Like many people the recession of 2008 hit me and my family hard. Due to income reductions my credit rating suffered. I have been able to recover some the past two years but knew a car loan would be out of the question. I totaled out my car in an accident with a deer and needed to replace it. In addition my 16 year-old daughter was ready for her license and living in Michigan on dirt roads that are tricky in the snow I wanted a newer vehicle with AWD and the latest safety equipment. I was able to save enough to purchase a used vehicle and went in to see John. After a discussion of my options I left the dealership convinced I was going to have to use all my savings on a used vehicle. On my way home John called me and suggested a pre-paid lease. I immediately went back to see John and he initiated the pre-paid lease process and walked me though all the needed income and credit history documentation. John had me approved by 4 pm the next day and I was able to surprise my wife and daughter with a beautiful 2016 AWD Escape with all the latest safety technology while keeping dollars in my savings account!

I leased a Escape back in July and was so impressed with the service, it was worth the 35 mile drive with my son so he could lease his first new car. John, right away, found the exact car my son wanted and had it dealer traded, from Ohio, and got it back to the dealership in one day. Both John and the finance guy, Bill, took their time with my son and explaining every aspect of leasing a car. Bill did a great job with the extras you can buy and my son added the wheel protection with his expensive rims considering how bad the roads are in Michigan.

In a society now so consumed with volume, bottom line numbers, etc its rare to walk away from a major purchasing experience and say "Wow, that was a wonderful experience from start to finish" John Durand is the man to be acknowledged here. He was on top of his game from my initial contact. He stands true to his word, he will take care of you!!!! He won't let you down. I brought my focus in because the transmission was shuttering. They reset the computer and it didn't seem any better. When I took it back up there I went for a test drive with the technician Alan, and he told me it was normal and there was nothing they could do. The next day I took it to a different dealer and they told me my car failed the shutter test, and actually fixed my car. This service department is an absolute waste of time.

The sales agent was very helpful and accommodating. He listened to my needs and found the vehicle that best met my needs. The Used Car Sales Manager was part of the process and offered any help if needed. The Finance agent carefully explained all options for purchase and then explained all the necessary forms before signing. The Service department had always done excellent work on my other vehicle and that continued when checking over my new pre-owned vehicle. The few minor items that needed attention where cheerfully and promptly taken care of to my complete satisfaction. An overall great experience. I would highly recommend Randy Wise Ford in Ortonville MI to anyone looking for a new/used/lease vehicle or service for their vehicle.

We were looking to purchase a new F150 truck and needed a 6 1/2 bed, which was difficult to find. John Durant, who has been our Ford salesperson for a very long time, went above and beyond to find us a vehicle. There was a problem when we received the vehicle although we just loved the truck. Dreading to have to deal with this problem, we contacted John immediately and were told to go in to the dealership next day. What we so dreaded turned into the most satisfying experience. John and Glen Bridarolli, the sales manager, were ready to resolve the issue immediately and offered to find us another vehicle, which John did the very next day. However, we decided that since we loved the color of our first vehicle, we would have the damage repaired. They insisted that they would pick up our truck at our home and exchange it for a rental which would be detailed and which we would have while our vehicle was in the shop. Glen stated he would personally take the truck in for repair and make sure that it was done to our satisfaction. We have dealt with other dealerships in the past, but never have been treated as well as we have been treated by Randy Wise these past ten years. They will continue to be our dealership in all our future purchases.

I drove 30 miles to check on an Escape I found online, once I got to Randy Wise Ford I was impressed with the new dealership. I leased a vehicle on May 7th. I would like to thank John Durand and staff for the awesome service. I called on May 6th because my daughter returned from College; we are a family of four drivers that only had three vehicles. We used techology to the max - between emails and texting - I was able to accomplish getting the exact Ford Explorer I wanted AND the COLOR I wanted. Zero pushover comments from John Durand and no surprises. He never once said when can you stop by and I'll dig up the information that you want. Every question I asked, I got my asnwer. And when I said I was considering the Chevy Traverse - bam - I got a quote fro one of those from his Chevy dealer. How is that for true customer service? In the end I choose what was best for me - Ford. Then I really wanted to spoil myself and let him have the car delivered to me but I couldn't pass up the opportunity to meet him in person. I am already telling all my family and friends where to get their next car - John Durand and Randy Wise - can't get a better car buying experience with both of them!!!

