Felt like family during the purchasing process. Not so much after the fact. Had to jump through Hoops when it came down to the windshield being replaced and the dent being fixed that was promised at the sale. But in all, Cody and Donnie ( My sales guys) where very helpful. Sales manager and Service manager though, not so much. Customer satisfaction is important to me in my profession. I deal in results not excuses! I will purchase another vehicle in the near future, just not from Rainbow! Chris Hanke

This was the second vehicle that I have purchased from Rainbow Luxury Imports. It was, by far, the best car buying experience that I have had. After days of frustration from other dealerships that were basically trying to sell me a vehicle that I really wasn't interested in, I stopped by Rainbow . My sales professional, Ronnie Redler , gave me several vehicles to chose from that were in my price range. Just a very honest, friendly person. All of the staff were very professional. Within 2 hours, I left with my new Mitsubishi Eclipse Crossover. It was a total hassle free car buying experience! Highly recommend.

Will not negotiate on any cars. Claim that the artificial market inflation is the reason. The vehicle has been in their inventory for months because they are priced higher than the market average. No haggle means competitive in pricing, not price gouging no haggle.

I could praise the car I purchased. It is primo. It is like new. They do get some really nice cars in stock at this place. But, beware. You are dealing with some other factors here that may make your buying experience a stressful one. The salespeople have poor communication skills. You are chasing them. I don't quite understand how anyone in sales could possibly be hard to communicate with, but welcome to Rainbow. Then, once you are even on the hook, nothing is any different. Very odd. And don't try to squabble about pricing. They went to the "owner" on some quite legitimate issues with the price and this guy was stubborn and bull-headed not wanting to budge on price. I found that odd, as well. This tells me he is penny wise and dollar stupid. I was one inch away from the exit and would have gladly gone elsewhere due to this alone. Unfortunately, the other cars I had found elsewhere that were comparable ended up with some logistical problems that didn't enable me to do business with them. Otherwise, I would have run out Rainbow's door. The entire selling process was a turn off. Then, lo and behold, I ended up with a problem with the car only within days of purchase. In essence, their response (directly from the same stubborn owner) was : GOOD LUCK with that! We hope you get it taken care of successfully. HUH? And their question to me before telling me that was "Did you pay cash or finance?" I guess that mattered. I didn't get the best outcome because I paid cash. The check had been cashed and I was essentially long off their radar. In summary, the owner of this place doesn't know how to do business wisely ~ and it shows.

I found a car I loved at the dealership. It was priced too high but I was willing to negotiate. The place where I was so very disappointed was with my trade. They totally low balled me which is to be expected in that business, but then the sales manager looked me straight in the face and LIED. He told me that because of this and that he could not even sell my car - a loaded 2011 Mini Cooper Countryman S. He said he'd have to take it auction. He couldn't possibly put it on his lot because he just couldn't look at people and convince them it didn't have problems. He just didn't feel right doing it. Blah, blah, blah....... Now, guess what is sitting on his lot? My old car with a price tag $5,800.00 more than what he paid me. Did he think I wouldn't see it? Not unless he is stupid. He just doesn't care. He lied and walked to the bank. Shame on me. I won't make the same mistake again. DO NOT TRADE YOUR CAR TO RAINBOW!!!! They lie and they will rip you off!!!! Live and learn! Now I'm just waiting to see what is wrong with the car I purchased. I'm sure there is something they lied about.

I saw the truck online which was fairly priced. I sent an email inquiring on availability. I received an email back and a call. We went exchange texts to set up driving the truck. Once I got there the sales service was outstanding. A+. I dealt with Roland Marange, and he was great. He was very knowledgeable regarding the product and answered all questions. No excessive haggling and the deal was done! I definitely recommend Rainbow Luxury Imports and would certainly do business with them again.

Puchasing my car at Rainbow Luxury Imports was definitely the most painless vehicle buying experience I've ever had. The Internet prices are extremely reasonable. My salesman, Austin, was very knowledgable and really listened to what I wanted in a car. He did his best to make sure that I chose the vehicle that would best suit my wants/needs. Ashley was very helpful as well. She immediately starting working on valuing my trade when I arrived to speed up the process. The overall atmosphere there is a friendly one. I never felt pressured. I would definitely make the two hour and fifteen minute drive back to Covington from Eunice to purchase a vehicle from Rainbow Luxury Imports in the future!

