I'm pretty transparent in my reviews. So read throughout. I worked with Tristan Bergen on the purchase of a CTS-V. I've been working on getting one for some time then I came across the one I had to have. The process was wearing, for a couple reasons. 1. We couldn't send the loan through until my refinance was complete and 2. I had unorthodox financing through Nationwide. About a week into the process, Tristan's communication with me became lagging and questions seemed to go unanswered. At one point, I had asked for a new sales rep because I was frustrated, not necessarily with him, but with the process in general. He and I talked, and we really hashed out the miscommunication and it was clear he wasn't blowing me off, his popularity was increasing and he was inundated with clients. I completely know why after spending some time on the phone with him. He represents himself as professional as possible and is very business minded. He explained the intricacies of my transaction and what he was doing on his side to make everything work out. His responsiveness slowed down because he was increasingly getting much busier, an expectation that I wasn't planning on because he typically answered his phone EVERY TIME I CALLED. It was during this time that he explained my unorthodox financing also. I'm appreciative that he stuck it out. In sum, my overall experience with Tristan at RAC Performance was great. They are reputable, hold truth in their work, and supply a strong product line. Give these guys a shot with your next car purchase. I'm glad I did.

This is my first Porsche and RAC Performance not only has one the bestreputations in the DFW area, but in the USA as well. I did lots and lotsof research, and the decision to purchase my 911 from Michael and Tristanat RAC was a no-brainer.Across multiple Porsche enthusiast forums, RAC Performance repeatedly comesup as the recommended choice for PPI's. They had a very good sizeselection and some cars were not even online yet at the time I purchased.I'm more than happy with how the sales experience went, and their overallapproach. They even performed a service on the 911 prior to my picking itup so I'd have no worries about the previous maintenance being done.I'm looking forward to a few years of service there, then will more thanlikely be looking to upgrade from them in the near future.

I found a great 997 Carrera S on their site and scheduled a test drive. Car was waiting for me when I arrived, and Michael and Tristan were there to answer all my questions. Made a deal that day, was able to arrange financing and pick up two days later. Smooth process signing all the docs and delivering the car, took so much less time than most dealerships. I will be back again when it is time to get a newer car.

I want to thank Tristan Bergen and your whole organization for the efficiency and professionalism in the selling of my 911 on consignment recently. Having to not deal with details of security, test driving and finally selling the Porsche was worth every penny spent on the commission. You guys run a top class operation.

Overall, this is a great dealership. I purchased my dream Porsche 993 from RAC. Michael was my salesman. Great customer service, and a fair price for the vehicle. Enclosed delivery is at a great price as well. I would purchase from RAC again.

I trust Hans Hoffman and his fellow employees, Solomon and Michael, with both service and sales. They have serviced my 2006 Carerra S for years, and faithfully repair what is needed, and don't do what is not. When I needed new tires and insisted on one brand, they listened to what my needs were, and sourced a better option for me, at lower cost, and addressed my worries, not my stated need. Hans was right, and the tires are quieter, and perform. Thank you for listening, and simply taking care us. When I wanted to find a car for my wife, they found a Cayman S for us that met our budget, and other interests. Solomon and Michael handled the deal. I had a few requests after the sale, and they handled those, and more. Thank you Hans, Michael, and Solomon.

I bought a '95 993 and dealt with Michael and Tristan. They were very honest with their representation of the car and were very easy to work with. I traded in a car sight unseen and they honored the price they quoted me over the phone before I drove over four hours to complete the transaction. Their facilities are very clean and they have a great collection of cars to choose from. I would not hesitate to do business with them again!

NEVER AGAIN. I am an exotic automobile enthusiast. I purchased a Ferrari from them. The car was represented to have received a major service by their "factory certified technician". The cost of a major service on any exotic is substantial.... The car didn't complete 20 miles before the engine light came on. I returned the car and they turned the light off. This happened several more times with Hans accusing me of causing the issue. Tension increased. Hans told me it was a used car and had no warranty. Turns out they had installed the wrong O2 sensors (or so I'm told). Sales department represented checking the F1 heat exchanger had been included in the service/make ready. Leaving RAC the coolant temp pegged. Turned out the heat exchanger had failed. Hans insisted it was a used car and had no warranty. After shouting matches, threats of violence and insults they repaired heat exchanger with me paying for parts and labor. Now it leaks. As a condition of the purchase the sales department agreed to repair several interior lights (which should have been replaced in make ready). Replaced one bulb but broke the clock/interior light dome. The entire sales department left including sales manager. There is more but this is representative of what to expect dealing with RAC. BEWARE, integrity, professionalism and customer service is among the worst anywhere.
