Brandon exceeded all of my expectations, from his friendly character to his informative display of the vehicle. The process was much quicker than anticipated even with our questions. I have never had an experience where a salesmen would go over every feature of the vehicle, let alone after the purchase. The team really shows they care that we understand and are open to any and all questions. I will definitely return for an upgrade and would recommend anyone to do the same!

The service department was simply great. We had a breakdown and they helped us in many ways. They stayed over an hour after closing time on a Friday! Mary was very patient and helpful every step of the way. Impressive!

I purchased an Outback from Ramsey about 5 years ago. From the buying experience, to all of the servicing I've had done at the dealership, it's always been a great experience. I truly cannot say enough positive things about the staff here! Paul Moser was the salesman who helped me with the buying process, and I really couldn't have asked for someone more helpful and kind. The staff in the service area is absolutely wonderful too. They've always done a great job and I have never felt like they were trying to sell me extra services I don't need, which is something I had felt many times going to other mechanics. If there is ever anything that needs servicing that I didn't schedule for, they always explain the situation thoroughly and are never pushy about going ahead with those services. I also had been in accident about a year into owning my car, and the collision center did an incredible job making my car look like new. The loaner cars they provide are really nice, and the waiting area at the dealership is cozy.

My Salesperson Mitch was so helpful and great to work with. He responded quickly with any questions I had, was super understanding that this was my first car-buying experience and gave me more information than I even knew I needed. As a woman too, I have felt like at car places I am going to get taken advantage of because I am naive, but he never made me feel that way which I REALLY appreciate.

We recently purchased a '22 Legacy and the entire process was as smooth and efficient as it could possibly be. Natthanial was amazing. From the test drive to the credit application and then the delivery; this was the smoothest car buying experience we've had. Dennis was also great. He made things happen within our budget and ultimately, we walked away very happy. Again, very smooth and efficient. Thank you everyone! We'll be back for the new Ascent soon!
