My husband and I came in looking for a car for me. Usually I am hardly considered "there" when working with a car salesperson. But not this time! Walking in the door I was considered an equal to my husband as a prospective buyer. Upon hearing that it would be my mini van she mostly worked with me. I knew what I wanted but not down to the details. She was helpful in asking pointed questions of what I wanted so we didn't have to look at more than three mini vans to find the right one for me. We were in and out with a new mini van in four hours! Still loving it! Thank you!

I would recommend Randy Wise Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram because of their sales representative, Evynne Browning. I have bought or leased several new vehicles at various dealerships. I have dealt with many different representatives. Evynne is the best. Evynne's salesmanship skills make buying a new car a welcomed experience. About 4 weeks ago,I purchased a 2016 Ram 1500 from Randy Wise CJD, in Clio Michigan. Mark Brown was my salesmen,and with Jamie's help, (Financing), this proved to be a GREAT experience, I love this truck! I came upon this purchase,because the new CJD Dealer in my hometown of Fenton, Michigan was substantially below what one would call Medicare customer service and here is why. On a Friday afternoon at 5:50pm I had an issue that required a tow to this local dealer, No one would an ansewer the phones in the Service Dept. After repeated attempts, I asked that the Operator go back into Service and ask someone to pick up the phone, someone did,he identified himself as Jim,a service director, I had asked mim to call his towing contractor to come and get my truck,it needed to be moved that evening, because it blocked a driveway, I knew that the paperwork and repair would not be dealt with until Monday mornig,and that was OK. Jims response at 6:02pm was that Service was closed, and that was that. I did have it towed to another repair shop and spent about 2,000 dollars in repairs only to have heavier engine issues, so time for another truck. So here I am ,4 weeks later in an a new 2016 Ram from Randy Wise,in Clio, I KNOW the service expieince will be Great, the Service Manager, (Tom Skidmore,& Asst. Gene Neuman),Are the BEST, they are well seasoned ,and as good with customers it can get. Oh by the way to the guys at LaFontaine CJD, after buying 6 cars at that location, and doing a radio commercial for Hall CJD, NEVER AGAIN!

I saw a Jeep online one day and drove an hour to come and look at it at the Randy Wise used car lot. When I got there I asked for the person that I had spoken to on the phone, Andrea. Eventually I got to go out and look at and also test drive the jeep. I noticed a couple minor things wrong with it (back winshield wiper didn't work, passenger window squealing when you roll it down, etc.) When I got back inside she sat me down and started telling me what the price of everything was, not even giving me a chance to negotiate or even mention the minor things wrong with it. After I signed some paperwork she left to "fill the tank with gas". I was sitting in her office FOR AN HOUR waiting for her to get back so we could finish the transaction. I just recently found out, after owning the jeep for less than 3 months that it needs $2,000 worth of work, including a new driveshaft. I was told by the mechanic I went to that Randy Wise probably knew about the problems when they sold me the vehicle. I will never buy a vehicle from them again, and I will NEVER recommend them to ANYONE!

When I came in to purchase a car, the first one on my own as an adult, I was greeted with a warm and friendly staff. I was made to feel important even during the Michigan vs. Ohio State game.....After expressing my needs and concerns, Brad Miller and Ron Zerka worked with me to find a used car that was affordable and in great shape! They were knowledgeable, purposeful, and spent plenty of time listening to my concerns and answering my questions.I walked (drove) away with an amazing car, experience, and feeling of relief that is was so easy!After a week or so, I noticed some things that my used vehicle needed. I called and they got me in right away, gave me a loaner car, and fixed everything I asked for TO PERFECTION! If you need a used car, I highly recommend seeing Brad and Ron at Randy Wise!

Had the worst experience of my life with this dealership bought a car within the first week it was leaking something and blew a hose and blue radiator fluid all over my car what smoking like it was on fire did not get very much help feel like I was stranded and stuck in a rock and a hard place they were not customer friendly

I walked around the used car lot looking for a van. I was looking to trade in my vehicle with high miles and I couldn't afford much for what I needed. After speaking to 3 other dealerships I was ready to give up. No one wanted my trade in and if they did, they were trying to give me next to nothing for it. I began working with Bob Wrona on this day. He listened to my concerns, was not turned off at all by my trade in or my price range. He kept in contact with me until he found a van that was perfect for my family. This dealership is so friendly and pretty generous (if you can say that about a car dealership!). The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have 3 small children, one is special needs, and they bent over backwards to make sure this transaction was convenient for me! Not to mention that they gave me nearly $ 2500 more for my trade than anyone else! Our family needed a van in the worst way and they made sure we got one! And its beautiful! Can't thank them enough!

needed fuel pump......after that the gas gauge was showing full all the time..... check engine light was on all the time....re did everything but the engine light was still on.....was told that it would go out in a few days...I thought yea right....but low and behold it did. Now everything seems fine. Thank you,Jerry Howey.

