Chet and Victor are amazing- anything you need explained, you never have to hesitate to ask. They are definitely not like normal salesmen and make you feel right at home. (I wish that the finance department was as organized, but they are across the street at Chevy and do not count in my mind haha). If I lived closer, I'd love to pop in for a car wash a cup of coffeee and say "hello". Chet's also a very talented musician and I can now hear his music is Pandora as I drive :). I'm definitely a return customer and will specifically seek these 2 out/recommend them to anyone!

Never in my life have I ever been treated so well at a car dealership. Ever! Professional, kind, helpful & no pressure. No pressure tactics. I never heard "this deal is good for today only". We got a terrific price, And we LOVED our salesman, Chad. He and the manager stayed after they closed so we could do a short test drive. He laid out the options with straight talk. He gave us as much time as needed to go home and think about our decision. I will definitely be going back for future purchases. I can't say enough about what a great experience this was. Their service is truly extraordinary.

My wife I and were looking to get out of our current lease and purchase a quality used one the hunt was on. My son was helping us in our search and found a used 2013 KIA Sorento at Raymond's, so my wife and I set out for a Saturday all day event. What a pleasant experience Nick was great and introduce use to Stan to helps us with the process. After a test drive NICE but after looking at another Sorento XSL, OH MY VERY NICE my wife and said don't know if we can afford this...... Nick and Stan made it happen.... My wife and I are now owner of a very nice 2014 very low mileage Sorento XLS. If your looking for NEW or USED this is the dealership to go to. Thanks Nick and Stan.

Troy in sales contacted us to see if we were interested in upgrading our 2013 Kia Sorento. I loved my car so I really didn't see the need. He told me about all the new perks of a 2016 and said he would try and keep my payments the same. I was pretty sure it would be impossible but since I wasn't really interested in a new car, I thought I would give him a chance. We test drove the newer models and of course they are great. Troy ended up keeping his promise by keeping us close to the monthly payments. He was super nice. We had open conversations. We talked about concerns, needs, and fears. He heard us out and worked out all the pieces of the puzzle that were necessary to make the deal a win win for all of us. I've been driving my new Kia for a few weeks now and I am so glad Troy called us and helped us be even happier customers than we were before! Thanks Troy!

I called Raymond Kia and made an appointment to look at a certain vehicle I found online. My grade school age child and I walked in at 4:30pm and Stan introduced himself. I told him what I wanted to look at. I told him what my credit is like and my employment status and I also explained that I am still paying on my car. I told him how much I wanted to spend for payments and how much I had for a down payment. He said I do not want to look at the vehicle I came in to see. He can get me into a new vehicle for the same price. I told him that will not work. I know what I am dealing with. The website said the car has a manual transmission but the photo shows it has an automatic transmission. Stan refused to check on this. He said it is a manual transmission. He filled out the paperwork to check my credit. He took my keys so he could go across the street to get my car appraised. After he brought my car back and did NOT give me the keys, he had to go back across the street to have the finance guy look at the papers. He came back to his desk about 2 times saying they are still working on things. I sat there for 2 hours. No one checked on us. I finally went up to a desk where two employees were joking around and I asked where my car keys were. Stan left them at the desk, pretty much trying to hold me hostage. Why would he just not return them to me? I asked what the status is. They called across the street and said they are still working on things. I asked them if the car had a manual or automatic transmission. I was told it is an automatic trans. I told him Stan has my number. I had to leave. My child needed to get home to eat dinner and to get homework done. I have not heard anything in a couple of days. I called back and talked with Robin. I told her I waited for 2 hours and I had to leave. I have not heard anything back from Stan. She said she will check on things and call me back. She called me back and said I could not get financed. I can understand that. Why could he not tell me the day I was there. I asked her what they figured out and how much the payments would have been if I were to get financed. She said there is no way of knowing that. What? How can the finance guy spend 2 hours on the paperwork and not have any answers? Why could I not talk directly to the person actually working on the financing? How could there not be any numbers put together. The payments would have probably been out of my price range that I told them I wanted to be in, but there should have been something put together. Basically I was sitting around for hours while the Stan was off hiding somewhere. My credit was checked and I have nothing to show for it. No one would talk to me. I am uncomfortable going to dealerships as it is and this is a good reason why. I would not return to Raymond Kia / Chevorlet or Ray Chevrolet. I especially would not like to be treated how Stan and Robin treated me. I hear advertising for both Ray and Ramond Chevrolet as a family business. If they have the same advertisement, They must have the same lack of quality sales team.

