This is my favorite Ford dealer in Indiana. All of the staff are friendly, helpful and not at all pushy. Their service department is also great. Fast and friendly. I guess this an update from my previous review. I just bought my Mother a car from this dealership. At the start of the process, I gave them a wish list of what she wanted, color and everything. They found an EXACT match and got it ready for her in record time. Of note, this was probably the last Ford Fusion in the State of Indiana that had everything she wanted. She is a senior citizen and this car came with a lot of features that were new to her. I cannot say how much I appreciated their patience and the extra hour+ spent AFTER the purchase was complete on a Friday evening (past their shift end) to make sure she understood everything. Josh Polk did this for my Mom but my appreciation extends also to Brent Fisher and Derek Young. You can't go wrong with these guys.

Came into dealership with not much time but wanting to trade in car for newer model due to lots of driving for nursing work. Ray Skillman Jr went above and beyond quickly responding to everything I asked and showing me potential cars. Once finding what I liked, he was able to help coordinate trade in and agreement with management. The office finance was also super helpful and pleasant. She had worked with me for my previous purchase and made everything quick and easy. Great service and rates. Was in and out in under 2 hours. Recommend highly. Loving my purchase!

Went in to look at a Shelby Mustang GT500. Received excellent service from Ford Product Specialist Josh Polk. Josh knows automobiles and is especially knowledgeable in regard to Ford products. Josh possessed a wealth of information about the Shelby Mustang that even the hard core car enthusiast could appreciate. As I decided to go ahead and pull the trigger on a “Golden Ticket”, everyone that worked in the dealership was all too kind. Just about everyone that worked there congratulated me. Derek Day in finance did a stellar job, helping me extend the warranty while Josh recommended wheel/tire coverage, rust protection, and paint and seat protection. My words hopefully convey to everyone that I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at Ray Skillman Ford. Ray Skillman himself came in and congratulated me and he and I talked for a few minutes. Such a great purchase with such great people made it even better. If you are considering purchasing a new Ford, I would start at Ray Skillman Ford in Greenwood, Indiana.

I would like to express my pleasure in regards to the service and attention that I received from Sean McCarty. I had bought a Ford truck from him back in 2016. I was very happy then , like I am now. I kept his business card in my files. In a competitive world, you need to be on your A game. Sean McCarty is definitely professional. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!!!!

I had a great experience with Ray Skillman Ford. Both Dereks (sales and finance) were beyond helpful! They created the first relaxing car buying experience for me. I did not feel like just a sale for them but a valued customer. I love my new Bronco Sport and would definitely go back to them when it comes time for a new car!
