Ray Buick shatters the old myth of high pressure and never say no stereotypes of the car dealers in the past. Everyone is very nice,very patient,and very helpful. There is no dought that I will be back to their dealer for service,future puchases,and will highly reccomend them to anyone looking to purchase a car in the future.

Greg Gieselmann the service advisor explained my air bag light problem and had it repaired in a very short time. Thisservice team works well together, is efficient and effective.

I went for a test drive with my wife in a 2008 ford truck & after a brief discussion with Rick the sales manager we unable to agree on a price we returned the next day to renegotiate but a different dealer had already taken a deposit on the blue 2008 ford XLT I was treated friendly & Rick was fair but firm

The price for the car was more than fair and staff was very accommodating. Sales and finance were very helpful and I will continue my relationship with Ray Buick by using their reliable service department. They had done a remodel since the last time I had been into the dealership and it looks great.

I was searching the internet for a new buick encore. Ray Jr. of Raybuick on 63rd street responded right away. He communicated via email. I have to say he was very patient and always returned a message. Finally I decided to go to the dealership to meet in person. Once I got there, I did not feel intimidated at all. I recognized that they were really trying to work with me to fit my budget needs. Everyone one was nice and patient. But Ray Jr. was the man that made it happen. He was the reason why I went across town to by a car. I highly recommend Raybuick!!! 10 10 10 :)

They were great to deal with. Walked me through the bluetooth feature - which I depend on especially now with the penalty for driving & having the cell phone in your hand. All the paperwork was done promptly. I definitely recommend Ray Buick to anyone I know looking for a Car.

Excellent top knotch service in all aspects from the sale, pricing, financing and followup explanation of the vehicles functions. Straight shooter, honest and very close attention to detail. Pride in ownership "lives and breaths" in this shop and above all...HONESTY!!! I have bought quite a few vehicles in my life and never had an experience as top Knotch as at Rays in all facets.

Hello, in all the experience was good with the exception of the mechanic leaving a little oil on my leather seats, but another mechanic was kind enough to clean it off. Otherwise very good dealership. Just need to be a little more mindful of the seats. ;)

I was having a problem with my car and called about getting an appointment on Monday night. They scheduled me for a 9:00 am appointment on Tuesday. They sent me home with a loaner car and had my car repaired by 3:00 pm on Tuesday.
