was in for service last week getting a routine oil change. I had to walk thru the sales department to take my daughter to the restroom, which I was honestly dreading for not wanting to be hounded to buy a new car.. As I walked thru there was a salesman sitting at his desk. He offered my daughter a balloon. I had noticed he was on crutches and went out of his way crutches and all to give me exceptional service. I can assure you that if your in the market and bring your family car shopping Matt Leavitt it the guy to see. Even tho i am not in the market for a vehicle I will definatley will work with him when im ready to uograde. Glad to see there's still gentlemen out there.

This was easily the best car buying experience. In the past I have, like many, always dreaded the car buying process due to high pressure salespeople and general hassle with sales an finance. The folks at Rairdon's were friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend.

We bought a truck today from Matthew Meyer. We visited several other dealerships this weekend and he had the best customer service BY A MILE. He is a major reason we came back to buy from your business. We will absolutely come back again for future needs. He is a very valuable member of your team and I can't thank him enough for making this such a positive and memorable experience for me and my husband.Friends have shared very negative experiences but we had the complete opposite today. Hopefully they've taken recent feedback and made changes. Regardless, I would highly recommend asking for Matthew Meyers if you are looking here for a vehicle. THANK YOU MATTHEW FOR AN AMAZING BUYING EXPERIENCE- Stefan and Lindsay Urquhart

I recently purchased a 2016 dodge challenger from Matt L. He was extremely helpful in getting me into the vehicle of my dreams. He was very knolegable about his product. Afterwards Joseph Henson I believe was his name was very helpful as well. Made me feel like a part of the Rairdon family. Not just another car sale. I will 1000% return and work with these two gentlemen again!

Norm was helpful when I came in last week with a transmission issue with my 2015 jeep Cherokee. He made sure my car was serviced in one day with computer updates for my transmission. Thanks Norm!

I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee, the sales experience was "ok" at best. After the fact was when the real issue began. I received a call two days after my purchase from finance letting me know that they had found an additional $1K rebate for me. We discussed my options and agreed that I would receive a check. I received the check a few weeks later, deposited it and thought everything was done. A week later I received a notice from my bank letting me know that a stop payment had been placed on the check from Rairdon, the funds removed from my account and I was being charged a service fee. No communication from Rairdon. Not one of my several phone calls was returned by finance or the GM. I contacted Chrysler Corp for assistance. They told me the dealership was attempting to resolve the issue. The resolution is that I go back to the dealership and resign paperwork. Not acceptable. Now I am getting daily phone calls from the dealership's "customer satisfaction" representatives (different one each day) asking me how my experience has been. Are you kidding me? They either are clueless or are playing games. Either way NOT ACCEPTABLE. Do your homework and read all the negative reviews on this dealership. I wish I had.

My experience at Rairdon could not have been better I don't think. I was looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee, but as it was my first time looking into buying/leasing a new car I didn't know much about the process. Elle was the internet specialist that helped me the most find exactly what I wanted and worked hard to make it affordable for me. She showed me a good variety of cars and explained differences very well until I was able to pinpoint exactly what features I wanted for sure. Everyone else there was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable as well. I would return here in a heart beat for all future business. Thank you!!! I LOVE MY JEEP! :)

After a series of bad experiences at Jeep dealerships, today I decided to risk further service dept. disrespect for me and my fortunately trusty Jeep in order to give my beloved Jeep a long-needed oil change. And change is really the key word here! I drove to Marysville for the last change year ago to avoid the dealer from whom I had bought the car since that dealer lost the car and couldn't assure me that the oil change had actually been done! Online reviews of that dealer are still bad, so I decided to try Rairdon's Kirkland Jeep because they now have good reviews although three years ago I was very unhappy with the classic hard sell they gave me when I was looking to buy the Jeep. These.dealers change fast so check current online reviews. Today in Kirkland I received respectful, courteous, friendly, and competent service at a fairly reasonable price. I will return , but I will read online reviews first. They change!

This lot has no customer service or respect for their customers. I drove 4hrs with my two kids and partially disabled mom to purchase a van from them. I had been working with a sales person and everything was suppose to be all ready for us. I got there and found out the rear seat in the van was broken!!!! The back rest part of the seat was in a reclined position and couldn't be moved. It is a power seat that can fold flat into the floor or fold up right for the seat. Since it was stuck in a recline position I could not secure a car seat in it safely so that didn't work for me. I was told everything worked and was in good condition before I drove for 4hrs to buy it. The manager of the lot first said they wouldn't do anything about it then said since he didn't know how much it would cost to fix it he would cut $500 off the price. It would cost me that much in labor to have someone work on it let alone any parts or anything else. I told them if their shop would fix it we would still have a deal but the manager refused. I DROVE 4HRS TO BUY THIS VAN AFTER BEING TOLD EVERYTHING WORKED TO FIND IT WAS BROKEN!!!!! THEY JUST SAID SORRY TOO BAD AND THAT'S IT. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! I had spent the entire previous night in the ER with my sick daughter and still drove up there to discover this and they refused to do anything. My kids were crying as they were disappointed to not get the new van after driving that far and to just get back in old van and drive all the way home again. It's so wrong they did that to me and my family

Hello,I purchased a 16 patriot here the other day. My salesman Richard was friendly enough. Had enough knowledge on the car to explain some features, engine ect to me. A little chatty but cant blame him as he was just filling time waiting for the finance guy. Nice enough guy. Fairly low pressure sales tactics. Haggling about the trade in value is common. Fairly priced vehicle so didn't have to haggle on that. Didn't try to pressure with warranties or mark ups was nice. Just asked me once if I was interested. Only blip I would say would be the closing paper signing gent. Maybe because it was end of day or I wasn't interested in mark ups but seemed a bit warn out and disinterested. I brought up the fact that I was getting a lower rate from my bank for auto pay and paperless but he said I had to call them for that. That night I get an email from them asking me to sign the forms I brought up earlier :). All in all I would return business.

If you're looking for a dealership to push you into buying, this is your dealership. I went into "look" - they took my key for a value estimate and it took an hour to get it back. In the process I was offered a payment plan where they refused to tell me the interest rate, and threw discounts at me right and left trying to keep me in the door, even though I said I was not going to buy that evening. They offered to let me take the car home for the night.... in the process of course there was the usual "your trade in isn't worth much"...how about an 84 month term loan (to bring my payment down, (since, of course, my 2011 Range Rover trade "wasn't worth much", and because they refused to tell me the interest rate so that I could determine whether my own financing would be better). I'd already done my research around rates, how much to pay down to make the payment what I wanted, etc. These guys were $300 higher/month in payment amount, so either the rate was outrageous or! the monthly payment reflected....interesting math. And given that I was hearing "how about we take 1500 off? How about 2000?" at random, the whole process was very old school car sales, with the pressure, creative financing discussions, and not really knowing what the bottom line cost is... Really nice guys. I just don't appreciate the pressure tactics. Note how many reviewers on here say, "I didn't plan to buy but these guys..." If you go in with your research complete, you know what you want to pay, you know what you want your payment to be...and can stick to your guns, I'm sure you'll be fine with these guys. IMHO, car buying should not be this much of a struggle.

I was looking to upgrade my vehicle but not seriously looking when I happened to stumble upon Rairdon's crazy good deal on a Dodge Journey. Their prices were definitely lower than all the other Dodge dealerships in the area.I worked with Elle and she was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend requesting her if you go in to this dealership. She was very kind and the complete opposite of the stereotypical slimy car salesman. I got everything that I was looking for at the price I wanted to pay. I was in and out of this dealership in 3 hours.

I have purchased cars for many dealers but I have never been treated as well as at Rairrdon's of Kirkland. All of the employees went well out of their way to not only help me but also put me in a car that was absolutely a dream. I not only have nothing but praise but I would recommend anybody visit this dealership for any of the cars they sell Alan M Singer 206-953-1066 A special gratitude to Troy Gannon and salesman Abdul Mansour and sales manager Jeff Larson. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from this dealer.

Was a really easy and enjoyable experience buying a car. I had Odie as a salesman and he was extremely helpful in choosing the right car for what I was looking for and was very knowledgeable about the cars I looked at.I never felt like I was being pressured to buy anything and it seemed like they were interested in making sure I got what I needed in a car.

I just bought a 2016 Jeep Patriot from Kobie and my experience was enjoyable and stress free. I informed them what I was looking for and when the monthly payment wasn't what I wanted they found a comparable vehicle that's worked for me. Kobie was friendly, attentive and informative. He was dedicated to not only meeting my needs in the vehicle itself but my wallet too. All of the staff members from the porters to the manager were friendly and welcoming. My finance advisor was Nate and he was informative and didn't try to push all this unnecessary additions. He understood I wanted simple coverage additions. The best part of my day was when I got to actually to see the car after all was said and done. A lovely gentleman named Joseph showed me all the features and how they functioned. Joseph was lively and you could tell he loved his job. I noticed a scuff on the interior and he fixed it right away. The only reason I didn't give the rating 5 stars is because I was informed I was financing one amount then wasn't informed of new financed amount after service contracts and GAP coverage. I WAS INFORMED OF MONTHLY PAYMENT INCREASE. I decided to cancel everything but GAP since I wasn't comfortable with what was financed afterward service contracts. It was an all around positive experience and I would recommend Rairdon of Kirkland to anybody looking for a friendly stress free car buying experience.

I did not intend to buy a car from Rairdon's in Kirkland. Their online ratings seemed pretty low on Yelp and some other sites so I was pretty wary to work with them. I ended up leasing a 2016 Dodge Charger following a customer focused, low pressure experience. I was likely one of their more annoying prospects scheduling and rescheduling test drives and appointments to discuss the car. Matt Leavitt was super low pressure and knowledgeable about the car. We test drove a few different models and then I went off to check out some other brands. Matt regularly checked in in a low pressure way which was appreciated. The negotiation was less painful than other experiences I have had buying/leasing cars and the final delivery of the car was a cool experience as they had a dedicated specialist to walk me through the features helping me set up my phone, etc. It seems Rairdon's in Kirkland has gotten the message from the poor reviews and they appear to be turning it around.

It's not an easy thing to do, helping your son buy his first car. He wants cool and my wife and I wanted safe. Not an easy answer unless you are willing to spend a lot more money than intended. So glad we met Odie Johannesson at Rairdon's in Kirkland. He spent several weeks looking for us, stayed in touch when he had an idea for us as new and used cars showed up in their large inventory. He was extremely patient as my son and I went back and forth not agreeing what was right for my 16 year old. When we found the right car, I was preparing myself for the usual and exhausting negotiating process. That never happened. It was the best experience I ever had. The price they offered the new 2016 Dodge Charger was by far the best price. While at the dealership I made calls to other Dodge dealers and the they responded in disbelief that I could purchase a new Dodge charger for that price. And while I made those calls, Odie waited patiently and professionally. I think he knew the other dealers could not compete with Rairdon's price. So, my son drove away with his first car and we couldn't be more pleased! All personnel at the dealership were friendly and Odie, our sales rep, was a real pleasure to work with. I've purchased a dozen or more cars in my lifetime, and this was my best experience.

Buying a car from Rairdon's in Kirkland was an extraordinary experience. Elle did a superb job in explaining the car's features during our test drive. Finance worked a good deal. And, Joseph explained and coordinated the Perma Plate Paint Guard finish with their service department. The whole team is very professional and informative. Elle has excellent customer service, too...with her follow-up call the day after. She's absolutely amazing!!! It was a win-win experience for both parties.

I was astounded by the impeccable service that I received throughout my buying process. I recently purchased a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk and was impressed with the integrity and friendliness of each person I encountered in the process. I typically dread the car buying process but this was a very different experience...I actually did not hate it. The difference is that every single person I worked with was genuinely kind and not pushy or aggressive. My experience started with an internet chat which was promptly followed up the next morning by Zizi. I went in to look at vehicles and found her to be pleasant, knowledgeable, and interested in meeting my needs. I had planned to look at other dealerships afterward and told her that if I decided to buy a Jeep, I'd be back the next day. I returned to the dealership and Zizi was busy working with another customer so she connected me to Nate. Though I was a little disappointed because she really knew what I wanted, she did a great job of transitioning my process to Nate and he was fantastic to work with. Nate was exceptional! He made the entire process very simple and straightforward. He made sure that my needs were met in terms of car features and financing and worked with me throughout the process to ensure that I was comfortable with the car, the numbers, etc. Zizi checked in with me throughout the process when she had spare moments which I truly appreciated. I have to say that Nate is the kind of sales person that I would go to again and again. Without hesitation, I highly recommend him for his knowledge of the process, his sincere desire to understand and meet customer needs, and honestly because car buying is a lengthy process when financing is involved and this guy is just absolutely pleasant to deal with. My boyfriend, who works in the auto industry, also felt very strongly that we were well taken care of throughout the entire process. We were both even impressed with the finance manager and typically I am checked out by the time I get to signing papers (hence boyfriend there to pay attention to the details, lol).I highly recommend Rairdon's of Kirkland...the internet team is fantastic. Cheers to Nate for being the best and kindest car salesperson I have ever encountered. My needs were met. I am happy about my awesome new car and I am thrilled I was able to purchase it from people that I sincerely felt cared about making sure I got what I wanted.

We first purchased a 2016 Wrangler for our teenage daughter. About a month later, we bought a 2015 Grand Cherokee Overland, trading in our slightly used 2013 Toyota Highlander. A couple of weeks later, we bought a 2016 Challenger Hellcat (1 of 3 on hand). Our sales people were Anthony and Elle, who really took the time to explain everything. Joe Henson was super helpful with the after-purchase experience and Nate took care of financing one of the vehicles. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone!

This was my fiance and I's first vehicle purchase which is definitely a scary process and we came in with a lot of nerves wanting to make sure we made the right decision. I talked with Austin and Brandy over the phone before I came in and they were both extremely helpful and nice. When we got into the dealership we ended up working with Elle as it was a busy day and wow what a great experience! She was SO sweet and really walked us through all the steps. My father-in-law was around for the first part and extra picky and all of us had different things we wanted in the car. She was so understanding and she found the PERFECT compromise in what we all wanted. The paperwork process went smoothly and she walked us through every step. I never felt pushed into anything and she had an amazing attitude throughout the day.Definitely was tearing up by the end because the whole team made this such a great experience. I couldn't be happier. Thank you, Rairdon!! And thank you, Elle and all the team who helped us!

These guys are AWESOME. My boyfriend and I wanted to purchase a new 2016 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk and the dealer we worked with, Elle, was fantastic. I had never seen the car before or driven it but immediately fell in love with it when I first saw it. She gave an excellent review of the car and any information we had questions about. I could tell she cared about helping us in any way she could and doing her best to get us the best deal possible. When we asked if they had any features available that we really wanted, Elle did what she could to search the inventory and find exactly the car we were hoping to buy. The service guys are also fantastic and very friendly. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to buy a Jeep. Rairdon is the #1 Jeep dealer in the area!

I spoke with Elle on the phone about a used Mazda3 that I was hoping to trade my troubled financed car for. She told me that this wouldn't be the best idea and that I should look for a new car with a bunch of rebates. We walked around the lot searching for that perfect vehicle. I saw a few that I liked. I really didn't want to be paying too much and Elle kept that in mind. We eventually ca,e upon a Jeep Patriot that I test drove and absolutely loved it. It turns so well for an SUV and a lot more spacious from the sedan I was in. In a couple of ours I was driving off the lot with a brand new Jeep, :D

This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I worked a deal with them after 5 hours in the dealership and hours over the phone later, they accepted my offer and asked me to come in and sign. I got into my truck and started driving to Kirkland only to get a call back from sales stating unfortunately someone else is buying that truck but they can show me another which of course was conveniently more money. This is not the first time they have not been able to take care of me, the wife ridiculed me for giving them a second chance.... lesson learned, I will never go to them for anything and I truly hope people read this and do not buy a vehicle from them. They truly are the most dishonest, and worst dealership I have ever dealt with in my life (and I include used car lots in that statement). Rairdon's defines "Stealership". Dealt with Vince and others, who I could never get a call back from, or get in touch with (even after being approved). This is the worst customer service I ever received in my life and ended up working with other people after Vince went dark on me.I went through USAA car buying service and I will file a complaint with them against Rairdons also.In the end I guess I should thank them because driving back home from Rairdons I got in contact with the best dealership I ever dealt with in my life. Bud Clary in Moses Lake Washington was amazing. I got a better deal because sales there wanted to make a wrong right that was not even caused by them (even got a better % rate because their finance department really worked hard). I showed up truck was detailed and ready to go with a full tank of gas and DEF, signed with sales, signed with finance, and bam I was done (total time at Bud Clary with taking pictures and everything was 45 minutes).

Run don't walk to Rairdon of Kirkland, and introduce yourself to Nate Hamblin and Elle Bush, and find yourself completely satisfied with your car purchasing experience, like I did.I am sincerely overwhelmed with my experience with Elle Bush and Nate Hamblin. First let me start with that I have owned a Jeep since 2010, and honestly have primarily worked with one dealership. I had visited Rairdon in the past, but wasn't impressed at that time. Well, its a new story now, and I am grateful. It started a week ago or more with Nate responding to my inquiry on a car I saw online. I stood him up last Friday night. He was a gentleman. Through a phone call or a few emails, I also spoke with Rich (perhaps a GM), I literally have their cell numbers in my phone. Then Nate Hamblin introduced me to Elle Bush. She speaks my language, honest and kind.Let me also tell you this. I am a single mother of two, with one income, and a two year old car that I have had such bad luck with for two years. I have a limited budget. I don't buy cars for fun. My sweet kids and I have medical reasons to work with, and goodness, how annoying is that! :) Not the ideal customer! Not to mention , the gross negative equity in my last purchase!Anyway, even though I had planned on waiting to see if their would be any specials next month for the manufacturer, I still decided to drive up their and test drive a car. They did not bait me into it with empty promises, they didn't even expect me. With child in tow, I absorbed Elle's entire day. Literally. I can't explain how it feels to have had someone invest in me, for less personal gain than they could have benefitted from, from another client. I completely converted. Hugging Nate Hamblin and Elle Bush good night (literally good night) meant that I am converted. Client for life. And in my personal and professional world, I will be encouraging my people to drive that 40 minutes to the best service I have experienced in my life. And you, run don't walk to Rairdon of Kirkland, and introduce yourself to Nate Hamblin and Elle Bush, and find yourself completely satisfied with your car purchasing experience, like I did.