We were very pleased with the way we were treated at the dealership. We shopped on line and spoke to the internet representative and she was thorough and friendly. She connected us to Chad Ingram, Sales Consultant. He was friendly, accommodating and very knowledgeable about the products. He didn't apply any typical "sales pressure" to "here's my offer and it is only good for today" type of tactics. He even let us leave without buying or holding anything so we could think about it. We like to test drive a car and talk about the deal, then go home and think about it. Rarely do you find a sales person who will let you do that Chad did and we will be his fans forever. Kimberly Neiss was extremely helpful, friendly and courteous in getting us through the process of choosing our additional options and again was low key and didn't apply pressure for one option or the other. We were very pleased with our overall experience and will recommend Raymond Kia to anyone who will listen.

It's been about 5 months since my wife and I visited Raymond Kia and we want you to know that we still talk about the great experience we enjoyed when we bought our new 2015 Kia Soul. Words can't describe how courteous and professional everyone was from when we first entered your dealership to finalizing our purchase. Raymond Kia went out of their way to providing us the best possible buying experience by making us feel comfortable and confident in making our purchase. Bob Skinner, our sales representative, was very comfortable to work with. Very pleasant and knowledgeable and an honest man. Your service department is second to none. The best part of our experience was when a service tech drove over an hour to our house to deliver our Kia when we had a slight navigational issue. He even spent at least a half hour in our driveway explaining all the options with our navigational system putting his personal schedule on hold. I have highly recommended Raymond Kia to those interested in a Kia, I consider this business and its skilled staff most friendly and reliable. Talked to Jason on phone and told him what we were looking for in a used car. Jason called us back in about 30 minutes and said he found what we were looking for from the list of items we wanted on the car. Pulled into the lot and Jason had the car allready for us to test drive. We loved the car. Set down with Jason and settled on the price we liked. We had a couple items we needed fixed, door ding, paint chip and leather seat repair. Jason went to bat for us and had all the blems scheduled to get fixed. Very professional. The car was a 2014 Buick Lacrosse.

This is my third Kia and I just leased a 2015 Kia Cadenza. A beautiful car which I never would have thought was affordable until Victor Malkon the Sales Manager recommended I should look at it. I came in looking for a Sportage AWD. This was after two unsuccessful attempts at two well known dealers within 16 miles of my home which were both a big waste of my time. It was well worth the extra miles to come to Raymond Kia and work with Bob Skinner my Salesman and Victor Malkon the Sales Manager. Bob was very patient and not at all pushy. He was very well informed about the Kia line. Being a former mechanic, he was extremely helpful in my decision making process. Victor was very upfront about the different leasing prices and explained clearly what was the best deal out there for what I was looking for. I did not get any where close to this information at the two other dealers. I even got a tour of the service department and introduced to the service managers. Bob Skinner gave us his cell phone to call with any questions or concerns after the sale! I would highly recommend this dealership. We were treated extremely well by both Bob Skinner and Victor Malkon. Thank you both!

Erica Foster and Nick Kretsch are wonderful to work with. I have been in the market for 2 weeks and dreaded it. went from dealer to dealer looking at cars and seeing what would fit my needs. every dealer i went to just pushed cars on me but never listen to what i said. so when i came here i already had my defenses up and explained what i was trying to do and what needs i had. Erica was the first salesperson i ever had that said i understand and let me see what i can find. she never pushed anything on me and made me feel like i was her friend and cared. once it came to deal time is when i started talking with Nick he was upfront with me and was able to get me in a new car with terms better then what i was trying to do. both of them i found very entertaining and made car buying fun. this will be my first stop for my next car.

He was patient, answered my million questions thoroughly, stayed in contact with me to keep me posted on updates, and never made me feel pressured. He walked the lot with me at least 3 times while we looked at different options and he was committed to getting me in a vehicle that I would love. And I do! Will definitely be sending all of my friends to Raymond for their future car purchases, and I can't recommend them highly enough. The rest of the support staff I met with were also very friendly, and the entire experience was a positive one.

