I just purchased a new car from Ray Brandt Nissan. I did my research on the car I wanted and I found it on their website for less than any other site. The car had so many extras and the price was great. Of course I went in prepared for a nasty haggling contest. I was able to get the car at the price I decided was my highest price. The employees were efficient, helpful, honest, and a real pleasure to work with. I never felt like they were attempting to take advantage. Mike, Mike, and Byron, worked hard to make sure I was satisfied. The process was extremely quick.. it took about 2-3 hours. Byron was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing since he recently purchased the same one. He showed me how to use a lot of the features, was able to answer all of my questions, and walked me over to financing where I completed the transaction with Harold, who was also extremely efficient. Everything was explained to me in terms that I understood. Byron took my car for a wash, and saw me off. They will definitely get referrals from me and I will look to them in the future whenever I need to purchase another vehicle.I did NOT purchase a Nissan, that was the only option on the drop down menu. I purchased a Dodge from Ray Brandt Nissan.

I bring my Titan to Ray Brandt for all my services. I'm always happy with the kind and friendly service I receive. Jason Sylve is the best,. he is the reason I bring my Titan to Ray Brandt Nissan. I have one more year to go and my truck will be paid for, I can"t wait to buy another Titan. I'm a 51 year old female I love my 4 door Titan.

I have bought many cars in my life and always leaving the dealership feeling that somehow I got payed more than I should have. Ray Brandt Nissan is different. My salesman (Mitch) was the best salesman and DID NOT pressure me at all and gave me a great deal. The service department is great too. They get you out as soon as they can and don't "FIND" things that are "wrong" with your car. They do as asked and the facilities are comfortable too.

The staff in the service department are always polite and helpful. I've been going to Ray Brandt for service for several years and never had any problems. Recently went in for a routine oil change and some schedule Maintenance are was greeted a Mr. Jason Sylve who was courteous and attentive to my vehicle service needs. The vehicle service was completed in a short period of time while waiting in a clean and comfortable waiting room.

This was the first time In my life and I'm old. That buying a new car was a pleasure No High pressure sales tactics. I asked for the best deal on my trade in and on the new car they did exactly that no back in forth with the manager I know it's was a good deal from dealing with others. They also gave a breakdown of sticker price. discounts , rebates etc. Where the others would just give price no breakdown

I have over 340,000 miles on my 2000 Nissan Frontier and usually take it to Ray Brandt for all of my service needs. They have a great service department that have kept my vehicle running for this long and planning on keeping it past 500,000 miles. The service department is fantastic and the facility is very comfortable.

I always go to VW Harvey for my service because of the excellect service I receive from this dealership. It also helps to have a customer service rep. (Greg Woods) who always has a" great " attitude and a smile everytime I bring my car in for service. The facillities are always clean and the workmanship is always done in the proper amount of time. On arrival everyone we spoke to was polite and helpful. Our sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful in fulfilling our car needs. He took time to ask question about what we were looking for in our new vehicle and found one for us that meet our expectations of features and price. The actual purchasing of the vehicle took a while due to all the paper work that need to be done, but this was done in a professional manner. When we took delivery the vehicle was detailed to perfection. The sales person went over everything we asked about and even more. After er took delivery of the vehicle the sales person called to ask if we had any other question on the vehicle or issues. All in all this was one of our more pleasurable purchasing experiences.

We have owned a Ray Brandt Nissan since the dealership has existed. We unexpectedly had to quickly shop for a new car after our 2006 Nissan was totaled. The salesman, sales manager, and finance guy were great to deal with. They made the process so easy, and we got a great deal on an Altima.

My husband and I was on the car lot of Ray Brandt Nissan, Inc just to look at the 2014 Pathfinder. I was just looking hoping not to be approach by a sale person.Minutes later we were greeted by Shamara Fugua, sale consultant. She was polite and very knowledgeable of the 2014 Pathfinder. She took great care to find the vehicle with the features I wanted and loved. Later I was in the Finance Dept., signing papers with Craig Pesses.I have a new 2014 Nissan Pathfinder! I would recommend anyone to this location.

Mr. Ruben was a answer to my prayer. I receive a pre approval letter from Cap zone in the mail and took a chance to see if I would get approved. I went it with money down credit score under 500 and I have 45 days to make my first car note payment. God is good and I had a wonderful experience here....