Just purchased a 2016 Ram 1500 to tow our recreational travel trailer. We were assisted by Matt Leavitt and Odie Johannesson at Rairdon's of Kirkland. My wife and I recently purchased a used mini van at Rairdon's Chrylser Dodge Jeep of Kirkland. We worked with Odie and had a very pleasant experience. Even our experience post negotiations with the finance team, Patrick, was pleasant. We highly encourage you to consider this dealership for a easy and transparent car purchasing experience.

We helped my mom purchase a brand new jeep at Barton/Lithia Jeep in Spokane just before the holidays. Shortly after the purchase, my mom had to take her jeep back to the dealership 4 separate times to try and solve a reoccurring problem. Just when we thought we would have to get rid of the jeep, we took a chance and brought it to the service department at Rairdon of Kirkland. Grant C., our service advisor, was simply amazing throughout the entire process. Not only was he able to quickly and accurately diagnose the problem with the jeep, he went above and beyond by providing daily updates, including pictures of the damage they found. Grants team performed the repairs quickly and accurately, and their work was impeccable. Grant, and the service manager, Janell, even helped coordinate with Barton/Lithia in Spokane for payment on the repairs. The customer service we received from Grant at Rairdon of Kirkland was simply the best, and my mom says she will be driving over from Spokane for all repairs she needs on her jeep; even oil changes!

I bought a brand new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee in Late 2013. It broke 25 months later. They couldnt figure out what was wrong with the car, I have to bring it in 4 times and leave it with them for at least 4 days each time. They dont return message, dont call back, no updatesjust terrible service. What really added salt to injury, is that they called the rental car, that I had to pay for every time they work on my car, they call it a loaner !! I couldnt take it anywhere else, because the issue had to do with the computer which only dealerships have the equipments to work on.The only people was happy to call me was the sale dept. to convince me to trade it in for a new one. Out of desperation, I tried that. They gave me $13000 trade in value for it. $6000 less than recommended. Ill spare you the details of the agony I went though for 2 months, and Ill just say ILL NEVER GET A JEEP AGAIN. The happiest day was when I trade it in for $17,000 and I got a brand new car, another brand of course.

I purchased a 2016 Dodge Journey Crossroad here, there is AMAZING deals here! Lots of selection as well. Their website is VERY easy to use, and to browse all of their inventory, I was able to find the exact car I wanted ahead of time. Never limit your car search to your closest dealership! I live in south Seattle, but it was WELL WORTH going to Rairdon's Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Kirkland, Once again, the deals are GREAT!James Dupuy is a great rep! Good personality, great character. As a first time buyer I was in the dark about a lot of this process, and quite nervous. He made it all very simple, and clear to me, and straight to the point, I felt so much better about the whole process thanks to him! He is very knowledgeable, and made the whole process fast, and easy! I Highly recommend him! Odin Johnannesson is also very helpful! He explained all the features of my car to me, and clearly. Especially how to work the dashboard touchscreen, and all of the radio features! I Would of been LOST without that explanation, made the drive home from the lot very enjoyable! Get this guy to help you out, you will know all you need to know about your vehicle features.Robert Barr handled the financing side of things, VERY FAST process, all the signing took only a fraction of the time I thought it would! He does all he can to get you the best financing option, and answered all of my questions I had.Every aspect of this experience at this dealership, thanks to these guys I have mentioned was an amazing experience, and I now have a GREAT vehicle for my growing family, and at a good price thanks to the amazing deals a Rairdon's Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Kirkland!

I bought a Dart from Odie almost 2 years ago, and every time I go back in to get my vehicle worked on, including today, he continues his service. He always calls me to check in, and takes time out of his day to sit with me as I wait for my car. Lee in service is always professional, and very efficient getting my car in an out, as well as communicating with me what needs to be done. Without question I will be buying my next several vehicles from Odie at Rairdons, and I will continue to do my service through Lee. I highly recommend to anybody considering purchasing a vehicle to go to Rairdons of Kirkland, and to do themselves a favor and ask for Odie.

Rich and the Rairdon's team took great care of me. A few months ago I bought my first used car. I grew weary of the process with other dealers, who seemed like they were trying to trick me. I told Rich all the things I wanted in a vehicle- from price range, to the practical, to the smaller things like color and leather interior. The next day, he called me with a car that had everything I wanted and was way under budget. He even came in on his day off for me to test drive the car. I know I got a great deal and everyone made the buying experience less scary than it had been for me before, and I just love my car!

My buying experience was quick, easy and they even replaced the car battery for free before I drove away (their idea, not because I noticed anything). They accepted my offer without any of the usual back and forth of dealerships and had the used Jeep detailed and ready for me when I arrived, along with the paperwork. One of the easiest, smoothest car buying experiences of my life.

I was trying to buy a soft top Jeep for the dealership. When we talked over the phone, they were quoting great pricing, but when it came time to actually buy the car suddenly all the discounts disappeared. They wanted me to pay full price for the vehicle. Its a soft top during the winter! Not only that all the websites showed that the Jeeps should be deeply discounted. They just wasted my time. This dealership a great example what gives car dealerships a bad reputation!

Another terrible experience at Rairdon's Jeep of Kirkland, but this will at least be the last time... I've been a sales and service customer here since I purchased my 2012 Jeep here new. The vehicle has had ongoing issues with squealing coming from the engine since its first oil change. After replacing multiple components numerous times for the same issue, they have now decided it needs an alternator (the one thing that wasn't replaced during all of the other attempted repairs) and refuse to cover it under warranty. Now if this was caused by abuse or neglect I would completely expect to have to pay out of pocket for the repairs... same for maintenance, but absolutely not for an ongoing warranty issue. After reminding them of the ongoing issues they still completely refused to help. The manager (with the authority to resolve the issue) was busy all morning and couldn't be bothered. I guess I'll have to find a new (non-Rairdon's) dealer for all my maintenance and service and I guess they'll have to find another sucker to take advantage of... Be warned this dealer, will NOT stand behind their product or services. *UPDATE* Rairdon's service manager called me back to discuss the situation. She said that she reviewed my service history as well as this review. After lecturing me a bit about "how things work", she explained that they would NOT be willing to assist me further. So here's what you get to look forward to here at Rairdon's... Terrible service followed by more terrible service after you complain. Do yourself a favor and find a good, reputable Jeep dealer. There's plenty of them out there, just make sure Rairdon's is not in the name.

My wife and I went to at least 5 Jeep dealers, and Raidons of Kirkland was the only one that provided me the best price, with the most options, on our first visit! They don't play any tricks! They don't need you to get a good price from other dealer, and they try to beat it. They just provide the best price, that you don't want to miss. Please note that they don't deliver the car with full tank of oil. You may talk to them before.BTW, we really like Stephen, a humorous and helpful guy!

My wife wanted a new Jeep Cherokee so we shopped around and found the exact one up at Rairdon's in Kirkland at a very good price. I called ahead to insure that the vehicle was still available because we live in Olympia. It was, so my wife, my 4 year old and myself make the trip up to purchase the Jeep. We arrive and the vehicle was out right in front waiting for us. We were supposed to meet with James but he was busy and had set up that Mark would help us. Everything was fine until the final paperwork where there was a misunderstanding with the numbers. My wife and I decided to leave and not purchase. Mark called the next day and we came to an agreement and he offered to drive the vehicle down to Olympia so I did not have to drive back to Kirkland (on a Friday , no less). I really appreciate Mark going the extra mile (or 5 hours worth) to make my wife very happy.

WORST DEARLERSHIP - I saw an internet price for a new 2015 Jeep Patriot for $9999.00; I called the next day and confirmed the they had two on the lot for that price so I hurried down there the same day despite it being 65miles away and over an hour drive with no traffic. Once I arrived the price changed to $17,000 the only way to get it to $9999.00 was to qualify for several rebates (very misleading). Brandy Porter told me there was a $3000.00 warranty package being tacked on but said Dont tell anyone I said this but you can just return it later and they will cut you a check. My credit was poor but they told me they could get me the car for $459.00 a month, then after waiting an hour and a half, I go to sign my paperwork, no discussion of the Apr. which was 11.99% and that the loan was 75 months (not 60), in the end I would be paying over $10,000! in interest on a $20k car. After signing and looking over the numbers that didnt add up I noticed in addition to the $3000.00 warranty there was a $1200.00 maintenance package added that was NEVER discussed. After getting the car home I noticed the car was pulling to the right, I also noticed a good size paint chip in the driver door, and the front passenger fender extending down to the bumper and turn signal were not assembled straight. I called the dealership the next day to report these issues. They told me to bring the car back to them despite there being a closer dealership because they could not work with them to get me a loaner car. I then take the car back in and they say repairs would be quick and would be done by the end of the day; I get a loaner and stay in the area until the end of the day. They call me just before closing and say my car is ready, when I show up the paint ding is orange colored, they tested the alignment but never drove the car to check the pulling to the right, and the nothing was done to the bumper or fender to straighten it. I end up driving home and return 3 days later, again nothing had been resolved other than they painted the door ding the right color and added some 3m clear strips along the edge of all the doors except one door now has moisture trapped underneath the plastic forming a bubble. They called down someone who installed the 3m strips and he assured me the moisture would go away within a few days, which it has not. I was explained that the pulling to right was caused by the torque steering.I talk to the GM Kevin throughout this process who offered no help and did not really seem to care especially all the time off work/gas etc. At no point was I asked how to make the situation better and the only thing offered to me after I complained about all the time and travel was to fill up my gas tank for the ride home. I also was informed by Kevin that the warranty and maintenance package I wanted to return would NOT come back to me by check but would go back directly to the bank, I told him that Brandy had told me quite differently and all he could say was, I dont know why she said that? So now I am told to go sign a warranty cancellation form with Rob from finance who I talked to days before about possibly getting a lower interest rate and possibly redoing the deal in light of the warranty and maintenance $4200.00 I planned on returning to help get a lower monthly payment. When I do go sign the cancellation Rob is very short with me and says the deal is done so nothing can be done for the interest rate, I then ask him about the warranty coming off the deal which he says will take up to 45days, and he doesnt know how the bank will handle it, either as one large payment or take it directly off the loan.I am still with a defective vehicle that I am not pleased with all I want is the car I signed for that is in NEW perfect condition no defects, straight body.I finally took my car to Dwayne Lane Ford they WERE able to find the bumper that was not aligned correctly causing the turn signal, hood, etc. to then all be off. They were able to fix it after Rairdon said there was nothing wrong. WORST DEARLERSHIP

I had a high interest rate on my used Kia. Didn't think I'd qualify for a Jeep, just came in to Rairdons for a refi quote. But Elle Bush, who I consider a friend now, figured out I was sort of indifferent about my Kia. It was good, no problems, but it wasnt anything that excited me or made me proud. So we went window shopping at Jeeps, no pressure, no smarm, just a fun time with a laid back woman seeing if I found anything exciting. And I did. Course I figured thats where it had to end, but she gathered up the rest of the dream team, and between Jesse, Kevin, Patrick, and Im sure a lot of other players, somehow I not only qualified but got an insanely low interest rate, monthly payments very close to what I was already at, and a heck of a lot more equity, prestige, and love. I cant help it, my Kia was nice, but my Cherokee is one classy, sexy ride. Thanks so much to the dream team!

I saw a Dodge truck advertised online I called to make sure they still had it after being on hold ten minutes while they checked they told me it was there. I drove an hour through traffic got there and they tried the bait and switch on me. Told me they "couldn't find it" but they had this great other truck they had already pulled up. Only two years older 10,000 more miles and they wanted $6,000 more. Liers, I left and will never return. Very deceptive sales practice for a dealership. A complete waste of my time. Do not go there.

I wanted to wait a while before posting this, because i wanted to make sure servicing was also up to my expectations. i thought that we only received 3 free oil changes with a new purchase however it was 12 free oil changes which I am very happy about. The oil service is first come first serve is about 1.5 hours, but what do you expect! Jimmy and Rich were really good, professional at all times, made sure I was completely satisfied, We also received a cheaper interest rate the next day from the finance guy, and Rich met us the next day further up north at our gym. (he has a really nice motorcylce). Anyway I know car dealership experiences can be a pain, I think this was the best. Searching through the internet and got referred by a good friend. I ended up disappointed and pressured. Permaplate & Etched was NOT disclosed on the internet ad,I DON'T WANT IT. But they said since its already been applied it comes with the car so it did add up $1200+/- on top of the price. No floor mats and 1/4 gas on a brand new car. Left with 1 key and missing one which service people took care right away (great experience on that part). Finance manager Mike is okay but when I called a week after to cancel the extended warranty and Gap raised his voice on the phone telling me that I can't cancel it for the next 60 days. Not true. Was told that Alaska will financed yet ended up with another bank. No one called to notify me from the dealership and my phone number on thier file is wrong. Telling Mike to correct it and he won't do it. I like the car my Dodge Journey but definitely will not recommend them to my friends and family. All in all. Service is the only great experience. Sales and Finance forget it. I would go elsewhere to purchase a vehicle.

I found a price that I liked on the internet, was responded to initially, but when I asked to get everything in writing before I travelled the 200+ miles to pick up the vehicle, silence.I did travel to the dealership without notice and I took the chance that I would waste a tank of gas (plus a bit) and a day of travel. I was greeted by people who seemed confused that I would arrive without notice to purchase a vehicle. The price was very good, but the "manager" wanted to see things a different way on paper. I very nearly left but was told they could clear it up in a couple of minutes. They brought it down to basics and made everything clear. Financing was given the information and about an hour later I was signing paperwork to finish the transaction. It was during this time that I experienced the high pressure to add additional costs of extended warranties, cloth protection, oil changes, etc. Like I would drive 200+ miles to get service on a vehicle. In the end, they "detailed" the car (less than 50 miles on it and it needed to be "detailed"?) and my son drove it home, after I stopped to put gas in it... yes, they sold me a car with less than 1/4 tank of gas after telling me they would put "some" gas in it for me.Not a good experience, despite everyone telling me how much they wanted me to be happy and satisfied with my purchase. All said and done, the car is great and the price was worth the drive, but I would not recommend this dealership to anyone that doesn't have their mind set and a strong ability to say no about 100 times when trying to be sold the junk add-ons.

Let me first say, I have NEVER written an online review for any kind of business...but this was an exceptional experience that deserved recognition. Jesse was my "salesman", but it wasn't like talking to a salesman at all. He made the entire experience amazing! He has shown me that not all dealership experiences have to be as awful as so many of mine have been. I had even had quite a few very poor experiences with another Rairdon location previously and was skeptical when coming in to this one for my last purchase. He was kind and friendly and worked with me to get things I both wanted and needed and to get me a fair deal. I even brought my friend back a couple weeks later to buy a car as well! :)

Made an appointment on Saturday to go see a Dodge Dart ($19000 deal) and after an hour was told we are busy, its going to take a bit of time to figure out how to make this deal work, can you come back in a few days. Sorry "too busy for a customer who was ready to sign the line that very day" The 2 issues it seems was that to use the finance company I had been approved with would mean they had to pay a fee of $1800 which it clearly states in the terms must NOT be passed to the consumer, yet they wanted too. Wonders how many times previously they have used this company that is supposed to be a hot seller using RoadLoans.com and broken the tradition of following LAW!!Second they then went away for some 10 minutes and came back to inform me that RoadLoans wasn't open during weekends. I sat there in front of him, called the number, went through the options as a dealership and within 45 seconds was connected to a live person. So the bottom line is this guy was happy to see me walk out the door over his lies he had been caught in and the fact I wouldn't pay THIER fees. Fortunately I went half a mile to Ford Kirkland and within 90 minutes had signed and paid a deposit on a 2014 C-Max SEL (better deal and better service) To summarize, unless your rock solid at reading every bit of paperwork back to front, inside out, and know how to say "NO" your will very likely be caught in a very messy trap - assuming they have time to deal with us mere customers!!Regretfully I don't recall the name of the sales guy who dealt with my Wife and I, so id say be careful over the whole field...I did want to try and raise this issue with the General Manager (Chris Banchero) but was told his email address is not available to customers.

The sales manager didn't understand the Costco program nor tried to understand the program. I've purchased a couple of cars through the program, so I know the program. They kept pushing me to purchase a car on their lot. They made me walk through all three loots in the rain looking for a car to test drive.I wanted to purchase the a Challenger, but they screwed up the deal so bad, I decided to purchase the 2015 Mustang GT instead. If you want good customer service and a fair price, go somewhere else.

I took my 2009 Dodge Ram in for service for "check engine" light. It was determined that turbo needed to be replaced, which is covered under the extended warranty I purchased. Due to the cost of the repair, a warranty adjuster would first have to authorize it. It took four days for adjuster to go to dealership at which time the adjuster reset the code and said it was fixed, denied any repair. In addition my rental car expense was not covered. When I went to pick up truck, John my service rep informed me that the light would come back on and to bring it back when it does and start all over. Before I was able to drive off lot, the check engine light came back on. Scheduled appointment for the following Monday, took another four days for adjuster to show up and finally got warranty work approved. John in service also got me an additional 4 days rental due to delay of adjuster and weekend coming up.I highly recommend Rairdon. John and the service department has been there for me. Now the adjuster for the extended warranty is another issue. Unethical if you ask me. I have made two calls to Dodge regarding warranty adjuster and the rental expense I incurred due to adjuster denying warranty work even though it is covered.

