anyone. I couldn't be happier!

This is the second used car I have purchased from Quinn. Both times, I told Mark what I was looking for and he came through with great vehicles at reasonable prices. The service department is more than accomodating and helpful. They work hard to make it possible for you to drop your vehicle off and pick it up at a time that is convenient to you.

Our experience buying an almost new Jeep Grand Cherokee was excellent. No pressure at all. We were able to test drive many different cars similar to the Jeep and make our decision. Financing was simple, the whole process easy. I walked out for the first time purchasing a car feeling that I had not been cheated and I could trust the dealer.

I searched the web for the type of car I wanted. Not finding the car,I called a friend of mine who always drives stylish and functional cars. Knowing that he was price savvy so I inquired where he bought his vehicles. He told me about Quinn Motor Car in West Sand Lake. So I explored their website and found the car which fit my criteria. Also checked Safety Reviews. Went up on Wednesday, test drove it. My husband also test drove it on Friday. We bought the car that same day. I drove it home on Saturday. Car was detailed extremely well. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who asks!!!