My husband and I were looking for a Jeep. I went to other dealerships and had pushy salesman just wanting me to pick a color and sign some docs. Nope, I don't like pushy people. I then went to Randy Wise Used Cars in Clio, Michigan and was very satisfied with salesman, Tim Rutherford. He allowed me to test drive a used Jeep they recently received. He explained the features of the vehicle and he didn't hassle me into buying it. He let me take it home for the weekend. I was pre-approved for a loan with my credit union already at 2.99% interest. He said he could find a lender for a lower interest rate. On Monday, I brought it back and signed the documents to purchase the vehicle. And he did get me a lower interest rate with my own credit union where I was pre-approved. The interest rate is now 2.74%. Wow - Thanks Tim for awesome service. I will definitely recommend this dealer in the future and tell them to ask for Tim.

So I made an appointment for 10 am, for a roughly 3 hour fix (I'd asked). I figured it would work since I had to work at 5 pm. I called them at 1:15 pm and my car wasn't done yet. I asked for an estimate, and he told me it would be a couple more hours. I drove by the dealership at approximately 2:30 and saw my car sitting where I'd left it. I drove by it again at approximately 3 pm, and my car was (finally) in the garage being fixed. I called them back at 3:08 pm and asked if it was done. I was told that it wasn't, and that they didn't want to hurry the mechanic. I told them I had to work at 5 pm, and that I'd made the appointment at 10 am and had been told it would be about a 3 hour fix. At this point, they'd had my car for over 5 hours. I was offered a loaner vehicle, which I turned down because I'd already uninstalled and reinstalled my 2 carseats several times, and the more they're uninstalled/reinstalled, the more chances they have of being reinstalled incorrectly. When I got the call that my car was fixed, it was 5:17 pm. So for a supposed 3 hour fix, they had my car for over 7 hours. Completely unacceptable.

Being a mother of two and stuck in a tiny car has been a nightmare. It was so uncomfortable and constantly had me worried about getting in an accident. I called the dealership on Monday and was directed to Joe Riley I didn't know if it was possible for me to get a new car ( something I could afford). By Saturday I was driving home in my new truck :) I couldn't be more happy and Joe's patience and dedication to get me in something I love!!! I highly recommed him to all future car buyers !!!

My husband and I both happy were very unhappy with our vehicles. We were referred to Joe Riley and he couldn't have been more patient and hardworking to get us into what we wanted. He wasn't trying to sell us on anything that we were unhappy with, he made sure to listen to our wants and needs to find the perfect vehicles. With our income he made sure or vehicles stayed in the price range we could comfortably afford. He actually tried , unlike most dealers who act like you are a inconvenience to them. A couple days after our purchase he even checked in to see how I liked my new truck !! Thank you Joe for your all your hard work and dedication!

I was recommended by a good friend and thought I would check Randy Wise in Clio out. Tim greeted us at the door and took the time to find out what kind of car we wanted, worked within our budget and found us a great car. I give Randy Wise a 5 star rating because they have a great selection to choose from new and used vehicles, at affordable prices. My fiancee, and i were looking for a Dodge 1500, We took a look at the Randy Wise web site. Upon exploring through the New inventory..we spied an awesome ignition orange Ram 1500!! We saw that they had not been delivered to the dealership yet So, my guy Ken called and spoke to Kelly. She assured him that when the trucks came in that she would give us a call. Low and behold the next day Kelly called us, and said that the trucks had arrived! She also said. one had already been sold. So, the next day we went to the dealership to LOOK at the truck.. The truck was more awesome than we imagined!! Upon entering the building we were met by a lovely young woman greeter named Jennifer. She said that Kelly was with another customer, but she would let her know we were there. Not after maybe two minutes tops Kelly introduced herself, and invited us into her office. This woman Kelly French has the most dynamic fun personable and down to earth personality. She made us feel like she was an old friend that we hadn't seen in years!! To make a long story into a reader's digest short story. We went to see basically were we stood if we decided to turn in our lease in a year and lease the Ram. The story ends with our New friend Kelly getting us some deals working with the finance manager we drove off that day with a brand spanking new truck!! Not just any truck but yes the ignition orange one we were in love with. I am not sure if Randy Wise has incentive awards or whatnot for his great sales people.. but Kelly French without a doubt deserves special praise at the very least... for her great saleswoman expertise, and showing us with out one word of how much she loves her job, and her employer Randy Wise... Also kudos to her for her taking time with Ken to explore and understand the features of our truck and such.... plus a full tank of Gas!! Thankyou as well to the finance manager who expedited our financing on a very hectic day!!

