Excellent Experience at R.J. Burne, Scranton. We dealt with Peter Mooney, Sales Rep and Steve Mariani, Finance Director. We felt like we knew both of them for years. Would highly recommend both of these gentlemen.

Best car buying experience I've ever had. The Sales Representative asked me what I was looking for and led me right to the perfect vehicle for me. He didn't try to up-sell me and there was absolutely no pressure. When I was signing my purchase papers Mr. Burne came into the office to thank me personally for my business. I love my "new" to me Cadillac and I will definitely be back for future purchases and to service my car. I feel that I can trust them. I whole heartedly recommend RJ Burne Cadillac.

I took my mother down to RJ Burne Cadillac to look at a new CTS. We dealt with Marc Vanston and I can not commend his professionalism and patience enough. My mother is not very good with technology and Mark took the time to show her all the different features of the cars. She ended up buying the bigger XTS and absolutely loves it, especially the blind spot monitors ( she has a history of backing into the garage .) Marc's no pressure sales attitude, professional appearance and technical knowledge made it clear where we wanted to buy. We had been to other dealerships and Marc went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Along with the great customer service she got a great lease payment too! Highly recommend RJ Burne and Marc Vanston. Thank you and God Bless

I recently had to get my car serviced for a small fender bender. The entire staff is professional and courteous. They bed over backwards to get you in and out quickly with as little disruption to you as possible. The workmanship is top of the line.

Excellent service. I had forgotten about the squeak in vehicle until I was at the dealership, after the vehicle was inside for the oil change already.It was taken care of without a complaint and I was kept in the loop of what they were doing.Great service.

The Customer Service person, Bernyce Welcome, was very courteous and knowledgeable. She was very pleasant to deal with and talk. She was a main reason I purchased the car. Of course, the sales person, Pete Mooney, was very knowledgeable of the car and accessories!! I was walked through the service area and found it exceptionally clean and organized.