One car had illegal after market parts causing my soon to get pulled over and given tickets. The other car was only a year old and 3 of the tires won't hold air at 30,000 mile they told me they were rotted.I've been back and forth to the"service"department about 10 times and it is still not resolved. So much for your"Ford certified" crap of a guarantee

I started off just inquiring information and John Durand answered me immediately. He asked me a few question the next day and had picked out a vehicle he thought would be great for my family and I in my price range. I got so much more than expected. The very next day I was driving my car home. I had no down payment, and was still able to purchase a 2010 ford focus for a very reasonable monthly payment. This was my first time buying a car and I will definitely go back if I look to buy another vehicle.

Honest, fair and relaxed from the start. Didn't feel like I was at a normal car dealership, no pushy salesperson, no haggle pricing and no pressure. Just a great suv at a great price. Advertised price was about two thousand below any dealer in Mi. Traded my 2010 journey for a certified 2014 journey awd. Ended up spending less than I planning to spend and saved money on my monthly payment.

Because I submitted my credit application prior to arriving at the dealership, they were able to get me set up right away with a loan for my new car. I found the car on AutoTrader because it was within the price range and mileage that I wanted. I had never been to this dealership before, so I asked them if I could take the car to an independent mechanic to have it inspected during the test drive, which they were happy to let me do. The 70 point inspection was clean, and the few minor issues that did come up (wheel alignment and leaky battery) were taken care of quickly and without any hassle. Although they did walk me through the different warranty options, they were not pushy about them, which I appreciated. They were up front about all the fees associated with the sale, and didn't try and slip in extra charges. Whenever I called with a question, they were prompt to respond and were very helpful. Had it not been for a slight hitch with my credit union, I would have driven off the lot the same day as the test drive (Friday), but as it was I had the car by Monday once my credit union was open. Overall, they were very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process.

I drive a fleet vehicle and John Durand went above and beyond to deliver this car and to transport my previous car to its new owner I had left a few personal belongings in the car and he made arrangements to have them delivered to my home during a blizzard to save me a trip back to the dealership. This was my first time buying a new car. Because of that and the fact that I am young, I was extremely nervous that a salesman would be pushy and rush my decisions. I worked with Steve Abernethy, who was better than any salesperson I could have asked for. He was kind, informative and personable. He let me take as much time as needed to make sure I was making the right decision for me, and made it obvious he had my best interest in mind. I had never driven or owned a Ford. I dropped my son off at soccer practice, and GPS'd the nearest Ford to take a look at one. When I went in, I wasn't sure what to expect, but not only did I really like the Edge, but Steve Abernethy was extremely helpful without being pushy. Since I schedule and make parts for the Ford vehicles, work with Ford employees, it was a good time to support the company. When I first met Mr. Durand I felt completely comfortable. He respected what I wanted and worked toward the same goal for each of us. For me to walk out with my new Escape at a price I felt was fair and for him to sell a vehicle. After test driving a Ford Focus and several competitor's cars, I contacted Randy Wise Ford with a specific request for a Ford Focus Titanium (Tuxedo black metallic with Titanium handling pkg, sunroof, and NAV). My salesman, John Durand, located the exact car in an hour, had it transported to Randy Wise, prepped and delivered it to me the next day. He applied all available Ford incentives, gave me a great price that no one could beat, and had all the paperwork ready to optimize the leasing experience. I was in and out in an hour or so with a great car at a great price. I have always driven foreign cars, but wanted to come back to a car made in Michigan and the Focus does not disapppoint. With the 355 watt Sony Stereo, Titanium trim with handling pkg and slick color, I have been having a blast with this turbo car, getting 34 mpg in mixed driving. John Durand and the finance manager really did a wonderful job with my purchase and I can recommend the dealership due to my "5 star" experience.