Our search for a car began six months ago, first looking for a reliable used car, then dead end after dead end we started looking at new cars. We found the car we wanted at the price we wanted on the Internet. We started by contacting Raymond Kia via email and then had a few phone conversations before we went to the dealership to meet with Erica Foster. I was skeptical because the price on the Internet seemed too good too be true. You know the old saying if it is too good too true, it probably is. Not the case here. I figured once we would get to the dealer they wouldn't have the advertised car or try to sell us something else. Not the case, the advertised car was available, and the price matched the price on the Internet. Erica our sales rep is a special lady. The moment we met with her, we felt very comfortable, she is not like other sales reps. Not only did she sell me a car, she made me her friend. He asked what I wanted and made sure to help me make that happen even with the small budget I had. I was expecting a good car for what I had on my end and he took what I had and turned my good car into an excellent car for an even better price!! He was straight forward with every car I looked at, whether it meant letting me know the milage I would get in the car or how long it would work for me with what I do. He never tried to push me to something I didn't want he would simply point and say "What do you think of this great car, can you picture yourself in it? If not there are still plenty of cars for you that will be the right fit." I never felt pressured into something I didn't like. Upon arrival, Troy was nothing but friendly and listened to what we were looking for without the up-sell. He took his time with us to make sure we were confident with our decision without feeling rushed, especially since we were there past closing. He and the rest of his team worked with us on pricing and we left happy with our purchase.Also, when we took it for a test drive, we noticed that the alignment was slightly off. Instead of just telling us something bogus, they kept the car overnight and had their service department look into it. I am a return customer. I have raved about Raymond Kia since my 1st auto purchase. I love every aspect of this dealership with the exception of 1 thing. I left 2 voicemail msgs. (recently) on 2 different days as I was concerned about the payoff amt. being settled with my previous financial institution. They called me to say after one week it was not paid. I called 'finance' at Raymond Kia to inquire about when it would be paid and asked to have my call returned. I 'never' got a call back. I called ALLY financial and they told me it was paid off on 3/5/15. It would've been nice that my concerns were taken more seriously.

We just had a couple of issues after buying & bringing it home but after some conversation everything was all taken care of for us. This is our 2nd KIA in 5 years having purchased (though different dealership) and searching the internet was a good price for our budget at Raymond KIA. I enjoy the KIA for the warranty as well as the style of the car and all the 'bells & whistles' available for the car, just what we need and not to much more. I plan so far keeping to KIA Optima and enjoying my ride when I can. For our 1st car KIA always took care of anything that came up with it through warranty and service so I was very happy. The worst car buying experience I have ever had in 13 years. I live over 45 minutes away and I was lied to repeatedly, only to get me to the store. Raymond Kia has a vehicle listed at an aggressive price that seems too good to be true. I called about the vehicle and I spoke with a sale person that lied and said she was a manager. I asked specifically on two separate phone calls if there was anything wrong with the car or if it had damage. I explained this was a long drive and please don't waste my time if the price is not accurate. The sales person over the phone said the price listed is accurate. I am also aware that the internet sales prices comes with stipulations on qualified rebates and incentives. She told me she would sell me the car at the internet price, no problem. She then promised me a trade in value that was quoted to me by two other dealers.So I took the drive to purchase the vehicle. As soon I as walked out of my car, the salesperson told me that the vehicle had a windshield replaced and had severe paint damage from an acid accident by a porter. Despite the obvious deceit, I briefly entertained looking at another vehicle. Not only did they offer me horrible price for another vehicle, they never offered me the trade-in value the other two dealers (not to mention every other dealer since the trip) had offered me. To make matters worse, the second vehicle they offered had less than 1k miles on it new, however it smelled like smoke. The salesperson actually admitted that she smokes in the car. After leaving the store in complete anger, I actually called the GSM and tried to make a deal for the car, despite the horrible experience. The GSM's final offer I almost agreed to, which I'm glad I didn't. The GSM's final offer, which he played off as the deal of the area, I was able to get the same deal at another dealer later that day. Both the Kia manager and GSM were apologetic regarding the actions of the salesperson, however they were not willing to make up for it. It is apparent that this dealer will lie and swindle potential customers just to get them into the door. Buyer be warned!!!!

My prior experience with this dealership was less than ideal, however I decided to give them another chance based primarily on the positive things the dealership owner does for the community. I expressed my concerns to my sales rep, Troy Crippen. He expressed concern over my prior experience and pledged to do better this time. I have to admit I was amazed at the turn-around. This car buying experience was actually pleasant! We toured the lot to find the perfect car to test drive (in the past I was given only 2 cars to select from). Troy understood that I did not want to play the back & forth game in which he checked with his manager multiple times to get me the best offer. We reached an amicable deal with only 2 trips to the manager. The finance paperwork went quickly and smoothly as well. Troy stayed with me the entire time and continuously checked with the other team members to keep things moving. He also provided service that far exceeded my expectations. For example, he synched my phone to the blue tooth in the new car. He programed my radio to the Sirius stations we thought I would enjoy. He explained all of the features of my new car and had me practice to be sure I understood. He helped me transfer my belongings from my old car to the new and even successfully installed the I Pass transponder for me. Even with all of this extra effort, Troy still had me out of the dealership within 3.5 hours!! I would certainly recommend the Raymond dealership to others, especially if you were to ask for Troy. I am definitely glad that I gave this dealership another shot.