My wife and I were very impressed with our salesman, Mark Lewis, and his professional and caring way of dealing with his clients. We came in only to look at an advertised Audi 6 and were pleased with the car and its many features. The test drive was great and all questions that we had were clearly answered.We decided to purchase the car and were helped in the process by Mark and business manager Don McGinnis. They, patiently, walked us through every step and even set it us so that we could pick up a spare key locally in Baton Rouge. My wife is very pleased with her car and looking forward to a wonderful driving experience in years to come.The only thing that we can see that was lacking was the presence of an operating manual and handbook. I recently visited this dealership in search for a luxury vehicle. There were several cars/ trucks to choose from. This was my second purchase at Rainbow and Lon, Tom, Adam, and Don were all great to work with; patient, accommodating, and straight forward.If you say you're not interested in something, they drop it and move on.Comments below do not detract from strong endorsement of the dealership.Two suggestions, particularly when someone is buying a luxury car ($40+):1) Provide two keys with car even if you must inbed cost of doing so in deal. Think most customers would appreciate leaving with two keys.2) Even if the Auto Theft/Maintenance service sold by Rainbow is not purchased, the vehicle should be FULLY detailed (cleaned/washed) for delivery.

I went to the dealership with a little hesitance. I didn't want to be wheeled and dealed going by myself without my husband. I went there met with Archie and he was not pushy, very helpful and knowledgeable. The team over there did everything they could to get me in the car I wanted at the note I wanted to be at. I was so surprised at how much they went above and beyond for me. The car wasn't ready at the time I had to leave so he brought it to my house an hour and 20 minutes away. Even after the sale was done they are still very attentive to anything I need. The finance manager Don also made me feel like family. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know. From now on, I will never buy a car anywhere else. They are fantastic and sell honest very nice cars. Very knowledgeable salesman,very fair price for used car and my trade in.

Test driving cars with Juliet was a pleasant few hours with no pressure to buy. The car selection is all quality and the price we were quoted for our favorite car was very competitive. After shopping around for a few more days, we thought that Rainbow offered the best value and service by far compared to the other dealerships in the area.We were given assistance with insurance enrollment at a competitive rate. When we brought our own financing, we were told that the dealership could get us a better rate; the rate ended up being 0.1% "better". There were two minor faults with our used car, and we got confirmation in writing that the dealership would fix these issues for free when the replacement parts arrived. I'm confident this will happen. Overall, a very good experience.

They also assured me I would have a loner when I brought my car in for service. Outstanding service!! I have spoken with Tom Siravo a month ago about my daughter purchasing a new vehicle. Having no credit history, Mr. Siravo told us what needed to be done and to come see him when we are ready to buy. Ready or not today was the day. Her car broke down. We called Tom at 1:30pm and asked for help. Roberto Herrera called us back to let us know what they were trying to do for us. In less than 30 minutes I received a message from Tom stating that we were approved. We only had to go in and pick a vehicle. We arrived at the dealership at 7:28pm and left with a new car at 8:20pm. I bought a car recently with the help of Laurie. My wife and son(2) were with me and she let us try our car seat in every vehicle. She never tried to sell us anything above our price range. They also took a through look at my trade and gave me fair value. The dealer down the road (same owner) was rude, would not put me with a proper sales person and did not offer me a fair trade in value because they said "we don't have a machanic to look at it". When my bank was not easy to get my down payment from rainbow luxury imports let me drive the truck around for the weekend even before I paid a penny.

