This is the 3rd car purchased here. It's always been a fantastic experience each time! Always treated with the best hospitality. Concerns are always dealt with in a timely fashion. By far the best customer service I've ever received at a dealership. I highly recommend getting a car from this place.

I walked into the dealership with some interest in purchasing or leasing yet I was not sure what I really wanted. Michele was available for any question I had, he offered to test-drive few cars to get a feeling of the differences and while competent and attentive, he never once pushed the sale.I made clear that I was willing to wait for the next model to be available and yet he was still fully engaged and friendly. After leaving the dealership, he made one follow-up call and remained extremely professional.As soon as the car that I want will be available, I'm calling Michele.

Just leased 2016 Marserati Ghibli S Q4 from this dealer. Very nice experience overall. Highly recommended. Look for Earl ( a really nice and friendly gentleman) as he's one of my best sales person I ever met in my over 10 times of auto purchase experience.Quick response - I got a immediate follow up call from the dealer in 2 minutes after I posted my interest in the Ghibli S Q4.Easy deal with - I actually did not get the deal when I got in the first time but they're very easy to deal with and make another friendly contact after the first visit)No pressure sale - as I mentioned that I did not get the deal thru during my first visit. They did not push me for any commitment. We became friends after the visit.

Best car buying experience, no hassle, no pressure. Just a few phone calls and a few hours in the dealership and I had my car! This was the most painless experience, even in a stressful situation (my car was totaled forcing me to get a car when I wasn't really ready to). I first spoke with Martin over the phone when he called to confirm the receipt of my application; he was very professional and fast (less than 30 minutes after submitting it), once I arrived at the dealership he immediately knew who I was and was friendly and helped. He then introduced us to Elle who assisted with the test drive, she was enthusiastic, professional and friendly as well. She was very informative and answered any questions we had. Finally Michael was professional, friendly, and efficient with the paperwork.

Everyone from RJ to your Sales Manager, Finance Manager and everyone on the floor were wonderful. Even enjoyed sharing their Chinese food lunch with them.I have been into the service department for an add-on and they were incredible also.A very nice dealership.

very polite and approachable. Very good hospitality. everything was good with exception of the detailing of the car. I recommend to improve cleaning quality of new sold vehicles. steering wheel has dirt stain. also the protective coating was applied while the dirt is still in it. Sales representative did notice it too and gave back to get it detailed better. however there where still dirt and mad stain marks after the second time. dirt marks where not huge however if a person is a little concern of having a clean brand new car it may be a something to improve on. The manuals where not in the vehicle. talked to the sales representative and she's very polite and very helpful. she will be mailing it :). refreshments were good as well. Very awesome to keep this going in every dealership :). vehicle prices were very reasonable. Anyways, it was good doing business with Rairdon's FIAT of Kirkland.

I had a great experience with Rairdon's! I first spoke to Rich Regan on the Dodge Jeep Ram side or the dealership. He talked over some rebates and numbers with me to give me a rough idea of what I'd be looking at, and then referred me to Martin Hadley on the Fiat side of the dealership.It was so refreshing to work with Martin! My understanding is he's the sales manager rather than only a salesman. We spoke on the phone a couple times to decide which model features etc I wanted, then I went it for a test drive. Working with Martin and Rich was great because they're both just regular dudes! No 'showmanship' per se or tricks or any of that irritating car salesman stuff. Martin owns a Fiat as does his wife and Rich also drives a vehicle purchased from the dealership.Throughout the test drive Martin told me about a few features, but mostly we discussed his personal experiences owning and maintaining a Fiat. He was very upfront with me about the prices he pays for parts (tires etc) and walked me through basic maintenance (when to get the oil etc changed). We did more chatting than anything, which really put me at ease. Personally I don't like a salesman to throw pitches and things at me when I'm trying to relax and see how I feel driving a new car.After I had selected my car, Martin was again very upfront about available rebates-- at the time I purchased my car Fiat was doing some kind of $3,000 rebate, and he immediately told me about it and deducted it from the price of my car. I thought I was going to have to haggle and then reveal that I knew about the coupon to get a better deal!My trade-in was in ROUGH shape. Despite only getting $2,500 for a 2010 car (really, it wasn't worth much more, I feel like I got a fair price), Martin did his homework and found that if I kept my new loan with my previous credit union, I'd get a much better deal. I really appreciated him going above and beyond like that without me asking.Throughout the process, Rich was kept in the loop since I initiated my purchase with him. I appreciated that I didn't feel like these guys were fighting to get my commission-- they worked together crunching numbers and talking to find the best possible scenario for me.In the end, I drove off with a 2015 Fiat 500 Pop with a manual transmission. I got what is in my opinion a jaw-dropping price, payments I can still afford, and the dealership has been fantastic in keeping in touch and making sure I'm happy. I don't ever want to buy a car from anyone other than Rich Regan or Martin Hadley!