As I am writing this review I am smiling as I am over the moon with my brand new Kia Soul that is sitting in my driveway!This morning I was driving a 2011 Kia Soul and now I have a brand new 2014 Kia Soul that is exactly what I wanted but did not really know that this morning. My husband and I were running some errands today and on a whim decided to stop at a Kia dealer in Mchenry to check out the newer Souls. I have loved my Soul since the day we purchased it brand new in 2011 and wanted to see what they have changed in the newer ones. I was excited at the time but that excitement quickly faded and I ended up leaving that dealership in a not so good mood and with no desire to look anymore today. My husband and I had to run to Antioch for a final errand. As we were driving I asked my husband if we could stop and Chevy Kia in Antioch for a look. He was not to receptive at first but we did.Boy am I glad we did!!!When we pulled in we were greeted by Troy Crippen. Troy was very inviting and very down to earth, this I liked right away. We knew exactly what type of care we wanted to look at. With no hesitation and no run around Troy listened to us and took us right to the vehicles we were looking for. It only took a few minutes for us to decide which vehicle we wanted. We took a test drive and no sooner did we get back and the paperwork was rolling. I have to say my mood lightened and the day was looking up. Troy really new his stuff! He was straight forward and yet funny. He took the time to really listen to us and did not try to sell us something other than what we wanted. He treated us like people instead of a money maker and that goes a long way with me. We also worked with Robert Kajdanowski to finalize everything. Robert was no different! Professional yet understanding and extremely nice and sincere. He worked with us to give us a great deal and never did I feel pressured. Not to mention he also made us laugh.I have now purchased 2 cars from Raymond Chevy and 2 from Raymond Kia both of Antioch and I must say these 2 guys made this buying experience the best one I yet.I would recommend Kia of Antioch to anyone looking for a new car and who wants to be happy with there whole experience. When Brian Martin was initially rude to me on the Chevy side, I should have walked away then, but my wife showed up and said she was interested in looking at the Kia side. Here is how the story went:On Monday the 17th of March, my wife and I came to Raymond Kia for the following reasons:1.To have both of our vehicles appraised (2006 Pontiac G6/2012 Chevy Equinox)2.To determine if based on VALUE if we were able to refinance the 2012 Chevy Equinox to save money on the current note of $656 with a 12.9% interest rate or see about just trading both vehicles and landing a deal there. As Don worked the numbers, we advised him and he knew that on our current vehicle that we were at 12.9% and that we were not looking to go above that but if possible, we wanted to go below that. He advised Bob that two banks accepted the deal. On one vehicle, the note was to be $550 and on the other vehicle, the note was to be $670. The tradeoff here was that we would be saving at least $200 bucks a month on one of the vehicles because it is a hybrid. Hence when you look at it, in all actuality, we would end up paying approximately $500 per vehicle. Still not great but the good news as told by Don and Bob, we could refinance in a year as Kias hold their value and we would have less negative equity per car. My wife and I talked about it and we said lets give it a shot based on the conversation we had earlier with Bob and Don regarding a REASONABLE interest rate. After being at your dealership for more than seven hours, we finally went through finance quickly as I had to go to work and my wife had to grab our girls from the sitter. As we went through the paperwork at home, we couldnt help but notice that on one vehicle, the interest rate is 13.29% and on the other vehicle, the interests rate is 17%. We wanted to get ahead of this thing as it was not even 24 hours since the deal was done. The next day (March, 18th, 2014), I contacted Bob but he was off. That same day, I contacted Great Lakes Credit union and they stated that since my wife was a member, that they could review the loan and see if they can provide a better interest rate. The rep from Great Lakes Credit union contacted the finance department but didnt receive a return phone call. The very next day (March 19th , 2014), I spoke with Bob and advised him that we MUST do better in terms of the interest rate. I even told him that Great Lakes Credit Union was trying to reach the finance department. He said that he would advise the finance department to return their phone call. Today (March 20th, 2014) my wife reached out to Great Lakes Credit Union and they have yet to receive a return phone call from Jose or the deal. She was told that Jose would be contacting them and sending over the paperwork so that they can work on getting us a better rate. Jose never sent over the paperwork. By the time my wife discovered this, the credit union was closing and Jose had left for the day. Guys here is what I would tell you. This is not acceptable. As stated before, I totally get it that you guys are in the business to sell cars and make money. However, if there is an opportunity to take care of a REPEAT CUSTOMER and offer them the best deal possible, you should work to do so. Keep your promises and do what you say youre going to do. If you cant, then be honest and upfront with the customer. If Jose wasnt going to send over the paperwork to Great Lakes Credit union, then he should of just said so. At the end of the day, all we want is the best deal possible. This cant possibly be the highest level of service you can offer. Making money is a great thing but making repeat customers is even GREATER! Bob Skinner is a really nice guy but to sit in a dealership for the amount of time we did and still get screwed in the end is not being courteous to me. When they finally did submit the paperwork, they didnt submit it through the cuddle system but instead, they faxed over a bill of sale! As of right now, my wife and I are working diligently to try and get the credit union to rework the numbers and get us a better rate. Its sad that we had to sit in a dealership the WHOLE DAY, just to still try and work afterwards.Weve gotten calls from Kim, Don and Bob, but not ONE TIME did anyone offer us the option of bringing back the paperwork/deal and work better numbers for us. Bob said-Oh I want you to know that our finance department keep working with the banks to see if they can get you a better rate. This is a bunch of CRAP!