The qualities of all their vehicles are excellent. The only way the staff could be any nicer is if they gave you the car for free. Seriously though, they care about you being happy, and they only want you to buy a car if it's the car you want. They don't pressure you; they help you. The prices are fair and the selection-- vast. The dealership houses full range of makes and models, all with the same thing in common-- all of the cars are beautiful. So much so, that even though I had already knew what I wanted, the decision became more and more difficult the longer I stayed at the dealership. Hope my experience with Rainbow helps you. I appreciated the patience of Maurice, my salesperson, who bore with me as I shopped for four days for the perfect car from the vast array of stunning imports on hand. He was very friendly and knowledgable. The car I selected was beautiful, clean, and in perfect condition for an almost two year old car. It could pass for brand new, even down to the new car scent. I feel that I got a decent price, although I did have to battle it out with the sales manager over my decision not to buy the "mandatory" Autoguard. I did my own financing through USAA and was pleasantly surprised with the ease and lack of pressure I experienced in the final financing step. They were very attentive in my requirements for my desired vehicle. They kept in touch with me on their progress of locating one. They were great with allowing me to test drive various vehicles. They answered my questions proficiently. They were not pushy and kept their space, so that I didn't feel backed into a corner. Once I received my vehicle, they accommodated my needs of how I preferred to conduct business. I have very little time and everything was either emailed or text to me ahead of time for my review and approval. ALL of the sales staff were courteous and professional. They respected my time and made it very easy to do business with them. After the sale, they have been great about checking in with me about how my vehicle is performing and to see if I had any operational questions. I only had one little windshield wiper issue, which they changed out when I dropped by and they no-charged me. They were ready for me when my plate arrived and put it on for me within moments of my arrival. I plan on getting my vehicle serviced here as well. I will definitely buy from them in the future. This has been a great experience. It was everything that I wanted it to be and nothing that I didn't want. I highly recommend this dealer for anyone looking for a used luxury vehicle. Overall experience was pleasant. The staff was courteous, professional,and more than up to the task of fulfilling my request for a peculiar vehicle color (Kiwi Green). They eventually located a vehicle in Houston and promptly arranged to have it shipped in a day's time. Salesperson Juliette proved to be knowledgeable about the particular model I was interested in and, thankfully, did not aggressively seek to upsell me on features or luxuries I did not want or need - thank you Juliette! I didn't score the best deal price wise, but certainly feel the negotiation was forthright and transparent. My only complaint of the process was being coerced into paying for Autoguard, some dubious anti-theft protection plan offered by some sham company out of Ft. Lauderdale. Oh well the teeth pulling is over and I can say I'm happy with both my new car and the seasoned veterans working at Rainbow Luxury Imports.

Maurice was our salesman for our purchase of an E Class 350 Mercedes. He was easy to talk with, understood what we wanted, was very helpful and knowledgeable. We visited this dealer in the pouring Lousiana rain to look at a promising car. The car looked great, the staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortuanately it was listed as "no accidents" when in fact the carfax listed a substantial accident. More troubling, the miles, service reord, etc. did not check out. I hate searching dealership to dealership for a car. I passed down hwy 190 and saw a 2010 Camaro and I had to stop and check it out. Dexter and Melvin assisted me and I loved the car. I told them that I would sleep on it and let them know an answer in the morning. The next evening I decided to bring my Honda in for a trade and surprisingly they were able to give me what I wanted for my trade. We made the deal (they even stayed 30 minutes after closing to make it happen). I rate this dealership as an A+. Not pushy, very honest and pleasant to deal with. Thanks guys !!

I initially dealt with Melvin and did the negotiations with him over the phone.. He was great. Roland delivered the car to my mom's work and went over all of the paperwork with us and finalized the deal. Both men were awesome. Thanks so much. I love my new ride... Finally there's a great Mitsubishi dealership / service center on the north shore. Ask for Brandon in service dept, he is the most knowledgable and easy to talk to mechanic, I've meet in years. If you own a high end car, he is the one to bring it to. The staff is very friendly & helpful.. DON'T get ripped off atSlidell dealership like I did. I would give a higher raiting if it was not for the dealership not standing behind their vehicle. I understand I purchased a used vehicle but if I am spending almost 20,000.00 on a vehicle and then I come back to get a light fixed and you will not fix it it and tell me that I have to pay 285.00 to fix something when it was broken when I left the lot. I will have trouble recommending this dealership and I will probably never buy at this dealership again.

