The sales consultant lacked knowledge about the vehicles we were interested in, the General sales manager was arrogant, rude, and attempted to amend the sales contract when we arrived to pick up the vehicle. There are much better places in the area to purchase a vehicle. Look elsewhere.

Dan Erickson is one hell of a talented and motivated individual. I just bought a brand new truck from him today. Over the past few weeks him and I have been in touch and looking at different vehicles and different financial options for me. I haven't used my credit at all in 9 years or so....no credit cards no revolving credit whatsoever so my credit score wasn't horrible but it was lower due to not using credit. Dan was able to get me approved for a brand new truck with a very reasonable APR with a very sweet truck in a matter of a couple days. Dan is definitely the man to talk to about your new purchase!!

I was looking for a newer expedition for awhile now. I went on Cars.com and found the one I've been looking for. I contacted Rapid Ford Lincoln in Wisconsin Rapids and Dan from Internet sales got in touch with right away. I live two hours away, and we did the dealing over email. When I got there, my new expedition was all set and ready to go. I would definitely buy from them again and strongly recommend them to others.

This is my second vehicle at Rapids Ford. Caroline Decker has made my buying experience so easy. I told her what I want and she found it. I also Service my vehicle in the Service Dept. They service all kinds of vehicles and run my car thru the wash. Now that is great service. I recommend buy from Caroline Decker.

After buying cars from the same local dealer for over 25 years, we decided to try purchasing a vehicle online. Once we found the vehicle for which we were searching we contacted Caroline at Rapids Ford and she answered all our questions and with her help, we decided to make the 120 mile trip to the dealership. We were not disappointed as Caroline was well prepared when we arrived, seemed committed in answering all our questions, and truly appeared to make this easy for us. She did not disappoint in the deal that was offered. We found the entire experience gratifying and are very pleased with our Ford Escape Titanium. We won't hesitate to return for our next vehicle. One final thought is that it made a lasting impression in our minds that this was the right decision when the sales manager on duty came out of his office to thank us for purchasing the car. Nice touch!

We recently went to Rapids Ford to buy a SUV. We had already done up some numbers and told them we were going to purchase the car. While my husband was waiting for the final appraisal on our trade-in, another salesperson sold the SUV we were in the process of buying to a different customer! We were floored! The manager and the owner had no remorse and basically told my husband they didn't care and we were "just like anyone else". We will never recommend nor purchase or service any cars there again.

We traveled 4 hours from Illinois to look at a 2010 Mustang GT. Caroline Decker was there to greet us and was very warm and friendly. In Illinois, we do not experience this from car dealerships. She let us take it out on a good drive. We ended up purchasing, with no haggling back and forth. The trip was so worth it because I have a beautiful Mustang in my garage. I would travel again just to buy another vehicle from Caroline. Thank you Caroline and Rapids Ford for the wonderful experience.

Was in the market for a bigger SUV; thought we found the perfect vehicle. Test drove the vehicle which felt a little rushed; didn really get to examine the interior before going into the office to talk. The purchasing process felt a little rushed. When we went to pick the vehicle up after purchasing, there wasn't enough gas in it to get us home & we had to stop & fill up. After a day driving the used vehicle, it started making a chirping noise; the rotors needed to be replaced. After 3 weeks of back & forth with the dealership trying to get them to fix the problem, we had to cut our vacation short to bring it in. And had to pay for a portion of the new brakes & rotors (I didn't even drive it 50 miles before the chirping noise started!) They did give us a rental car to use while it was getting fixed, that was nice of them. I LOVE THE SUV we purchased. It's just what I wanted; more room, smoother ride, off-road package, low mileage, SUPER CLEAN, more bells & whistles than I need. Handles wonderful; can't wait for the snow!!

I recently purchased a Shelby GT500 from Rapids that I found on cars.com. The internet sales manager Caroline responded to my online inquiry within an hour, provided additional pictures, and was very helpful answering questions. We negotiated a price and I drove three hours to pick up the vehicle. Upon arriving the vehicle was exactly as advertised, agreed upon pricing was reflected on all the paperwork, and the loan documents were ready to sign. I was in, out and back on the road in about 45 minutes with my new car. Good interest rates, good service, and they even couriered my other vehicle back down to Milwaukee for me. Excellent service all around.

I wanted to replace my last truck with the same make, model and year, but due to the rarety of the color, was very difficult to find one. I dealt with Caroline Decker at Rapids city over the phone, she went over and above to make sure we were all set on the vehicle before I flew out to see it and buy it hopefully. I flew from massachusettes to Wisconsin, and Caroline was there to pick me up at the airport and take me to the dealership, not many people would do that for a complete stranger. Well needless to say, I bouth the truck, was very happy with the transaction and super happy with all the staff at Rapids Ford. A couple Little glitches after the sale, but Caroline again came thru and her and Rob,the Manager, made sure I was taken care of.