My son went to Rairdon's to hammer out a deal for my new 2014 500L Lounge. We were prepared to endure the long maddening experience of dealing with car sales and hours of difficult negotiations just to get a decent deal. Instead Martin bent over backwards to give us just what we wanted and we were able to close the deal the same evening. All the folks there were low key and friendly. I would give the dealership very high marks in all areas and I highly recommend them. I was also surprised at the after sales service. They have encouraged me to come in any time for tutorials on anything. Great experience.

After I decided to lease a FIAT 500L, the three dealerships in the area were able to distinguish themselves by their knowledge of leasing, their responsiveness to my needs, customer service, and price. There is no question but that Martin Hadley surpassed the competition in every possible way. The deal was clear. The car was exactly what I wanted. Every question was answered promptly and clearly. The customer service -- including delivering the car to me at my place of work in Tacoma -- was outstanding, and it continues to be outstanding as he remains responsive to my questions and attentive to customer service.

This was the worst car rip off I was ever evolved in. Sold me a car with metal to metal screeching breaks, a terrible oil leak which was claimed to be fixed and a bunch of other problems. Marci lied straight to my face when she said the oil leak was fixed up. Overall I spent over 1500 on top of purchase price to fix up the safety issues on the car. When I came back they tried to buy it back for half price of what I paid. Stay away from this dealership!!!!

I am giving Rairdons FIAT of Kirkland such a great score because I truly feel like this dealership helped me through the purchase of the best car for my needs. Tyler Harp was very helpful and honest with me. He gave me many options to drive the car, show my wife the car, check it out on my own, and go home to do some more thinking before I made the actual purchase. Before this purchase I test drove several cars over a period of 2 months and finally made my purchase at Rairdons because they had what I wanted at the right price and the right atmosphere. I also needed to have a small chip repaired right after the purchase and they did a great job! I will recommend this dealership!

I have been fortunate to buy quite a few new cars in my life and James is perhaps the best sales person I have worked with. He never pushed me to do more than I was ready for, had good and accurate information, he was very responsive when I had a question, neither he nor the dealership tried to "up-sell" me, and he worked hard to get me a price I consider very fair for the Fiat as well as my trade-in. No question I would seek him out in the future. I truly hope the service department will come close to being as honest, easy to work with and responsive as James Potts.

There are only two places in town where you can buy Fiats and after looking around at other cards such as Minis, I was pretty sure the Fiat was what I wanted. Of course, I needed to test drive one first. I dropped by last Saturday and was greeted by salesperson Martin Hadley. Martin was laid back, friendly and helpful throughout the day. I dont respond to pushy salespeople and I wouldnt have stayed long if I had felt at all pressured. Buying a car is not a fun experience, its a long day and a lot of back and forth but Martin made it as easy as possible. I ended up just going for the great deal they offered me and getting my new Fiat. Its only been a week but Ive already been followed up with twice to make sure I am enjoying the car and everything is all right with it. Overall, a great car buying experience.

The internet sales manager, Don, was the only person at this dealership who cared about my experience. I paid $5k over MSRP for an Abarth, had the finance guy put GAP coverage on the sale I told him I did NOT want (who would pay $800 for something they can get for $20/year from their insurance), and it took 2 weeks and 7 calls (the last to Don) to get a return call from the service department in order to get the sideskirts fixed (which were coming off the brand new car).When I returned to have the GAP coverage removed and refunded and also cancel my extended warranty the finance manager, Larry, was downright rude. When I emailed in scans of the paperwork asking for confirmation of receipt, I still (1 week later) have not received any confirmation. This dealership does not care about you, they just want to take your money and treat you like dirt afterwards. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP LIKE THE PLAGUE.My experience has been so poor, I am trading in my 3 month old Abarth at a loss and purchasing another car so I don't have to deal with this dealership ever again. I have not even put 3000 miles on the Abarth. This has been the WORST dealer experience I have ever had.