When they buy there vehicles from the Auction they don't only run the carfax report, they check all panels of the vehicle with a paint meter. What a paint meter does is measures the depth of paint. If they find a really nice vehicle with a minor Car Fax issue and can prove that it was minor damage (Front or Rear Bumper resprayed, Less than two panels painted) they don't mind taking the vehicle and retailing that vehicle. That vehicle would still be able to be Certified because it was very minor damage. Senerio 2, IF a dealership takes a trade in with a minor Car Fax issue and the vehicle is nice, they would also attempt to retail that vehicle. Those vehicles are always the cheapest vehicles on the lot. If a Customer chooses to buy a Clean Car Fax One Owner vehicle, they don't mind paying more for that vehicle. Thats the reason a dealership keeps specific vehicles with very minor paint work on the lot, there for people that want that vehicle but can't afford to buy the cream of the crop nicest vehicle they have to choose from. This Dealership does not hide anything about there cars and provides CAR FAX's on all of there vehicles, most direct from the website rainbowluxuryimports.com. Check it out and you will see that you are mistaken. It is your responsibility as the purchaser, to do the research on the car you choose to purchase, they can only help you in that decision. Rainbow provides as many tools to assist the customer in making a well informed decision as they can, and wouldn't jepordize future business over a $5 Car Fax Report. For you all to slam Rainbow Imports for a mistake you made is ridiculous and misleading! Like I said you never hear the good only the bad! They have the nicest vehicles and best selection in the South, Period! They may not always be the cheapest price on every vehicle in inventory, but do offer less expensive vehicles to choose like the vehicles these reveiws speak of. These customers should have done the research before they bought, and I also garuntee the vehicles are not as bad as they say they are because they don't sell Junk. They Wholesale Junk! The cheapest car out there is cheap for a reason people, DO YOUR RESEARCH! If you don't feel comfortable than don't buy it. It's called buyers remorse. I went to Rainbow Automotive to purchase a BMW they had listed on the website. After inspecting the car, I noticed the vehicle did not have a spare tire. I asked the salesperson about this and he stated the vehicle is equipped with run flat tires (it should be). I took delivery of my 2007 Mercedes C-230 on May 9, 2012. I was very happy with my car until 3 days after the sale, I noticed a rattle sound coming from the left rear of the vehicle. I was then informed by my mechanic that the rear springs and suspension was bad and it will cost me about 900.00 dollars to repair the problem. I know this was a as-is sale, but i guess buyer beware is the answer for this problem. I was also unhappy to learn that there was no history of when the vehicle was last serviced before i purchased it. I was informed that the vehicle was purchased about 2 days before I purchased it and it was put out for sale without any service being done. I was then informed that i should get the vehicle serviced as soon as possible. How can i recommend a dealership to future customers, if that dealership can't stand behind a vehicle that cost 18,000.00 dollars. I can understand if i purchased a vehicle that cost 3,000.00 dollars, but 18,000.00 dollars. I know that my problem is not your problem and that the sale has been done, but we live in a sad state of affairs when we can't walk into a car dealership with faith that that dealership will act in good faith and provide the customer with the satisfaction of knowing that they (the customer) will get a vehicle that they can depend on and will last at least a week without having to take it to have it repaired.

THE ENTIRE STAFF AND OVERALL PURCHASE EXPERIENCE WAS SECOND TO NONE. THE SALESPERSON WAS EXTREMELY COURTEOUS AND REALLY MADE ME FEEL LIKE HE WAS WORKING FOR ME. THERE WAS ABSOLUTLEY NO PRESSURE DURING THE ENTIRE PROCESS. THE FINANCING WAS BETTER THAN I COULD HAVE GOTTEN AT MY OWN BANK. THE NEXT TIME I AM IN THE MARKET FOR A NEW OR USED CAR THERE IS NO OTHER PLACE THAT I WOULD EVEN CONSIDER!! RAINBOW IS THE BEST!!!

The customer service is the best. I've purchased 10+ cars and never been happy enough with a dealership to return. I will not buy from another dealer other than Rainbow Imports and I will refer all my friends and family. In addition, it is nice to have a local dealer that handles sales, parts and service on imports rather than driving to Baton Rouge or Metairie. They are accomodating and friendly. :-)

This dealership is horrible!! I went in looking for a small 4-cylinder communter car for college & they kept showing me brand new 6-cylinders and cars way out of my price range. After I told him for about the 12th time, he finally showed me a Forenza, which I really liked. However, the car was covered in dings and dents and scratches, inside and out! They would not negotiate the price at all. I told him I was willing to pay no more than 10 thousand after TT&L, and his only argument was "everyone has to pay taxes" It had nothing to do with taxes!! I wasnt paying almost $20 thousand dollars for a used car that was beat up & not not taken care of. I called back and told the salesperson that if he could get me out the door at $10 thous then i'd pay in cash & pick it up tomorrow. He said he'd speak with his manager & call me back. Never heard from him again.I went to the Suzuki dealership in Hammond & it was a much better experience. I found another Forenza, MUCH better condition, 50,000 less miles, under full warranty, and in my price range. The salesmen did not hassle or pressure us. They were very patient and worked with us to make us happy!

I and my wife were mislead by the sales persons, on two occasions by two different salesmen. This caused us to lose time (hours), money and energy. Our dealing with them was a very frustrating, exasperating experience. When the owner (so we were told) was informed of this he had a cavalier attitude and essentially stated, "Oh, well, thanks for stopping by and have a nice day but don't let the door hit you in the butt. . ." They had no value for the customer or their integrity. Go ANYWHERE else but to this dealer to purchase your vehicle. If you value your own integrity, don't go to this dealership.