I purchased the Cadenza this evening from Sol and Don at Kia. I was blown away by their service and attention to detail. I can't thank them enough for the quality service, class, honesty, knowledge, and support. This was by far the most stress free and hands down the quickest and easiest purchase in my life. I went to several other dealerships that may have offered similar money on my trade, but they did not offer the pricing and my salesman Sol's expertise, class, and knowledge. Sol was the deciding factor in my purchase of this Cadenza from Raymond. i have never worked with a better salesman. He was genuine and sincere in establishing his customer relationship with my wife and I. He was great with my kids too. See you in 5 years Sol. I actually like the way Kia is heading with their new cars so stay there awhile. These guys need to promote you to sales manager soon. You really made this an exceptional experience for us. The cadenza may have 7/10ths of the performance of my traded in BMW 335i, but the cadenza's smoothness, technology, features, beautiful interior, and of course the warranty blows it away. The car is gorgeous, alot smoother and quieter, and handled the snow like a champ. this was a no brainer purchase. I am not looking back on my trade. I can't believe the relaxed atmosphere and absolute zero pressure i felt, especially with two sugared up children sitting on my lap while i was dealing with financing. Finance guy was great too. Great rate, great offer on extended warranty. I have been to so many dealerships throughout my life that carry high end badges on their cars and they just cannot compare with the class and fairness these gentleman displayed at Raymond.Sol is a class act and was the reason I ditched Fields and Perillo and even Arlington Heights and Libertyville Kia for Raymond. Don was extremely professional and welcoming and did a great job on coming off his price too, and i really appreciate that. He even offered to let me have the car for a few days before the purchase to see if I really liked it. I didn't think anyone did that anymore-but he did.Nice job guys. You really do have a quality organization. The ride home in 5+ inches of snow was a breeze. Originally I was interested in a Kia Optima. But, decided to check out the Kia Optima Hybrid. I found two dealers in the proximity of where I was willing to "shop" with great buys (way better than other dealers in a 200 mile radius). Having not ever driven, or even looked at a hybrid, I had some reservations, thinking there might be a bit of a "learning curve". We took a trip to Raymond Kia to check out one of the vehicles that I saw.We were immediately greeted by Sales Representative, Troy Crippen. Troy did a great job, providing us an overview of the dealership and then got started right away, pulling up the vehicle I inquired about. When the vehicle was pulled around, Troy took a lot of time going over the features of the vehicle.Our test drive was great. Troy wanted to ensure we had as much time as needed to get comfortable with the car and to check it out in various driving conditions. He demonstrated his knowledge of the vehicle without being over-bearing. He did so in a way that did not leave us feeling like we were in information overload - Rather, well informed. When we returned to the dealership, I mentioned the car had a different interior than another option I had seen. Troy didn't hesitate in pulling up their inventory to see if they had the other option interior at the same price point and found it. We went to look at it in the back. Troy even offered to pull the other one back so I could look at them side by side. I wasn't quite ready to "sign on the dotted line that day" and felt I had to take the time to think it all through, get some things in order, etc. Troy's manager, Don came over to meet us. When I explained I just wasn't ready to "sign on the dotted line", he was understanding and offered to let us take it home for a night or so to show the family and see if it really was for us. I declined the offer but thought it was a great one. I told them both that I would likely be back in on Friday. Troy also told me that if we bought the car, hed set up a follow up appointment just to make sure I was familiar with all of the cars options, which was great. I walked away from the dealership feeling I made so much headway in my decision process due to the time Troy took with us.Normally I would've gone and checked out the other vehicle I saw on-line that was priced comparably, just under this one and also a bit closer to where I live. However, I was so impressed with Troy, Don and my overall experience, I decided if I was going to get this vehicle at all, it would be at Raymond. It was a great buy and the experience I had was worth a ton, as well.We came back Friday but I was still undecided on the interior. We took them side by side and Troy was patient as I took my time making my mind up and getting the opinion of my mom and son. Once I finally decided on the one that I hadn't driven the other day, we took it for a test drive, too. Again, Troy was great and provided the detailed info for my son, who wasn't with us on our previous visit. He wanted us to take as much time as we needed to feel good about the decision and made that clear. We got back and started the process of buying the car. Troy took us over to show us their service department before we went across the street to do the paperwork. This went quickly and smoothly to our delight. Id definitely recommend Raymond to family and friends. Their approach is great, they offer perks like free car washes & courtesy vehicles if you have your car in for service. If I had family/friends in the market, I would (and will) absolutely send them to Troy Crippen at Raymond, feeling 100% confident that they would be well taken care of.Im thrilled with my new vehicle and thrilled with the buying experience. Sometimes that experience can taint the whole thing. However, this was the opposite. I feel great about the people I worked with, great about the deal I got and great about driving a fabulous vehicle!