I wanted to purchase the new FIAT Abarth from Kirkland and was shown the show room model. I was told it was sold already and that it wasn't for sale. Then later I found out it WAS for sale. Then I was told it wasn't for sale. Then I was told it WAS for sale. Good GRIEF!! Really?!?!? I had a budget in mind for the car told the manager that I would buy the car for the advertised price (less the $5000 markup) and the manager told me after some time of trying to negotiate the price that he couldn't go lower and he didn't know where I came up with my numbers. I calculated my price ONLINE on the FIAT website to determine my numbers - this is what I shared with him. He was very cocky and a jerk and proceeded to tell me that he a long waiting list of people that are in line to buy the car - Oh BROTHER! He only cared about himself and not the customer.One week later, I purchase the car (with MORE assesories and for a CHEAPER price) from FIAT of Tacoma! No problems, no attitudes, no ego's...wonderful!A few months later...time to get my oil changed. I decided to give Kirkland a call and see what they charged for an OIL change - I was quoted TWICE (because I couldn't believe it the first time) of $90. I couldn't believe it. So I called Tacoma. They charge $52.99 + tax! WHAT?!?!? Why the difference? The service tech at Tacoma told me that the $52.99 is the STANDARD price? So I left a message for the service manager at Kirkland with a lengthy message asking why I should ever come to FIAT of Kirkland when all they do is RIP OFF the public and over charge them? No call back - no customer service!Kirkland FIAT is a joke! Don't go there! You'll get RIPPED OFF!

I purchased my Fiat 500 last week after spending a great deal of time on the internet doing research and working on a good price. I was fortunate to work with Joel Nordstrom who answered each email I sent, questions and all for a few weeks before I came in for a test drive. I was introduced to Marci when I arrived as Joel was not there yet (coming to work early for our appointment). Marci was pleasant and informative, and not pushy. Once Joel arrived I worked with him. I've owned quite a few cars and the buying experience has not always been pleasant. Joel and Marci made this purchase pleasant. I was driving a Cadillac SRX but found it to be very expensive to keep up and somewhat daunting driving in Seattle. After buying my Fiat 500 I drove in Seattle and loved how the car both has the advantages of being a small car, yet it doesn't feel small when you're in traffic. It took the hills with no effort!!If you are driving a larger vehicle right now and thinking of a Fiat, move forward with confidence. You will not be sorry!

One often hears stories about the "pushy" car dealer. Having shopped at a dozen or more car dealerships over the past decade, I had written these stories off as legends of a time long ago. Then I shopped at Fiat of Kirkland. Our salesman, Michele, was in our faces pushing deals on us the minute we pulled up. The first thing he asked was how many miles were on the car we pulled up in. All we wanted was a test drive but couldn't get a word in without Michele trying to shove options and deals in our faces. I will be buying a Fiat but I will never set foot in that dealership again.

All I can say about this dealership is WOW! I just filed for bankruptcy less than a year ago and didn't think anyone would be able to get me into the SUV I wanted at the price I wanted but AJ did everything he possibly could to make me happy. He asked my daughter and I if the Pilot we drove was really what we wanted and when we said yes he said that was the car I was going to get. I figured there was no way they were going to be able to get me the monthly payment I could afford but AJ did whatever it took to do it. They gave me a great price for my trade in and I even got a real good interest rate considering my credit score. The Pilot has everything I wanted but Bluetooth so the dealership is having it installed and they are paying for it. I had gone to Fiat the night before and while they were working on the numbers my daughter called because she was in an accident. I figured they thought for sure that I was lying but when I told them they were only concerned about how she was and they told me to take the Pilot. I couldn't believe it! I felt real bad but they didn't make me feel bad at all. When I said I was sorry AJ said "Don't be sorry. We're not in the car sales business; we're in the customer service business". I really liked that a lot!I could go on forever about the great service I received but won't. To sum it up I really appreciate everything AJ and Marciann did for me but would like to thank AJ the most. He's the one that did everything he could to get me into the SUV I loved. He's such a great guy and they are all great people. If you want to go somewhere and not be hassled to buy and also feel appreciated, Fiat of Kirkland is the place to go. I highly recommend dealing with AJ. He's fantastic!!

When I first saw the new Fiat 500 was at the local mall in Lynnwood WA. There was a frienly representative there to explaint the different Fiat 500 models. He also gave great directions as to where the dealership was located and there hours. I stopped in the ext day and was greeted by the same man that was at the Mall Kiosk. I was introduced to Brian "Rocky" the Sales Manager the entire sales team was fantastic, no pressure to buy and they were honest and fair with my options as far as trading in my old car for a new Fiat 500. Rocky and Mikemy sales person didn't push additional items that I didn't need and they put me in exactly the car I was looking for. All the other dealerships I had gone to, to trade in my other car kept low balling my trade in and it actual value. Rocky actually gave me more than what the car was worth so that the deal would work for me. Mike had me in and out and on my way with the Fiat 500 in no time. I'd highly recommend going to Fiat of Kirkland, I've stopped in several times since to chat with the sales team and to have service work done on my car and the entire team bends over backwards to help you out and to make it as stress free and easy as possible.