Justin was very helpful with me choosing my car. I had been on many test drivers before. He was the only one who rode along with me and explained all the features and benefits of the car i was looking at. This helped sealed the deal in my opinion. We own a Mercury Mountaineer that had an AC problem that had stumped a couple other mechanics. I brought the vehicle into Randy Wise Ford Service Center and had your mechanic Chandler take a look at it. The vehicles evasive problem required me to come back a few times but your service center manager Paul was a class act throughout the process and ensured my wife and I that he would stand behind all maintenance. My wife and I came out of the experience with Randy Wise Ford Service Center with a very high opinion about their quality of service. We would highly recommend service at Randy Wise Ford of Ortonville.While waiting for our Mountaineer to get fixed, Justin, the Randy Wise sales pro in the corner office, showed me some vehicles that my family might be interested in. My wife and I ended up having an interest in a Chevy model. We were very surprised to find out that at Randy Wise they could help us into several different makes of cars, including Chevrolet. Justin connected us up with Dave Olson and his manager at Randy Wise Chevrolet. We chose a Traverse LS with all of the features that we were interested in out of the lot. There ended up being some twists and turns during the course of the sale. We actually ended up at another dealership and we were going to get a Traverse that wasn't quite what we preferred. After some fancy maneuvering on the part of Kim in finance, she was able to work things out so we could get into the Traverse that we wanted if we were willing to come back. The other dealership could not come up with the deal or a vehicle to match what Randy Wise offered so we accepted their invite back. Sales pro Dave Olson went as far as offering to drive out to our house with all the paperwork and the Traverse to get our business. We accepted, and after a few signatures, we were proudly leasing a new Traverse from Randy Wise. We were thoroughly impressed with the motivated staff at Randy Wise, especially David and Justin. The day that Dave came over to our house was quite a whirlwind. That was because the Service Department at Ford was finished with our Mercury that same day. Shawn, the Ford Sales Manager assisted in organizing everything so that I would get my Mercury picked up and back in time to sign papers with Dave. Dave had a driver come pick me up and drive me down to the Ford store several miles away from his store while Manager Shawn made sure to greet me and ensure that our whole Randy Wise experience was going as smoothly as possible. My wife and I will never forget this whole adventure. We would like to thank everyone involved from the service shop Manager Paul DuCharme and service expert Chandler, Justin Murdock in sales who was with us the throughout the whole process, Sales Manager Shawn Hale of the Ford dealership, the Chevrolet crew including Dave Olson, Kim (finance) and New Car Sales Manager Lon Keely plus all other ancillary personnel. I basically knew what I wanted when I went in. It took about a day to locate the truck I wanted. I didn't feel any pressure and John did a great job. I really didn't have to do anything but give the thumbs up and sign the papers. My girlfriend leased a car from John two-weeks after I took ownership of my truck. We are both very happy.

John was WONDERFUL to work with. I called about a car I was interested in, and he advised that it had been sold. He took my name and number, and a few days later called and said he had another car for us to look at, similar, but with a few more options, than the first car I called about. We agreed to look at up, and drove the 30 miles to the dealership. By the time I arrived John had the car prepped so well it looked almost new.The dealership sends us emails every week or so checking up on us.Our experience with John and with this dealership was FANTASTIC. I will recommend this dealership to all I know.

I went into Randy Wise to just price cars and I was met with the most pleasant crew of sales people that i would ever want to meet.. I only thought of purchasing a new car and was very nervous about it . Steve instantly set me at ease about it and let me make my own decision with no pressure. taken the time to explain all the difference options i had to purchase. my awesome Ford Escape SUV.Shawn worked miracles in getting me the best rate to finance it. Dealing with Randy Wise Ford and with John Durand specifically was a delightful experience on which I hope to repeat when I get a new car next year. John and his people seem to be unafraid to go that extra mile to solve our difficulties in finding the right car at the right price for my son. Our case wasn't an easy one with a few out of the ordinary requests but John seemed undaunted and made every thing fall into place with smiling ease. For all these reasons I have switched my 'first to go to' and main Dealer (plus salesman) servicer to Randy Wise Ford and John Durand when I decide to price and purchase my new cars.