I originally was going to purchase a used vehicle from Al Serra in Grand Blanc from a salesman I and my family always purchase from. To no fault of his own, there were no cars that matched what I wanted. So we called Randy Wise in Clio and spoke with Tim and immediately went out to meet him and test drive a vehicle. I would definitely go back to Tim to buy another car. He was very friendly and funny and we talked about Game of Thrones while we waited for the financing paperwork to get together. The employees at the used car lot of Randy Wise in Clio were very accommodating and friendly! I would go back.

Although I wasn't looking to purchase a car, I drove off in a pre-owned Malibu and I LOVE it!! The sales consultant Andrea is very professional and made my shopping and car buying experience an awesome one! The sales manager Brad is one of a kind! He went above and beyond to make the pricing affordable for me and he did everything he could to make me happy! There were a few kinks but Brad straightened them out! Although I'm highly satisfied with the quality of service I received from Andrea and Brad at the used car lot, I must say that I'm highly dissatisfied with the lack of honor, integrity and damage that was done to my car upon having a tire replaced at the service dept! No one owned up to it and they refused to repair it! But once again, Andrea and Brad stepped up, stepped in and had it repaired at NO charge to me! I'd highly recommend that dynamic duo for your car shopping needs!

My father is 85 years old and the truck that he had there was an unfortunate fire, and the cab was totaled. My dad walks with a walker and some health issues that keep him from going dealer to dealer looking at cars. He knew what he wanted so he called Chysler in Clio.. Kelly French answered the phone and he felt a connection with her and she took the time to talk with him and understand his needs. My daughter was looking to purchase a "good" used car, I was skeptical that there was such a thing. Fortunately for us, she found one on Randy Wise's website and fell in love. The downfall, we live in the Detroit area so there wasn't a "lets go take a quick look". Lucky for us, Joe Riley got involved. We were able to get all of the information we needed over the phone and/or through e-mail, including VERY COMPETITIVE (i.e., down right cheap) financing. Joe was honest, extremely helpful and more than patient in dealing with us. Two days later, on Saturday, when she was able to drive to Clio to see the car and take it for a test drive, it was exactly as it was advertised (and represented to us). No hidden surprises.....imagine that!!!!! We were able to finalize the deal right then and there and avoid an additional trip to the dealership. Thank you Joe.....we will shop with you again.

My husband and I were looking to purchase a vehicle. We had trouble agreeing (imagine that). Tim was able to help us find a car that we could both agree on. He had went far beyond the standard car salesmen. However, he continued to shock and amaze my husband and I. He gave us (the whole family) lunch, filled the gas tank (without being asked), and the best surprise of all was that we were saved a trip to the DMV. Our experience was overall phenomenal and I would never purchase from another salesman. Tim was fantastic. I can't wait to buy my next car.

My wife and I used true car to find the car she wanted and it was at randy wise in Clio Michigan and she talked to two different people named Joe and Andrea who said that the car was ready and so my wife had the loan ready and insurance ready and all that was left was to see the truck and test drive it so my wife told them she was coming in today to finalize the deal. when we arrived we were meet by a crafty sales men named Joe that the car was not there but at another dealership they owned. then five minutes later he came back and said the car was not there and they mistakenly gave it to a customer for a loaner but would by happy to sell us another vehicle instead. TOTAL SCAM DON'T NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP OR ANYONE THAT WORKS THERE.....