I had a great experience with Rairdon's! I first spoke to Rich Regan on the Dodge Jeep Ram side or the dealership. He talked over some rebates and numbers with me to give me a rough idea of what I'd be looking at, and then referred me to Martin Hadley on the Fiat side of the dealership. It was so refreshing to work with Martin! My understanding is he's the sales manager rather than only a salesman. We spoke on the phone a couple times to decide which model features etc I wanted, then I went it for a test drive. Working with Martin and Rich was great because they're both just regular dudes! No 'showmanship' per se or tricks or any of that irritating car salesman stuff. Martin owns a Fiat as does his wife and Rich also drives a vehicle purchased from the dealership.Throughout the test drive Martin told me about a few features, but mostly we discussed his personal experiences owning and maintaining a Fiat. He was very upfront with me about the prices he pays for parts (tires etc) and walked me through basic maintenance (when to get the oil etc changed). We did more chatting than anything, which really put me at ease. Personally I don't like a salesman to throw pitches and things at me when I'm trying to relax and see how I feel driving a new car. After I had selected my car, Martin was again very upfront about available rebates-- at the time I purchased my car Fiat was doing some kind of $3,000 rebate, and he immediately told me about it and deducted it from the price of my car. I thought I was going to have to haggle and then reveal that I knew about the coupon to get a better deal!My trade-in was in ROUGH shape. Despite only getting $2,500 for a 2010 car (really, it wasn't worth much more, I feel like I got a fair price), Martin did his homework and found that if I kept my new loan with my previous credit union, I'd get a much better deal. I really appreciated him going above and beyond like that without me asking.Throughout the process, Rich was kept in the loop since I initiated my purchase with him. I appreciated that I didn't feel like these guys were fighting to get my commission-- they worked together crunching numbers and talking to find the best possible scenario for me.In the end, I drove off with a 2015 Fiat 500 Pop with a manual transmission. I got what is in my opinion a jaw-dropping price, payments I can still afford, and the dealership has been fantastic in keeping in touch and making sure I'm happy. I don't ever want to buy a car from anyone other than Rich Regan or Martin Hadley!

The staff is always friendly, willing to go the "extra mile" for you, knowledgable, and never tries to "up sell" you on products you don't need.I've had everything from the routine oil change, to tires, and everything in-between. I've also looked at buying a vehicle, and while I haven't yet, they always make an amazing offer. The only note - there is no $10 oil change like you get at the corner service stores. But, I've always found it better to pay the little extra even for the small services, in return for the overall experience and quality that Rairdon's provides.I always find it a good time to go in and it's easy - free coffee, free wifi, TV, everything.

Thank you to ZiZi, Robert & Rich for introducing me to the Jeep world and providing me with such an incredibly buying experience. The vehicle I found online was waiting for me when I came to test drive. The negotiation part was painless. And finance was quick! It felt odd to be in and out with my new baby that easily - I am so pleased and highly recommend Rairdon! Thanks again!!

I have been dealing with the Rairdon Group since 2004. Starting with the dealership in Arlington and for the last few cars Kirkland. Rich Regan has been and will be my rep for whatever my needs are and will be. His attention to detail and making sure the customer is happy is always his focus. I too am in sales and can't stand most salepeople but between Rich, Chris the GM and the rest of the group my experience has always been exceptional.

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE ENTERING THIS DEALERSHIP! I received a 'recall' notice in the mail yesterday for our 2012 Jeep Patriot. When I called Rairdon's to inquire what the recall was for, it was suggested we come to the dealership to discuss our options with the recall specialist because our car could potentially be unsafe to drive. Today, my husband, one year old, and I went to the dealership for our appointment. There were already customers with the recall specialist, as well as more people waiting to speak with him after our appointment-- a steady flow of people coming in and out that had received recalls in the mail. Upon sitting down at the table, and handing the "specialist" our recall notice, he looked at the paper, pulled out his binder and told us, "THIS IS THE WORST RECALL I'VE SEEN...IF YOUR CAR WAS IN AN ACCIDENT, THERE WOULD BE GAS EVERYWHERE AND IT WOULD BE LIKE THE MOVIES... FIRE EVERYWHERE". He then proceeded to tell us, while looking at our child, that since we have responsibilities as parents to keep her safe, we should no longer drive our car. He pulled out a contract to have us sign, which we didn't, that stated that we were not recommended to drive our car. The kicker-- the new parts for our car would take 3-4 months to get in, so rather than having an un-drivable car, we could have the option to trade it in for something better for little to no cost. We were then sent to talk to the "Jeep Specialist" to help us work out our options. This specialist confirmed with us, after going and getting our VIN number from our specific car, that our car was part of the recall and that we shouldn't drive our car. After going over our list of needs for a trade in, he came back and told us to come outside to see the car he found and that it was "perfect". It was, to say the least, the BIGGEST downgrade from our car possible. I don't know how he thought we would even consider trading our car for what he showed us. We would have been idiots to take the trade. After telling him we weren't interested, he took us inside and said that he didn't have a single other car for us, there were no other options. We asked what the cash trade in would be and he told us a price less than what the car was worth, and even admitted that our car was worth more than his offer. HERE'S THE PART YOU HAVE TO READ:After telling him we just wanted to wait for the recall parts instead of trading in our car, the Jeep specialist- who just so happens to be the Floor Manager as well, took us to the parts department and left. We were planning to set up an appointment and potentially finding a rental car for the time being, when this man tells us, "YOU'RE GOOD TO GO, THERE IS NOTHING NEEDING TO BE FIXED ON YOUR CAR"...WHAT?! We double checked and told him we had the recall notice and that we were JUST told not to drive our car because it was unsafe, and he insured us that our car was fine.I literally asked the man-- "So they were COMPLETELY LYING to us to try to get us to upgrade and give you our perfectly good car?!" His response, "YES". This is THE MOST UNETHICAL SCHEME...I am truly beside myself that a dealership could use fear tactics and could be so immoral. To tell us that we are putting our daughter at risk by driving our car, then to find out it was a complete lie?! I am truly appalled by what happened today, and you can be assured that I am going to do everything in my power to prevent anyone from going to this dealership-- for anything!

Describe my experience today: SLIMY! Called to inquire about a recall notice received in the mail, told that I'd need an appointment with a Kevin Graham. Once there for the appointment I was directed to a desk where a guy was calling himself the Chrysler recall specialist, I was then told how my 2011 Jeep Overland Summit was possibly unsafe to drive due to possible brake failure. Because the parts needed for the repair are currently unavailable they wouldn't be able to perform the inspection or repair at that time but they would be able to put my vehicle on the waiting list if I signed a recall form he put in front of me. I refused to sign it, and was told I couldn't be put on the waiting list until I did so. But I had a few options, drive a possibly unsafe car that the brakes could fail at anytime, or I should consider all the improvements that have been made to the 2012 and newer years, or, just park it until the parts are available. Any car dealership that would allow this man, whoever he was, to set up a temporary desk in middle of the showroom floor, and refer to himself as a recall specialist who works for Chrysler. This was all done in front of other sales staff and management. Wow! What other kind of sleazy, slimy sales tactics go on at this place mid day, mid week and in the middle of the dealership floor. I am still in disbelief that this happened to me today. A few calls to other dealerships confirmed my suspicion that this was just bull crap pulled at this Kirkland dealership. I will gladly be driving a few extra miles to Monroe or Bellevue for any future service or sales from now on ~ Maria 7/10/2014

My experience at Rairdon was second to none. My fiancee and I purchased a 2014 Jeep Patriot from Kyle last week and I have to say; this was an experience like no other. Hear me out:I've been wanting to re-finance my 2008 Jetta for a while, but I hadn't found the right deal. I pass up mailer's all the time but one specific mailer from Rairdon caught my eye. I called them up and from the very beginning I was shown GREAT customer service. Zack answered my call and offered to stay late to meet me while I came in for a same-day appointment. He answered a few questions and then introduced us to Kyle who eventually sold us the SUV.Kyle was incredibly honest and felt more like a friend than a salesman. It felt nice to have someone on our side while buying a car. He gave us great pointers on what to avoid with the Jeeps and what was more of a necessity. Even though the process took quite long, they were all VERY patient with us and had honest answers to just about every question I threw at them. We were offered Coffee, water, and tea to keep us busy while they looked over the numbers. But here's the best part. I've been through quite a few dealerships through the years and this is the only one that has met my demands and THEN SOME. I asked for a little more for my trade-in as well as all-weather mats which was to be included in the sale price. They granted both requests and also worked harded to get me a much better APR than they had originally quoted (which I was already okay with). The monthly price ended up being $50 less than what I was hoping for. Kyle and three of his co-workers walked us out and admired our new Jeep. They all really made our experience an unforgettable one, which is how it should feel when you're making such a big decision in your life.

My only complaint would be that my wife and I were at the dealership for far longer than we had planned to be. We knew EXACTLY what we wanted when we went in and were under the impression that the dealership would have no problem pulling the Jeep up for us to view and even test drive. While the model with the features we were looking for was never seen our rep Rich Regan managed to get us 2014 Latitude at a reasonable price that we're both extremely happy with.

I went to your dealership to purchase a 2013 jeep unlimited Sahara on 9/1/13 . The salesman told us , since it was a Sunday the Parts Department was closed, to email him our address so he could send us the mats for the vehicle . Emailed him no response or Mats , Called , no return calls. The vehicle only had a rear plate , so he was also going to send the Plate or plates.... No plates either. Still only have one Key and Fob .. which also was promised. I received a call from someone in Service reminding me of our complimentary oil change and asked if we could take care of the Recall Issue at the same time , He said no problem see you Saturday the 15th. I called early Saturday ,only to find out I was never put on the schedule and that there was no way the recall issue could be done, as there is an 80 person waiting list. This is the second Jeep we have Purchased from you and will be the Last. Being self employed I know that your word is often all you have , and if you don't deliver what you promise you will lose customers. This is "why" I am giving this review , so that maybe your employees will learn the value of keeping their word and making good on promises , or you will continue to lose customers.RespectfullyRich ElmorePipeworks Mechanical360.535.2288

Following is taken from my Yelp review last week. I got an immediate response on Yelp that a manager would like to talk to me, and I immediately replied with my e-mail address and phone number. Not surprisingly (given my experience with them), I've yet to hear from a manager. I doubt strongly that I ever will.Much like some others, I wish I could give zero stars. Unfortunately, one is the lowest. I've bought quite a few cars in my time. Bought my first one 45 years ago -- paid for it with my after school job. I've owned jeeps for the past 16 years, and just bought my latest at Rairdon's. I'll almost certainly buy another jeep in the future, but I'll never darken the door of this dealership again. This was, without any doubt, the worst car buying experience imaginable.Let me set the stage for you -- we had researched this purchase thoroughly, and found the new jeep we wanted. I planned to pay cash (well, technically, write a check, but you get the picture). We called in and let them know we were coming. Once we got there, the deal started progressively falling apart. First, the price advertised was very different from the price at the dealership (by a couple of thousand dollars). Turns out, the price advertised included military rebates, first time rebates, and whatever. Naturally, the dealership had no intention at all of negotiating or honoring their flawed advertising. Sigh.... so I agreed to pay full sticker price for the jeep. Whatever... just give me the keys and let me get out of here.I might mention that Rairdon's seems to be doing a great business. The "showroom" has been converted into a nasty, messy, disorganized, dirty, noisy, mass of people and randomly scattered desks where customers sit and wait for salespeople to run around and try to sell several "deals" at once. Somewhere along the line, the salesman tried to sell us a different vehicle to asuage our anger over the flawed ad, but the alternative vehicle was nothing like the one we'd picked out, so we told him no. Eventually, we got sick of waiting (we'd been there about an hour a that point, check in hand, waiting for the keys). We finally got up an left. As we were driving out of the parking lot, my wife called the dealership, asked for a manager, and expressed outrage at how badly we'd been treated. He talked us into coming back and piecing the deal back together. They made us fill out a credit ap (I'm not kidding -- I'm standing there with a check in my hand!) and then PULLED MY CREDIT REPORT (again, I'm not kidding!!!!). We left again. Finally, they brought the car to the house a couple of days later, missing the owners manual. They told me I'd need to download that to an Ipad, which is really useful info. (I'm being sarcastic.) Naturally, I told them they needed to get me one. They finally did -- after a month. They then titled the car wrong (wrong name -- I'm going to have to go fix eventually) and wrong address. Bottom line -- jeeps are great cars. I was really in the market for a Range Rover, but became convinced that sticking with jeep would save me maintenance/repair costs in the long run. However, jeep as a product line is being massively disserved by this dealership. Of course, I'll never let them touch the car again -- do you think for one second I'd let a bunch of keystone cops like this handle the maintenance????

We purchased a pre-owned 2012 Loaded Jeep Liberty from Rairdons of Kirkland last month. Their service was some of the best we have experienced ever.* We called in advance and asked to test drive a Jeep Liberty.* Jeep was ready, warmed up, and waiting for us when we arrived.* Salesman, Richard Regan, allowed us to take our time and move at our own pace.* When discussing the purchase Richard was low key, professional, and gentlemanly. No games.* The young man that processed our purchase was soft spoken and very down to earth. Had a nice quiet sense of humor too.* The quality of their service and of the Jeep we purchased, were excellent even after the sale.Details: My husband and I are in our mid-50s and have purchased many vehicles along the way. This was probably our best buying experience. We called in advance and the Jeep was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. It is a beauty. The salesman, Richard Regan, was ready, available, and helpful without being the least bit pushy. He allowed us to move at our own pace from the get go. When it came time to sit at the table and discuss a possible purchase he was a gentleman. (Which was good because at other dealerships- NOT this one- my husband has stood up abruptly from the table and walked out when their was too much gamesmanship.) Richard did his job effectively without causing us to feel pressured. They even gave the Jeep an additional detailed cleaning while we completed the purchase.Rairdons continued to provide quality customer service even after we got home with the Jeep. The quality of the vehicle is excellent, too. I don't think the Jeep has given us a single issue since day one.Thank you, Richard Regan, and the team at Rairdons of Kirkland.

Just bought a brand spanking new 2014 Dodge Avenger from these guys. My experience in this purchasing process was very, very good. They made me feel like I mattered (something that most salesman don't do). They didn't do the whole "try to sell me everything on the planet" routine. I came in, knew what i wanted, and was served accordingly. Shout outs to my salesman Rich Regan for a xxxx good job. I'd recommend his type of service and Rairdon to anyone!

After much consideration and searching on the internet, I finally decided to step outside the box and drive the car of my dreams, a BMW X5. I contacted Reardon's online and Dominick Pace called me right away. They had the car that was on their website in stock (Three other dealerships called me back saying the cars I wanted and had found online had been sold). We set up an appointment to drive the car. When I went into the dealership and met Dominick I found a very polite and personable young man. When I drove the car I loved it right away. Rich Regan took over the negotiations and we had so much fun bantering back and forth with sticker price and trade-in value that I felt like we were old friends when all was said and done. Sonny the sales manager is all business and really know his stuff with all the paper work involved. The customer service that was provided by whole sales team made my buying experience less stressfull and more pleasurable than I was expecting. I feel that I got a certified, Pre-owned car at a reasonable price from a great team of people. Again, thanks Dominick, Rich and Sonny.

This is a happy day to share, obviously my "great deal" came true from shopping online. I am thankful for clicking on the e-price link online and actually saving money. but more importantly the sales manager Michael J saved me time. Each step was smooth and my anxiety of buying a car online was super high. The ads came to life as I drove home in a new Wrangler. Building a car online was confusing but MJ was very skilled in quickly matching my highest needs to my budget. The financing was simple but not easy to understand, but hey I only do this every 5 or 6 years. Getting what I was promised is very important and driving 70 miles one way was worth the high customer service. It is important for me to feel heard and MJ was very direct but more knowledgable then the other online sharks we dealt with. PS. more people should buy american cars.

Well your dealership managed, yet again, to fail me. On Saturday (Sept 7t) I returned to get the paint sealant redone. I was outside and witnessed my Jeep being recklessly driven (backed into while burning out) into the detail building that also had another vehicle in it.I contacted the "Service Manager" Justin Reynolds whom I was informed that was just an acting manager because he was actually a service advisor but since there were no managers there he was standing in. He took my issue and attempted to contact the actual manager but that person was not answering their phone. I did get the privilege to speak with the only manager at the dealership the Sales Manager who when I went to determine the status of my vehicle, while I was upset at my treatment, would not come down from the sales perch to speak with me and became argumentative with me. I asked if the General Manager was called and apprised to which I was informed that it would not do any good and when I asked that he be called I was again informed of my futility. There were only two good employees that showed any concern with my issues and they were Justin and another one of the (I will call him a lot attendant, an older gentleman who apologized and even had me pull around to have tire dressing applied to the wheels and tires).

Their ability to answer the phone in a timely manner is terrible. I had to bring my new purchase back for repairs that I was informed that it would only take a day to complete and they had it for four days and I still have to return for them to actually complete. I was made to feel that I was putting them out by requiring them to do what they said that they would do. When I am asked if I want it like new or just fixed it made me feel that I was not a priority for the service department. When I spoke to the service manager in person (who knew who I was before I met him) all I received was a "I'll get your service rep" and this was after I spoke to him on the phone and expressed my unhappiness with the service that I was receiving. My spouse was met with a snide comment about not being able to keep up by the sales staff. When it was finally ready for pick up it was not really ready as when I arrived prior to the time provided it was still not completed so my wait started. When it was finally "ready" it was not even at the dealership and I had to be shuttled to where my purchase was. There was no dealer checks to be sure that the repairs were completed to meet their quality expectations. It just made me feel that I was just another problem that they needed to get out of the area as quickly as possible. I qualified for a rebate and was informed to provide it I was not given an email address to send it too. After I received the address I sent it and then I was informed that I sent the incorrect one (I sent the exact one that they asked me to send). I was then asked to send another document and it was needed quickly and I apparently was not providing it fast enough. After I sent the document I asked to be sure that it was the correct one and still have not received anything back, so I can only presume that it was good enough. I would not recommend this type of treatment to anyone and will not recommend this dealership to anyone.