Raymond Kia/Chevy is by far the best dealership I have ever been to. Everyone was friendly from the time I walked in, and they gave me the most money for my trade-in than any other dealership offered. I worked mostly with Troy and Darek and I explained to them my goals of lowering my payment and getting into something more fuel efficient, and that is exactly what I drove away with...in a brand new vehicle! Nobody tried to up-sell me anything, and I feel like Troy and Darek got me the best deal possible. It is a bit of a drive for me to go there, but I will definitely be back to Raymond Kia for my services and next vehicle purchase!

We are very pleased with our experience here, mostly due to our salesman Sol Sucherman. Our original intention when heading to this dealership was just to browse. We had an older car and were just beginning to think about possibly trading it in. We hadn't bought a new car in 15 years and really hadn't researched anything about new cars yet. We were just starting the process of looking to see what was out there these days. An acquaintance recommended that we go see Sol up at the Kia dealership. It was a bit of a trek for us as we are not that close to Antioch, but it was a nice afternoon for a drive and we decided to go. Well, ironically, as we were on our way, the transmission on our car went out. We somehow managed to slowly chug-chug the rest of the way there, and walked in at 8 pm a bit frazzled, to say the least. Sol showed us some used cars and then some new cars and took a lot of time to explain them all. But, we felt at quite a disadvantage because we certainly hadn't set out that day to actually buy a car right then and there and had not done any homework yet to educate ourselves on different cars, features, prices, etc. Im also the kind of person that usually has to look at everything before making a decision, especially on a big-ticket item like a car. But we were now quite a ways from home, with a 'dead' car so actually began considering just taking our chances and buying a car right then. It was obvious we were uncomfortable with that and the salesman Sol didn't want us to feel pressured, so he graciously offered to drive us home, which is close to an hour's drive, just to give us time to think. Well, by now it was 9:30 and the dealership was trying to close. We asked Sol what would you do? He jokingly said well, of course, Id buy the new, expensive one! Well, we couldnt believe what we were about to do, but we decided to just take a chance and take his advice. So thats what we did. Sol did some figuring, came up with a price, assured us there was no need to haggle, that he was giving us a great price. But, trust a car salesman? We werent so sure . . . but frankly, it was so late and we were so tired and drained, that we just accepted it. The dealership stayed open quite late in order to accommodate us. But, there was one problem. They didnt have the color in stock that we really wanted, although they did have a 2nd choice that we would have settled for. Sol said no way, youre not settling and he got on the computer and located the car in the color that we wanted at another dealership and gave us a loaner car to drive home in. Next morning he drove all the way to Indiana to pick up the new car. This man really went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. As it turns out, we made a GREAT decision. We really love this car, its everything Sol said it would be, and now that weve had time to research a little more we know we also did get a really good price. This car is an excellent value for what you get. A similar car of another brand would have cost more and not had all the bells & whistles that our car has. We couldnt be more pleased with this whole experience.

