This dealership is absolutely top-notch. I was in the market for a new car, and the team at Randy Marion went above and beyond for me! I called ahead to let them know which vehicles I was interested in, and they had both vehicles I wanted to test drive ready for me upon arrival. I'm a pretty indecisive person when it comes to big decisions, but Pedro was so patient with me and let me look at so many options before I made my choice. I knew that Pedro had my best interest in mind when looking for a vehicle, and I could tell it was important to him that I found exactly what I wanted! Dillon, the finance manager, and Tim the general manager are both incredible professionals and really care about their clients. If you're in the market for a vehicle, don't go anywhere else!

We had the best experience at Randy Marion Save a Lot in Hickory. We came over just planning to look at the car I was interested in, but the team there was just that awesome at helping us and we ended up signing for my new car before leaving. LoL. Everyone greeted us and offered to help as soon as we pulled into the car lot. We found the best helper in Benny! He is truly a gem! Definitely a diamond in the rough. I felt like he went above and beyond to help us and he was even willing to drive to the next town over to collect our trade in car and bring us the rest of the paper work. We have never had that much effort put in for us before. He was very pleasant throughout the whole process and informative. We will definitely come back just for Benny! Thank you for everything you did for us Benny! Never stop being you!

I just bought a Cadillac at Randy Marion and I am very happy. I never felt rushed or pressured while deciding which car I wanted to buy. My salesman Pedro Navarette was wonderful. He helped me through the entire process and I left feeling great about my purchase and the price that Pedro work out for me. Honestly, if I came back to buy another car I would go straight to Pedro Navarette. Inga Gilbert was also kind and helpful, she explained exactly what the service department did to my car before I purchased it. All in all a wonderful place to buy a car with top-notch employees. (October 2019) The car I purchased caught fire, no fault of Randy Marion, but I loved the make & style of that car. I called up to RM and spoke with Ms. Inga, I explained I was looking for a similar car.. she almost laughed and said they had one come in yesterday but needed to go over it good so I should come by tomorrow. I loved the car, 1 year newer than what I had, same everything but this had low profile tires almost new & not cheap! I spoke with Pedro again and he got me a deal almost as close as I paid for the older model car. He's awesome! They're all so decent there, I'll always look here first for cars.

Pedro and Josh were so helpful. I highly recommend purchasing a car from them. They made the whole process so easy! Very friendly and easy to work with!