It is very difficult to summarize what a horrible experience I had at this place. For your own good..."buyer beware." Especially military, our lives are difficult enough as it is, we don't need places like this taking advantage of us. But unfortunately I learned the hard way.Internet/phone conversations were only meant to lure me in. They would provide no specifics through online/phone conversing, only come in, come in, come in and that's the only way they will answer questions/concerns. When I walked into the dealership I stated that I was interested in a specific vehicle I saw online. The guy told me to wait a minute while he got someone to help me. After 40 minutes a sales person approached me. There were only about 3 other customers there, so the extended wait was definitely not because they were too busy. And it is obvious why. Then I was just passed around from sales person to sales person (Brandy, Vinnie, Paul) every time I questioned anything that was either thrown in front of me to sign or if I asked for further clarification with any concerns. Basically they gave me the runaround. Every time I asked anyone a question they would just redirect it to someone else. Then when asked, they wouldn't have an answer so they would just start talking about something off topic. The finance office was no better. The same over the top and unnecessary pressure to stop asking questions and just "hurry up and sign" was the atmosphere. I was being hurried and rushed to just sign away from this Sonny character. I also received a rude lecture telling me not to worry about any details that I had concerns about because I was getting a great deal. He continued and said something along the lines that they are overpaying me for my trade-in, and he can't even believe that they are selling me the new vehicle at this price. He further stated I was lucky and should just be grateful because the dealership is losing so much money with my sale. All of this being said as he threw what I assumed was an invoice down on the desk. Even the GM, Chris made comments such as, "you better do this or else" and "I'm not in the business of repeating myself, I only say things once" to me. I think his dealership scare tactics are a little outdated.Everything said and done, I am embarrassed that I was taken advantage of by seasoned professionals who unnecessarily hassled me with anxiety and uncalled for pressure. But, I finally found a dealership that has a professional staff who is ethical and creates a comfortable and family friendly environment - West Hills Jeep in Bremerton. I just bought a new vehicle from them last week and couldn't be more satisfied and proud to (only) be their customer and a part of their family now :)

I was dealing with Michael the internet sales manager. Agreed tot he price for a Jeep Sahara that was in the online add. I agreed to come all the way from Salem, OR for this. He also said it was a hard top, and it was not. We arrived at the dealership only to be told "Michael does not work Sundays." Why did you come when he is not scheduled? Because he did not tell me. Then they would not even honor the price that had been listed on the internet for a week and was still online today. They claimed out of nowhere that to get that deal, I had to be trading in a Volkswagen. Nowhere on their site does it mention that, and in no communication with Michael did he mention that. The Jeep was also missing its spare tire. Long story short we walked out and made a cash purchase of a slightly used Jeep at Chaplin Chevy in North Bend. Unbelievable that dealerships still pull this crap in 2013. I guess they can rob the easily pushed and those with bad credit.

I had been looking for a good used vehicle and went to several dealerships. i got nothing but runarounds and frustration. It seemed that every where I went all they wanted to do was sell me what they wanted to sell me. After the third dealership and more frustration than I could handle me and my wife decided to try Rairdon's of kirkland. From the time we got there we noticed that the sales staff was listening to our needs and then began to show us vehicles that we had wanted to see from the start. We finally decided on a 2006 Ford Explorer, Eddie Bauer edition. They worked very hard to get us a great rate on the financing, beat the best offers we had on interest by over 10%, yes, you read that correctly, 10%. We ended up with a vehicle that was better than we thought we could get with payments that were well within our budget. I honestly never thought that buying anything from a dealership would actually be enjoyable. I will recommend Rairdon's to all of my friends and family. I have no doubt at all that when I am ready to buy again I will be going back to Rairdon's. If you think that shopping at a dealership is a hassle then you have not tried these guys yet. In the end I got a vehicle that was in fantastic condition and it was sold to me for below the blue book value. There are not enough wirds to tell you how happy and satisfied I am. Thank you to all of you at Rairdon's of Kirkland.Sincerely,Robert Davis

Price of Jeep Wrangler was o/k, after the deal was made thing went bad. They did not clean the jeep well before I took it home, The sales person said they would put some gas in the tank before I go, had to turn back to the dealership to get some gas. Once they took ownership of the truck I traded in they should let the people get there stuff out before they send them on their way home after the sale of the new vehicle. I have to bring the jeep back for some touch up interior work. I feel like I bought a used jeep with some miles on it instead of a new one. I did not have a good experience.

I purchased a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland and I was very impressed with the service from Nelson Guzman. I came in on the advertising vehicle and they honored the price that was in the ad. I have to say that I figured that I would not be able to buy the car I saw in the Seattle Times ad, however, Nelson walked me out immediately to show me the Overland that was on special. I absolutely love my new Overland. I previously owned a 2011 Overland that I had also purchased from Rairdon's of Kirkland. Overall I am very satisified with the service I received and the dealer delivered on what they promised. I have since referred friends and family to them.

BEWARE - THEY WASTE YOUR TIME - I recently received a letter in the mail from Rairdon's Jeep that they would pay 133% of Kelley Blue Book Value for used Jeep Wranglers and give you a Starbucks Card if you stopped by regardless. Well I stopped by, received no Starbucks Card and what they told me the value of my jeep was at 133% is actually 50% of what Kelley Blue Book Wholesale says it's worth on-line and my Jeep is in excellent condition. It was a total waste of time, a bad business practice on their part, and I'll definitely never step foot in their dealership again - and I'm an avid Jeep guy. Scott

To consumers, please beware:I PURCHASED MY 2012 JEEP WRANGLER JULY 3RD 2012 AT RAIRDONS AND AM NOW MAKING A FORMAL REQUEST FOR REPURCHASE.12828 Northeast 124th Street, Kirkland, WA 98034 425-821-1777***OVERALL JEEP EXPERIENCE FROM DATE OF PURCHASE July 3rd 2012***1. I Bought my 2012 Jeep Wrangler July 3rd 2012, had to bring vehicle back to Rairdons to clean sap of entire vehicle. There were about 50 little sap marks from the tree it was parked under at the dealership. Then after the sap was cleaned off on July 5th, instead of having someone drive over in a lot vehicle to pick me up. They sent a 18 year old kid(porter) in "MY" 2012 Jeep Wrangler to come pick me up. I never gave permission to have anyone drive my vehicle except for general test drive around the dealership. I still cant figure out why they sent a kid in my car to come and get me? Little unprofessional in my opinion. I would never do that with one of my customers vehicles! As my gas, in my gas tank was used to drive from dealer to my work here in Bellevue and there was mileage put on my Jeep, by someone who did not have permission to drive my vehicle in the first place. What if he got in an accident? I would not have accepted the vehicle at all, and the insurance would have denied the claim as there was no permissive use given. Once I got the vehicle back and inspected it on July 5th there was still sap all over the roof of the vehicle that was not cleaned the first time that I specifically showed them to clean, and several areas of sap on the body that were not adressed including the front and rear bumpers and front fenders. The windshield waser fluid was empty and had to be filled. Brand new vehicle and the fluids were not checked? I brought it back and they did clean off all the sap and did wax the vehicle. This is when I think the detail that was done on the vehicle whether by Rairdons or a sublet to a local business must have put wax and or rubbing alchohal on the textured bumpers front and rear and front fenders and rear quarter panel flares. Now there are white marks that will not go away on all textured parts of the vehicle, front bumper, front fenders quarter panel flares and rear bumper. I spoke with my production manager as well as my head detailer and they both agree with me that when the sap was cleaned off the front and rear bumpers they must have used alchohal to clean that off which will fade the textured black to white streaks. We use alchohal (rubbing alchohal) all the time to clean sap off of painted surfaces which is what I think they did with the hood, as it will not damage clear coat on paint it just needs to be buffed and waxed afterward, but if you use it on any plastic it will make that plastic fade over a short period of time.2. Around July 12th I noticed that the right rear speaker in the sound bar was ratteling severly. I could not listen to the stereo at any volume without the speaker rattling. I took the vehicle to Car Toys and had the rear speakers replaced and they had to put dynamat sound deadening material all in the sound bar around the speaker to get the speaker to not rattle.3. I bought running boards from the dealership Rairdons and had them shipped directly to my work. The first set had a giant hole in the box, I pulled the running boards out of the box and they had large gouges in them and I had to send them back and get a new set. I dont know why the first set in a severly damaged box would have been shipped out to me at my work without inspecting the parts before they were shipped out?4. 2 months ago I called in informing service department that there was a severe water leak in the front center of the hard top. Informed them It was leaking into the cd player directly(literally drops falling into where you put the cd in the dash), and I was told I could not get the vehicle in for a week as they were booked up with water leaks at the moment. I had to drive around a 2012 vehicle with a towel on the dash for a week so the cd player would not fill with water. I took the vehicle in and had the seals replaced, and I appreciate it being fixed. But when I went to pick up the vehicle, the vehicle was parked outside with the driver window down while it was raining and the key in the ignition? Anyone could have come onto the lot and got in my car stole it and drove away at anytime. There were no security measures taken with my vehicle while it was on the lot. Once I drove away at about 7pm on Nov 7th I noticed they did not adress the problem with the noise in 3rd gear as it accelerates it still makes a rattling/grinding noise. When I called back Josh informed me that I could not get a loaner car as it was not covered, even though the problem had not been fixed? That part was on order (gearshift) as I discussed with Jason the Service Manager, and he did say he would call me when the part comes in and pay for a rental. 5. After looking over the vehicle thursday Nov 8th I noticed the the impossible, rust on the left front of the frame. I am at a loss right now on where to turn for help with my vehicle. Below is a list of the problems that Rairdons Jeep has not fixed on this brand new 2012 vehicle.CURRENT 2012 JEEP WRANGLER PROBLEMS AS OF 1/31/20131. While accelerating in 3rd gear there is a grinding noise, if you hold the gearshifter upward toward the dash the noise seems to dissapate. You can also hear the same noise very slightly when accelerating in 4th gear, but not nearly as loud as 3rd gear.***I took in the vehicle Monday 11/19 to have this problem adressed now for the second time, (originally took in to have 3rd gear repaired 11/7) and they replaced the shift knob the first time and now the shift lever, but the problem still now persists as of 11/26/2012, still rattles in third gear. They gave me the vehicle back and expect me to keep driving the vehicle with a damaged 3rd gear. I do not feel this is the correct thing to do, I would expect them to keep the vehicle until the problem is fixed.***I took the vehicle back in on 1/8 I just received my vehicle back 1/30 and now it is almost impossible to shift into 3rd gear from 2nd gear and shifting from 3rd gear to 4th gear takes a great deal of effort. It does not go from 4th gear to fifth gear without great strain now. This vehicle has now been at the dealership for more than 30days to fix this "ONE" problem and now it is 1000times worse than it has ever been since I purchased the vehicle.2. There was rust on the upper left front frame, under left headlight and behind bumper.***The dealership informed me on 11/21 while it was there for the problem above that this is not a covered warrenty item. I did inform them that the vehicle is brand new and that it is a safety issue and it needs to be fixed, Jason the Service Manager refused to fix this problem as per his words he said this is not a warrenty item. I spoke to Chris Banchero the General Manager on 11/21 and he said he would have a check for $125 waiting for me so I can take it into a body shop and have the rust sanded down and corrision protected. I picked the vehicle up on 11/23 and there were no service managers or the general manager to be found anywhere in the building and of course there was no check to pick up either! This particular problem has now been fixed by my repair shop and Rairdons has paid for 90% of the cost.3. All exterior textured black plastic panels are fading to white in certain spots only as well as the Jeep trail rated logo on drivers fender is fading. Front bumper, front bumper upper cover under grill, left and right fenders, left and right quarter panel flares and rear bumper. (I believe an alcohol based product was used to clean the sap off these panels when I first brought the vehicle back on July 5th right after I bought it to have sap removed from entire vehicle) ***I was told by Jason the service manager there that this is not a covered warrenty item, I explained to him several times that this has nothing to do with a warrenty issue but that is was most likely damaged in the sap removal process, they denied paying to replace the panels. This problem has been fixed by my repair shop and Rairdons has paid for 90% of the cost.4. There was a "BRAND NEW" problem with the vehicle as of 12/20/2012, last night there was a puddle of water on my dash where you put your sunglasses. This problem was suppose to be fixed when I brought the vehicle in 2 months ago for a severe water leak. The water leak is in the exact same spot as before right in the center of the dash and leaks directly into the CD player as well as on the dash. I am so dissapointed in this vehicle and in Rairdons in general for not fixing this problem correctly the first time.***Supposedly now the 3 front seals have been replaced they informed me when I picked up veh on 1/29/2013. It has not rained enough for me to test if the vehicle does not leak now.*I did inform Jason the Service Manager I dont know if I really want the vehicle anymore a few months ago when I last brought it in to have the 3rd gear transmission serviced, but I have spent so much of my own money having a custom mylar chip guard package put on the Jeep which includes; mylar film on the grill, hood, both fenders, all three doors cups edges and around the key holes. The package cost over $500. Also I had the windows tinted on the Jeep which was another $250, and I had to replace the rear speakers which was another $200. I also bought the running boards which cost another $240. I also bought a jeep specific Thule bike rack that cost $200. It is unfortunate that the dealership is not taking responsibility for this vehicle and fixing it correctly. It has made me never want to purchase another American made vehicle ever again. I work in a service industry as a vehicle repair manager, and I would never be able to give this poor customer service to anyone of my customers regardless if the car is 20 years old or brand new like this one. Everytime I have brought my vehicle in for service it has been a battle to get this dealership to "not" fix the vehicle correctly and "not" pay for a rental car. There has been one employee Rick Sheldon that has been helpfull in adressing all of the problems above, but I cannot drive a brand new vehicle that drips water into the dash and into the cd player and that also does not shift into 3rd and 4th gear without great strain. The vehicle has been in for both of these issues and neither one has been resolved. The vehicle has now been in the shop >30days for the 3rd gear rattling issue. I am making a formal request to have Rairdons repurchase my 2012 Jeep Wrangler vin#1C4AJWAG9CL188763. I do not want to have to take the vehicle in every week for this dealership to not fix these problems correctly, I do not have the time, money or energy to deal with this. I am willing to cut my >$1000 in losses by the equipment I put on this vehicle just to get my money back and go purchase a vehicle that is reliable and does not leak water into the electrical systems and will shift in and out of 3rd and 4th gear. I have sent this letter to the BBB and the Attorney General and now to dealerrater.com, I am hoping and amicable and timely resolution can be made before that is necessary.Sincerely,Jackson Clemmons425-919-2641

This was a high pressure situation to the max. I wasn't even planning to buy a vehicle - I was there with my son about HIS vehicle. However, I take full responsibility and have learned a lot from this experience that will be useful in the future. First, car salesmen often lack integrity and their managers are even worse. I paid at least $6k more than I should have for this car but they don't care - it's about profits over people at Rairdon (or perhaps just with Mr. Meade). Second, NEVER talk about payments without discussing the price of the car, the interest rate and the value of your trade-in first. Don't even TELL them what your current payments are or what you can afford! Third, don't be afraid to walk out and check other dealers. Fourth, use the Internet price and ability to purchase through that. If I had done that, I would have paid thousands less and been able to afford what I really wanted, rather than believing that I could only afford what I was pressured into. Fifth, the piece of paper that they scrawl numbers and promises on, then have you sign, is MEANINGLESS and has nothing whatsoever to do with the final contract. You will never see it again and any promises made to you there may or may not make it to the final contract. Would I buy again at Rairdon? Perhaps but not in person - ONLY negotiating through the Internet and email.

I found the dealership to be stereotypical car dealership with many typical high pressure car salesman types. However, John Nesmith seemed very different, handled everything over email for me, and minimized my time spent in the actual show room when I went to pick up my new car. I'm not sure I would recommend this dealership unless you were to work directly with John, as he is honest, friendly and doesn't display the cheesy, smarmy, vaguely dishonest characteristics of a few others I came in contact with at the dealership.

I had worked with Raidon's years ago and had good customer service from buying through many years of maintenance. My husband bought his car from Raidon's as well. This time I was in the market for a new car against my will after my car caught on fire (due to issues not attached to the brand of vehicle or service). Steve really tried to find me the right car. He kept asking questions making certain he could find the exact car I wantedand he LISTENED. Once he figured out what car would make me happy, he had to look at lots around the state to find itand he did. The fact that he worked so hard to find the right solution for me, and not just sell me something they had meant a lot. I had researched pricing on a few websites and the offer he gave me was within or below the pricing in my area. He even checked in with me after to make certain I was happy with the car. Thanks for treating me like a friend.

Sunday i went in And spoke to Victor. Very nice And seemed understanding And was willing to find a solution. (Seasoned salesmen) Tue. the Manager told me if i didnt give him a total of $5000.00 And a trade in.....he would Sue me. Two hours of saying no And cring And they let me go.....so SCARY! (the manager is so horrible) They told me if i was not back in 1 day there would be trouble. After sugesting to At least get a Car out of it...he said to Work with Victor And Paul.I go back At 7pm.....after three days of not sleeping. ( I went to the doctors over this sh**) Victor And Paul were there. Victor listened to me.....And Paul who i guess sells the most cars At the lot explained everything.....the best part was Paul understood everything i said....i trust Paul. After finding a Car in the dark, not test driving it....we waited for Victor.End result, I paid $$$$$$$ waaay too much for a Jeep, but i got out alive!!!!

I recently purchased a Chrysler 300 from Rairdon's in Kirkland via the Costco Auto program. Mike Burrow, the internet sales manager provided me a 'hassle free' experience, and Sonny in finance was able to get me a low interest rate that even my bank was unable to match. That made me very happy. I would recommend this dealership and Mike & Sonny whenever you may be in the market for a vehicle.

Well here I am again. I wrote a review on here about a year ago with problems throughout the ENTIRE sales process. And after I wrote the review I recieved a prompt phone call from the dealership offering to mend the bridges and make things right. Essentially all I wanted was my warranty refund check to get to my bank so the total will come off my balance. That was September 2011 that I originally canceled the check. They told me that that will get taken care of and that I dont have to worry about it anymore. We split costs on some problems with the vehicle. Basically they tried to make things right. And they came 75% close, I just need to see this refund come off my balance, which after a year and multiple signed warranty cancellation forms I just cant wait any longer. In exchange for how they were fixing the situation they repeatedly asked me after everything is fixed that they would hope that I would take the negative review down. I told them Id be happy to after I see that the check clears off my balance. WEll since I have gotten no response from them on my primary goal of getting the check back I figure I should write another review because it really seems like this is the only way to get any type of response from them.