My wife and I were shopping extensively for several weeks. Our criteria and needs were rather specific resulting in several failed previous attempts to consummate a transaction at other dealerships.Raymond Kia was about 30 miles from our house which made it somewhat inconvenient to make the drive (especially with 3 young girls in tow). But our searches on the internet kept turning up vehicles that were part of Raymond's extensive dealer network that would work into our selective criteria. Needless to say, once we made the effort to make the drive, we were driving our new Kia Optima Hybrid within 24 hours.Erica Foster and her colleagues made the process as painless as possible, bordering on enjoyable. Due to additional drivers in the family and growing distances being driven on our older vehicles, we decided that we needed to add a new vehicle to our stable. This was a tough decision and we knew that we were very limited in budget. We did our research online and it was obvious from the selection of vehicles available in our price range that Raymond Kia was the place to go. Not only did we find the selection on hand to be accurate to what was represented online, we also had the pleasure to meet Troy Crippen. I had the prices from the internet in hand and he did not flinch. He proceeded to listen to our needs then show us all the vehicles we researched. He was very professional, yet friendly and paid special attention to showing and discussing all the fine points of the vehicle along with many interesting and pertinent details we were not aware of He also allowed/insisted upon a thorough test drive. Troy really spent the time to listen and deliver everything we wanted and nothing we didn't. He and the staff spent the time to go through the manuals and make sure we were well informed of everything.We drove the vehicle home tonight after Troy and the staff stayed far past closing time to make sure we were well taken care of. I recently purchased a 2013 Kia Soul from Raymond Kia and I would rate my experience as excellent. I had done a lot of research over the internet prior to going into the dealership. I had already spoken to Robin on the phone and had an internet price when I arrived. I drove out to Antioch from Chicago so I wanted to be prepared and not waste the trip with a lot of nonsense. I was a little nervous about going to buy a car without my husband, but he had to work, and I knew what I wanted and the (reasonable) price I wanted to pay. Since I had already made arrangements to sell my other car, I needed to buy a new car without a lot of delay and run around. I was promptly greeted by Ervin (might be spelled wrong, it might be Irvin). He was very friendly and straight-forward. I showed him the printout of the car I wanted and the price, and that was that. He brought me the car in a few minutes, I test drove it, and then we went over to the financing people. There was no haggling, no last minute price change, and no sleazy dealings. I did not do a trade-in because I already had a buyer for my other car. As far as price of the car I purchased, even my husband admitted I got a good deal:) Ervin was very helpful in answering my questions and I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone in the market for a Kia, it was worth the extra drive. My only tip is I recommend bringing a sandwich because, even though my transaction was smooth, you still have to sit in the waiting area for a while before finalizing the sale. Other than that, it was my easiest car purchase to date.

My fiance' and I bought a 2013 Kia Sorento EX from Raymond KIA and our experiance was GREAT! We were treated like family right from the start. Our salesman listened to our needs and wants and put us into the vehicle of our dreams! In just a short time we were driving away with our new vehicle and we could not be happier. I would like to thank everyone that we dealt with and we really appreciate the one one one treatment that we recieved. My overall experience at Raymond Kia was excellent! Sales Manager Honorio and sales rep Mike, along with Delivery Manager Norm were very helpful, knowledgable and friendly. As a woman, I often fear of being taken advantage of when it comes to buying a car but the staff put me at ease! They listened to what I wanted and worked out the best possible deal that fit my budget. Overall I was very pleased and because of their service and experience my friends also bought a new car the same week!

March 2013 - Awesome experience! My previous experiences with car shopping have brought me to the point that a root canal sounds better. I met Troy Crippen at Raymond Kia and he somehow managed to change that. Troy was very friendly, knowledgeable, and assured me that he would make the process as painless as possible - he kept his promise. Troy is definitely an asset to the dealership.

This has been my goto dealership for years. The customer service, service reps, and financing reps...all of them are professional, knowledable and answer all your questions with ease. My sales rep was Troy Crippen and he by far is the most knowledgable and courtious rep I have dealt with in in long time. I am a Chevy person.... so when I decided to test drive a Kia Soul, he was there to answer all my questions, he helped me compare the differences of the cars I picked and helped me challenge the vehicle I eventually bought. He set up all the bells and whisles for me and is still available for me anytime if I have a question about the car. Troy did not try to sell me something I couldn't afford and he listened to what I wanted. I came in after work and by 9:30 pm...I had signed all the papers and was driving home my new baby. This is how buying a new car should be....almost effortless. Am I satisfied?? Heck yeah!! Would I use this dealorship again?? You know it!! And if at anytime my sales rep left and worked at another dealorship?? I may be inclined to follow.....yes he's that good people!