I would NOT recommend Randy Wise or the salesman, Gary Tinnin. Put us into a car , 3 days later, the transmission goes out. Out of the fi4st month Ihad the vehicle, I had it in my possession maybe 5 days total. Gary Tinnin is a pathological liar who will try to sweet talk you into a vehicle, makes promises that won't be kept, and flirt with your wife when you are not around. Horrible experience, Tried to talk to Chris Wise and he would never return our calls about this matter. This dealer is a joke. Brad Miller is another employee who just isnt helpful. Gives a loaner vehicle to us, then a day later doesn't know where said vehicle is, so he makes a police report saying its stolen. So basically, rode around in a stolen car for 2 weeks. Have fun trying to talk your way out of a stolen vehicle when you get pulled over.

Hi . I saw a nice clean old 77Lincoln on line .I call and made a deal . The sales person said let me give you an out of the price. I was driving over 200 miles to purchase this vehicle . Guess what happened . they call me 2days later when I was supposedly to pick it up and stated we are sorry and we sold it 2day ago . Huh that's not business I explained to them why would you tell me you gonna sell me the car knowingly your lying. Bad business. Or is this false advertising. Because they later offered to sell me another vehicle out of 400 in stock. A lady e-mailed me saying they made no such deal . lying like a dog . I couldn't believe my hears . Beware when dealing with this dealership. Make sure you have two witness. I'll never contact this dealership ever again. Good Luck.

I am so pleased with my experience with this dealership. I purchased a used jeep for my daughter who is out of state in college. After three months with the vehicle we had an issue. I went in to purchase an oil filter for my Dodge Stratrus and was referred to the service department for additional needed repairs. My car would not be the same if it were not for that referral. I hadn't notice that my belts were loosening and that my water pump was leaking. They finished all of this in less than an hour. Absolutely amazing!!!!

My husband and I have talked about getting a new vehicle. When we received a letter in the mail about the An Employee for a Day Discounts, we decided to go see what they had. We drove one Jeep and it was nice but decided that we wanted one with a towing package. So we drove another one and liked it. Kelly was very helpful and very friendly with us. The next day when I stopped by the dealership on my way to work, Kelly was busy with another customer, so Peter approached me and I said that if they would pay off my Impala, I would get the Jeep. I found the truck I wanted at a different dealership and called Randy-Wise to see if they could beat the price. Kelly beat the price no problem, she's very personable and sweet, she cares about each customer. I made a comment how I wish the truck had a mirror in the drivers seat visor. When I went to sign for it and pick it up, I was happily surprised to find she had gotten me a clip in mirror. She also hid cute little pink sticky notes all over in my truck for me to find, they read things like, "Enjoy your truck!" "You're awesome!" It's the small little touches that I will remember and I would recommend Randy-Wise and Kelly French to anyone looking to buy a Chrysler or Dodge. I LOVE my truck.

I know what it takes to wow a customer. I thought I had seen it all. Doug was fantastic, very specific. He is a detail oriented individual that really impressed me with his knowledge of the product. Doug is friendly and was very accommodating. I drove about 65 miles to come see the van I was purchasing for my wife. The van was very specific and Doug made sure the vehicle was properly equipped before I made the drive. Doug made it easy and simple, with a great price. Hats off to Brad as well. A used car manager that is honest and thorough is very impressive and Brad embodies those qualities to a tee. We came to this dealership looking for a Jeep Liberty. We intended to buy the Liberty from a different dealership, but came here first because they were the closest. We were immediately impressed by Doug's friendliness, but wanted to visit a few other dealerships too. We ended up coming back to Randy Wise CDJR and buying our Jeep from Doug. Stopped in looking at a Ram Truck, looking for something for the nasty winter days yet nice for the other duties of a truck. I found a truck that i was happy with on the lot. Took the truck for a ride and liked everything about it. Talked with Doug about trading in my car and was happy with the price i was given for it. Not really expecting to hear anything for awhile, i talked with Chris about my options and financial questions that i had. I was given several options and was able to take the truck home that night with all the paperwork done and financial issues taken care of within 2 hours of stopping at the dealership. I would highly recommend talking to Doug and Chris if your in the market for a nice used veihcle. This is my second time buying from them and it wont be my last.