What a great experience: Why I bought a car from you? I received a fair price, friendly service, and personable staff, easy to work with. I was not intending to purchase a car however; the 'deal' offered was much better than I had expected. Thank you guys for great service and a willingness to listen plus give me a great price on a fine Chrysler 200! Davelle, Robert, Vince - fantastic! Jim Masciotra

Do not buy at Rairdon's in Kirkland! They tried to switch the car we thought we were buying twice without telling us. From an 8 cylinder to a 6, and then to a car with less equipment. One of the worst buying experiences ever! Go to Bellevue Jeep and they will give you a great deal and they are HONEST!

I bought a caravan from you 2 years ago, so i thought what the hell i will go back and get another one for my kid. However after the experience last night and today (sat night-Sunday morn) I will never go back to your establishment, and will bad mouth your dealership whenever I can. The finance guy Vincent was over the top when he stood up at his desk on high and said, "You lost your chance last week--you should have bought it then. So you are out of luck." Then he decided to argue with my wife to the amazement of everyone in the showroom who stopped to stare. There is more to this than my short statement, but this was the over the top that made us leave. If the Owner or a Manager would like to call me you can do that, but I came with cash in hand and bought another car at another dealership for my kid today. So in the end all I lost was 5 hours of my time, and you lost 3 new car sales as I have two more kids in the next year that will need a car :-(Placed and add for a new jeep then traded it to another dealership so they would not have it to sell FOR THE SALE PRICE only found this out because the other dealership came back for the other key all the while they Vincent lied to me and said the car was there they just could not find it (how do you loose a $18000 jeep) I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN AN YOU SHOULD NOT GO FOR GOD SAKE LOOK AT THE REVIEWS

Jeff took good care of us while explaining about the car, price and everything you expect from a great salesman. I wanted to buy the car on that evening and drive home, and he helped me do that while accommodating his schedule (he stayed back till 11:30) and postponed some paperwork to next weekend knowing I cant make it on weekdays. Jeff is awesome.Finance guy was little iffy, got irritated when I said I want to go with my credit union, and wasted a bunch of time on clicking through (god knows what) and trashed atleast 6 print outs of purchase agreement saying the printer is not working well (I felt a deliberate attempt to waste some more time) and tried to put a coverage/package when I explicitly rejected. But Jeff consistently worked patiently getting me in and out of all of this easily and friendly. I'd definitely go back to Jeff whenever I want to buy something, but I'd stay away and be careful with the finance guys there.

I had worked with Mike the internet sales manager for a new 2013 Jeep Wrangler. I came in to take a look at the one I wanted. Unfortunately it was Mike's day off. I was introduced to Salesperson, Steve Bruneau. He was kind and friendly during the initial greeting. Sadly, the Jeep I had wanted sold before I go there, but the stock of Jeep's at the dealer meant that I was able to find another that suited my needs. Steve was able to look back at the E-mails I had exchanged with Mike, so half the process was done right there. The process was fast and friendly the entire way. This is the 17th car I have purchased in my life and I must say that this was one of the best buying experiences I have had. Steve respected my time and my wallet. The finance person was nice and my Jeep looked beautiful as I drove home. If you need a Jeep, please ask for Steve Bruneau, you can't go wrong! He is fair, honest, and above all, respectful of you as a customer.

I went in with the intention of buying a new Dodge Challenger. I didn't plan on trading in my car however they offered a lot more than I was expecting, once i handed them my keys it took me asking them a dozen times for them to give me them back and they said they wouldn't offer me anything for my car. I looked at one that was on the lot for a while. The salesman had said that it was previously owned with under 1000 miles on it, the owner had traded up to an srt8 and was planning on switching the wheels (he liked the chrome). The salesman said that the wheels that would be going on were worth another $2000. After looking at the window sticker of another car I found that not only were they not worth $2000 they were less expensive than the ones being taken off the car. After being unable to agree on a price they found another car for me that was 'somewhere north'. I think about it for a couple days and go back in to talk prices. The salesman and I agree on a price and agree on an APR of 2.85%. I go into the financing office and all the sudden the financial guy says that the APR will be 4.9%, this made me upset. I went to find financing from a credit union because that was too high of an APR. While going through the process I get a call from the dealership saying they can do 2.85%, I ask him twice while on the phone to confirm. I go in the next night and they are back at 4.9%, they said that the sales manager was saying 2.85% but the financial guy kept saying 4.9% and refused they were pushing me to sign up, find the 2.85% financing and come back and they would rewrite the contract. I said no and walked out. That same night I went to the Chrysler Jeep and Dodge of Bellevue (not rairdon) I had them look for the same car (I had the VIN). This is the part that really pissed me off bellevue said that the car they were trying to get me to sign for less than an hour ago had sold OVER A WEEK AGO! Bellevue was able to give me exact dates and everything, Rairdon of Kirkland had lied to me.

Only go here if you want to experience high pressure sales tactics. Basically they will try to make you buy the car that day regardless. They will tell you lies and then blame you for trusting them and not doing a proper inspection of the features they lied about. Very dishonest and most of the sales people don't know the cars very well to begin with.Triple check EVERYTHING when you buy the car, if you don't they probably told you a lie somewhere along the way and you will find out later something isn't what you expected.I had a feature which I had requested on the vehicle told 3-4 times was included and even had it in writing for my original quote. After the post sales inspection on the vehicle after signing/paying, I find out said item is not included. Arguments insured... After inferring that I was stupid and that I should have noticed that what they told me was there isn't there, the end resolution was basically take it or leave it.I would not recommend this place just because I left from the deal with a bad taste in my mouth and really angry. Not how you want to feel when you just bought a new car. I have absolutely no trust in the sales team anymore after this incident.A smart sales team would correct any mistake they made in the customers favor. As a business, keeping customers is much more valuable then one sale. Now they will not get my business again or anyone I know. I hope it was worth the extra few 100 bucks.

Today we spoke with Mike on the phone several times and pre selected a minivan that was listed and priced on cars.com at 5pm pt on 8/18/2012. I should note that although the vehicle was listed on Cars.com, Rairdons own web site did not list this vehicle in its inventory and anything comparable or similar was listed at least $10,000 more. Quite suspicious! After a confirmation of the published sale price ($18,971) and that the van is available on the lot for immediate pickup "just come on over before 8:00 pm" we quickly started our 45 minute drive to Rairdons Dodge. We even talked to Mike on the phone on the way so he could prepare the vehicle for our arrival and pick up; we received another confirmation that he and the van are available. We tried to pay the deposit via credit card on the initial phone inquiry, however, we were advised that state law prohibits taking deposits on internet advertized specials, but that a deposit could be made on a different, non sale vehicle. Suspicious again! After arriving Mike was nowhere to be found. After waiting 10 minutes he came over to introduce himself and after a little while of back and forth, shared with us that the van is no longer on the lot. It had been sold to the Seattle Mariners, before we advised of our intent to purchase. Apparently since one set of keys was available in the box at time of our call, it seemed that the vehicle was still available when in fact it was not. He offered to look and see if he has anything else available for us on the lot, same color, and same options. After another 10 minutes he returned to let us know that he is sorry that we made the long drive that and that no such vehicle is available and he would let us know if and when another van with the same terms may become available.Based on this statement, Rairdons dealership apparently inventories vehicles based on which keys are on the hook! Not only suspicious and a whole lot of BS, but flat out ridiculous and insulting to anyones intelligence. However, if this is how this dealership conducts its inventory control, it should be investigated for shabby bookkeeping and inventory control. The entire approach and experience is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful and after leading us on a wild goose chase, by lying to us I do not recommend going to Rairdons Dodge in Kirkland. All in all this was a classic case of bait and switch. It is painfully apparent that Rairdon either did not have this vehicle in the first place and or had no intentions of selling it at the advertized price at the time of my call. For research reference the stock number is: CR374126VIN # 2C4RDGBG3CR374126I thank you for your time in investigating this matter.

Overall a good experience but I believe that should be expected so for that reason let me point out three things that I found flawed. One, my vehicle was parked in a muddy spot and that shouldn't happen so some maintenance on the lot should be done. Not a puddle mind you but up a curb and in a spot where you don't want to stand to get into the ride. Second, the vehicle which they considered new had over 800 miles on it. When I asked about that they told me that it was driven between lots/dealerships. Personally I believe something should have been marked down for a ride with over 800 miles on it. And third, I revceived a photo ticket in the mail dated nearly two weeks after I purchased the new vehicle and traded in my old car. Mind you the ticket was from my old car that I didn't own any longer. So I called and was told they would take care of it with the traffic cam people or Seattle photo enforcement. So will have to wait and see if they do. But seems to me that should not have even happened in the first place. Like I said in the begining as a consumer we should all be treated properly so to get into details about how I was treated correctly seems well......unnecisary. I will point out that like other reviews I read that I avoided Reardon Dodge in Monroe because they are terrible with customers. To prove this here's an example and believe me one of many I could make. I went by thier lot after buying my Jeep because I noticed something and wanted to look at other vehicles of the same year and see if it was normal. I parked in the front of the lot and headed over to look, seeing a salesman working his way through the lot I got on a phone call so I wouldn't have the guy jump me and do the sales thing. Someone must have called him and told him my new vehicle had a Kirkland license plate holder because he was no where near where he could have seen it. So while I'm on the phone talking this clown walks by me and starts telling me I should have bought from them and they could have saved me money, blah blah blah, three times this guy interupted my phone call and I made it clear I was on the phone and not breaking off to talk to him. See why I drove the extra distance past Monroe to Kirkland?

Myself and my husband wanted to purchase a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. After doing a lengthy amount of research, we ended up browsing on the Rairdons Jeep Wrangler site in Kirkland. We ended up having an IM conversation with Rich Regan from the internet sales department. We were actually able to negotiate the price of the vehicle over email. I also preferred this method since I didnt want to have to negotiate on the dealers lot. After test driving the vehicle, we decided to make the purchase. I was very pleased with Richs commitment to the price we agreed upon (he didnt try to add in last minute changes). Rich was also very candid about things we should consider and most important, he cared about helping us and not just making a sale! I would highly recommend Rich Regan and Rairdons Kirkland Dealership! More so, we tried to work with the Rairdons Monroe dealership and it wasnt a pleasant experience. Glad we went to see Rich instead!

I called in the morning to see if the vehicle in their ad was still available and was told yes, so I went down ther to look at it. When I arrived I was met by Paul and told that they were just selling the ad vehicle to someone else, but he could give me the same deal on another truck. We took a very short test drive (no gas ) and then went in to start talking about the deal. I was upfront about already having finincing and how much it was. They came back with numbers that were too much for my financing and said they could work with my bank to get a deal for the amount needed. We finally got to a number I could live with (but not what what promised) so I went and picked up my wife and brought her back to go thru the paperwork. We asked again if this would go thru our bank and they said yes, that was who they were dealing with. When we asked how much I could get for my trade-in they were about $2000 lowere than I had seen in the Kelly Blue Book for my model with the miles I had on it. They explained they used a dealer version and used my VIN number to get their price. I told them I expected more from my vehicle and the deal didn't look as good as they said it would be and they told me to ask the finance person when we got in. We did ask him and he told us he couldn't do anything about it, he just set up the paperwork for the sales. We asked him if we were going thru our bank and he said yes. When we got home and away from the pressure, we noticed that it was not our bank and the deal was higher than expected.I started calling the following Monday to talk with someone about the deal, but was always sent to voicemail. By Wednesday I hadn't heard from them whether or not the financing went thru, so after calling half the day and asking for the finance person I had worked with I was finally told (7:00 PM) that he was off that day. I tried to talk with the finance person ther to see if the deal went thru and who it was with, etc. He (Sunni) was extremely rude and very short. He said I needed to wait and talk with the other finance gu the next day. He said he would be in at 1:00 PM and he would have him call me. I finally called at 3:00 PM the next day and was told the finance guy was off that day as well. This was 6 days after I got the turck and still didn't know if the deal had gone thru so i couldn't put insurance on the new truck or anything because I didn't knwo what was happening. I finally got a fanance person named Bob who was able to tell me that the deal had gone thru as signed.I would not recommend this delaer to anyone. They are very uncooperative and extremely high pressure. I shouldn't have had to work so hard to just to find out if the deal had gone thru.

I have never had such a horrible experience as to the one I had yesterday. Two days ago my son went to Rairdon's in Kirkland and looked at a Jeep Grand Cherokee and was interested in it. The first guy, Zach who was very young started to help him and my son could relate to Zach. Afer awhile a second guy came over and started to ask my son questions and started to harrass and demean him. He left discouraged so the next day I had a friend go and check out the vehicle. The salesman, Erik started out with a price of $12,500 and by the time my friend was leaving he went down to $9999.00. My friend said that was a good starting point. The car was very nice so we all went yesterday to look at it again and sat down with Erik. He gave us a figure of 11,900. I told him my son had a trade-in and we got a loan and the best we could do would be $10,000. He couldn't meet that price even with my son's old car. We started to leave disgusted with the dealership and a manager came out after us and said that he didn't know why the salesman told my friend $9999.00! I said that this was not good customer service and he took us back inside and we sat while he went to his computer to pull up other cars on Auto Trader. My friend told him that we came here from Everett to buy the car at the price his salesman gave us. He said he could not help us! Later that evening, Zach called my son and offered him $10,500 including tax and trade-in. My son called him today and Zach went to his manager and the manager said they could not meet that price even after the salesman gave us the price! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! I AM GOING TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU TO REPORT THEM!

My wife and I had an outstanding new vehicle purchase experience with Rich Reagan at Rairdon's Dodge, Kirkland. We had a limited window of opportunity while our two young children had a sitter. Everyone respected our limited time. Honest. Professional. Knowledgable. Fair. Easy.I had a pretty close idea of which new Durango we desired, and Rich quickly helped us confirm the options/packages my wife desired. He rapidly arranged a thorough test drive of our desired new Durango, and demonstrated his thorough platform familiarity as he helped us dial in the seating, stereo, trip computer, and the performance diagnostics we needed to validate our purchase commitment. We were comfortable with his friendly personality, informative vehicle knowledgable, and honest candor. Rich researched the parts and accessories we selected to personalize our new vehicle. He ensured that we purchased the Durango my wife loves at a price that I needed. The dealership processed our purchase in a half hour, and I drove home our new Durango home before dinner. Most importantly, my wife was comfortable with Rich; we enjoyed his no-pressure demeanor and complete professionalism. We strongly recommend Rich and Rairdon's Dodge in Kirkland. We have no reservations and love our new truck.

Mike was very knowledgeable about all of the cars I was interested both inside and out. Mike was friendly, outgoing and fun to work with. I enjoyed getting to know him during my process of looking for a car which was over a period of several months.Paul was also very helpful. Both him and Mike went out of their way and found me the car I bought in a color more suited to me even though I didn't ask them to.This has been a 2 year process for me and I am very happy with the vehicle I finally chose. In the past, I have had very bad luck with car dealerships, especially while buying used vehicles. I came in, and talked to Erik Magnusson, and he was the nicest guy ever. I told him what I was looking for, and without even checking his inventory, he told me that he had the car for me. He showed me a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I fell in love with. Signed for a car and was told that they would have it for me within 4 days. On the fifth day I showed up and no car. No advance phone call either. Again promised car in 4 more days. Again nothing! Promised car in another 4 days and guess what. Three more days expired and still no car. On day 17 I went the dealership and declared "where is my car?". "Oh it will be here tomrrow." Next day the car came in with............... the wrong color. I called the WA state Attorney General and they said go have the contract rescinded. The dealership argued but finally agreed after I began calling the AG. In looking at the lease contract they were going to charge me 25 cent for evey excess mile over the annual amount selected with A+++ credit. Another dealer found me a car with $900 more options and the color I wanted plus the same lease payment was $19 per month leass. Get this their excess mileage charge ....... 18 cents per mile. A 28 percent differenc/rip off at Rairdon Kirkland. Never go to this dealership!!!

My family and I just recently moved in to the US and since we haven't built a credit score yet, my husband and I decided to just rent a minivan. A few friends from around here suggested that I try to save up some money first to be able to buy our own vehicle instead of throwing away $14++/month for a van which we do not actually use everyday or for long driving. So after careful thought and analysis of our financial situation, last week I tried to search for preowned cars for sale in the WA area. I found quite a few and requested for quotations. I got a lot of responses in the form of emails. I browsed some but wasn't really paying attention to anything yet cause I don't have the money just yet. But there was one who persistently tried to get his call through my busy weekdays and really got me excited about buying as soon as I have time. At around 8pm last night, right after I've cleaned up the dishes, I heard my phone ring. I wondered who could it be, then I saw that it was coming from Kirkland. I thought, hmm perhaps the car dealer, at last I would be able to take the call I have not been able to get during office hours. And I was right, the nice guy introduced himself as Rich Regan from the Rairdon's of Kirkland. I remember that name from one of the emails I've browsed through. But yeah, I remember being cautious as well cause I don't want to be taken advantage of in a foreign country. It was just a 5-8min call but I was suddenly sure I was going to "bring home" a car today. I filled out a 30sec credit review and then received another call from Rairdon's, this time from Michael Price. He spoke to me in my native language and that really freaked me out to delight! Now, it becomes more interesting to come see Rairdon's. Rich promised to send out some car selection that he thinks would fit whatever my husband and I have in mind. And he did. I wasn't sure how the financing evaluation would go but I guess Rich was too assuring that we went ahead to see him.We arrived at Rairdon's at 1:50PM, 10mins earlier than my appointment. I was approaching the door when a courteous guy asked how he could help me today and when I looked for Rich, he kindly lead me through his office. When Rich came to see me, I immediately introduced myself and his eyes sparked with delight to see me. He was so kind, and courteous, and very professional. He showed me to the waiting lounge, the kids playroom, the service area, etc. As excited as I was to get to business, he lead me and my husband to some of the available vans. He could've gotten me to real expensive choice but NO, the family guy that he is, he brought us to something not only did we like but is a good deal considering the size, price, milleage, and a non-existing credit score. He was thinking a lot more about his customer with this offer and my husband and I really appreciate it. He rushed back and forth to get my application going. He's so kind he even offered me coffee, tea, and his burrito. And at 3:50 I was already holding my documents while waiting for my car while getting washed up. Since I am new here, the freeways kind of still freak me out so it was my husband who has always drove. But with a new car coming home with us, it was a problem for me. But not for long, Rich was such a good guy and offered to drive the car to my house. This wasn't part of his job anymore and I think I could never ask a favor like that to anyone at all. I didn't have to ask, he offered and drove the van home, safe and sound. I am not sure if I could ever find such a wonderful person ever. Now, I am just so happy about the savings I got with not having to rent anymore while my family can still go together wherever we want to go, safely. I couldn't believe this happened in just a few hours today. Back in my country, it's gonna take a week at the earliest to complete all of these, but NEVER without cash. It was really a nice business with Rairdon's and I give it all to Rich for getting everythng taken care of for me today. I look forward to tell my life-changing experience at Rairdon's to my friends tomorrow. So if you love your family so much like me, and want a good car but on a tight budget, go find Rich and he'll surely get you a good deal.