My wife and bought our Ford Flex from Randy Wise Ford in Ortonville, Mi. Although we had test drove a similar Flex in our area the price was more than we were willing to pay. We searched for similar vehicles on the Internet stumbled across Randy Wise Ford who listed a 2010 Flex SE at a very reasonable price. I called and spoke to Justin Murdock. Knowing we were coming from some distance away he scheduled a time for us for a test drive. When we arrived Justin met us at the door and and showed us the vehicle we inquired about. As we "kicked the tires", Justin, showed his knowledge about the Flex by answering our questions and demonstrating the features for us. He was patient, personable and professional without any high pressure sales tactics.We chose to buy our Flex from Randy Wise because of the price, Justin and the product. I would highly recommend Randy Wise Ford and ask for Justin Murdock.

I visited Randy Wise to have my Mustang diagnosed as it was making an odd noise. I spoke with John Durand regarding my visit before coming in, he assured me a loaner vehicle would be available if my Mustang needed service that would take longer than the amount of time I had to wait. Thankfully the service department was able to get it fixed in less than 45 minutes and a loaner wasn't necessary, but John made sure that if I needed it, it would be there.

This is the first car I have ever purchased on my own, and I was understandably nervous. Steve and Shawn worked hard to make sure I was comfortable through every step of the process. I took a long time to make a decision, and they were so patient and did not push me in any way- just let me know they were there to answer any questions. If I knew that looking for a car could be like this, I would not have waited so long. When I am ready for another vehicle, I will most definitely go back to this dealership and work with both Shawn and Steve again. I cannot say enough positive things about them. After months of researching cars, visiting dealerships, and test driving cars, I had just about given up on our American auto dealer industry. The American cars were quality to drive, don't get me wrong there. Coming from a family of generations of car dealership owners and sales people and decades of sales and customer service myself, I was appalled at how dealership sales and service were structured. First of all, I could be in a place looking around for someone to wait on me forever. I had to actually find people to assist us. Secondly, once a dealer says talks to you, you are apparently forever theirs. Should he be too busy to wait on you and everyone else busy talking amongst each other or playing with their computers, too bad. They don't want our business enough to share it with another sales person. For crying out loud, why can't I just get a set of keys or some literature while I wait? The owners would profit from a better compensation system, but a dealership lost my interest very quickly as I am sure they do others. Thirdly, many dealers I worked with didn't know their own product let alone the product of their competitors. How can you sell something that you don't even know anything about the car or the options? What is it you think people want to buy? Sales managers, you may want to test your sales people out to see if they care enough about the vehicle to understand and believe in its features to gain a bit of expertise into the product. Four, stop playing car dealer games. Don't ask me what my husband wants, that's insulting. When I tell you I am in a hurry, don't ask my teenage daughter where she is going. I had narrowed down my pick to a few cars and was sick of shopping. I called the dealer and told him if he had pricing options figured out for a 5 year lease and 5 year purchase of two diff models of the Jeep Grand Cherokee, I would buy it today. He never did they work and wouldn't give me the details. When he started to run the numbers which he wouldn't share with me, he told me it was the only number he could run because after that was done, he was closed for the day. I would have bought from them had I been able to ever get anyone to help me there previously, but I did not want to go back to this man. MY LUCK CHANGED when I went to Randy Wise and met John Durand who was knowledgeable, kind, courtesy, not pushy, and went out of his way to help you picked the car you wanted. He disclosed pricing information for various car's, their model's and based on leasing or purchasing. The sale went much quicker than the other people dragging their feet. I'm busy like everyone else, and would rather not work with dealers that waste my time nor working with people that have lost my trust. Randy was a top notch gentlemen and got us into my first pickup truck ever, the Ford 150 Supercrew. I couldn't be happer. John also engaged the other's at Randy Wise to assist us at various levels and we witnessed a good team working together effectively. Thank you, John, and team! I love my new white 2012 White F150 Lariat with the supercrew!!! It's has much more functional space in the back seat, it is a better ride, and even better on gas than my Enclave. If you see one parked not so straight, though, I will likely not be too far away! lol It's getting better!