I am not a guy to write reviews or post but after reading the previous post I wanted to post my two cents. I rented a car in France for two weeks and loved it. It was a two cylinder but managed well and appropriate. So when it was available in the US I went for it immediately as I knew the engine and other specs will be made for the US market. I tried Fiat of Tacoma and the dealer was nice, but the salesman did not do a sell job well enough and I left the dealer without one. I slept over it and decided to visit the Kirkland Fiat dealer and to my surprise my experience buying the car could not have been better. I was not chased or harassed. I walked around all vehicles in the lobby open and closed doors , hoods etc. I was offered assistance which I refused and was left alone. Coffee and water was offered and I was treated very professionally by the staff. Joel even walked me to the lot and explained all color combinations available and how the features of the car changed with the 3 models. Then Mr.Rockey came in (I think he is the manager) and offered a test drive without obligation and i took it. we talked about price and we fought a little as usual but I got my price and the color I wanted. You have to expect if you are buying a car that your credit will be checked because that is part of the process to establish your finance rate. Anyway for me every time that somebody stares at the car I always say that I got it at Fiat of Kirkland. I tell them to ask for Joel or Mr.Rockey and his team, these guys are the best. I am still smiling...

Michael Sherrill was very friendly, my first encounter was by telephone I live in Olympia, Washington and call to inquire about a lease agreement he was very informative and helpful, he had done the credit application before we arrived (having to travel about 90 minutes north of where we live), as always when buying or leasing a car the paper work can be lengthy, they made the process as pleasent as possible.

I was looking for a car for my daughter for her college years away in California. I stopped by Rairdon Fiat and was greeted by Joel who showed my daughter and I several different models. Joel was showing another customer a car at the time (who was out on a private test drive) and offered to have another sales person (Mike) take us on a test drive. It was very considerate given the dealership was very busy. Mike answered all my daughters questions and made us feel like we were the only customers at the dealership. I admit we only came by to look but after the drive and the simple way they made buying the car, I agreed to see if we could afford this car. Brian was very helpful and even though I was paying took the time to explain everything in detail to my daughter. My daughter was obviously very excited but was very impressed that she was also a big part of the buying decision. We will definately go back to Rairdon Fiat and I'm glad I "stopped" in to just take a look. :)

This past weekend I drove up from Portland, OR. to look at a car. I've been shopping for another Audi a4 for a little over 3 months for a good deal & am in no hurry to sell my a4. The price of the car was not listed on their craigslist posting, so I called to inquire & they quoted me $16,999. It was a good deal & so I set up a time on my only day off in the past two weeks to drive 3 hours north one way. The staff was cheesy nice, but what do I expect from car salesman...I test drove the car, enjoyed it & sat down to talk money. They first try lowballing me on my trade in, knowing the Kelly Bluebook price before we sat down. But what happened next is ridiculous!!! They told me the price of the car was $21,000, over $4,000 difference from what I was quoted. I sat there for 2 more hours trying to come to some conclusion that was fair for both parties, & they wouldn't even meet me in the middle at $19,000. THE CLASSIC BAIT & SWITCH!!!! I drove over 6 hours & spent my only day off for nothing, I DON'T RECOMMEND THESES GUYS AT ALL!!!!

(Rairdon Fiat of Kirkland)I could give these guys a negative I would, totally stay away!!! Most of the negative reviews on here all say the same story: lies, incompetent finance dept, and overall bad people, really wish I would have read them prior to my horrible experience.Our story begins with them conning us into signing incorrect paperwork that adversely affected our credit score and applied us for a vehicle financing even though we paid for the car in full at the time of purchase. The sales guy told us all kinds of lies about what things meant and what was included which was later re-explained correctly...but only after we bought the car.The finance guy had been on the job less than a week and was such a con artist -- he said we had to sign over the title to our existing car and sign loan paperwork just to get the total price of the car. He said he would shred the paperwork once the cashiers check was in hand. We came back 3 business days later to actually buy the car, but had been called and threatened by them that we were driving a car that legally belonged to them (our existing car) -- because we had signed over our title -- all because they said it what was required to get the price of a new car. Now we are receiving letters stating we were declined for financing because they filled it out incorrectly and we never needed financing in the first place. On what planet is this logical?When I demanded to know why their policies were this way they told me I needed to calm down and not be so reactionary. They even went so far as to say that women are the worst to sell cars to because they are so emotional. The whole process to purchase a car from them was a nightmare and 3 weeks later we are still dealing with the repercussions of their incompetencies and overall lack of humanity.If you want your credit score jacked out of wack, an experience that will leave you numb, and your head filled with lies then go here. If you want to deal with men who's mouth say one thing but eyes say another, go here. They are the gift that seems to keep on giving. But seriously, absolutely avoid them and save your life and your credit score the hassle of dealing with them.