Well I hate to be the bearer of bad news. But I had the worst experience purchasing my 2004 Dodge Dakota 4X4 pick up. Basically my lease was nearing its end and I wanted to get a pick up. I like Dodge and wanted a Dodge pick up. Looked online and found some from Rairdons in Kirkland. Recieved a phone call from the dealer relatively quick and he said he has the truck i am looking for and to come in and take a look. SO we went in and looked. From the moment we got there it went array. Some how he had NO trucks for what I was looking for and what he said he had in stock. So we searched a bit and found a dodge ram 1500 for $14000. Test drove it and it would work. So we talked numbers and specifics. The paper work said it was a 2008 4x4 dodge ram 1500. we negotiated and eventually they brought the price down to $9000. I thought that was a great deal and bought it. It need the speedometer fixed which they said they will fix over night and i could have it the next day. When I went home soemthing inside me just did not sit right. I had the VIN number and searched and too my dismay realized that i had actually boughten a 2006 dodge ram 2 wheel drive pick up. So i called immediately and left a message telling them to stop payment because they vehicle I bought was not what i was getting. Moreso, I traded in a 2008 Dodge avenger for $8800 that I know they will turn around and sell for $16000..they never showed me the numbers for the trade in, basically as soon as i gave them the keys to look it over, i never saw the car again:( So the next day I asked to speak to the general manager, and "Duke" comes in. He says he is the general manager and that he is as high as it gets before Greg Rairdon (finding out later he is the sales manager). Well after discussing the situation with him he comes back and says " well we cant unwind sales" (*against company policy). He says that he will find another pick up matching exactly what I want and once more they will do a straight trade, meaning id get a truck (Dodge Dakota 4x4) for the same price. SO that was enough to make me happy. he apologized for the mix up and said he will fix it. Come in the next day to take a look at the truck and all should be well. So the next day i go in. ANd they have a great pick up for me. Just what i wanted. And when i said i can trade it, and thatd be fine..well then he throws a $15000 number at me. I said I thought this was a straight trade. ANd he says "what in the hell would give you the idea that I would straight trade a truck like that". He even is cocky and pushy enough to tell me, 'that I think i have the numbers figured out in my head and what is fair, but am just wrong'. He says that he has gone above and beyond to make me happy and paid SOOO much money to make me happy, fixing a speedometer and getting the other truck. I informed him that is what he said yesterday with my wife present and the salesman..and it became a their word vs mine. I told him I am not buying this truck for one penny more than what you said i could get it at.. So he counters with a $13000 number. I said NO..that is not happening. He said that is the absolute lowest he can go and that price will stand. Or i will be stuck with the other truck. I looked online on my phone and found the truck i was about to buy online advertised for $12,500 (from Monroe). I said NO that i will just go to Monroe then and buy it for $12,500 from Monroe. SO he counters again for $12000 and makes it clear to me that he has a valid contract and that he is being a nice guy by letting me trade in the ram for the 4x4..so i felt stuck and took the deal, pending a carfax report. And 3rd party inspection. Well he could not produce the carfax, he deliberately put me in the situation in front of the finance guy and late at night and said it would be a few days to get the carfax..he said there is something on there about a title mix up and that its clean. (its illegal to sell a salvaged title) he said it was not salvaged and legal to sell. SO stupidly I buy the truck without getting the carfax. When I went in a couple days later, the carfax showed structural damage and that it was salvaged. From having the truck I dont notice anything wrong with it.Basically i settled for a truck that they 'graciously' allowed me to have. When i went to a 3rd party mechanic to check the truck out, they said that there is likely a leak in the coolant as oil is getting in. and that the coolant system is low and dirty. A reason for the coolant getting in is likely a head gasket leak. So i have to go back to rairdons and let them know so they can fix it. Well they said they have no evidence of oil getting in and that they will fix the coolant situation, flush it and fill it, free of charge. So they gave me a rental and I had their car for a weekend and went back and my truck was not on their property, that it was in Monroe getting it fixed from where they got it from.Essentially it took a week to get my truck back. Then the truck a week or two later overheats on the road. And found out that the radiator was bad. They said they will 'split the cost' with me $500 on my end.So that got fixed and the truck seems to be fine for now and I decided that with the bad service I got every step of the way, i did not want to purchase the extended warranty. So opting out of that has taken 3 months now to do. I have had to go in two times to get the paper work signed, and all they need to do is send it on to my bank so it can be refunded. well that still has not happened. Even calling them to talk to someone in finance they dont pick up, or return calls. If I could go back in time..it likely would have happened again. Because they got me into a situation where I was getting a really good deal on a pick up..and once i signed they treated me no longer like a customer but much more of a liability. If you are considering going to rairdons I would make sure you use Rich (looks like he has alot of fans and good reviews) but just be careful of the fine print. I would give anything to unwind my truck and not have a vehicle than have the bad memories associated with the buying experience.

Never go to this dealer, please make sure you review all the document before signing them mainly when working with Finance and manger ... they will say you can cancel any warranties you want at any time but they will not help you. I have to go there 5 times to get my warranties cancel and few more service. One time they took money for oil change but they did not do oil change and my car gave problem then i found that they did not do oil change.

Absolutely the WORST service ever. It took them over 6 weeks to get a refund check back from my trade-in and no-one was willing or cared about helping me. Only were interested in making the sale and then did not care once the deal was done.

We were looking for a truck and found the one we wanted at Rairdon's. The condition of the car and mileage was great and that was what we were looking for. They worked with us to get the price we needed. Rich, our salesperson, was very friendly and helpful. We would definately come to Rairdon's if they had the car in stock that we we needed. We love our new truck! Ask for Rich.

The dealership offered a great shopping experience. Richard, our slaes person was great to talk to. He even let us take the car out for a couple of hours with a gas coupon which was nice. One concern was that management folks showed up a little later in the day so I had to wait a little to get the deal final.Another nice thing was that I stoped by the dealership to sign some papers after a couple days and they offered a complementary car wash.In all I would recommend the dealership.

We sold our car to them and after they inspected it and drove it entered into a written sales agreement for a price. Four days later they "discovered" additional damage and stated that they were reducing the agreed upon price by $3,200. As everyone knows if we had come back 4 days later and asked for a higer price they would have laughed and pointed to the written agreement. They paid off the car to our lender then a week later stopped the payoff. They now have the car and are refusing to buy it or honor THEIR agreement.

went online and within 30 minutes of submittingI received a phone call from Rich Regan and went in and he selected the vehicle I asked for and then we went with a different Chrysler Limited. The whole staff that I had dealings with was excellent in regards to customer service. Gary (Manager) Brian(Finance) and I'm sorry but I forgot his name but he was Richs immediate supervisor. They offered me coffee, showed me the service department and introduced me to the Service Manager. My overall experience was VERY SATISFACTORY, job well done.

I went to this dealership fully expecting Lance to have brought down a Jeep Mojave from the Monroe location. We had emailed that morning around 9am and I followed up with a call around 11am to make sure that he was going to be able to get it to Kirkland by 6pm. I had gone to Bellevue earlier to meet a friend during rush hour traffic, and then proceeded to the dealership in Kirkland. When I arrived Lance was sitting at a desk talking to another salesperson, no customers around at all. I walked up and introduced myself and asked where the Jeep was so I could take a look, Lance proceeds to tell me that he did not get it there at all!!!!!!!!!!!!Not one email, not one phone call in 6 hours to let me know not to waste my time driving up there in rush hour traffic!!!! Talk about horrible customer service!!!! Then he proceeds to pass me off to some younger associate to walk around the lot at jeeps I have no interest in???? What a waste of time!!!So long story short, I had Town and Country Jeep in Seattle purchase the vehicle from the Monroe dealership because I DID NOT want to deal with Rairdons again!!!Such a better experience at T&C Jeep....

We called the dealership, Rich Regan answered the phone provided us with the information we were looking for so we went down and had probably the best buying experience we have ever had. Rich was straight forward and pleasant to work with he has that good guy attitude which seems to work well. AJ provided some numbers right in line what we were asking for and the entire process was very smooth. Sonny printed out the final paperwork a few signatures and off we went with our new town and country. Great Experience, definitely will go back. Paul & Marilyn Johnson

Very disapointed with the sales department today. The following series of events will prove our ratings. Spoke with Joe last night about a brand new 2011 Town Country listed on the internet. Knowing that sometimes information is listed incorrectly and that we live over 3 hours from the Rairdon dealership, I called to confirm the very specific options we were looking for. By the way, this is also what Rairdon suggests on their internet site: to confirm the options listed with one of their sales representative. Joe answered and after giving him the stock# listed on their website, he went to that exact vehicle on the lot. I asked him twice if it had a sunroof as well as the leather and dvd option. He said, "Yes. I'm standing right in front of the vehicle looking at it and it has the sunroof and all that you're looking for." I told Joe, I wanted to make sure as we did not want a dvd or sunroof installed aftermarket - we wanted it from the factory. Joe said that is understandable. I also informed Joe we lived over 3 hours away and are serious buyers with small children, so this is a serious drive and we wanted to be sure. After all this confirmation of what we were looking for, we decided to meet him this morning for the vehicle. As the vehicle pulled up, I immediately said,"There is no sunroof." Joe said this was the vehicle I gave the number for and I told him that's fine, however, you were standing in front of it and told me it had what I asked for. Joe shuffled us inside and said let's see what we can find for you. That was the last of Joe as we were passed to another sales rep. Sorry, do not remember the blonde guy's name as at that point the disapointment and anger was blinding & deafening. I will say, the rep we were passed to tried what he could to make something out of a situation we all knew was hopeless. He explained Joe was new from the construction line of work and sorry for the miscommunication and we outsource our online internet vehicles, etc.... My response was this. First, as for the outsourcing, this is why I did what it says on the internet as well as just common sense, and I called to confirm the options with Joe. I worked in banking for 10 years, the last 5 years of which I was a branch manager and dealt with many dealerships and finance situations. No matter what line of work you are in, you should be able to determine if there is a hole in the ceiling of a car & if you can watch movies in the car - just by looking. We were not asking technical questions. Basic visual clues is all we needed. There was no excuse for a 'miscommunication.' I was very clear and very specific and he even repeated what I wanted back to me. Unfortunately this leads me to believe that either he was simply not cut out to deal with cars or that he intentionally lied to us about the options just to get us up there thinking that after all that way we would buy anyway. If the second is true, then shame on those that have hired and/or encouraged this behavior. We spent an entire day between driving there and back with two of our young kids plus $100 bucks between gas and having to stop for breakfast & lunch. Now, the blonde rep that helped inside did give us $40 voucher as he did feel bad for us. This is why 'friendliness' received an ok rating. The gesture was nice, but its only good for gas and we had filled the tank in Tacoma, so we only used $14.00 and gave the rest to an anonymous passerby that pulled in behind us. Sadly for us, we did not drive home in the new van as it did not have what we were told it did. Sadly for you, you lost a very good potential customer and gained poor criticsm by word of mouth.

After looking at dealerships all over the Puget Sound area last night, I came to the conclusion that Rairdon's Jeep of Kirkland had what my wife and I were looking for. We had visited another Jeep dealership further south the day before and just were not satisfied with the experience. After spending an hour in an ever widening search pattern on the internet, I found Rairdon's dealership web site. They not only had what we were wanted, but the prices were better than any other dealership that I saw. Also of equal importance were the fine reviews of other customer's buying experiences there. After reading virtually every review for Rairdon's, I knew that I wanted to visit them. The next morning I called and spoke with their personable internet sales manager (he asked to remain behind the scenes or I would surely have included his name in the review). I asked him to speak with either Rich Regan or Steve Bruneau, as these two had great reviews from prior customers. About 30 minutes later I received a call from Steve who, after getting information about the vehicle that I wanted to trade in offered me a thousand dollars more for it in trade than the other dealership had. He gave us directions to the dealership and even helped when we called after taking a wrong turn during the trip. Upon arrival one thing that I immediately noticed was the constant flow of customers through the showroom, deals were being made every few minutes and the place was really jumping. My wife commented on the high level or professionalism demonstrated by one of the senior sales staff as he was training a less experienced sales associate. Steve was great throughout the transaction. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, my wife and I both were impressed with the high level of respect that he showed us as customers. After the deal had been struck, I got to meet an equally personable sales person by the name of Rich Regan. Since our vehicle was at a neighboring Jeep dealership, Rich went over and brought back our new Jeep Wrangler Sport Unlimited. After suave finance manager Sonny helped us out with a good deal on a wrap around 10 year bumper to bumper policy (if you buy a vehicle ask him about HIS recent experience)and got us signed through in double quick time, our new Jeep arrived and was soon being washed and detailed. Rich sat and talked with us as we waited. He went over the warranty and manuals for the Jeep, answering all of our little questions. Thanks to their efficient service personnel we were soon waving farewell as we drove off the lot and into the sunset. We both saw why Steve, Rich and Sonny have good reputations. I would not hesitate to buy again from these great guys, all in all we had an A+ experience at Rairdon's Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Kirkland.

Not knowing that I could actually walk away with a brand new car, Rairdon's of Kirkland just turned it all around. I came in just to get my second hand Dodge appraised and when I met up with Mark Price, he said ' How would like to drive home with a new car? I was in shock when he gave me an offer I could not possibly turn down. With a great offer at a better price, the courteous and friendly staff, and the overall experience, I said to myself 'I should have came here in the firt place'. For those shopping around for a brand new car, this is the place to be!! Thank you Mark Price. I never would have thought I'd get a BRAND NEW CAR!

I was extremely pleased with the completely hassle-free and pressure-free experience I had with Robert John. First, he was the only person in the region who would give me an actual (and reasonable) quote over the phone; all of the other dealers in the region would just tell me I had to come in, and then would bother me with interminable follow-up phone calls for several weeks. I really appreciate dealing with concrete information, and this was the only dealer in the region where I could get it easily. RJ had the car I wanted in a slightly different color than I was looking for, and offered up a great price at the start. At every other dealer I visited, I was forced to waste hours haggling with lying and deceptive sales people. RJ also got me the full trade-in value of my old car. All other local dealers tried to lowball me on the trade-in by up to a couple thousand dollars. I was in and out of Rairdon's Kirkland in a couple of hours with a new car at a price and financing deal that was actually better than I expected to get. RJ is a genuinely friendly and laid-back guy -- somewhat of an anomaly for a car salesperson in my experience. I believe he is in charge of internet sales and phone enquiries, so you may need to call or email first before going in to be able to deal with him.

Rairdon's is a friendly place with lots of smiles, not the toothy grins of sharks on the prowl, but people genuinely interested in what I was looking for. My salesman, Jeff Gentry took very good care of me and helped me before and after the sale. They addressed all my concerns which included some special attention from the General Manager Chris. Thanks for the help Team Rairdon!

Karl Schmidt is great. I originally took a test drive of a Ram 1500 quad cab a couple months ago but wasn't ready to buy. No pressure from Karl. When I was ready to buy I asked for Karl but he was off the lot at the time. The salesman I then encountered in Karl's absence was pressuring me to buy and not answering my questions which I did not like. Specifically, he only presented ridiculous monthly payment numbers without information I requested which was percentage rate, no. of months, discount from MSRP, etc. After three "check with my Manager" exchanges I left. Two days later Karl called while I happened to be on my way to another dealer. Karl pledged to make things right and he and his manager Gary did. They gave me a generous discount off MSRP for the truck I wanted (Sport, 4x4, crew cab), top dollar for my trade ('03 Focus SVT which Gary was knowledgeable about) and pulled it all together quickly. They even arranged discounts on some Ram accessories I wanted from their parts department. Sean in Finance was pleasant, well organized, efficient and ready for me when I entered his office. He offered the extended warranty plan without pressure. Nice guy.Purchasing a highly optioned truck can be a stressful process to go through so I wanted to be thoughtful about doing this review. It's been two weeks since I took delivery of my truck and, reflecting on the overall experience; I highly recommend working with Karl and Gary. My wife, daughter and I love the truck and feel we made the right decision on selecting the vehicle as well as the dealership we bought it from.

Customer service has been great so far. Each contact with Rairdon was followed up immediately with either a phone call or email. The entire staff was extremely friendly during the entire process. The price and incentives were excellent and really helped put the experience over the top. The only negative as that the internet to the financing options was down and that made the length of time longer there then I had hoped. The dealership made up for it. Also great that they deal with Costco members as well. I do not recall the Finance gentlemen but he was awesome. Never made me feel bad and worked with me the whole time. I was shown only the vehicles I wanted to see and in the price range I wanted. No one tried to up sell me a vehicle I didn't want which was great! My only negative so far was that I found two old wasps nests in the side passenger door area. Thank goodness they had come and gone. Maybe check all the corners and cubbies next time.

The new Rairdon Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Kirkland ownership has brought on knowledgeable people. They didn't bring on the hard sale techniques & they have followed up as promised. My salesman Karl Schmidt has called to ask how I liked my car & to see if any problems have come up & has referred me to auto tinting after I had called him for a referral. He even offered to come with me. Jason in service is very competent & a straight shooter. He is one of the main reasons I have returned to the dealer ship to buy my new car. I highly recommend them, they will try to sell you on their cars by encouraging you to drive one, and they believe you will be impressed once you do as I was & make the leap.