Greetings to all, I went in just to view the Juke vehicles and was greeted by (Salesman) Troy Walker. He was very knowledgeable of all the vehicles, he especially gave very informative information on the vehicle (Juke) of my choice. He persuaded me to test drive the vehicle, the vehicle was so comfortable. while test driving he demonstrated all the features to make my test drive smooth as possible. Upon returning from the test drive, I just had to have that vehicle. My test drive turn into a purchase, he was very efficient and thorough. My entire visit was excellent. Hats off to Mr. Troy Walker.

I went to Nissan on thurs to get my oil changed, but ended up looking at cars. Chad Morrow approached my fiance and I, (this was after two other employees asked did we need help). We told the previous employees that we were just looking just as we told Chad. However, after talking with Chad for about 20Minutes he had convinced my fiance and I to finance 2014 maxima. I was amazed, because we were only there to get an oil change and ended up leaving with a new car. Craig Pesses was also very friendly and helpful.I would recommend anyone to this location.

Melvin was such a great salesman giving the best quality customer service! We pulled up at Ray Brandt Nissan and no hawks were swarming, which made us much more comfortable. He not only checked his lot for availability in Rogues but check the incoming car list to give me multiple options. Awesome service! Then he worked to get top dollar for the trade-in. The entire experience through the finance was excellent! Already passing out Melvin's business cards and recommending Ray Brandt Nissan!

My wife and I purchased a 2014 Pathfinder in December 2013. The buying process exceeded our expectation. Melvin, our sales person displayed a friendly, trustworthy, professional attitude. I was prepared to wait a full two hours to have my vehicle serviced, as I got to the dealership later in the morning. I say down for about 10 minutes and was called to pick my vehicle back up bc the service was complete. Now I know this won't happen every time, but it was wonderful that it did.

I had the pleasure of buying a new Nissan Altima about a month ago from Ray Brandt Nissan. My salesperson was Daniel B. From the time my husband and I entered the dealership, we were treated very well, very professionally. I could not be more pleased. Daniel was very friendly and honest. He listed to what our wishes were, and made suggestions to help us find a car that fit our needs and our budget. Everyone from the sales manager, to the finance person was very respectful of our time. They expedited the sale of our new car, which we absolutely love! I will be sending more customers their way, and especially to Daniel. For a young salesman, he is very polished in his presentation, honest in the way he deals with customers, and we appreciate the hard work that he did on our behalf. Found a car online and discussed on phone with online sales rep who agreed to price; however, it was a different story after we drove in to possibly purchase the vehicle. The sales rep stated there was no way he could do the price he said he could on the phone. Wrote an E-mail and left message with corporate, told phone surveyor what happened, and left a customer review on their website which never showed up. No "sorry," no returned phone calls or e-mails.

I bought my car at the end of Sept. 2012. The buying experience could not have been better; my salesman, Mel Guerra, was professional and knowledgable. In January 2013, my experience went downhill. I noticed water in my backseat. I was told the evaporator box was cracked. It took about ten days to get the part and repair the car. When it was done, my salesman insisted that the carpet be replaced because it was going to mildew and smell. I'm not sure what the sequence of events was after that, but it was five weeks later that the car was ready. Someone called my home on a Friday evening, but left no message. I called my salesman Monday and he said the car was ready, but because of a hail storm the night before, my car was badly damaged. The dealership denied that it should have to fix the car. I picked up my car on Wednesday, only to find out the a/c didn't work. I had to return again and leave my car for two more days. I have tried to call the dealership manager, but he will not return my phone calls. The dealership claims that it could not have prevented the damage, but I disagree. If my car had been returned in a timely manner, the damage would not have occurred. The loaner I returned was undamaged..

This was the best experience that I've ever had while purchasing a vehicle!! Craig Pesses, at Ray Brandt Nissan in Harvey, is the most helpful, easy going, professional, efficient, informative and knowledgable car salesman that I've ever worked with!! I dreaded going in to buy/lease a new car without my husband for the first time in 20 years. Brett Malbrough made this a wonderful and easy experience for me. He was professional, genuine, and actually listened to what my needs, concerns, and finances were. I left that same day with a Rogue and am enjoying it each day. I had immediate attention and was offered a free rental car or a ride.The car was delivered on time and clean!! WAshed.They did a great job, especially as compared to Premier who returned my car filthy with exploded diet Coke all over it. It was a long drive but well worth it.
