The staff and service reps have always been friendly and ready to help when I call or come in for maintenance work. They maintain a clean facility both in the showroom as well as the shop area. They are a top notch business.

These guys are the best in the state!! Lucky to have them in Chandler ok. No games, just the best price they can offer. I don't know who reads these if anyone. Randy Bowen and his staff are top notch. Other dealership should take note. Great home town feel and always helpful

Not a normal dealership. From start to finish one person is all you deal with. No passing me off to some other salesman to work a deal. The staff was honest and accommodating. The facility was nice and clean. This is only the 2nd vehicle I have bought from them but I won't buy from any other dealer again. They making buying a vehicle fun again.

They have an awesome parts manager! They went above and beyond to get us what we wanted and needed and they did it in less than 5 hours, which included a B & W Hitch install. Daryl was great to work with and we never felt pressured.

Family has done business with Randy Bowen Chevrolet and each experience is the best you can get they are welcoming as soon as you pull on the lot no pushy sales and are upfront with deals that will save you money I would drive miles just to buy a vehicle from them not worth my time going to the other jokers that try cornering you into a sell they got me into my last two vehicles at a good price and good trade in value towards my vehicle purchase would definitely recommend them

Well worth the drive from Tulsa, I was tired of getting the run around from the big stores. These guys did everything they said they would. It was seriously the best experience ever. I will be back!! Love my GMC. This place is worth visiting.