Page 1 of 22010 DODGE JOURNEY BUYING EXPERIENCE AT RAIRDONS AT KIRKLANDMy wife suggested that it was time to replace our aging 1989 Chevrolet Celebrity Wagon of 19 years and nearly 230,000 miles on the odometer. We saw a Rairdons Kirkland Chrysler Jeep Dodge ad on January 23, 2011 for a 2010 Dodge Journey for $13,971 pending various discounts providing one was eligible. I mentioned to the sales person that I was used to very basic extras so he showed us a 2010 Journey silver one with a roof rack and security alarm which we liked. We said we would be back the next day for further discussion on the vehicle and left a message on his cell and came back. By this time the car was gone and they brought out a steel gray one without a roof rack and security alarm that we drove though I did not like the street color. The Executive Sales Manager gave a price quote on a placard, however we suggested to think it over at home whereby he lowered the price several times in the building, on the way to our car and in our car. The final quote was approximately $14,900 (or slightly under $15,000). Since, it wasnt too far off from the ad, we agreed to that price. However, when the Finance Officer printed out the sales contract in his office the value was raised to $18,293.71. It was late and we were tired, so we foolishly signed a bad contract, when reviewed weeks later on receipt of the bank loan, indicated that a bottomed-up calculation with all the fees, taxes, licenses and etc. was vastly in error and appeared short of most of the down payment. Yes, we trusted that the final quote on the placard would be the starting selling price of the vehicle, but it was not. We are both 75 years old and my wife uses oxygen, due to COPD. Hopefully, the Sales Management and Financial Officer did not use our age and condition to take unfair advantage of us at the time of the contract signing. We are from the past where a handshake was as good as ones word or contract and that doesnt seem to make sense anymore in todays environment. This was found to be a very disturbing lesson that was very costly to us for trusting people like we have been accustomed.Legally, we are bound by our signatures on the contract for the overpayment of approximately $3,394.21 even though it was accomplished by trickery. We foolishly signed the contract without reading it at the time of sale by the Sales and Finance Department of Rairdons Kirkland Chrysler Jeep Dodge and are very disappointed with what is going on there. Great experience...David is a great salesperson to work with. Very relaxed and professional atmosphere here at Rairdon's. After looking at a 2011 Challenger at another dealership & being hounded by pushy staff, I decided to take my business elsewhere. The other dealership wanted between 3 and 4 grand more for the same car...same color...same features. After only about fifteen minutes of negotiation I found the payment I wanted with an even better interest rate than I had with my previous car. No hassles, no gimmicks, no surprises. Thanks again Rairdon's of Kirkland, you guys are great!

We ended up driving to the Kirkland dealer after having a horrible experience at Smokey Point. Steve was very friendly from the minute we walked in the door and sat down with us immediately to figure out what type of payment we were looking for. Steve stayed in constant contact with us while the finance team tried to work out a deal for us. In the end, Steve was able to get us a great low rate, a fantastic value for our trade-in and the payment that we were looking for. He never pressured us to put money down or to accept a higher payment. We also dealt with Brian in finance who promised to only take 5 minutes of our time and he beat that. Brian didn't pressure us to get anything that we didn't need, just the loan. We were financed and out of his office in less than 5 minutes.

I came to this dealership, looking to buy a Jeep Wrangler, as my old Chevy was costing me a lot in gas. I was met by one salesman who was younger and pleasant. During my examination of their inventory he somehow was replaced by another salesman (don't know why). The second one, an older seasoned salesman was pleasant as well, but more assertive. When it came time to run the numbers, I was given a number well outside what I wanted to spend. I repeatedly said that it was outside my budget, I would like to think it over. Each time I said this, the salesman scurried off to the sales manager, who in turn sent him back with a lower number. On the third round when I said that I am walking away for now, the sales manager came over, threw a piece of paper on the table, wrote some numbers on it and told me quote " I would be stupid to not take this offer.." I was pretty much done with the deal before he did that, just due the aggressive nature this deal was taking on anyway, but after he essentially called me stupid.. I was all done!!I ended up finding what I wanted, at the price I needed from one of their competitorsI would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I would probably recommend some professional courtesy courses for the sales manager. I would also recommend the management take a hard look at how they do business.

Liked our experience buying our new Chrysler van from sales consultant Gary Malmquist. When the car was delivered there was a problem with a DVD installation and Gary (Duke) Dukleth (Asst Manager) and Oscar Gutierrez solved the problem to our satisfaction. Also thanks to Branko Trocan (Finance Manager) for his quick help and professional service. To sum up our experience, Rairdon is a large dealership but the people are friendly, professional and most important - honest.

Mark Price and John Brody of Kirkland Rairdon renewed my faith in the car sales process, helping me to put aside the frustrating experiences I had been having with other dealerships and sales people that lacked integrity. After being given the run around, spoken to in vague statements, and at times just plain being lied to by three other major dealerships in the area, (two of them with the Dodge brand),I was hesitant to give the Rairdon dealership a try. As I was looking to trade in a Dodge Ram pickup it made sense that I would receive the best value in working under the Dodge banner.Mark Price immediately assured me that if he could not create a deal that would work within my budget he would say so without trying to wear me down with the standard 5 hour dog and pony show that must be taught at car salesman school. He really heard me when I explained my situation, and worked with the Manager John Brody to find the two vehicles I needed and remain within my price range. The two of them never tried to upsell me, and never did I feel that they were anything but honest. These are simple words but the fact that I feel compelled to state them speaks volumes about how rare these attributes are. I wish integrity was something that could be counted on in business dealings, but the time I spent with unscrupulous salespeople over the past week tells me otherwise. I know that what I was after was probably not the simplest deal to put together as I had tight parameters to work within, but Mark and John treated my wife and I as if we were the most important people they had deals going with. I would without hesitation send my family members, best friends, and even my boss to see Mark and John, comfortable in the knowledge that they would be treated with respect, dignity, and that rarest of attributes, integrity.

Fantastic experience w/ Rairdon during the purchase of my 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Went in on 4/29/2011, met Karl, and told him straight up that wasn't buying that day and wasn't going to attempt a deal; I just wanted a test drive and to get some info. Karl was phenomenal, met my expectations, and did not pressure me. After driving a used Commander I found an '08 Grand Cherokee with really low mileage and drove it. Karl was really nice and walked me through the details of the vehicle completely. After dealing with Karl and 2 other sales people I finally arrived at a price that was acceptable to me. It is obvious that they are a large volume dealer, but still worked with me in a personable manner. Even Brian in finance worked hard for me. Good experience overall and I could not be happier! Thanks Karl, You did a GREAT JOB!!

My original salesman knew very little about the car I was looking at and incorrectly answered many of my questions. The purchase experiance was horrible as they don't listen, don't know how to accept no, do anything to keep you from leaving when you are hungry and want a break and try to hide aspects of the deal to make more money. After leaving and coming back with advice to talk with Erin the experiance improved but went way down hill during financing where they told me at 500.00 charge was part of my deal when I never agreed to it, they would not accept no on purchases for maintance plans and extended warr.. when I told them I only drive 4000 miles a year and only keep cars 2-3 years. Service department is solid but again sales messes up that experiance by smoking in groups of 3-4 in the area you drop off your car. What a nice first impression to servicing your car.

Rich is the best salesman that I have ever had the pleasure to work with. His concern for the customer's needs is refreshing, and he made the car buying experience completely enjoyable. AJ was outstanding in helping us get an affordable deal, and his expertise in thoroughly explaining the car's features was marvelous. The Rairdon's Dodge service department is outstanding as well. The attention to detail displayed by the sales staff and the service department make it worth my time to drive an hour and a half north to support this dealership. Keep up the good work, Rich, AJ, and the service department have definitely earned my repeat business. It truly has been a pleasure.

I am a well informed auto buyer, I do my homework and know what my trade in is worth and what the car or truck should cost me on a fair deal knowing that the dealership has to make a profit to remain in business. I can be a tough customer to deal with, Rich and R.J. at Rairdon's Jeep were knowledgable, friendly and worked hard to get me the deal I wanted. I should also mention they were patient with me as sometimes trying to buy a car is like getting a root canal. I found that the dealership had an excellent selection, they were friendly and bent over backwards to "make it happen" without all the presure you can feel in a what is a big transaction for most people. After we made the deal they also went out of their way to see that I understood all about my new Jeep Grand Cherokee. The entire staff was bent on helping me out. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone wanting a new vehicle or used one for that matter. I like to build relationships with other businesses and keep it local and I found one I can count on doing business with again when the time arrises. Thanks to all at Rairdon's in Kirkland who made my experience a good one...Steve S.

Traded in my 08 F150 lariat for 06 ram 1500, needed more leg room in the back seat for my growing kids. Found the truck on their website advertised for 19971.00, when it came down to buying time the salesman said it was 28k, I showed him the ad and he said it must be a mistake but we got it for 20k. While we were test driving it, he was reading the carfax but when we got back and I went to look at it, it was gone from the truck. He had removed it so I would not see that it had been wrecked and had four owners in four years. Also, the sales manager kept throwing out numbers and talking so fast that I had to go outside to decipher the deal, I kept coming up 2000 different then what he was saying. Then I figured out they were counting 2000 sales tax that I didn't have to pay as part of my trade allowance. They are rude and dishonest and now I have a truck that Im being offered 12k on trade due to the carfax. I should have asked to see it but I trusted them.

Rairdon Jeep has given me back my faith in car dealerships. Sure they are out to make money - however at Kirkland Rairdon they had a real concern that I liked the jeep/car we eventually purchased as well as it fit our price range. When I say they worked with me they did. Joe helped me test drive 5 cars and it took us two days to make up our minds. Each time I said I wasn't sure Joe was patient and kept showing me more cars. He has a deep knowledge of Jeeps and trucks. He was great. I have purchased two jeeps in a year from Kirkland Rairdons. My first jeep was totaled in a car accident. As I was waiting for the insurance to clear I stopped by to see if they had a replacement. Brian the Finance guy remembered me and when I told him what happened he gave me valuable information that helped me deal with the insurance companies. He also worked diligently to help us secure us a new loan for our replacement jeep.I have to say to was "FUN" getting our new Jeep from Kirkland Rairdon's. I am very happy with the service department too!

My husband and I have been looking around for a new or used Jeep. I started to make multiple phone calls and inquire on quite a few Jeeps I had found. I was truly not in the mood to deal with salesmen, and some that had called, had me very discouraged. On the morning of 4/11/11, I received a phone call from Rich Regan in sales. When talking with him over the phone I immediately felt like I was talking with an old friend. He told me that the Jeep I was looking at had sold, and he asked some questions about what I was looking for. About 1/2 an hour later, Rich called. He physically went out to the lot to see what they had. He found just what I was looking for. Now there are many dealers close to home here, but his attitude, (no pressure what so ever) made me think, we need to drive the 1 1/2 hours to see Rich. When we showed up, again, it was like chatting with a friend we hadn't seen in a while, and oh by the way, we bought the Jeep. The experience we had with Rich Regan alone will cause us to drive out of our way and buy from him, and him alone. Rich went above and beyond his duties. Rich Regan, if you read this, THANK YOU, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! We couldn't be happier!! Customers and Friends for life,Jackie & SteveRoy, WA

I will never go back to this dealership nor recommend to place to anyone. Me and my wife went to the dealership to look at new jeeps and they kept bring us monthly prices that where way out of our price range that we told them. We told them that we did not want to go over 430.00 and they would bring a quote back at 590.00-776.00 and they would try to pressure us saying that we are not that far off in price and we should just do it. I told them that I wanted at least 4500.00 for my trade in and AJ came back and said that they could gives us that. When we went to the finance person (Shaun) and he typed up the contract it said 4100.00 for our trade in and I asked why we weren't getting the agreed upon price. Shaun and AJ said that 400.00 was a tax credit and when that is added to the trade of 4100 then we get 4500.00. They were "giving me a break" because I'm not having to pay tax on the whole price of the vehicle because I'm trading my car in to them. Which is complete BS and I called them out on it. We argued for a while until I raised my voice a little bit so that other potential buyers in the dealership could hear our conversation. Only then did they give me the full $4500. We signed the contract, then the next day Shaun called and said he was able to get us a lower interest rate and we needed to come in and sign a new contract. We were at 4.9 and they lowered it to 4.6. We were like - really? Sure! But then he said our payments will be the same because our loan now includes gap insurance. Keep in mind that a couple days before, they had told us that we didn't need gap insurance because of our trade in and down payment. We figured we would go talk to him and see about the lower rate and why we need gap now. So we got there, and Shaun says we can have the lower rate but the payment is the same because of the gap insurance. I said, well what is it without the gap because I don't think we want that. He said, why does it matter, your payments are the same and it's not costing you anything more. He would not tell us what the payment would be with out gap and told us if we don't go with it then he won't give us the lower interest rate - basically blackmailing us! It was ridiculous! Then Shaun got very upset, and said, forget it and I'm keeping you at 4.9%. I was like WHOA I want the 4.6, and again he wasn't going to do it without the gap. So I was like HOLD ON lets talk about this. Through the conversation, I found out that I can cancel it at anytime, and without penalty in the 1st 30 days. So I was like okay fine sign me up. Then I cancelled it 2 days later. This place is so shady and uses every scam in the book to try and screw you. Don't go here, but if you do, make sure to question everything, don't trust anything.

Fantastic experience w/ Rairdon during the purchase of our 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. Went in on 3/26/2011, met Dan, and told him straight up that we're committed but weren't buying that day and weren't going to attempt a deal; I just wanted a test drive and to get some info. Dan was phenomenal, met my expectations, and did not pressure me. Dan asked when to give me a call, I said a week, and he did call about one week later (4/1/2011) as stated. My wife and I decided to move forward with our jeep purchase so I gave Dan a call on 4/2 and said let's make it happen. He asked if we wanted to stick with our original idea (fully loaded Laredo that was borderline Limited trim) or if he could also price out a Limited since it'd be the same and better options around the same price; I said let's do it. He asked for me to come in at 10am on 4/3. We arrived just after 10am and I stated that I wanted to make this quick since we had a lunch commitment at 12pm (and I wasted too much of my life while my dad haggled w/ dealers for hours on end). We test drove the Limited and I gave my well-researched offer which was accepted; we rung the sale bell about 11:15am. No joke, the paperwork took longer than the deal itself. I was extremely pleased with my interaction w/ Dan, Duke, and then Branko with the final paperwork. We were on our way in our fully loaded limited just after 12pm. :) Thanks fellas!

On test drive salesman was talking on a personal phone call. Never showed features of car. Got the run around inside with payments and interest rate. Told them we wanted to go through our bank but supposedly they had this better deal which we fell for and now that "deal" fell through and am scrambling to get financing after owning the car for 3 weeks! We have NEVER been in this situation. A mulitude of safety features were not taken care of before receiving the vehicle. The car had blown speakers, chips in windshield, a busted belt in tire which makes an awful shake when driving on the freeway. The wipers were in horrible shape, leaving blur on drivers side. This is the WORST experience in purchasing a car I have ever had. I have fixed the problems immediately returning the car home and is now a sound car, with little money to fix it, except for the tires - which will cost in upwards of $800. Very disheartening to find that out.

The sales people in this dealership lie. They tell you what they think you want to hear - and then lie again. I went in and met with Joe. I specifically told him I was helping my daughter buy a car; and she wanted to spend no more than $9000 on a used car - anticipating that with tax and license, I would be spending close to $10k. We spent a few hours with Joe; and he enticed my daughter with a car that he said would fall within her desired range. When we finally said, OK - give us your price; he took it to manager #1 who gave us a piece of paper saying he wanted $10,500 plus tax and license. Obviously, I was upset because the quote was now $1500 more than I said she was willing to pay. Two days later, I spoke to Joe again by phone. I advised him that I might be willing to pay more for a more expensive car. He had a different manager give me a call. That manager was incredibly rude. He told me he couldn't make the deal on the nicer car for my price. Fair enough. I then went back to talking about the first car. He told me he wouldn't budge off the $10,500 price because that's his blue book price. But I had already pulled lower blue book prices from both Kelley and Edmunds. When I mentioned this, he gave me a 'song and dance' about how Kelley and Edmunds are bogus figures and that they don't care what Kelley and Edmunds say about car value. Really! Apparently this is the only dealership in the country that just thumbs its nose at these two companies' figures. This second manager told me he would call me back in 20 minutes with the wholesale and retail figures from HIS (super secret) blue book company. Guess what? I never heard back from him. So a word to the wise; if you plan on shopping using published blue book figures; be prepared for Riordan to tell you they dont care because those figures are bogus! (A good reason to shop elsewhere!)So the next day, having still heard nothing as promised from manager #2; I called Joe again. I told Joe that I was going to be buying a car from a competitor the next day. I really liked Joe; and I wanted him to know why Rairdon wasn't going to get my business. Joe apologized; and said: "What do I need to do to make you happy?" I told him; get me that car for what you told me you could. I'll pay $10,000 out the door (i.e. inclusive of tax and license). We went back and forth for a good 20 minutes; and he told me that he knew he couldn't get it for $10k; but that another $500 would make the deal happen. Pay $10,500 out the door; and it's yours, he said. I eventually agreed. The next day, Joe called to tell me the car was ready for me - but - now, manager #3 (Victor Perez) told him that he couldn't sell me the car for the promised figure. It was now going to be $11,700 - a figure much MORE than manager #1 offered to sell it days before! Needless to say, I was livid! This was nothing more than 'bait and switch' on price. Follow the bouncing ball - if you can. If one person gives you a number, dont worry about it. Well just let a different person renege and ask for a higher number. Next thing you know, Joe puts Perez on the phone; and Perez answers as if he doesn't know what's going on. ("Hi; what can I do for you?") Are you kidding! First, they challenge the fact that Manager #1 offered to sell the car for $10,500; even though he had written it on a piece of paper; given the paper to Joe; and had Joe give the paper to me. (At least Joe was honest enough to admit that had happened and that was the figure.) When I told Perez the entire story, he merely said: we're not selling this car for the $10,500 out the door - i.e., the figure Joe said was a 'done deal.' He told me he would sell it for the $10,500 plus tax and license (i.e., for $1500 above the figure the salesman told me we had a deal). Again, I was livid. Pretending he couldn't understand why I was so angry, Perez got indignant and hung up on me.If you plan on shopping at Riordan's, I encourage you not to do so. But if you do; dont waste your time with a salesman. First Joe told me he could sell me the car for under $9k. Then, he told me we had a deal at $10,500 out the door. And each time, the dealership used 3 different managers to throw Joe under the bus and renege. (I assume they were throwing Joe under the bus; but maybe, instead this is their strategic sales tactic all along.)