I received excellent customer service from Kae and actually had fun car shopping! Would recommend Raymond Kia / Chevrolet to anyone! After the purchase, they detailed my car, scheduled my first FREE maintenance and oil change and went over all the features of my new car. A very enjoyable experience that I was not expecting when car shopping. Ask for Kae Scott!

We bought a Kia Optima last year in April from Raymond Kia. Troy Crippen was our salesman. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He really helped us with our decision of choosing an Optima. He knows the product very well and gave us good advice. In my opinion Troy is a great asset to the Raymond Kia Dealership.

Troy was totally great. I took one car there and he got me into the car I was looking for and then called to follow up and I let him know that I was hoping to get out of my other car as the interest rate was so high, he talked to his manager and called me back to say they didnt think it would be any issue to get me out of it. Got me into a new Kia Optima Hybrid which I LOVE LOVE LOVE and got me low low financing. He is upfront and honest. I would def recommend if your looking for a car to go visit Troy, he is a number one sales man and is totally up front and honest with you and doesn't try to dink you around like other salesmen would. The financing was done quick too, was totally shocked. They work hard to get the best deal for you!!! WAY TO GO TROY!!!!

Over the course of a week and a half attempted on getting a Purchase agreement sent to me because I was out-of-state and wanted to have my credit union send them the check to secure the vehicle before coming out to oick it up. They kept dragging their feet and at times acting like they were going to follow through. The bottom line is the adversited price they did not want to honor and would not supply me with the paperwork. Let the buyer beware...

Disappointed..They do not honor advertised prices online. It is just a trap to get you to walk in. Thank god I called before making the hike 30 miles away. Come to know (when pressed) that the online price was after a million discounts and rebates half of which I did not qualify for. Once called out the sales person got real rude. Never had this problem buying my toyota or jeep. Needless to say, very disappointed ..Maybe this is the Standard operating procedure for Kia dealers in the Chicago area but when the whole deal starts with dishonesty, there is no telling what is waiting down the road.

We are new to Illinois and needed a car. My husband is a big fan of Kia's so we visited raymond kia and worked with bob skinner to buy a Kia Sorento. Being from Upstate New York we were very impressed with the way bob skinner took care of us. He and Kia made us feel like 'family'. We left Kia with a real good feeling. Since we had bought the Kia Sorento we have taken it in for Service and have always worked with andy who is very knowledgable and friendly and always gives us a straight answer when needed. We had trouble with the remote start; so our dealings with raymond Kia surpassed our expectations when a person has "car troubles". We would buy a Kia from them again when we are in the market to do so.

I called Raymond Chevrolet a few days before Thanksgiving about a certified car I saw online and was interested in. The sales rep suggested that I come in on Friday, as there would be a holiday promotional discount. I decided to believe him, and of course this turned out to be a mistake.Today I drove to Antioch, from Chicago, in order to make an offer on the vehicle. Between the cash sum I offered and the blue book value of my trade, I came 1900 short of what they were asking. After an hour or so with Adam, who I mistakenly believed to be my salesman, the Better Dressed Man came over - you know, the part where the manager comes over to close the deal - but instead of closing the deal, or even opening it up for further conversation, he asked me very sharply if I drove all the way up there from Chicago expecting to be taken seriously with my offer. Then he repeated the question in an even more condescending tone and laughed a little as if he couldn't believe what an inconvenience I was to him. I really didn't know what to say. Put the keys back on the table, thanked them for their time and left, with two grown men smirking at me as I walked out the door.Raymond Auto Group: We are in a recession. Perhaps my offer was legitimately too low for you to turn a profit. Say so. I would have understood, and perhaps if you were honest and helpful, I might have returned in the future to purchase an even more expensive vehicle from you when I had the means. Now I will never do that, and I'm writing this shitty review about you on a public forum on the internet. Buyer beware, you might have a really fantastic experience with the guys up at Raymond Auto Group. I did not.Oh and, after my offer of 8000 cash up front plus a 1995 pontiac firebird under 100k miles trade-in on Black Friday in the middle of a recession, their "best offer" was 700 dolars less than the original asking price. I could sell my car for parts and scrap alone and make more than 700 dollars. Unreal.

I can't say enough about the great experience we had at Raymond Kia. Bob Skinner showed us several vehicles. After several road tests, we decided on a Sorento. We couldn't believe how smooth everything went after our selection. Financing the car was even awesome. Usually, the salesman would go away and then come back saying "This is what we can do for you." Charlie Hansmeyer went thru the numbers WITH us, we were seeing everything on his computer. Charlie showed us several options and we chose the best one for us. After signing, Bob sat with us again for an hour and showed us how every option on the car worked. Thank you Raymond Kia!!!
