I really enjoyed my experience here. I emailed back-and-forth with the sales person for almost 4 months. Eventually leading to my lease of a 2016 RX 350 F sport. The answer to all of my questions and even did majority of the paperwork over the phone. All I had to do was come and sign a few papers and drive away. Very simple and I had a car that I wanted. I will be definitely returning in the future for my Lexus needs

My wife and I recently purchased a Nx 300 from Ray Catena of Larchmont and had an awesome experience. Our salesman, Bob was very helpful, informative and most importantly honest. We found the car online, and he walked us through the necessary steps over the phone. He made sure to take the time to answer all of our questions, no matter how silly some of them might have been. We were able to pick up our car without any problems or issues, and the car was exactly what we were expecting. I also noticed that the dealership had by far the best inventory of used/new cars I've seen after searching for a month. Again, Bob did a fantastic job, and made the whole process a breeze. If your looking for a Lexus, I can't recommend Bob of Ray Catena of Larchmont enough.

Well this is the 2nd vehicle that I have purchased from Ray Catena of Larchmont, 16 years ago I purchased a 2005 GS 300 which is still going strong, and I able to passed down to my son. Today I purchased a 2018 LS 500, I must say that from the time I walked into the show room it was a delightful experience. I am sorry I didn't get the name of the wonderful secretary at the front door, but she set the tone for a beautiful experience. I then met with Bob the salesperson and he also kept the same pleasant tone. He listened attentively as I explained what I was looking for in the car of my choosing He discussed the price of the vehicle and the features that the car came with. After listening to Bob I realized that vehicle , LS 500 was exactly what I wanted. I hope that my second son will learn to drive soon, so I will have another reason to purchased another Lexus form Ray Catena of Larchmont..

Wanted to upgrade to my SUV to something with more power. Went to multiple dealerships, met with multiple sales personnel. My son suggested we go to Lexus. Entertaining him I went there with no intention of buying one. Bob Pellacchia the Sales Consultant was a no pressure, non pushy, pleasant, professional who knows his products. After leaving the first day from there I laughed as I told my son I really not so sure about a Lexus but this guy Bob is awesome, we have to make some sort of deal with him. Bob answered phone calls at night and texts on Sunday with our questions. He negotiated up in our favor the trade in when we felt it should be higher. When picking up the car inside with the manuals he left his personal numbers with a note call me first with for questions or help. Bob is amazing. As far as the car goes all I can say is well.... it's a Lexus.

This was my second time getting a car from this dealership and my experience was nothing short of spectacular. I initially dealt with the manager David G. who was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. After David I was introduced to Bob who assisted me in getting my perfect new car. Bob was an amazing sales associate who made my entire experience stress free and made sure everything went perfectly the day I picked up my car. Everyone at Ray Catena Lexus of Larchmont makes you feel like family and thats why I keep going to them for cars even though I live an hour away. Their service is like no other and I could not recommend them more.