I went to this dealership because I saw that the Jeep Grand Cherokee has been redesigned to compete with Lexus, BMW and other luxury SUVs. I owned a jeep in the 80's and decided to take another look. The dealership itself is a wreck. The place is not an appealing place to spend time. The workers were clean, but certainly not dressed in a professional manner. There is no place to sit comfortably and not one person offered me so much as a drink of water. I arrived at about 10:30 am and by one pm I was tired and hungry. I wanted to leave, but was assured that the deal could be taken care of quickly. I suppose that it's all in the eye of the beholder, but another 2 hours doesn't really seem like quickly to me. My salesman (Duke) was all about making me happy - he said. However, I found his demeanor to be condescending and overly familiar. Maybe I am spoiled through all of my dealings with Lexus of Bellevue. Ultimately, we were handed off to another salesman (isn't that unusual). AJ was a very professional young man, unfortunately he was not the norm of my experience. When we finally did put a deal together, we were ushered to the rudest finance man I have ever dealt with. We wanted the title made out a different way than he would usually do this and he said that that was not possible...I currently own 4 cars all of them purchased new and have never encountered this before. When I pointed this out he asked me if I was mad at him??? What the heck? They couldn't get the leasing papers right after 3 tries! I'll bet this made Reirdon angry since he had to carry the car all of this time without pay. Finally, after the third try, we wrote a check with an offer that was more in line with our thinking about the car and presented it...thankfully they took the check and the deal is done! Let me say that I hate buying cars and this dealership did nothing to change my opinion. Love the Jeep absolutely HATED the whole sales experience. Maybe I should have gone to Bellevue?

Overall, my truck buying experience was great. Rich Regan was the best salesman that I have ever worked with. He knew what I wanted, and did his best to match me to the vehicle that I would be happy with. I had a pleasurable experience with Duke and Chris. Chris did his best to structure a deal that was affordable for me. They saved me almost $200 a month over a less capable truck from another dealer. I can definitely say that I will be a repeat customer. The only issue that I feel needs to be improved on is parking; however, this issue is created by their large variety of in-stock inventory.

I have given a good rating to this dealership. I originally used the Auto Buying program through USAA. Rairdon dodge was the first to call me and state that they had the vehicle I had submitted through USAA that I was looking for. The program worked very well. The program through USAA dictated a price and the dealer stuck to it. No haggle on price or pressure to look at other vehicles. I did give a lower rating for the customer service due to the extensive time spent at the dealership. With a loan already secured and ready to execute, we were at the dealership for 6 hours to complete paperwork. They were however prepared to take care of an out of state buyer and that was very handy. Rich was really nice and walked us through the details of the vehicle completely. Other dealers tried to contact me weeks later to assist, but were far to late. It is obvious that they are a large volume dealer, but still worked with us in a personable manner. Good experiance overall, although Rich still owes me a hat....and im still waiting.

Steve was a very straight forward and honest sales person. Did not feel pressured and always felt that he understood what I needed, and I knew what he wanted. It was a good, healthy, open process. At purchase, Rich Regan provided a very detailed overview of the operation of all the features of the car. As I was about to drive off the lot, we all noticed that one element of the entertainment system was not in the vehicle. Both Rich and Steve went out of their way to find it in the shop, to make sure I had everything I needed.

First the vehicle was advertised on the internet for 9,995, when we drove down there they said it was an error and it was 11,995...after a week of thought and they finally changed their minds the "manager" Blake agreed to make the final price at 9,000. (Not to mention he had us sign two different contracts before we were even financed). He also agreed to fix a list of "IOU"'s and for us to come back in a couple weeks. Now they are saying they never said they would fix anything, even though the "IOU" paper had been signed by a manager! He called us liars to our face and totally disrespected us, just because we are very new at the car buying experience they felt that they could take advantage of young couples. We will not purchase any vehicles form them or send any business their way!

I bought a brand new 2010 Dodge Challenger SE. If there were three words I could use to describe the business it would be Professionalism, Excellence, Neighborly. The professionalism amongst all employees at this business is very admirable. They are honest, hard-working Americans who know how to do their job; the facility is very clean and staff is well mannered. They exhibit excellence in all they do! I am very happy with the purchase of my first car and the fact that it is American! Two key personnel who stand out most in my mind are Rich Regan and Micah Madkey. Bottom line, I would reccomend their business to anyone who wants to get a great car at a good price.

First off Thank You Rich for my new stress reliever! I was looking for my new car and I found exactly what I was looking for on there web site and I called Rich and we worked our deal and wow what a deal it was , I was a happy camper when I left. But to put the icing on the cake Rich delivered the car the next day to me and im almost a hundred miles away. only one complaint to talk about and that the fact that I didnt get one of those rairdon anntenna balls lol (no place to put it) I cant say enough good things about the Rairdon group that I have delt with so far, Kirkland Smokey Point and Bellingham Great people working in the all .Thanks RichCliffI LOVE MY STRESS RELIEVER!

I'd been looking for a Dodge Durango (new body style) and wasn't quite sure if i had enough to actually buy one. I had searched the web and wasn't too happy from my results, when I ran into Rairdon's Dodge Jeep and Chrysler in Kirkland. I seen a beautiful black Durango, grabbed the address, and was on my way. Arriving there, I just knew it would be a long drag, but they were great! I walked out of there happy and met some new great friends thank you James Salas and Rich Regan! Michelle C.

My wife and I had been looking for a Dodge Ram 2500 4X4, I had been searching the internet and could not find a better deal any where. Even (Dave Smith Moters could not match the price). Talking with Rich on the phone and E-mail we came up with a very good Deal, We drove to Kirkland, everything was set up. The price was the same as what we had talked about,(other Dealers told me we would never get that Truck at that price) Well we did, and we could not be happier! Thanks Rich, You did a GREAT JOB!!

I came here on a short notice just looking at 2010 Dodge Challengers because I had a crummy experience at another dealership in the area (Dwane Lanes in Everett.) When I came in, I was immediately greeted by one of the sales consultants, who offered to toss me in the car and go on a test drive. Previously, the other dealership had told us "We can't let you test drive this vehicle without putting down some sort of commitment..." WHAT?! At Rairdons, I hopped right in and drove for miles- and got the best information about the car, and what model was right for me. So, I fell in love with the car... but wasn't ready to buy. I went to about 5 other dealerships around the area just to compare like any smart shopper would do. No other dealership had as good customer service, information, and help as Rairdons. Although at the time, I wasn't ready to purchase a car, Rich Regan kept in communication with me all the way through- with a no-pressure to buy attitude, he sent me out a "thank you" card for visiting- and when it came time to buy he'd be there! This is exactly what I expect from a dealership- none of the high pressure sales, constant calling you about getting you back in to talk about more prices, no turnaround or the bait and switch, emails, etc. Rairdons, you feel comfortable until the very end. 2 weeks later went by- an and I bought the car! Behind the scenes, there's a lot of hard work provided by Rich, and the entire staff- to ensure that everything fits exactly how you need it to! If you're looking for a car, or wanting to buy- I highly suggest going in and speaking to Rich Regan, and you will be impressed with the service that's provided. As a man of customer service myself, I know it when I see it.

Rich was fun to work with. He's very personable, respectful, and has a great sense of humor. I think that he listened well to what we wanted and was able to deliver. When we needed a hitch installed after purchase, Rich was instrumental in making sure we could get a loaner car, which was SUPER helpful.I would work with Rich again:)

I went to the Rairdon's of Kirkland to have my brakes fixed. They took care of me although it was expensive to fix on a car that is less then 2 years old. Rich Regan gave me a follow up call to make sure everything was okay. So far so good. About a month later turns out they are extending the parts warranty and they are going to pay for the repair now. Anyway, I went back in today and Rich took care of me and went out of his way to make me a priority. Raena

I was looking for a jeep grand cherokee for over a year. I found a excellent vehicle at Krikland Rairdon's.Rich was super nice during the deal, I got a great price (I did a pre and post analysis on pricing, compared with other dealers nationwide). Richard Reagan and team were very nice during the process and afterwards as well. They did give me a honest opinion on warranty pricing and servicing etc. I would recommend these guys certainly.-bhupal

I was very happy with most every aspect until the vehicle was paid for. Then no one seemed to be listening.Since we were living in Mexico, it was very important to identify the license plate number as early as possible so that I can update my SENTRI pass to get back to the US after we go back to Mexico. Errors at dealership:1. First time the paper work was sent to me it was missing the licensing application. While this seems trivial, it costs me and my wife about $100 to get from Mexico back to San Diego to sign papers.2. The error was identified on Friday. A new package was not sent till Tuesday of the following week. 3. On Friday it was also identified by Dusty that you did not have the title to the car and that it was expected the following Friday. She promised to call and expedite on Monday.4. The second package was shipped over night and we spent $100 to get back to San Diego to expedite the process.5. Checking the tracking the next day showed that the return package that came with the overnight shipment was a UPS ground shipment. Instead of getting there on Thursday it would now be the following Tuesday as a result of the holiday.6. The promise was then made by Dusty to have the license by close of business Tuesday. She got the title on Friday, per the non expedited schedule....7. Close of business Tuesday and the story was I sent it to get the plates they will be here first thing in the morning. (This was now really critical as we were flying in on that morning to pick up the car.)8. A status check by Rich proved he had forgotten all about the mission as he indicated no problem as we can just use the paper temp.9. Upon arrival we were told no problem the license will be here by noon. At this point I was about to blow and unloaded on poor Julian who was standing in for our sales person Rich. Julian seemed to at least listen and understand. At the end of the day, because of the poor follow through or not listening to why the license was important, we now have to spend an extra week in the US to make up for the 6 days lost in getting the license. We are also out the second trip cost. However the car seems to be great and the overall experience was good. (With a little help from Julian)

From my very first internet connection to the end - Rich and Chris went above and beyond in trying to help my family make a decision about which new car to buy. Letting me take a car home overnight was a huge help! They are the only dealer I dealt with that even mentioned the idea. I highly recomend Rich Regan and Rairdon's Dodge.

Matthew was a very curtious, professional and attentive sales person. He made every effort to follow up on the sale long after it was complete. I was impressed with the overall selection of vehicles the dealership had. Everyone I've worked with has been very helpful which made the overall experience great.

I enjoyed my experience at Rairdon's. Matthew was very friendly and I received the internet deal he had listed. Since it was my first time purchasing a vehicle, I was a little nervous about the whole process. Matthew explained things to me while we were negotiating. I was a little surprised that my offer was accepted after a few rounds. If not for Matthew's help and friendliness, I would have felt a little more reluctant to purchase.thank you Matthew.

I get very attached to my car. I spend more time in it then anywhere else. After my beloved car got rear ended while I was stopped and the other car was going full speed, I had to put her down. I had this car for 12 years and it was so reliable. It was hard to do. I started looking around at different cars. I really had no idea of what it was I wanted, only that I was leaning towards domestic. I was nervous going into different dealers because one, my time is limited and two, I didn't want to feel like a fish swimming with a bunch of sharks trying to sell me something I wasn't sure on. So I started doing research on different companies via Internet.I emailed 5 different dealers in Seattle and the Eastside and Rairdon Kirkland was the first to email me back with different options and ideas. They put my nerves at ease and so I decided to swim the waters and thankfully I didn't find a shark, I found a very relaxed sales rep named Justin that genuinely seemed like he wanted to help me find the right fit more then him wanting to earn some huge commission. There was very little pressure. After driving a couple of different Jeeps because I have always wanted a Wrangler, I saw the Dodge Viper. WOW!!! While I don't have the means to purchase one of these beauties (yet) it did turn me on to looking at the Dodge brand. That and the big sign that states a Dodge Truck just won some award. So after going to another dealer and looking around, I came back to Kirkland and ended up buying a Dodge Caliber Hatchback and I LOVE it!!!!! The financing was within what I can afford and they have built the Caliber to utilize every inch of space. I feel like I can cram more in it then my first SUV.Side note: some friends and I were driving up to Vancouver and a gigantic sharp frame flew off from a truck driving in front of us and I popped a tire because of it, which was completely fortunate, all things considered. The car handled beautifully in such a scary circumstance. I called the Bellingham Rairdon and spoke with Norm and got it fixed right away. They also checked underneath my car to make sure nothing was damaged. The people that work at both of these Rairdons were genuinely friendly and I will continue to use them. They just made it too easy and painless.

We were looking for a new vehicle but also knew we had some credit issues to overcome. Not being the easiest thing to deal with Rich and Jim made us feel very comfortable with the whole process. They showed us a car we could afford that we were looking for (Jeep), explained the process we needed to do to get where we wanted to be and worked with the financing dept to make the deal happen with very little down. The best part is that this will help restore our credit history and make us more worthy in the future.

Well this is my second review of Rairdon's in Kirkland with my first experience not being pleasant at all BUT I named someone who was not at all involved with the deal and first of all want to start out by apologizing to Mr. Chris Banchero who was never involved with this deal to begin with. I just received a phone call from Mr. Banchero who wanted to know what happened regarding our visit to purchase a Chrysler 300 and I explained the situation and being that I was unhappy regarding the experience we had I accidently used Mr. Banchero's name, I assumed it was him because it did sound familiar but ended up making an ass of myself by making that assumption. During this call I just received he was polite and friendly and wanted to make right the situation that had previously happened and apologize fully for naming him and want to add that it takes a real man to call and correct problems and situations that his staff made and I comend him on this effort and we are once again going to Rairdon's in Kirkland to deal directly with Mr. Banchero and have 100% faith that he will make this deal work and sell a car. So look forward to my next review and once again apologize to Chris Banchero who went above and beyond to make up for previous problems!Robert & Misty Lucero

We purchased a 2006 Jeep Wrangler from Robert Nelson in April 2009. It was a painless experience! Very little back and forth negotiations, very honest, fair price. We told Robert what we wanted to spend and he didn't pull any games. He didn't try to show us vehicles that were more money. We came in with our own financing with a great rate, when we got to financing our finance guy found us an even lower rate! Our Jeep came with both a soft and hard top. We didn't get around to putting on our soft top for a couple of months (hey it's the Northwest!) we found that our side an back windows didn't fit. We informed the dealership and we now have the correct windows for our Jeep. This is by far the BEST experience we have ever had with an auto dealership. We highly recommend Rairdon's of Kirkland.

For those who read this and are thinking about buying a vehicle from the Kirkland store heed waring. If you end up working with a sales manager named Chris Banchero then do yourself a favor and just walk out the door. This guy is extremely unprofessional, rude and will screw you two ways from sundown!I was interested in a "cosmetically" very nice looking used durango. I was concerned about the purchase because it had a engine warning light on. Chris pushed that it was the result of a recently improper gas cap mounting. I was not so trusting and made the deal hindge on the resolution of the problem behind the engine light. Chris agreed and worded the work order to state that the problem causing the engine light would be resolved free of charge. So I bring in my durango first of the week (bought on saturday) and the service tech told me the transmission was throwing torque converter codes and they would have to replace it. It took them 3 days to complete when I get a call thats shes all ready.I drive off and a very short distance down the road I realized that the huge 5.9 liter vehicle has very little power and reverse did not work! I immediately called the service departement back and they said to bring it back and they would have to look at it in the morning. I asked if he test drove it and the service rep said the tech did and it ran like a champ (this is insulting at this point). The next day I'm told the transmission went south because of the new stronger and better torque converter which caused other weak parts of the tranny to break (huh... say what..). So I ask how long will that take to fix, and I get a pause on the phone. The informed me that they couldnt do anymore work without Chris's approval since they clear the engine light like the work order stated (Can you believe this?). So I get the vehicle back in worse shape than I brought I sent it in and they are not sure if they will fix it unless I pay for it? I promptly call Chris who ignores my call and voice mails on the situation. I realize that I have the option of exchanging the vehicle under the 7 day no hassle after you buy it deal they have. I think great at least I can get into something else. Well as you might have guess Chris knew he has my by the kahones and the best offer I would get on any other vehicle was the jacked up sky high sticker price. I wasnt until I started taking down names and informing them I would be reporting this to every agency in the state of washington for consumer rights. Then and only then did the so call "make up" deal start coming to make things right. I was so pissed my now that I didnt want to do any deal with this customer unfriendly person. I asked to just have my durango fixed and he said he couldnt guarentee it and would have to consult with other managers at dodge. So lets see you break my car and its my responsiblity to fix it? To all those potential buyers out there interested in going to kirkland for a buying experience. RUN!!!!

Refused warranty service on ground of lack of maintenance despite keeping up with maintenance as per manual. They claimed since it wasnt at their dealership we hadnt maintained the car and refused a claim. Engine died on Town and Country at 22k miles.Service personnel were rude and unhelpful. Another Chrysler dealer was happy to perform the same service under warranty.

I love my van that I bought at the Kirkland store from James Price in July. I researched everything on the Internet before I went in to test drive and look at color. Their site is easy to use and has lots of info and photos. They had the best prices by far and posted their price breakdown in a window sticker on their website. When I got there, they allowed me to look at the invoice, which matched what I had seen online. Satisfied with the price, I was only unsure about my trade. I really wanted to sell it myself unless they could give me what I wanted for it and I didn't think that would happen, especially after the great price I got on the van. But, after some negotiation (not too painful), I was able to get everything I wanted and felt totally in control of the experience. They were great to deal with and I would recommend this dealership to a friend.