Doug was very helpful right from the beginning. When I started to look over 2 weeks ago I wasn't even sure if I could afford the car I wanted. Doug answered the phone and had me come in to talk to him after work, he went over several options and told me what my payment would problably look like. He had a car for me by the next day, exactly what I was looking for but more features then I could even dream. He let me test drive it for a few days. Chris Brown called me with different payment options and prices in 2 days and buy that evening I owned the car. Since I had to have my mother on the loan, Doug sent an employee out to her home to have her sign, she is 80 years old and this was very helpful. After the deal was all done, Doug spent over 1/2 hour with me explaining how many of the features on the car worked. This was very helpful to someone who is not all that good with gadgets and this car has a lot of them. The customer service and friendly staff is really something your dealership should be proud of. I have been a customer at Randy Wise, formerly Clio Chrysler, for around ten years. Their service is second to none and their sales people work WITH you - not just trying to sale you a car. I walked in today when my Town & Country (100K miles) had a cooling system problem. After a quick diagnostic (dropped off at 7am, had answer by 8:30am) from Gene, he gave me the estimate. I decided it would be best to buy a new car at the same payment. Peter had sent me an offer and it was time to take advantage of it. When I arrived, I discovered Peter had been promoted, so he hooked me up with Mark. I told Mark what I needed, and he gave me three perfect choices. It simply came down to my preference. He even allowed me to take the paperwork home to my sick wife to have her sign it so we could finish the transaction today and I wouldn't be without a car. They got me in a 2014 model and within $5 of my previous payment. A newer, safer car at the same price? Sold!Simply put, this is the best staff in the business. I give them the highest recommendation I can. When the time comes, they will be my first top as a repeat customer.

Lisa was our salesperson also. I was looking for a replacement car for my daughter. Had looked at quite a few vehicles and nothing jumped out at us. Finally looked on cars.com and emailed Lisa about a Grand Prix 2002. We got a call in just a few minutes and made the trip to Clio to look at it. We drove it and was happy with it. They were closing and we wanted to talk it over with her dad so we went back the next day to look at it again. But we ended up with a 2005 Dodge Stratus instead. Lisa was very professional, pleasant and helpful. The whole experience was wonderful. My daughter is very happy with the car. Highly recommend this dealership.

Had seen a Buick for sale over the internet. (this is a chrysler dealership) I called Monday am and stopped out to look at car early afternoon. I was allowed to drive the car to where my husband works and show him. (probably 50 miles round trip) Being able to do that and save time as well as getting a good feel for the car made am impression on me. The sales person, Lisa was vry accomodating. There was a small scratch on the hood of the car and she made arrangements right then to have it wheeled out before we took possesion that day.

We had been searching for a work van, found one at this dealership website. Drove approx. 40 min to the dealership from home. Thanks to Elizabeth, we were able to test drive, purchase the van and drive it home this afternoon. The entire process took about 3 1/2 hours. Signed, sealed and delivered. I saw a Chrysler Crossfire on Cars.Com that caught my attention. This dealership was very prompt in calling me back on a Sunday morning. We agreed to the price and I purchased this car sight unseen. Needless to say I was a little apprehensive as I have never done this before. While driving from my home in Ohio 247 miles oneway I stewed the whole way that I may have made a mistake. Boy was I wrong. The car was better than I expected and looked brand new. Just like the dealership said it was. The sales manager, Rick Mihalic was a great guy to work with and I would definately not have a problem dealing with this dealership again. Great people, very honest, and easy to work with.

I was very pleased with the cars presented. They looked clean and newer and were competitively priced. I had excellent service from a knowledgeable representative. It was a surprise and pleasure to have the plate, etc. taken care of there. It saved me a lot of time. I was given options for buying bumper to bumper coverage but was not pressured. I was even called after the purchase to contract at a much lower interest rate. I felt I was treated well and my needs were considered. This is the second car I have purchased at Clio and I plan to return.

I think I got a great deal on a used van by just driving a few miles north of my home to Clio Chrysler. I purchased the lowest mileage, best condition van at a great low price. I saved about 7,500 over buying a new one, even with an employee discount.

We have both leased and purchased new vehicles from Clio Chrysler, so it was an easy choice to look there for our used vehicle purchase. We found two on their website that we were interested in, but ended up buying a completely different vehicle because the deal was so good. We have been very happy with our decision. Our saleswoman, Lisa, was top-notch! She was friendly, knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and even willing to watch the kids while we took care of paperwork. We have always been treated like valued customers, with service that goes above and beyond our expectations. Car was very well presented with all components explained in detail. Salesman was not pushy, which I have experienced at most other dealerships I have dealt with in the past.