Decided to try Randy Wise Ford since my last experience at another dealership was horrible. I talked with John Durand and told him the options and trim level I was looking for. Within an hour John had located the vehicle with the options I wanted,sent me the invoice so that I could verify that the vehicle was correct and then he worked out the financing. Never before have I had such prompt service at a dealership nor given the chance to get exactly what I wanted if it wasn't in their inventory. John was great, he made sure I was completely happy and satisfied at every step. To beat it all, I was in and out of the dealership within an hour, with my new car. John Durand and the rest of the team at Randy Wise Ford actually made purchasing a car enjoyable. They have made me a very happy customer and have gained a customer for life. Randy Wise Ford was highly recommended to Gary & myself by the McParland family, and more specifically-salesman John Durand. I was greeted by reception cheerfully and turned over to Mr. Durand immediately. After a firm hand shake greeting, we sat down and started processing our needs in a vehicle. The EDGE, EXPLORER and the 150 TRUCK were decided as 3 options best fitting our family needs. To narrow choices down to the 'perfect' auto for us, Mr. Durand gave me facts and figures (lease vs. buy) on these 3 vehicles, and of course had me test drive. (when auto shopping, I do the leg; work, then my husband comes with...Mr. Durand was more than helpful, polite, added some humor here and there, informative, happy, always on time, I never waited for him, he offered water, coffee etc. was courteous and most professional. My husband and I were very comfortable with Mr. Durand. So..we drove off in our new leased Edge with the exact equipment, monthly payment we wanted and even the color I wanted.Mr. Durand has phoned us to be sure we are satisfied and no problems. Best car buying experience I've ever had. After some confusion as to the dealer location, John arranged to have the car delivered to me for a test drive. The car exceeded my expectations and was in excellent condition. After deciding I wanted the car, he then arranged to take care of all the paperwork by courier; I never had to visit the actual dealership. They even personally delivered the second set of keys and allowed for me to get the key code re-programmed at my convenience. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone.

Service is the name of the game when it comes to purchasing a new or used vehicle. My wife and I had a GREAT experience working with John Durand at the Randy Wise Ford dealership. John was not the typical overbearing aggressive sales person. He listened closely to our needs and provided us with several options. On our initial visit to the dealership we were not successful in locating our next new ride, however, John continued to work with his connections and located the perfect vehicle for our family. Like most people my wife and I are very busy and to help us in our search John arranged for a test drive at my office. I was able to take a test drive and even bring the vehicle over to my wife's office so that she could take a look at it. My wife and I loved the vehicle and decided to purchase it. The next day after I took care of getting insurance lined up, John again arranged to have the new ride delivered right to my office where I signed all of the paperwork and took possession of my new vehicle.This has been my best experience ever with a dealership and car salesperson. I want to personally thank John for his outstanding customer service skills and to Randy Wise for having such a service oriented staff. They really exceeded my expectations!

I began my search for a new vehicle almost three months ago. I came in and wanted to test drive the new Focus. Rob was patient when my family wanted to try out 3 other vehicles. While test driving a few, my husband decided to up grade his vehicle - and wasn't even looking to. I appreciated that the staff stayed late just so I could take that Focus home. I brought it back to have it detailed and Rob was fantastic. Showed me alot about the car - all the bells and whistles. Shawn was very knowledgeable and I appreciated his patience with the paperwork. Come to find out - we had a very close friend in common. This experience was fantastic. I would recomment this dealership anytime. Also - I previously had a Ford Mustang, which I did not purchase from her that required extensive work on it. The service department is beyond fantastic there. Zach is always super helpful and fun and Mark is always willing to bring his knowledge to your situation. I enjoy dealing with this dealership!! :)

