The services I received were very good and the repairs were done right and the inspection done was good. never have received this before and I'm very pleased at what was done. hope the person who worked on my car gets praised at how good job they did. as I know these work hard on cars some much for people I know they probably don't get paid much for what they do. as I have a father who is a retired mechanic.

The entire dealership is run like a well oiled machine. Everyone is professional and treats you like you are the only one there no matter how busy they may be. I have known Brian Dennison since the mid 1990's and he has always been a great friend and business man. The city of Pekin and the Greater Peoria area is fortunate to have a dealership that is run at such an exceptional level. Ray Dennison's has been like family to us!! We bought our first car back in 1992 from Brian Dennison and we have purchased many vehicles from them since that time. We feel we are very well taken care of each time we enter the door. We usually have Tom Estes as our service person who has always been honest with us and has gone out of his way to help our entire family over the years. We feel all of their service people are very knowledgeable and are more than willing to help us. Brian Dennison is very personable and always has time to answer any of our questions or just visit and talk. Jack Kanne is also very friendly and caring. He has always taken good care of us. Drew Shephardson is very knowledgeable of all the cars that they sell. He has always been able to answer all of our questions and has sincere passion for his customers. Best of all is their business has been remodeled and looks fantastic!! We especially enjoy being greeted by Ray Dennison himself who is usually out at a desk out on the show room floor!!! Overall Ray Dennison's is the place to buy!!

I recently bought a 2013 Chevrolet Cruze from Ray Dennison. Tiko helped me find the right car for me, he answered all the questions that I had and made the experience of buying a car great. I highly suggest to contact Tiko if you are in the process of buying a car. Also, the finance manager Amit was great, he answer all my questions regarding the finance part. I had a great experience at Ray Dennison Chevrolet. I met one of the owners, John, and we discussed what I was looking to do...I needed help out of a very recently purchashed 2013 Buick Lacrosse. The Lacrosse seat did not fit me well and cause me to have back spasms. I explained all of this to John and told him I was going to need rebates to help get rid of the negative equity. John called over a great sales consultant, Kyle Reese. Kyle is the truck expert there and is one of the most knowledgeable sales consultants I have ever worked with. He took the time to explain all of the ins and outs of the new Silverado. He was very professional and very attentive while listening to my needs. He recommended a 2013 Chevy Silverado Crew Cab. We went for a test drive and he rode with me so he could explain all of the features of the truck. However, he also took the time to get to know more about me and my family and told me about his family too. I felt like I was making a friend, not a deal. When we got back to the dealership, I told him what my bottom line was. Kyle and John both personally worked on the deal to make it work in my payment range. I came back on a Saturday to sign the papers and pick up my truck. Kyle came in on his day off to deliver the vehicle and make sure I was taken care of. John Dennison called me from his son's baseball game to make sure I was taken care of and make sure I did not need anything. Ray Dennison Chevrolet is a family owned and operated dealership and they make you feel like a part of their family. Everyone from Katy Rometti, the internet sales consultant to Amit Mark the business manager were friendly and very pleasant to speak with. They all talked to us about their family and why they work at Ray Dennison Chevy. Their positive attitudes and friendly demeanors made this the best car buying experience I have ever had. I will definitely be back for future purchases.

The service team is the best they will always make sure your vehicle is 100% fixed before they give it to you and if by some slim chance they forgot to fix something take it back in and they will without hesitation fix it for you. They know the service department is what will bring customers back to buy there next vrhicle.

Bought a 2011 camaro from here a couple weeks ago. I was in the market for about six months....and finally saw the blue model I had hoped to find on cars.com. Gary really took the time to tell me all about the car...and we agreed on a very fair price. I would totally visit this dealership in the future.

My wife and I stopped in to look at a vehicle that we'd seen online. It was quite warm out, even for late June. Lance was outside and came over greet us. We took the vehicle on a test drive, and he was even great with our 5mo old! We're very happy with our vehicle, and were also impressed by the no-pressure treatment we received from Lance. If you're in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle, there are few places like Ray Dennison. Stop in and tell them that John sent you to see Lance.

I drove about 300 miles to get this car. They sold me a pretty used car on the outside that needed $2,700 worth of repairs when I got it home. Terrible experience!!

Since im a female they would not go down on the price $5.00. What a bunch of men. but I did purchase 2 cars, one at Mazda & 1 at Brothers. my parents bought theirs at ford. and my son is looking for his new car now. good going guys lol.