My daughter was looking for a used car and went to many dealerships before she settled on Randy Wise in Ortonville due in part to Brandon Burton, her sales person. She went to this dealership 3 times before making a decision and was never pressured by Brandon. He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough and down to earth. It is sometimes overwhelming to shop for a used car but we felt comfortable with the advice and guidance Brandon gave. He went above and beyond to make sure my daughter knew how the car operated, how to check the fluids, etc. We were very happy with our purchase but happier with the level of customer service Brandon offered. I bought a "certified" used Ford. The rear brakes started giving me problems after a week. I dug a little deeper and found the vehicle certification was not done ;half " Only thing that the tech did was change oil, wiper blades, and new front rotors and pads.I found a dirty air filter ( i replaced in the driveway, it was that bad), dirty cabin filter ( I cleaned at home), rear differential not checked, low brake fluid, oil dripping from oil filter and drain plug, mouse nest under the intake, I had to back off the rear parking brake in my driveway so I could drive it. I contacted the dealership, nooo problem we will send up another car and bring yours back and take care of the problems. Dealership sent up a filthy car, with bald tires. I had to wash and clean it, it was that filthy! I was contacted by the service manager, "yep we have taken care of everything, we inspected the rear brakes and they are within tolerance". I asked if they had inspected the inside parking brake pads, "um no, they seem to be working fine". I added that I would like the rear pads and rotors replaced due to the fact that they had been heated so badly and that the pads were badly glazed. "Nope can't do that they are within tolerance"The dealership brought my car back, my wife met them with there car and the driver had my wife sign a blank rental form before he would give her the keys to our car!Car still had dirty battery terminals, and low brake fluid! Now the rear brakes are sqeaking! Thanks alot Randy Wise ford, I like the car but I hate the whole experience, and am reminded everytime I get in it!

I was a little skeptical about purchasing such a pricey vehicle out of state but John made it simple and professional. John worked with me on the price and he delivered his promises. It's sad that one of my best car buying experiences came from out of state-I never been treated so well and I never met John or Mark who handled the transport. I was BLOWN AWAY by the experience of buying with these guys. I was looking for a 2012 Escape, had to be gray, had to be 4wd and I did not want a license plate bracket on the front. I went to 3 other dealerships (all much larger than Randy Wise) and the sales people there didn't have what I wanted, and all tried to sell me something that I didn't want. John Durand told me he'd find my perfect car, and within a day, he did. He found it all the way in PA, and arranged a dealer trade. When I got to the dealership, I received a super warm welcome, everything was ready for me so the process was quick and easy. Shawn Hale is a young guy, or maybe I'm just getting old. But I didn't expect the very high level of professionalism and the expertise he displayed when walking me through the financing and warranty paperwork. He did a perfect job. Lastly, just when I thought I was on my way, Steve came out to show me the technical aspects of the new car. Within seconds he had my phone connected to the blue tooth and he gave me a great overview of how to use it. He was super knowledgeable, very friendly, and I left feeling that I truely could call anytime with questions and he would be happy to help. I will definitely refer everyone I know to this team and will be a return customer myself.

Great car buying experience. John Durand was very helpful. He found what we were looking for on a very short time frame and was able to make everything very simple and fast. We had trade-ins and very specific things we wanted in our car, but still the process was very simple, straightforward and fast. We shopped our trade-ins around and found that Randy Wise gave us the best deal for them.In the past I have used Randy Wise a few times for service and it was a horrible experience. In general it was slow and I had to keep calling the dealer to get an update on the progress or even find out what was going on. That was a few years ago so hopefully there has been some staff changeover. I can't really rate how the service is now. However, I would, without a doubt, buy from Randy Wise Ford again. I just am not sure if I would try their service department again.

I just recently bought a used Buick Enclave from this dealership. I have bought cars from many different dealers thoughout the years but can honestly say that this was by far and away the most pleasent. My Fusion never received the proper inspection when they first received the 08 fusion at there lot. Within 3000 miles I had rear brakes Grinding metal to metal, low oil, low coolant, low power steering fluid, Missing third brake light, Major tire issues that are still present they told me there safe and ok after the 4th time they want to look deeper in to the tires and then found 3 out of 4 Rim leaks. told me there good now but yet still have issues and all I wanted was a safe car with good tires ect. I traded the best car I have ever owned a Saturn Aura 07. anyone that has that car please keep it best car I owned I had Zero problem with that car. No im dealing with constant issues with mine and at some point I could be on the side of M15 trying to change a tire during morning Rush hour. to me safety issue. its a long story but willing to share to whom is interested in listening.As you can see I will not Recommend this dealer ship for service or to buy new and used cars. I feel that they just want to make the number in the book look good rather than customer satisfaction and vehicle safety. There policy is there, but what they actually do is different" to save cost. I was told that by one of there employees. To me thats safety issues, letting a car go on the road with a missing 3rd brake light - 1) I could get stopped by the police for that 2) its there to enhance the drivers behind me that are texting and driving or talk on phone that are looking down ect and make my vehicle more visible during a slow down so I dont get rear ended. Grinding brakes well that could lead to a accident not being able to stop in time or brake at all, increases my chances to get in to an accident or cause further damage to my braking components. Ill stop there but they could even have my engine oil filled properly along with coolant or power steering all I need is to have steering issues as my brakes have gone failed when 3 out of 4 tires are low, crash. you pay 17,0000 for a car I would hope I get a safe and Quality Inspection on the vehicle. 17,000 not a Cheap ride either and the economy is still hurting me in many ways, I dont need , want or expect to buy a car at 17,000 dollar to have to replace the brakes in the rear at 35,000 miles and buy 4 new tires at 500 dollars theses days ect. Do your own research and DONT jump into anything, look online at Blogs/forms of how other drivers and owners of the vehicle your looking at like it. I thought I would try Ford I liked a few of there newer style cars the Edge,Fusion,Flex. But Im not impressed.Thanks for reading good luck and before you leave the lot perform a self inspection on the fluids, tires, lights, and gadgets, and Check those Brakes. I learned a lesson, Assume It coming from a dealer It would be treated with care and ensure safety to the fullest. I was told after they replaced my rear brakes that my fronts were over 50% but I wish I would have been there to see it for my self. Remember Safety first

My wife and I really liked the 2012 Ford Explorer. We had a very strict set budget. John Durand did an excellent job finding us the right car and kept the price in our budget. He spent a great deal of time working with us and did not pressure us into anything. Can't say enough great things about him. We will be back the next time we are ready to buy.

I was looking for a different car with better gas mileage and less miles. I worked with John Durand. He spent several days helping me and I left with a wonderful car.He didn't treat me like a second class citizen just because I was a female. I had been to several dealers who did not want to spend the time to help me with the situation I was in. When I began shopping for my new car I was not expecting it to be pleasant at all. Further, I did not expect to meet salesman I would call my friends. I went to just about every dealer within 40 miles of my hometown. Every single dealer wanted to make every single penny they could off of me. They just wanted my trade for the lowest amount and wanted me to take whatever they had on their sales lot. I'm a very particular consumer. I do my research, I shop around and most of all, I seek the highest caliber of customer service. John is a very personable individual. His friendliness and honesty was a welcome relief. Thus, the process of purchasing a new car and dealing with our trade-ins turned out to be a smooth and fun transition.Sean very graciously set us up with Sync program. I have to admit I haven't read the manual on it just yet. However, I plan to in the near future.All in all, our experience with this office was definitely a good one! We most certainly would recommend John to others. We also plan to be a "repeat" customer in the future!

My experience ar Randy Wise was awesome. First off the salesman worked very hard to find the vehicle I wanted. Secondly they were able to get me great financing that enabled me to hit my price point payment wise. My truck was delivered on time with my Sync set up and ready to go! The dealership also got pin striping I wanted done promptly and got my remote starter removed from my old truck so I could get reinstalled on my new one. I was really happy with Randy Wise and am going to make them my "go to" dealership!

My overall experience with the dealership was great. I was returning a Mercury Lease and they made the process seamless. My new Ford Fusion has everything in it that I wanted and they made sure every rebate and incentive was offered to me. Daryl was great to work with. He helped get the car that my daughter wanted and had it delivered right away from another dealer. He is patient, thorough, and takes his time to explain everything. I would recommend him to my friends and family. The manager was very nice and was there to help the deal go smoothly. Everyone I dealt with-from sales, customer service to the body shop were friendly and helpful. Overall it was a good experience, no complaints. The body shop installed an auto start in the car and I didn't have to wait long at all. We love the new car!

We have bought several vehicles from Randy Wise Ford. Our last vehicle was a Tahoe. We love it! John Durand is our salesman. He's a no nonsense man! He's very eager to help and I always feel like I've gotten the best deal too. What is nice about Randy Wise Ford also, since we prefer GM...that is not a problem!
